Das Zimmer und die Anlage sind sehr schön. Das Rssen an der Poolbar ist gut und der Zugang zum Meer über einen Steg ist bei gutem Wetter optimal.

Das Frühstücks- und Abendessenbuffet ist eher einfach. Der Kaffee aus den Siebträgermaschinen ist lecker, der Rest eher eintönig und wenig Auswahl.

Check in ridiculous time at 5 …. We arrived by train and taxi at 12 ….. our room was never cleaned before four but on the check out day we had to be out by 10 ! If check out is so early why is check in so late ?

it had the best location and it was perfect

The rooms were spacious and clean. beds were clean, bathrooms were clean.. rooms had a front window and door, and a back door with a small terrace to sit down or to air your clothes.. literally a small studio apartment.

I booked 1 double bed and 2 single beds (for my 2 kids).. when i entered the room, i realised there was only 1 double bed and 1 seingle bed, so i called the hotel, and they were telling me that i should use the beds available.. after some discussion, they agreed to send someone with another bed, when the attendant arrived, she literally pulled out a single bed from underneath the single bed, and set up a separate single bed.. so basically, the issue was settled within minutes.

Attention, dans le descriptif il est noté plusieurs restaurants. Or quand nous sommes arrivés, le restaurant terrasse était fermé. vous n’avez accès qu’à un buffet dans une salle éclairée au néon. J’aurais apprécié pour voir dîner en extérieur.

As toalhas de banho soltando fiapos pelo corpo do hospede durante a secagem, nao e enxoval de hotel 4 estrelas. Na bufet do hotel, mesmo vazio e sendo o primeiro a chegar, e colocado bem longe do bufet, mesmo com todas as mesa vazias, elas ficam reservadas nao se sabe para quem, voce começa e termina sua refeição e as mesas continuam vazias.

Loved the rooms, the layout and the pools.

No quieter pools. Clothing racks outside rooms meant clothes were unfortunately stolen. While not fault of hotel, staff were unhelpful and unapologetic.

Super imødekommende i reception, pool, beach bar og alm bar. Lækker mad i aftenbuffet. Fin morgenmad. Hyggeligt musik ved poolen. Men måtte godt være mere dæmpet. Dag 2 var mere behagelig.

Spisesalen var “koldt” cafeteria artigt. Personalet her virkede stresset og alt skulle gå meget, meget hurtigt. Mega højt musik fra tre forskellige steder fra kl 21 til ret sent. Gav ekko hvis man ville side og slappe af uden for sin bolig.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole a Torre Cintola. La struttura è molto bella e ben curata, le camere erano pulite e confortevoli e il personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Ottima anche la qualità del cibo, con piatti gustosi e ben preparati. I servizi sono efficienti e hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più rilassante.

L’unica piccola pecca riguarda l’animazione: i ragazzi sono stati davvero gentili, educati e disponibili, ma abbiamo trovato l’intrattenimento serale un po’ deludente e forse migliorabile, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il coinvolgimento degli ospiti.

L’emplacement général entre aéroport, et ville phare. L’accès mer avec ponton et échelles. Les deux piscines et les transats en nombres suffisants sans voir les gens courir à 8h du matin pour déposer serviettes et autres … et c’est assez rare pour le souligner.! Le parking surveillé, Le personnel à l’accueil h24 , barrière et poste de garde à l’extérieur. Le personnel du bar le soir extrêmement agréable ! Les serviettes plages/piscine à disposition, La literie confortable, La climatisation malgré les 40 degrés fonctionnait parfaitement ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner copieux et bons, les cafés et boissons chaudes servis a la demande , aucunes machines industrielles ! Et les alternatives véganes..

