O hotel está numa localização nota 1000, os quartos são ótimos, muito limpos e com ótimos lençóis. O serviço de tranfer até estacionamento é feito de tuktuk, muito bom!

O box do banheiro é minúsculo (horrível para tomar banho, apesar do banheiro tem um ótimo tamanho ( não entendi esse projeto 🤔). O café da manhã é servido no restaurante da frente, achei fraco com poucas opções. (Não condiz com o hotel)

Die Lage des Hotels ist super Zentral auf der Piazza. Von außen macht es auch was her. Das Personal besonders Franco ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück im Restaurant gegenüber war gut.

Enstpricht nicht 4 Sternen. Hat zwar alles was die Sterne begründet (Safe, Klima, Carepaket, Minibar) Dafür ist das Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Tür hat oben und unten einen großen Spalt, das Licht aus dem Flur leuchtet rein. Ein Minifenster dass auf 160cm angebracht ist. Eine Klimaanlage die ein Rauschen von sich gibt dass man nicht schlafen kann. Besonders das Bad sollte renoviert werden. Außerdem liegt Zimmer 102 am Ende eines Ganges duch einen Wintergarten durch, über der Küche. Nicht nur dass alle Gerüche sich dort einfinden, man hört den Koch oder Keller schreien, es wird mit dem Geschirr und dem Besteck geklimpert. Musik von draußen ist auch zu hören. Die Türen vom Nachbarzimmer werden geknallt. Nicht erholsam. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss und die Sterne passen hier nicht.

The property was located in a great location, heart of Monopoli

The room was not what I was expecting, I rented a quadruple room which from reviewing the pictures I thought was all one room. I was advised review the fine print as not all of those type of rooms are on one floor. Instead it was a tiny double room with a stairs up to a smaller room with single beds. It was completely unsafe for my 19 month year old. I advised the team they said it was height of season and no other rooms were available. I requested a partial refund, advising we would find another location and they said it’s impossible as we paid upfront.we stayed two nights whilst we found another location and walked away from. Two nights costing us ~€900, . I would never pay for a property upfront again and will not use booking g.con again because of the lack of recourse/customer service.

Fresh and clean hotel in great location. Taxis can drop you just outside the arch to enter the piazza and it’s a 20m easy walk (a lot of other accom in the beautiful town of Monopoli requires wheeling bags on limestone cobbled streets. Hotel has lift for very easy access to rooms. Easy 3 min walk to port for boat trips, many restaurants and cafes from 1 min away. Staff very welcoming and friendly so great safe stay for solo traveller.

No views and rooms lack a little character (although very clean, fresh and safe)

The breakfast in morning was great and staff lovely. The hotel is very central and was very easy to get to.

It was a bit noisy at night but being right in the square you had to expect that. We had a roll with balcony but they did supply umbrellas so was too hot to sit at.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff went over and beyond the rooms were beautiful and clean and the location was 100 out of 10 right in the art of Piazza Garibaldi. The breakfast was at the cafe next-door and that was also 100 out of 10 the staff there were also amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Une chambre très petite/ manque de luminosité. Une chambre pas calme. L’emplacement est idéale, le personnel est gentil. Rapport qualité/ prix n’est pas satisfaisant. Je recommande cet hôtel mais pas le même type de chambre.

Les photos de la chambre ne donne pas réellement l’état de la chambre et surtout son emplacement dans l’hôtel.

Only the location

The room had no window and was very claustrophobic. Very expensive for what it was, not even a single bottle of water for free. A four star hotel with a price of a 5 and facilities of a 2 star.

Té una ubiació excel.ent, el personal és amable. Nosaltres erem 3 persones i la mida de l’habitació i bany eren correctes. Esmorzar i l’atenció molt correcta. Els llits eren còmodes.

L’habitació i bany no eren suficientment netes, les rajoles del bany tenien algu de humitat entre les juntes i faltava aprofundir molt més en neteja de les mateixes. L’aixeta de la dutxa era vella i perdia aigua entre les juntes, les rajoles de les parets del bany eren bàsiques i molt mal colocades. Per un allotjament d’aquestes característiques el preu-qualitat no és correcte. Tornariem si milloressin aquests punts de neteja i millora de bany.

Staff were friendly and helpful with providing detailed instructions for parking options when visiting nearby towns.

The car park was too far away! The breakfast in the cafe next door was very average - fruit was all soggy like it had been cut up night before. The hotel is the noisiest hotel we have ever stayed in - we had disrupted sleep every night due to loud music and people yelling in the square .. then early in morning .. 530am we were woken by rubbish trucks collecting empty bottles every morning! TERRIBLE.

