Sehr gutes Strand Apartment mit hervorragenden servicetäglichen Housekeeping modern und schlicht eingerichtet. Das Apartment hatte einen riesigen Balkon, auf dem man zu jeder Tageszeit, Schatten und Sonnenplätze gefunden hat. Die Unterkunft hatte in jedem Zimmer eine individuell regelbare Klimaanlage, die hervorragend funktionierte .Bei Wunsch noch die Möglichkeit Frühstück in der Unterkunft für 12,50 € pro Tag und Person dazu zu buchen.

Tudo excelente, com destaque no espaço exterior e acesso à praia. E ainda tivemos direito a uma surpresa para o meu marido que fez anos.

Eigentlich schöne Ferienwohnunganlage am Ortsrand in fußläufiger Entfernung zum schönen Ortskern und den verschiedenen Stränden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig, warme Eierspeisen und Kaffeespezialitäten konnten am Tisch ohne Extrakosten bestellt werden. Surfunterricht mit Transfer vom Hotel hat prima geklappt. Unsere große Wohnung lag seitlich in Block 2 und hatte einen großen Balkon zur Straße, wie gebucht mit Meerblick und 2 Schlaf- und Badezimmern. Der zweite Balkon lag nach hinten raus, war zwar ebenfalls groß, aber ohne Möblierung und aufgrund der merkwürdigen Lage zum Nachbargebäude nicht nutzbar. Unschön ist unseres Erachtens die Positionierung der Klimageräte und die insgesamt spärliche Möblierung auf den Balkonen. Ebenso hat uns irritiert, dass der Eingang zu unserer Wohnung quasi direkt von der Tiefgarage aus erfolgte. Der Weg durch das Gebäude ist verschachtelt und nicht wirklich schön. Insgesamt machte die Ausstattung der Wohnung einen etwas abgewohnten Eindruck (Badezimmertüren klemmen, Schimmel und Stockflecken an Wänden und in der Dusche, Türen am Badschrank und in der Küche hängen schräg und lassen sich nicht richtig schließen... alles nicht wirklich schlimm, aber mit Blick auf den Preis hätten wir ehrlich gesagt mehr erwartet. Wir hatten Superior gebucht, was sich definitiv nicht danach anfühlte... schade....

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt hier leider nicht...

Everything. Couldn’t fault a thing. My family and a lot of friends stayed here for the week of our wedding and we all could not recommend the place enough. The staff are absolutely excellent, we are very well travelled and this has been one of the best experiences we have ever had.

We had a wonderful stay in Ericeira. The location is perfect, very close to the sea, and the town centre is easily accessible on foot in about 12 minutes. The apartment was spacious, bright and very comfortable for a large family. We especially loved the beautiful terrace with sun loungers and the different swimming pools, which were absolutely fantastic. Having a surf school directly on site was a huge plus. The coaches were amazing, very friendly and professional, and made the whole surf experience even better. The staff throughout the property were very welcoming and helpful. A few areas, especially the bathrooms and kitchen, could benefit from some refreshing and updating, but whenever we had a technical issue, the maintenance team was extremely responsive and dealt with it quickly. Overall, a great place to stay in Ericeira, especially for families and anyone who wants to combine a relaxing holiday with surfing. We would definitely recommend it!

We had such a wonderful experience visiting as a family with a few friends. With kids as young as 3 and adults as old as 64, there was something for everyone in the intentionally designed space! Our toddler loved playing in the kids space, the pools and chasing the birds around. We utilized happy hours, live music, dinners, surf lessons and rentals and beach time. The food views and rooms were all fantastic!

We arrived to friendly staff at reception. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade from 2 bed to 3 bed apartment with sea views. The beds were extremely comfortable, was surprising to have cleaners offer to come every day to make the beds etc. myself and daughter visited the spa for a masssge. Sandra was truly amazing and very skilled at her job. Thoroughly recommend it. We decided to have the hotel breakfast and I’m pleased we did. There was a lot To choose from, pastries, cheeses, ham, fruit, yoghurt and then you can order eggs anyway you like. We ate for lunch at the hotel restaurant twice and again it was delicious. The walk into town is around 10 min. It’s a lovely walk along the coastline and into the old town where we found enough restaurants to choose from. We particularly enjoyed The Jukebox for drinks and game of cards. With regards to restaurants in high season you must book in advance and some restaurants are closed on Sunday and Mondays. We were really happy with our choice of accommodation and the locality. We would definitely return and recommend You and the Sea. Ideal for families in summer and great for friends and couples out of school holidays.