-Le parking « officiel » assez loin, le stationnement anarchique pour ne pas aller aussi loin… avec une sacrée pente et selon l’emplacement de votre chambre, une personne seule ou âgée avec plusieurs bagages sera embêtée ! - Les jeunes employés saisonniers logés dans des chambres à côté de la vôtre, alcoolisé parfois… qui se sont disputés à pas d’heures… malgré le mot ne pas déranger, le personnel est rentré ! Et malgré ma demande de ne pas recommencer, ils ont recommencés 3 jours après ! - La direction à voulu s’excuser en offrant un apéritif … suffirait de cadrer le responsable des femmes de chambres… et d’assurer une bonne communication avec l’accueil. - Le ménage se tient au draps, sanitaires et aux poubelles! Le sol de la salle de bain été de la chambre n’a pas été fait une seule fois ! Cheveux, poussière et sable… très agréable après la douche… les tasses , verres et autres ont passés la semaine devant ma chambre sur la table ! Pas une seule fois ramassés, bien que déplacés , emballés mais jamais emportés… -La nourriture est correcte, seulement deux choix de desserts industriels pour le buffet (c’est peu …) c’est mauvais ! Fruits frais cependant ! Les plats chauds le soir sont servis à l’assiette, et le rationnement fait plus penser à l’armée qu’à un hôtel … une louche et demi… le préposé aux gambas, très énervé m’a tâché le t-shirt en balançant les gambas dans l’assiette, sa collègue n’allant pas assez vite à son goût … pour le prix d’environ 40€ par personne, c’est forcément décevant, vous mangerez mieux à proximité pour le même prix ! Pour le service en salle, vous et votre chance comme ont dit ! Parfois du personnel bienveillants et professionnel et parfois… pas ! Je suis venue en plein mois d’août, donc sur une saison bien entamée … je pense que la fatigue et le monde ont pesé sur la qualité des prestations. D’autres voyageurs hors saison avait l’air ravi.

La gentillesse et professionnalisme du personnel; le bar/resto de plage. Très agréable et quel dommage que le reste ne soit pas à la hauteur!

À notre arrivée, nous découvrons que le bonnet est obligatoire à la piscine!!!! Jamais vu cela; si nous l’avions vu indiqué…!!???? Nous n’aurions jamais réservé cet hôtel. La salle de restaurant est un réfectoire ; il y a beaucoup de bruit; le petit déjeuner est industriel; soirées à thème très « camping paradis ».

Ho trovato in stanza alcuni asciugamani non perfettamente bianchi che riportavano delle macchie e l'odore non sapeva di pulito. All''accesso in stanza sono stata nauseata dal profumo eccessivo di deodorante o detersivo industriale... non saprei ben definire. Ho dovuto tenere la finestra aperta per diverse ore.

Location on the beach was lovely and the rooms were clean.

Customer service from staff was minimal, food was average and extremely noisy with pool DJ super loud.

Una settimana eccezionale da tutti i punti di vista. Struttura nuova, pulita, fronte spiaggia, e cibo squisito. Tutto davvero impeccabile. Personale accogliente e qualificato. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Très joli site avec un accès à la mer , 2 grandes piscine, un restaurant et une terrasse surplombant l’ensemble du site. Très bien situé pour découvrir les villes incontournables des Pouilles.

Dommage que nous ne puissions pas prendre les 2 principaux repas dehors (seulement dans 2 grandes salles)

Il resort offre strutture moderne, delle buone piscine e una valida ristorazione, ma il vero valore aggiunto del Torre Cintola è senza dubbio la presenza costante e la supervisione della signora Mariangela Paciello. Grazie alla sua gestione attenta e premurosa, la vacanza ha raggiunto un livello di relax e confort molto alto, La sua eleganza nei modi e nella ospitalità è' personalizzata: accoglie gli ospiti con un calore unico, anticipando ogni esigenza e assicurandosi che ogni soggiorno sia cucito su misura. Onore al merito.

Struttura moderna,ottima posizione e buffet ricco di prodotti. Dispone di piscina con acqua dolce e salata. Spiaggia praticamente dentro la struttura, si arriva a piedi a calette molto carine e con acqua cristallina.

Piccola nota dolente la spiaggia dell’hotel si trova sulla roccia, perciò per buttarsi in acqua è necessario tuffarsi da una scaletta e molto spesso a causa del vento l’accesso al mare della struttura viene chiuso. Altra cosa da migliorare è la pulizia delle camere, ogni giorno venivano rifatte ma preoccupandosi solamente del minimo indispensabile come cambio degli asciugamani, a terra restavano capelli e sabbia e molto spesso anche qualche insetto.

Très bonne nourriture, que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le dîner du soir, le bord de mer permettant ainsi de profiter des piscines et nager en pleine mer. Attention, pas de plage de sable mais des rochers.

Nous n’avons pas pu récupérer notre chambre à 17h pour ton heure prévue, mais la chambre n’était pas prête. C’est dommage et de ne pas pouvoir dîner. En extérieur, cela serait un vrai plus.

אין אינטרנט בחדרים נאלצתי לצאת כל פעם למרפסת . החדר לא היה נקי חניה מלאה תמיד אין מקום לחנות ואין סדר היה חסר לנו בארוחת הבוקר ירקות וגבינות . מרגיש שיש עדיפות מסויימת לאוכלוסייה במיקומי החדרים ובמיקומי מיטות השיזוף במיוחד בחוף היום .

Location, rooms and amenities were all great. Nice compact site. Fabulous swimming pools although larger pool was a bit noisy with music blaring.

