Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für Baden-Baden und die Top-Lage prima. Wir konnten schon früher einchecken, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, Gepäcklagerung ist möglich, auf Anfrage haben wir problemlos einen Wasserkocher bekommen, das Zimmer ist groß und mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer ging zur Sophienstraße hin, mit geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem, wenn Lüften notwendig ist (aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage) dann ist der Geräuschpegel natürlich lauter, was bei der Lage und Zimmer zur Straße nicht zu vermeiden ist. Das Frühstück können wir nicht bewerten.

Service desk abbandonato, non c'era mai nessuno. Quando è arrivato il receptionist stava a chiacchierare in videochiamata sul tablet con in amico parlando un'altra lingua e mi parlava masticando un chewing gum. Stessa cosa al check out, ho depositato le valigie al locale preposto senza che nessuno mi vedesse. Volendo potevo prendere quelle presenti... Per accedere all'ascensore bisogna comunque salire i gradini con le valigie. Camera senza aria condizionata. C'era un ventilatore con piantana. Purtroppo le porte dei corridoi delle camerate sbatte e disturbava a tutte le ore, la ns camera era la più vicina. Devono rivedere quelle porte. Manca ripiano per appoggiare le valigie, o le apri per terra o le metti sul divanetto.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Spartanische Ausstattung. Bettwäsche aus den 80ern ( diese Kreppbettwäsche mit den Noppen) - nicht sehr angenehm auf der Haut. Schmales Kissen. Tiefgarage dunkel und eng. Keine Klimaanlage. Badewanne mit Duschvorhang.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral gelegen. Casino, Therme, Friedrichsbad Fußgängerzone mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften direkt vor der Hoteltür. Das Frühstück war in eigentlich in Ordnung und ausreichend, wenn auch nicht überragend (Brötchen, Wurstauswahl) für ein Hotel mit Anspruch und entsprechendem Preis dafür. Fairerweise darf man nicht vergessen, dass es für das Preisgefüge sonst in Baden-Baden doch gut war. Das Zimmer war großzügig und das Badezimmer wohl recht neu renoviert.
Leider hatte das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage. Bei offenem Fenster ruhig schlafen (1.Stock) war durch das pulsierende Nachtleben um das Hotel herum nicht immer möglich. Einen Lichtschalter mit Stockdose in der Mitte der Bettrückwand mag auch nicht jeder. Kleinere Mängel (Schalter am Kosmetikspiegel, Arretierung an dem Braushalter fehlt, eine Deckenlampe defekt, Gardine hing fest...) hätte ein aufmerksamer Hausservice schnell beheben können. Das WlAN ging oder manchmal auch nicht...

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Sehr zentral gelegen mit Tiefgarage und trotzdem sehr ruhig! Wir waren im 5.Stock und waren mit der Grösse der Suite und dem Balkon sehr zufrieden! Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und frisch!
Beim ein und aussteigen in der Badewanne zum duschen mussten wir Senioren schon achtsam sein! Eine Dusche wäre für uns hilfreicher gewesen.

Situé sur une belle avenue avec une allée de maronniers et des commerces chics, en face du musée Fabergé. Rien ne manque à part la machine à café et la bouilloire mais cela semble moins systematique en Allemagne où ils servent toujours les petits déjeuners. Frigo, bureau, coin salon, table et fauteuils, ventilateur, sèche-cheveux miroirs, et une wifi gratuite et efficace. Tout est fonctionnel et la chambre spacieuse, le lit géant et confortable. Un bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons eu une place de parking dessous accessible par l’ascenseur . Un plus. Pas plus cher que ceux de la ville. Les fenêtres fermées, les voitures ne dérangent pas et nous n’avons jamais entendu les voisins dans leur chambre à coté. Les 10 marches pour accéder à la réception ne gênent pas : elles sont aisées. Et ils ont accepté notre chat pour 10€ par jour Dans la rue en bas derrière, à droite, il y a une formidable pâtisserie, et à gauche, un bon restaurant bavarois !: Lowenbrau et Les Casseroles chez Àgnes, plutôt alsacien. Dans la Luisenstrasse 8-10 LEOS’S un restaurant avec une succulente bouillabaisse, ouvert plus tard . C’est une ville charmante
Les chaînes de tv très limitées, aucune française . Les rideaux vraiment pas occultants. Les portes que les clients laissent parfois claquer, indélicats . Sinon ce serait un 10

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The location is great, a few minutes' walk from the old town and the thermal spa. The front desk staff (in particular, Ahmed) was generally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was average, the staff at breakfast was attentive and friendly.
The hotel rooms are outdated. The pictures of junior suite were somewhat deceiving as it shows a separate bedroom within the suite, which was not the case. The luggage room by the reception is not monitored, and the front desk (Lyuba) lacked basic customer service training to even attempt to locate the missing backpack. She was rude and defensive and kept saying that they take no responsibility, and there is absolutely nothing they can do.