Dad Frühstück das angeboten wird! Das ist beinahe eine absurde Frechheit! In der Galerie hier bei Booking werden Bilder gezeigt die nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen. Anstatt rin ordentlichen Frühstück Buffet wie auf den gezeigten Bilder, gibt es eine minimalistische L Kleinstauswahl zum Frühstück. Das ist eine Täuschung.

Parking options were confusing.

The location was excellent. Close to everything. The hotel was very nice and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was at a restaurant across from the hotel and was lovely too.

As it was in the piazza it was quite loud but only until midnight so didn’t worry us.

The front staff is fabulous! I forgot something in my room and they went above and beyond to help me with a courier. We also got good tips on local beaches and things to. Great location!

Banheiro um pouco pequeno, típico da Europa. O local para tomar o café da manhã era ao ar livre. Durante o verão europeu, era insuportável o calor, mesmo sendo bem cedo e na sombra.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Monopoli.

I had a single room and there was only one small window that was very high up and looked into a glass-enclosed patio, so very little natural light. There was air conditioning which was nice to have and it worked well, but you couldn't adjust it at all, so it was either high or off.

Wow! Fantastic stay! Rooms were incredible, the hotel was beautifully clean, the hotel staff were very very friendly and offered good suggestions of local beaches. An unexpected highlight was that the hotel had a tuk tuk for trips around the city (extra charge but good value!) Vitto was great and we very much appreciated our tuk tuk ride to and from the beach on a hot day!

Location: Perfectly located, right in the centre of the historic part of the city. But even though it's in the busiest street, there was no outside noise coming into the room. Staff: Really nice welcome at reception, very helpful and pleasant. Hotel: Good bar and restaurant, lovely terrace. Breakfast was also really good. Room: Very comfortable, lovely high ceilings, spacious. The bed was very comfortable. TV was quite good, medium size, probably 48". Parking If you're driving, there is the parking at the port that is just 1 min walk away. Only bad thing is that the charging stations there don't work, the nearest one was a 10 min walk away, but the hotel provides a tuk-tuk service (free of charge at check-in and check-out) so that was very good to have. Wifi coverage: Was good and fast.

The old water pipes make noise during the night, if you're a light sleeper (like me) it can cause you to wake up. But it's the historic centre, the buildings are old, so it's to be expected. Toiletries, were limited and basic. Wifi: Was with password; it would be much handier having a QR code to scan.

La ubicación es excelente en el centro histórico de Monopoli. El desayuno es en el restaurante que está enfrente al hotel, en la plaza. Es a la carta y si bien no tiene mucha variedad, está correcto. Estacionar cerca del hotel fue fácil. Y ellos ofrecen llevarte y traerte hasta el coche. Las habitaciones están muy bien.

Las habitaciones que nos tocaron, 103 y 104, daban a un patio interior por el cual transitaba gente. Esto les quitaba un poco de privacidad. La mayor parte del tiempo teníamos que cerrar los postigos para evitar estar expuestos, con lo cual la habitación quedaba sin luz natural.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and were unfortunately very disappointed. The worst part was that we were bitten by bed bugs during the night. This completely ruined our stay and is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. The parking situation is also very poor. There are hardly any suitable parking spaces, which made our arrival unnecessarily stressful. Considering the price we paid, the hotel offers very poor value for money. What was especially disappointing was how our breakfast request was handled. Since breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m. and we had to leave earlier, we asked the day before whether it would be possible to prepare a small takeaway breakfast for us. The answer was simply "No"—without any explanation, willingness to help, or alternative suggestion. We found this to be very poor customer service. Overall, we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.

Das Parken in Monopoli mit dem Versuch, nicht in die ZTL zu geraten war, war kompliziert.

affacciata su una bellissima piazzetta, dove la sera tardi si subiva un poco il rumore dei commerci prima e dopo la chiusura. ma era comunque incantevole la posizione. colazione corretta ma come indicato in altre recensioni, potrebbe offrire qualcosina di più e magari evitare alle 10.05 di mettere paravento ad indicare: punto, fine. un piccolo margine rimane sempre gradito, intendendo 15 20 minuti... stanza piccolina ma superdecorosa e molto pulita. soffitti incredibilmente altissimi. la parte inferiore della della doccia forse potrebbe necessitare migliorie. personale super cortese e disponibile, dandoci volentieri diversi suggerimenti e informazioni! due bei giorni quelli trascorsi a palazzo indelli, da ritornare!

Phantastische Lage in der Altstadt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr gepflegt. Imposant sind die hohen Deckel in den Zimmern.

obwohl das Bad modern und schön war, ist die Dusche sehr schlecht gewählt. Selbst als kleine und schlanke Person, kann man dich in der Dusche weder umdrehen noch bücken ohne sich zu stoßen. Das Barpersonal am Abend wirkte sehr gestresst und war wenig flexibel.

Beliggenhet, stort, luftig rom - god seng. Hyggelig personale.