Les chambres - confortables et bien équipées - étaient un peu trop froides ou chaudes (réglage de la clim pas évident). Les draps sentaient un peu l’humidité au début mais vite réglé par le personnel 👍

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza al Torre Cintola Greenblu Sea Emoticon, una struttura che ci ha colpiti per la cura dei dettagli e la grande varietà dei servizi offerti: dalla palestra all’ufficio medico, passando per le numerose altre possibilità pensate per rendere il soggiorno comodo, piacevole e completo e per appagare al meglio tutte le esigenze degli ospiti. Un punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff, disponibile e professionale. Bellissima anche la location: tanto verde, due piscine e la splendida scogliera sul mare nella zona di Capitolo/Torre Cintola. Molto apprezzata anche l’animazione, coinvolgente ma mai invadente, capace di regalarci momenti di divertimento e spensieratezza. Ottima poi la ristorazione, con cibo gustoso e vario, adatto a soddisfare esigenze e gusti differenti. Insomma, è stata una vacanza davvero riuscita, in una struttura bella, ben organizzata e attenta ai propri ospiti. Un’esperienza che ci sentiamo di consigliare e che ricorderemo e ripeteremo senz'altro!

Unici aspetti negativi sono stati la pulizia giornaliera della camera, che ci è parsa un po’ sommaria, e il fatto che, da quest’anno, la cuffia in piscina non sia più obbligatoria, ma solo caldamente consigliata. Su questo aspetto, la struttura ha evidentemente cercato di venire incontro alle numerose lamentele di alcuni ospiti, finendo però per lasciare insoddisfatta un’altra parte di clientela che, invece, ne apprezza e ne condivide l’utilizzo.

We enjoyed being so close to the sea and that it was close to Monopoli, Polignano a mare, A;berobello, Noci Bari, Castellana etc. We liked that the property had great pools and nice patios. The breakfasts were great also. The live evening entertainment was wonderful too. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The security to the property was great. The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The cleaning staff was excellent too, friendly and prompt daily. The breakfast staff was excellent,

The caps that are mandatory to wear in the public pool could have been sold at the pool instead of having to go to the front desk for them or they could sell them to you when you check in. It is not customary to wear caps in many countries so many people have to go back and forth to get them. We found our shampoo container attached to the wall in the bathroom empty.. My husband called the front desk and they said they had no night staff available so he had to walk all the way to the front desk at night to get some shampoo. They should have at least one staff member at night able to deliver things like that, or a checklist whereby daily checks are made regarding soap, shampoos, and conditioners. We found the service outside in the evenings for cocktails was not great. We waited sitting outside a very long time,, asked for service, then waited some more, then eventually we went inside to the bar area ourselves to order our drinks. It seemed that the servers only focused on the people closest to the bar area sitting at the tables . They should cover the entire patio seating area.

Das Personal war top! Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch abends am Parkplatz hat jemand beim Einparken geholfen - das war toll!

Spätes Check-in war mühsam. Eine Mahlzeit dazubestellen eher teuer. Auch gefehlt haben Basics wie Wasserkocher und Kaffee im Zimmer. Es konnten nur Elektroautos von Porsche bei der Stromsäule geladen werden :-/ ..

L’accoglienza

Colazione e pasti di ottima scelta: carne tenera e sempre pesce(in tutte le salse!), oltre alla possibilitá di tenersi leggeri (non per me!!!). Una giornata settimanale con cucina Pugliese! Accesso diretto al mare (in acqua alta), oltre a due grandi piscine (una con cloro e l'altra con acqua di mare). Per tutto il giorno una animazione efficiente e mai invadente, con tornei, sport, acqua gym, baby club, zumba, etc. Scelta musicale gradevole anche solo per ascolto. La sera vari spettacoli teatrali e musicali, oltre alla immancabile Baby Dance. Tutto il personale é gentilissimo e disponibile. Ogni mattina a colazione Manuela verifica che tutto vada bene e nel caso di criticitá interviene immediatamente (provato personalmente e problematica risolta tempestivamente!). Parcheggio interno e colonnina per ricaricare di tipo 2.

Purtroppo non dipende tanto dalla struttura ma dai clienti: il fumo é consentito negli ambienti all'aperto e per i non fumatori, come noi, é davvero fastidioso. Ad esempio una mattina addirittura alle 5 per vedere l'alba e respirare pura brezza marina ci siamo trovati sulla scia di un signore che gustava la sua sigaretta tra i lettini incurante del fastidio provocato.