Wir haben eine Klimaanlage vermisst, es war sehr heiss. Wenn das Fenster offen ist, hört man die Strasse sehr gut und es ist laut. Ich habe eine kleine Kaffemaschine oder einen Wasserkocher vermisst.

l'accueil pour le check-in : un peu froid, pas très souriant nous avons eu un peu chaud dans la chambre en cette période de canicule

Grosse chaleur dans la chambre ( sans climatisation) à notre arrivée ; Il aurait fallu fermer les fenêtres dans la matinée surtout que dehors il y avait la canicule. Rue assez bruyante tard le soir ( vehicules et bruit de climatisation ?) . Cela dit, le bruit est présent seulement quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais impossible de les fermer en raison de la chaleur qui régnait dans la chambre.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Tânăra de la recepție a fost deosebit de profesională si amabila și a încercat să remedieze situația astfel încât să ne simțim bine. Micul dejun a fost bun și doamna de acolo foarte serviabila.
Deși filtrele de selecție au inclus "aer condiționat " , in cameră am constatat că nu există. Era o căldură groaznică și nici o posibilitate de a face mai răcoare . Contra unei sume decente am fost mutați într-un studio dotat cu un aparat AC portabil și a fost mai bine, dar foarte zgomotos. Parcarea și micul dejun au fost plătite in plus. Cu o mașină mai mare nu se poate intra la subsol în garaj.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026L'hôtel est très bien placé au centre de la ville. L'accueil était parfait. La chambre était très spacieuse et tout les équipements étaient présents, notamment un ventilateur car il faisait très chaud.
L'hôtel est un peu vieillot et mériterait un petit coup de jeune. Et aussi dans la salle de bain ça vaudrait le coup d'avoir une vitre sur le bord de la baignoire plus grande car il est difficile de ne pas mettre de l'eau partout.

Er hing een hele nare geur in de badkamer waarschijnlijk vanuit het riool maar het stonk best wel. Het was er zeer gehorig in het hotel zelf door dichtvallende deuren, gestamp vanuit andere kamers en stemmen. Je hoort ook alles vanaf buiten.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel- dafür ist die Lage unschlagbar direkt in der City umgeben von vielen Boutiquen. Lichtenthaler Allee bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso alle netten Boutiquen. Mein Dackel durfte mit in den Frühstücksraum. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß mit extra Ankleidebereich. Die Tiefgarage ist- wie meine Vorgänger schon sagten- für Autos mit niedrigem Radstand nicht geeignet.
Das Hotel ist alt und ohne Klimaanlage. Ein Standventilator hilft nur bedingt. Die großen Fenster kann man nachts nicht öffnen wegen Lärm auf der Straße. Mein Zimmer hatte nur eine Badewanne als Dusche, was ich nicht so komfortabel finde..

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The bathroom was quiet good. The room was ready on time. The bed size is quiet big!! The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly. The breakfast was good (not included in the booking though. This was not clear)!
The smell of the room was a bit off (which is quiet weird for a deluxe room that costed more than a 130€/night). The overall room also seemed old . The curtains were not in a very good shape. It was a bit hot, even with a fan. If you open the windows and curtains, people in the street can see you (since our room was in the first floor).

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Brilliant location, exceptional room, and friendly staff. We had a family room on the top floor with some some views of the city. These photos are a bit dark, but the rooms was really well lit during the day.
The lift didn’t go to the top floor, but that was fine for us, it went to the next floor and just a short flight of stairs.

Pas de climatisation par plus de 30° le jour et 23° la nuit.1 ventilateur était fourni. Nous avons dû en demander un 2ème eu égard à la taille de la chambre. 2 lampes ne fonctionnaient pas ( sur 3)... Toutefois le personnel a été à l'écoute et réactif à toutes nos demandes. Pas de parking.