The location is good, centrally located but can be noisy at night. The terrace is nice.

The building is old so understandably there are things they can’t control, like soundproofing, size of bathroom etc. although they can make the doors slam less as to not be awakened by guests at late hours of the night. No Air conditioning in the lobby, which can be brutal checking in or checking out if there’s a wait. However the biggest problem we had was the disgusting bathroom shower that had mold in it. When I raised the issue to the front desk, they tried to explain it away. They ended up cleaning some of it, but at no point was there any compensation or consolation gesture to make up for the experience. When I raised the issue again, and asked for a manager I was told the manager wasn’t there at the time and that was it. The staff had no authority to offer like a drink or food voucher to their own restaurant, and they never bothered to ask the manager who was never there during our 3 day stay (still don’t understand why the manager was not contacted by phone) For the price per night, it’s definitely not worth the value to experience the property grounds or the staff handling of the situation. It was a really disappointing experience.

We loved the position of Palazzo Indelli and the staff were very helpful. Also loved the tuk tuk service.

The hotel staff is superb. They are very helpful and service. It’s a safe location. They are accommodating. The free breakfast is a plus. It’s a great location if you want to stay in the old town. There is street parking nearby in a parking lot, not too far. Very walkable lots of restaurants and shops around. Quick 15 min walk to the train station.

The breakfast was served in restaurant in front of the hotel. It was not buffet and very basic

The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. We were able to check in early with a large group and very appreciative of the hotel’s willingness to allow us to do so. They even had a staffer meet us in the parking lots with a tuk-tuk to move our luggage. The location was great for us and the breakfast buffet and staff were great!

The parking was a little tricky to establish, and was a bit of a distance to get to.

Zimmer 105 mit sehr kleiner und enger Duschkabine, nicht mehr zeitgemäss. Balkon für andere Gäste zugänglich. Balkontüre zum Balkon, welche die einzige Lichtquelle des Zimmers ist, ohne Milchglas, das heisst keine Privatsphäre, Leute können ins Zimmer hineinschauen. Somit muss die Abdeckung des Balkontürglases immer geschlossen gehalten werden, damit niemand Einblick ins Zimmer und man Privatsphäre hat. Ein Milchglas würde es erlauben die Läden zu öffnen, damit man wenigstens Tageslicht hätte.

Durch die zentrale Lage extrem laut Nachts und die Fenster ganz schlecht isoliert. 3 Tage nicht an Schlaf zu denken. Als Alleinreisende zum vollen, sehr teurem Preis ein sehr, sehr kleines Einzelzimmer bekommen. Es tut mir sehr leid, aber als Single keine Empfehlung.

The staff especially Mrs Marilena was very helpful and give us a lot of information about property and Monopoli.

Property was beautiful and rooms and everything except breakfast. You cannot call it breakfast. And you must pay for it . Its mybe breakfast for ** not for ****. Do we pay for out breakfast and eat breakfast outside the hotel. Unbelievable !! Small table with no coffee machine, small plate with fruits and one small plate with salami and chese. Bread with tomatoe old from day before, ad juice which was not juice.

Sok minden. Először is a szoba nagyon hangos volt, nyilvàn a belvàros miatt. Megèrkezèskor nem kaptunk egy pohàr vizet sem, a gesztus a 4 csillag miatt indokolt lett volna. Semmilyen közèrt nem volt a környèken, , mert az óvàros kellős közepèn voltunk, jólesett volna ez a fajta kedvessèg, és nem, nem a 2 euro a problèma, hanem az, hogy példàul a szobàban mèg nyitó sem volt kinyitni az üveg vizet. A wc az egy magasîtott , kényelmetlen , valószînű rokkant wc volt. A fürdőben nem volt egy polc, ahova pakolni lehetett volna, a tusfürdô a földön volt, , a wc papir a wc peremèn😱😱 semmilyen komfortèrzetem nem volt , műanyag poharak, àtgondolatlan terek, olcsó, igènytelen bútorok. A reggelinèl amerikai kv kancsóban, alternativ tejnek nyoma sem, zacskós , fèlig kiszàradt toast kenyèr. A legolcsóbb szalàmi, îzetlen, kellemetlen reggeli. Sok négy csillagos hotelben voltam màr, ez csak az àra miatt az. Nyilvàn a fekvèse miatt megengedheti magànak, de botrány az egèsz. Nem ajànlom . Parkolàs nincs, reggel is ki kellett rohangàlni az automatàba meghosszabbîtani, mert persze este nem lehetett màsnapra jegyet venni. Összességében fáradtabban jöttem el, mint mentem.