Torno in questo villaggio da diversi anni ed è sempre una certezza! La location è davvero suggestiva, con le sue tipiche cupole immerse nel verde e il mare letteralmente a due passi dalla camera. Inoltre, si trova in una posizione strategica per esplorare i borghi più famosi della Puglia, sia di mare che dell'entroterra. Consigliatissimo, una garanzia di relax!

L'hôtel est très bien, original avec ses dômes, ses piscines, et les repas très très bons, buffets avec beaucoup de choix , un petit déjeuner extra. Personnel sympathique et gentil, un merci particulier à Enza, Domenico en salle et à Angelica à la réception. Si nous retournons dans les Pouilles nous irons à cet hôtel.

Wir hatten einen der runden Bungalows. Geräumig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Das Buffet bietet genügend Auswahl. Das Abendessen in Buffetform wird optisch reizvoll und mit viel Abwechslung präsentiert. Teilweise finden zeitgleich Showeinlagen statt. Obwohl wir in der Hauptsaison da waren gab es kein Gedränge, Liegen an den 2 Meerwasser Pools waren stets ausreichend vorhanden.

Liegt etwas abseits, Parkplätze auf dem Hotelgelände sind sehr knapp. Zugang zum Meer schwierig da nur ein kleiner Steg direkt ins Wasser führt. Rundherum sind schroffe Felsen.

Krásné místo, pohodlné ubytování, super bazény

Hluk do pozdních nočních hodin z hotelové produkce (každý den do 24:00) - toto nejvíc negativně ovlivnilo náš pobyt. Jídlo na snídaních mizerné kvality, například míchaná vajíčka téměř nejedlá - asi z prášku. Úklid pokoje tragický - v zásadě jen měnili ručníky, za celou dobu pokoj nikdo nevysál vysavačem či nevytřel mokrou cestou. To bylo velmi nepříjemné, když chodíte po podlaze, na které je písek, vlasy atp. Velmi se nám nelíbilo nařízení, že do venkovních bazénů byl vstup povolen pouze v koupací čepici - to nařízení je opravdu stupidní!!! Jezdíme hodně po světě a u venkovních bazénů jsme tak hloupé nařízení viděli poprvé.

V podstate po príchode z hotela v Bari a ubytovaní sa v hoteli Torre Cintola sme boli značne rozčarovaní. Hneď sme hľadali letenky späť na Slovensko - žial neboli a museli sme zostať......

Strava - čistá katastrofa, jedlá monotónne a pečivo staré a ešte aj praženica bola snáď instantná. Personál v jedálni mi pripadal ako dozorcovia v nejakom väzení, ktorí dávajú pozor kto si čo zoberie a nedajbože dvakrát. Ďalej: žiadne wifi mimo recepcie, žiadna alebo minimálne mobilné spojenie v celom rezorte. TV : program len DVB - čiže pozerali sme len správy a súťažné relácie v taliančine. Čistota: hygiena by s tým mala veľký problém!!! Uteráky od vlasov, neumýté WC, opukané a plesnivé steny. Bazény - OK, čo sa týka mora - jeden vstup cez rebrík!! nebezpečný terén, obrovské neoznačené kamene, neprehľadný terén. Vysoko nebezbečný vstup pre ľudí, deti radšej ani nespomínam.... Proste na záver: čakal som na deň a hodinu kedy ma z tohto hotela odväzie taxik na letisko, to hovorí za všetko. A ešte jedna poznámka. Ak chcete ísť do mesta, alebo aspoň do Lídlu - musíte si zobrať taxi. Všetko je neskutočne ďaleko a aby ste " prežili " pobyt je to žiaľ nevyhnutné.

Grounds of the hotel were beautiful.

Hotel catered to Italians mostly. Guests from other countries including myself felt like outsiders. Staff were not very friendly and hardly spoke other languages. Hotel was mostly for families with young children. Rooms were very basic.

Ottima accoglienza ricevuta dallo staff, soprattutto i bagnini molto socievoli e gentili. Stanza pulita, molto fresca , tutto molto curato. Buona colazione , internazionale .

Les bungalows spacieux ( pour 3 personnes), la piscine à l'eau de mer, la propreté et l'emplacement pour rayonner dans la région.

La musique à la piscine. L'accessibilité à la mer (par une échelle) qui n'était pas gênant en soi mais le vent constant ne permettait pas de se baigner dans cette zone rocheuse. Restauration passable.

Check in was a long process and had to wait for available staff member. Staff were lovely though. The payment system was frustrating as you were unable to pay in the resort using credit card or cash rather have to load your room key with your credit card details. To book for the Buffett dinner you had to visit reception. Where again you had to wait in line to make the booking which took some time.

