Close to the station but away from the noise of it. Great staff, breakfast was delivered by two very nice men on time, the viewing point is peaceful. Room A-4 was very spacious with a deep soak tub.

My room didn’t have a direct view of Fuji but it was cloudy so wouldn’t have mattered

Bardzo miła obsługa (w dniu kiedy był prognozowany deszcz, przed drzwiami znaleźliśmy zestaw parasoli :) ). Ładny punkt widokowy na Fuji. Prywatny onsen.

La terraza con los juegos de jardín nos pareció muy divertida y la disposición de la terraza muy cómoda. Escogimos la opción del desayuno de las cestitas, ¡Súper rico y variado! ¡Lo tomamos en la terraza de la entrada del hotel con unas vistas impresionantes del Fuji! Sin embargo, lo que más me gustó fue el mirador, una zona preciosa para ver el Fuji tanto de día como de noche, rodeada del huerto y flores le dio ese toque especial que buscábamos para nuestra visita a Kawaguchiko <3 ¡Volveré seguro!

Sehr gute Lage und Blick auf Fuji. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und groß, auch der kleine Garten ist schön, wenn man draußen sitzt zum Frühstücken. Das große Steinbad tut gut.

Hotel de casitas en medio del pueblo. Cerca de la estación. Muy caro por el hype del Fuji. Todo se va al traste si hay nubes. Muy tranquilo. Bien para aislarte; pero sin los servicios para considerar quedarse todo el día en él. El desayuno te lo traen a la puerta de la casita y está tremendo si te gustan las comidas japonesas. De lo mejor para mi. Todo en Kawaguchiko está planteado para ir en coche privado.

Muy caro para lo que ofrece. A la mitad de precio sería una opción.

L'habitacio es com un apartament, es molt gran! La vista desde la terraseta al Monte Fuji no te preu, meravellos. El lavabo em va agradar el detall de que tingues tocador a mes amb amenities. Et reben amb un gelat de gel, es d'agrair, son molt amables.

esta a uns 10 minuts a peu de la estacio i del supermercat, a aquella zona residencial no hi ha res de serveis. De tota manera les coses bones ho compensen.

Bed was way too hard. We moved to the futon as it was more comfortable, but still hard for western standard.

Very good hotel proximity to the main Train/Bus station (5 mins walk). Room was very clean and big enough for family of four. Staff was very nice and helpful. Very good view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel observation point.

Price could be a bit lower but I guess all the good things about the place come at a price. Very happy with the stay.

Our stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, and the garden was beautiful. They even have their own Fuji viewpoint! The bath was amazing, and the hotel was close to the station, so we could easily catch a bus to Mt. Fuji. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed our conversation with the person who was originally from Lombok. Another person who surfed was also great. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was incredible - it was delivered to our room daily in picnic baskets. Many yummy goodies to start the day.

Beds could have been a bit softer. But this was a very very minor part of the whole experience.

Het ontbijt was heel goed verzorgd. Twee sandwiches dagelijks wisselend beleg, soep, toetje, sap. Top!! De accommodatie was fantastisch. Het personeel supervriendelijk en de ligging dichtbij het station.

De bedden waren wel wat aan de harde kant. Niet heel comfortabel.

De locatie, op loopafstand van de trein en als ‘ie zichtbaar is een top uitzicht op Mount Fuji vanuit de achtertuin. Ook de privé Onsen in de accommodatie is geweldig.

La habitación es enorme, todo el apartamento. El baño gigante, al igual que la cama. El jardín es un puntazo, pudimos ver el Fuji tanto desde el mismo jardín como el mirador. Está caminando a 6 minutos de la estación. Está muy cerca del Toyota Rent a Car y de un seven. Nos guardaron las maletas y al hacer el check in estaban ya en nuestro apartamento. De 10.

Everything about this place was incredible. The view, the deck, the bed... etc. It was beautiful.

Le petit déjeuner très bon, livré dans la chambre, très joliment présenté. L’emplacement de l’hôtel proche de la gare (5 min à pied). Une vue magnifique sur le Mont Fuji. C’était une parenthèse reposante au milieu du voyage à un rythme effréné.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We stayed 2 nights when we went to Fuji-Q. Staff was super friendly, the room is pretty spacious, clean and comfortable, the bath is big and nice, the little garden is cute, and the hotel shared spaces are also well maintained, and the location is great (even if car navigation gets a bit lost) and close to the station and the restaurants and shops there (but don’t skip the Okonomiyaki place just in front of the hotel), very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast basket was delicious as well with local ingredients and a good enough amount of items.

We enjoyed our stay in a quiet area away from tourist traffic. On the rainy day provided large umbrellas were very useful. Surrounding grounds are attractive and well maintained. Hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. View of Mt Fuji in early morning from our window and backyard were especially memorable.

The mattress will need to be replaced soon. Restaurant 'Zoo' across the street (cash only) had excellent okonomiyaki and fried ice cream.

They made the place look really nice.

It seemed that everything had been thought of. At this time of the year the rose gardens were out in full and the fragrance intoxicating. The villa was very roomy, and included a microwave for food bought from a convenience store or from the great little selection in the vending machine. There was a comfortable lounge and an outdoor area, which we were not able to appreciate fully as we only stayed one night on site. The stone bath was luxurious. The property is in a very quiet residential area with neighbouring vege gardens around and only about a 7-10 minutes walk from the Station.

A longer stay to appreciate the surrounds.

