Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Great location near Omiya Station. The room was clean, the staff were very welcoming, and the facilities were excellent. There is also a washing machine for ¥400 and a dryer for ¥100.

*La habitación es muy pequeña y bastante icómoda , en especial las almohadas (esto va por gustos ). *Se escuchan mucho los ruidos de otras habitaciones y la luz entra por las cortinas con mucha facilidad ( recomiendo antifaz y tapones , aunque la calle es muy silenciosa) .

Estuvimos 4 noches y no hicieron limpieza de la habitación, solo la hacían a partir de la quinta. El desayuno era muy reducido y limitado y lo Cavan fuera del hotel a unos 300m

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Als wir probleme mit dem ersten Zimmer hatten, wurde uns schnell geholfen und wir könnten das Zimmer wechseln. Die Unterkunft ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.
Das erste Zimmer hat sehr schlecht gerochen, so das wir dort nicht bleiben konnte. Uns wurde schnell ein neues Zimmer angeboten, da hatte der Kühlschrank jedoch leider Schimmel, sodass wir den nicht benutzen konnten.

Il y avait un peu de poussière dans certains coins de chambre mais pas grand chose

The room had an unpleasant smell. The towels often smelt of damp even after collecting new ones and the bed was extremely hard. Room cleaning is only offered once per stay. The smoking room is convenient for smokers but made the bottom floor and laundry room smell. I wouldn’t rebook, but it was very affordable.

1-房間有點小，感覺比較適合商務。 2-房間內冰箱比較小、浴簾有點髒。 3-枕頭超級軟，躺下去就扁掉 4-電視頻道很少

The carpet of our room was very dirty -- it was badly stained and full of spots of a dark, sticky substance that stained all my socks and even some of my clothes. I have no idea what it was, but I was disappointed it stained my personal items. The entrance of the hotel smelled strongly like cigarettes because the smoking area was not well isolated.

Odası ayrı küçük banyosu ayrı küçük, camı max 2 parmak açılıyor. Giriş katında çamaşır odası var çok kullanışlı ama sigara alanı içinde olduğu için yıkayıp kuruttuğumuz her şey sigara kokmuştu.

La habitación es demasiado pequeña para 2 personas. Lavé la ropa y salió oliendo a tabaco ya que el espacio de fumadores es junto a la lavandería. Las cortinas de la habitación no tapan la luz. La ventana no se abre apenas y no permite ventilar la habitación

GREAT location - we used the hotel as our hub for going anywhere in Kyoto, you have the tram to Arashiyama Bamboo Forest just around the corner, you're two subway stops (5 min) away from Gion District etc. Also easy to get to Kyoto station for Nara etc. We loved it!

Breakfast - suggest strongly against purchasing it with the room as it is served at a nearby cafe with the same menu of egg + bread + salad every day.

Camera con dimensioni tipiche delle camere giapponesi ma con tutti i comfort. È presente una lavanderia ma non è possibile spedire i bagagli (ma li ricevono senza problemi). In caso, a pochi passi è presente un Familymart dove usufruire della spedizione delle valigie. Lo staff non parla benissimo l inglese

Reviewed May 26, 2026Good location, enough space in the room. On the entrance you can grab toothbrushes, combs, body lotions, and then bathroom is equipped with products. All together was pleasant, with good location! Some shops near by and restaurants. 30 min walk to central.
It seems clean on the first look but it was dusty everywhere- it needs good deep cleaning. I was coughing from the dust, but that’s only negative I can think of.

La colazione non è stata come pensavamo perché la scelta era tra pane e uova e basta, cosa che non ci è stata detta e che non è specificata al momento della prenotazione. Se si vuole altro si paga in più ma si è costretti a portarsi via la propria porzione di pane e uova.

חדרים קטנים ברמות צוות לא נעים ומגעיל חדרים לא נקיים וגם הצוות לא מנקה אלא אם כן לא משלמים לו למרות ישנו בחדר ארבעה ימים ולא באו לנקות פעם אחת , חוויה נוראית להתרחק מהמלון כמה שאפשר!