Excellent location right in the square, tuk tuk to bring you to the carpark which is free. Lovely rooms which are really comfortable and spacious. Marilena on reception is really brilliant and really helpful 👏

A localização éóptima, mesmo na Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi e a poucos metros do Porto Vecchio. Os funcionários, sobretudo os da recepção, muito solícitos e agradáveis. Instalações limpas, o AC nos quartos é regulável, o que foi óptimo. A água do duche sempre quentinha, um bom sinal wi-fi e um pequeno- almoço bom e variado.

Acho que não houve nada que mereça um apontamento negativo.

The location was fabulous, the staff was nice and attentive

When we arrived, we discovered the shuttle was down so my husband had to walk about a half a mile from the free parking lot to the hotel in the summer heat. Also, little things bothered me… The kleenex dispenser was almost out, the prior guest’s towel was still hanging in the room, and the soap dispenser did not work, but when we called these things out to the staff, they did their best to fix it immediately.

Very good choices. They set your table with your room number.

We booked a standard room and it was small even for EU standards. So, no space for luggage. So upgrade and you will find a larger room.

What a wonderful hotel! Great location, great property and great staff. A special shoutout to Vito for his help with parking, luggage and checkin. We stayed here on our last day in Puglia and my only disappointment was that we did not spend more time. The hotel is wonderful and Monopoli is a gem!!

La ubicación excelente. La atención del personal impecable. El área de desayuno muy linda y cómoda. Ya tenía asignada una mesa.

Al estar en el casco, no se puede llegar hasta la puerta. Cuando llegamos nos fueron a buscar al parking , pero al check out no funcionaba el tuk tuk. Muy caro el parking privado 35 Eur.

The location is convenient to everything. Everything is within walking distance to where we wanted to see. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Franco who helped us with our check in and gave us an orientation of the town , provided with great restaurant recommendations and also provided us information on the best way to get to another town . He even helped us secure a reservation from one of the popular restaurant in town. The hotel is clean and our room is very spacious with high ceilings .

It's right in the center of the piazza so, it can be noisy especially at night. The stand -in shower in our room wasn't ideal and poorly designed causing water leaks and splashing into the rest of the bathroom. We ended up using most of the towels to dry the bathroom floor.

For the price, the room was pretty ordinary. Quite small, no bar fridge and quite noisy because of kitchen staff in the evening.

Loved the spotlessly clean fluffy bright white towels. The bathroom was spacious. Nice toiletries for the shower. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bag takeaway that was prepared for me on my last morning was hugely appreciated as I had to check out really early in the morning to get a train. Palazzo Indelli is in a fantastic location, in the heart of all the buzzing atmosphere of the centro storico area.

I absolutely hated my room. The rest of the hotel is so pretty, but as I was a solo traveller on a budget, I was given the smallest room ever. There was a big double bed in the room, but it took up all the space in the room. There was one window that was located high on the wall and facing onto an internal hallway. I couldn't see out of the window. I felt very claustrophobic. While I would stay in this hotel again, I will never again book that room!

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro histórico . El desayuno sin gluten muy bueno . La decoración del hotel . El tuc tuc a la estación fue de gran ayuda hoy que iba con más equipaje.

Pase muy bien allí y la presión del agua de la ducha es muy buena .

La ubicación sin dudas, es lo mejor que tiene, en el medio de la plaza, todo a mano.

El cuarto en el primer piso era muy ruidoso, se escuchaba a los empleados ordenando el comedor, los ruidos de la calle y abajo de nuestra ventana, 5:30 am venían a recoger la basura. Las dos mujeres que atendían en el desayuno tenían mal modo, ni media sonrisa. La habitación era muy chica y con poco lugar de guardado, tuvimos que dejar casi todo adentro de las valijas. La ducha era muy chica y la presión del agua malísima. El shampoo estaba en el piso de la ducha, ni lugar para un estante. Para el desayuno te asignaban la mesa sin poder elegir. El desayuno no era bueno.

It’s proximity to everything

Reception staff exceeded my every expectation particularly Marilena and Franco . They went above and beyond. They anticipated my every need and were helpful and always happy to help with recommendations of what to do, where to eat or where to have an aperitivo. They made sure I had clear and concise directions to navigate the area before I left the hotel - including booking a driver or clear directions for reaching my destination with the train or on foot - they sent me google maps “posizione” or informed me of all the times for the train. You don’t even get this type of treatment at a 5 star hotel. Absolute gold standard service from Marilena and Franco .

Très bien situé pour être au cœur de la vieille ville. Un peu bruyant la nuit mais c’est ça le centre :) le personnel était très attentionné et nous avons énormément apprécié.

The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to be accommodating to our requests. The location could not have been any better. The rooms were comfortable and sparkling clean. Breakfast was included and was delicious. A special shout out to Vito who assisted us in trying to get our car into a garage space, picked us up with all of our luggage in the hotel tuk tuk and then helped us again when we checked out.