This was by far the most beautiful place we stayed in Japan! Perfect location, just couple minutes by foot from the station. The rooms are huge, clean and comfy, with incredible traditional vibe, and the view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking! The area surrounding the rooms is also very pretty, with lots of flowers and a special viewpoint for Mt Fuji :) in the afternoon & evening you can help yourself with some drinks at the reception. We also ordered the traditional breakfast bento, and it was beautifully done :) We couldn't recommend this place more! We'll definitely come back :)

If I really had to find anything to improve, I would do something about the bed that is very hard ;) and the cushions.

Zeer mooie ruime kamer met een prive onsen en een eigen tuintje waar we heerlijk buiten hebben ontbeten. Het ontbijt (bento box) was meer dan genoeg, zat wel veel vis in wat ik minder vind, maar dat is smaak. Het was keurig verzorgd in ieder geval. Mooi uitzicht op mount Fuji. Restaurants zijn op loopafstand ongeveer 10 tot 15 minuten lopen.

The staff was so nice and really cared about our needs. The location near the Bus and train station was great. The place has a very nice garden and is really well decorated. The room mixed japanese and occidental style and was very comfortable, with a nice small private garden where we could sit and have tea.

El lugar es precioso, tranquilo y cerca de todo. El servicio al cliente muy bueno, son muy agradables y simpáticos, comentamos que era nuestra luna de miel y nos dejaron un agradable detalle! Además tiene un propio pointview del Mt Fuji increíble!!!! Nos hubiéramos quedado mas días!

It’s a beautiful resort with views of Mount Fuji. Facilities were very clean and we loved the bathroom with the mineral bath. We purchased the breakfasts for both mornings and were pleasantly surprised by the selections provided. Conveniently close to the train and bus station.

The location is 7 minutes from the train station. The resort is as described. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and speaks excellent English.

Tutto perfetto. Abbiamo passato qui un paio di notti per la nostra luna di miele e Il personale, molto gentile, ci ha fatto trovare un piccola sorpresa per l’occasione. Tutto estremamente pulito e ordinato. La mattina abbiamo fatto colazione in giardino con vista Fuji.

This place is perfect: just 5 min away from Fujikawaguchiko station, rooms are big and comfortable with free drinks and a very nice bath, the garden is beautiful. But the best thing this hotel has is their own Mt Fuji viewpoint, you dont need to go out to have a perfect place to take pictures and to enjoy the view.

L’établissement est a 10 min à pied de la gare. La chambre est spacieuse, avec vue sur le Mt Fuji depuis la terrasse. Le bain est aussi très agréable. Excellent petit déjeuner à la mode japonaise très copieux et qui change chaque jour. Personnel très attentionné.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and just like the photos. The individual garden areas were lovely and we had a nice view of Fuji San. I enjoyed the stone bath.The “western breakfast “ was Interesting and large and beautifully presented but my preference would be to avoid both broccoli and carrots for breakfast- the eggs dishes and sandwiches were good. The Japanese breakfast was excellent! It may be the best that I have had on my trip. Plus they drop It off at your doorstep in a wonderful picnic basket. On time.

My bed was a bit hard but maybe that was for health reasons..? I slept fine though.

Очень удачное расположение (увы, перед бунгало появилась какая-то стена, закрывающая Фудзи). Номер просторный, с традиционными кроватями и футонами, гостиной и небольшой кухней, ванной зоной с персональным онсэном. Да, онсен не выходит на Фудзи, но для медитативного времяпрепровождения есть веранда, небольшой садик с площадкой для игры во что-то типа крокета Мы приехали сильно раньше времени заселения и, оставив чемоданы, пошли гулять. Когда пришли, наши чемоданы занесли в бунгало, а на его двери было мое имя На завтрак, который можно заказать отдельно, приносили бенто. Еды много и еда вкусная. Каждый день завтрак немного отличается На территории есть удобная площадка, откуда хорошо видно Фудзи и никакие щиты или толпы туристов не загораживают вид Выбрал бы я этот отель еще раз? Однозначно да

We absolutely loved everything! This has been one of our best stays so far! A comfortable complete apartment/house where we could choose whether to sleep on a bed or on tatami mats in a traditional japanese way. We had the luck of being able to see Mt. Fuji from our terrace and our onsen bath. It was amazing, truly!

מזרונים לא נוחים, קשים מאוד כאילו שישנים על רצפה ללא מזרון. אונסיין- אמבטיה עמוקה עם מים חמים. המים בחדר בתשלום אין קפה בחדרים קפה בלובי בין השעות 15:00-17:00 נהוג ביפן קפה ושתייה חופשי עד חצות. צוות מדבר אנגלית רק בצ׳יק אין אח״כ אין עם מי לדבר. היו חוות דעת מצויינות הגענו עם ציפיות גבוהות והתאכזבנו מאוד מאוד.

This is a very nice property. The room was very spacious and also came with the granite bathtub. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and accommodated all our requests. Their breakfast bento box was super delicious too. They also have a dedicated area for viewing Mount Fuji.

Property was in a quiet location less than 10 mins away by foot from the train and bus station. The view of Mt Fuji from the viewing platform in the hotel was spectacular! Staff service was good and breakfast was simply delicious. We love that the room was clean and big with an onsen in it. We had a fantastic stay here and would come again.

Nous venons de quitter cet hôtel et tout était absolument parfait. La vue sur le Mont Fuji est tout simplement magnifique, un vrai spectacle au réveil. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 10 minutes de la gare. La chambre était très grande, avec un superbe jardin privatif et un bain chaud prêt à notre arrivée, ce qui était vraiment appréciable après le voyage. Une expérience exceptionnelle que nous recommandons sans hésiter !