Tillkommande kostnader som ej informerats om. Inga möjligheter att köpa mat när man vill. Kom ner 22.30 till hotellet och de bad mig använda matleverans från Monopoli men när jag installerat appar så kör de inte den sträckan. Dålig städning och obefintlig frukost.

The rrooms were nice and clean. Property was well kept.

Customer service was lacking. It was very difficult to order drinks at the pool bar. You can only use your room key and they kept saying our credit card wasn’t linked. They wouldn’t take cash or card and they wouldn’t help us get our credit card linked. We had to go to the front desk. This happened multiple times and they were not helpful at all. Customer service was lacking. Also, you have to wear a swim cap in the pool even if you aren’t putting your head in the water. It was an uncomfortable vibe.

Rooms were all low rise and the hotel grounds were well kept. Nice pool area and bars.

Les chambres sont équipées de petites terrasses, très agréables.. Dommage, 2 fauteuils pour une chambre de 3 personnes, seul petit hic

Honnêtement si on aime le style all inclusive, tout est parfait. Il y a un resto, des piscines, la mer, un buffet etc. Bref tout ce qu’il faut. Cela manque donc juste d’un peu de « charme » et d’authenticité si je dois trouver un bémol mais pour le reste tout est parfait

Tutto è il secondo anno che andiamo e ci siamo trovati benissimo entrambe le volte, relax e tranquillità più assoluta, ma se si vuole ci sono tante attività da svolgere, non possiamo che consigliare e se avremo la possibilità ci torneremo sicuramente.

L'unica cosa negativa che abbiamo riscontrato è stato il comportamento poco rispettoso della caposala nei confronti del personale di sala, la quale lì rimproverava a voce alta davanti ai clienti e con un tono non molto consono.

Als we vroegen om de kamer schoon te maken, is alleen het bed opgemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken klaargelegd. De vloer ligt nog vol met zand en steentjes, op de blote voeten door de kamer heenlopen was niet mogelijk. Bedden waren ook erg hard.

Check-in verzögert, Schlüssel erst um 18:00 bekommen. In der Bar hört man am Abend gleich 3 Musikstücke gleichzeitig. Barmusik, Live Sängerin vom Essensbereich und mit voller Lautstärke den Kinderclub! Furchtbar. Es ist Badenhaubenpflicht in den Pools?????

The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of potential. The property is attractive, and there are several amenities that families can enjoy. One of the highlights of our stay was the kids club, which was excellent and kept children entertained with a variety of activities. The pool area and aqua activities for both kids and adults were also fantastic and provided plenty of fun throughout the day.

Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay were disappointing. The beach was very rocky and not suitable for families with young children, making it difficult to enjoy the ocean safely. Cleanliness was also below expectations. We frequently noticed used napkins and other trash around the hotel and room areas that were not cleaned up promptly. Housekeeping service was inconsistent, and bed sheets were not changed unless specifically requested. The rooms lacked many basic conveniences that are commonly expected at a hotel of this standard. There was no iron, no tea or coffee station, no cups, spoons, or similar amenities, and no microwave available in the room. The service was average at best. I requested hair conditioner several times during my stay, but my requests were never fulfilled. Overall, the staff seemed indifferent and not particularly attentive to guests' needs. While the beautiful property, excellent kids club, and enjoyable pool and aqua activities made the stay pleasant in some ways, the cleanliness issues, lack of room amenities, mediocre service, and unusable rocky beach significantly impacted our experience. I expected a higher level of service and maintenance, and unfortunately, the hotel fell short in those areas. Overall, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

The receptionists were nice and the resort itself was pretty

Breakfast is horrible. Very bad quality, there was always a waiter taking people to the tables that was pissed off complaining with other employees and very bossy. We couldn't even choose where we sat down. The coffee baristas literally threw the coffee cups to us and were asking everyone to hurry up on their orders in italian. It made zero sense to wear a shower cap in the pool and for some reason there were people with hats inside the pool and that made it ok to not wear a cap.

A very beautiful hotel located just a short walk from the beach, featuring lovely swimming pools and a relaxing atmosphere.

One of the swimming pools uses salt water, which my child didn't enjoy, so we didn't spend much time there. I'm not sure why the hotel keeps it as a saltwater pool. Fortunately, the other pool is large and uses normal fresh water, which was much better. The hotel was nice and close to the beach, but the beach was very rocky and almost impossible to use, so don't count on spending time there. I booked this hotel specifically because I liked the unique cone-shaped rooms shown in the photos. However, we were given a standard room with a regular design instead. I didn't realize the hotel also had rooms that were not cone-shaped, so that was a bit disappointing.