Great restaurant, spa, sauna, steam and gym. I only used the spa and restaurant. The little pools are nice and perfect for young families. We had teenagers so wasn’t too bothered as we were mostly at the beach. Beach was nice and close.

Excelente localização, pequeno-almoço muito bom e variado, hotel muito kids friendly com imensos brinquedos nas piscinas e sala de brinquedos muito bem equipada, estacionamento subterrâneo para os hospedes, ficamos no apartamento com 2 quartos - espaçoso e com tudo o que é necessário. Almoçamos e jantamos no restaurante Jangada e gostamos.

A piscina exterior é mais longe e necessário atravessar a estrada, são 3 contentores pequenos mas suficiente para as crianças, pequeno para os adultos. Poucas espreguiçadeiras na zona da piscina exterior. O bar da piscina exterior também esteve sempre fechado.

Unbelievable that this hotel/serviced apartments has such amazing service. Its location is great - there is a garden area across from reception with a playground. Pool, skate park, and a path to the beach. 15 minute walk into town. You and the sea accommodated my extended family and my toddlers so well. Each family member was impressed with the cleanliness, the quality of the food, the smiles on the faces of the staff, and the overall stay. Thank you you and the sea!

We stayed as a family of 4 in room 111. It exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spacious, modern and spotless. The balcony and view made the holiday. Every employee we met were helpful and professional. The surf school was just wonderful from arranging lessons to the teachers. Yoga was great fun too. There is a small gym, great restaurant and some really lovely communal areas, we loved the walk down to the beach. Ericiera is just beautiful, the beaches, the walks and views. We can’t wait to go back and stay at you and the sea!

This place is the best spot to stay in Ericeira. Perfect location, great staff and very convenient. It has all what you need for a great stay. We all enjoyed it a lot. The apartment was super comfortable, bigger than expected and with lot of light and terraces all over. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The pools and the extra activities were very nice. My girls joined the creative kids activity and they enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast is good. Enough options for everybody. The location is super good, you can go walking to downtown and also to Praia da pescadores which is beautiful. Supermarket and everything you need is walk distance. The restaurant was also nice, we had dinner there once and we all enjoyed it. It was tasty. We loved our stay, it is highly recommended.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was spacious, comfortable and practical. The breakfast buffet offered a healthy, varied and high-quality selection, and the facilities were well maintained. The sea views and the different swimming pool options made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff, both at the hotel and in the restaurant, were friendly and attentive. A few minor points could be improved: the accessible rooms may not be the most comfortable option for guests who do not require them, the parking spaces are quite narrow, and the automatic air freshener in the bathroom makes a constant noise that can be a little distracting. One detail I especially appreciated was the positive messages displayed on towels, small cards and throughout the hotel, adding a thoughtful and welcoming touch. Overall, a highly recommended stay, and I would happily return.

We had an amazing stay at You and the Sea with our entire team during our company offsite. Everything was perfectly organized, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartments are modern, spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The shared areas are just as impressive, creating a relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for both unwinding and spending time together as a team. One of the biggest highlights is the location – just steps away from a stunning beach and within easy walking distance of Ericeira's charming town center. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our offsite and would highly recommend You and the Sea to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation or a memorable team retreat. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely love You and The Sea. It's one of my absolute favorite family hotels in Portugal..and maybe even in the world!!! We stayed here for six weeks when we first moved to Ericeira and have been going back here regularly ever since. We recommend the hotel to every friend who visits Ericeira, especially families. 1. Staff and service is amazing. They never say no to anything we ask. They're always solution-oriented, finding solutions to any requests that we make or problems we raise. While we were staying there, we asked if they could remove one of the beds in the bedroom, they were like, "No problem!" 2. We have birthday parties here at their garden every year, and the staff is so helpful. They go out of their way to make the occasion magical for us. 3. The hotel room is so spacious, and it has absolutely amazing views. The pool is so fun. The food is really good. The pizza is one of the best pizzas I've ever had they have such creative options!!! Seriously, if you have young families and visiting Ericeira, this is a no-brainer.

Just wanted to highly recommend You and the sea for any one from families to just couples who want to be in a central location that isn’t too loud at all at night or even during the day! Super peaceful in your room and even when we had issues with some of our neighbors partying a little too loudly they were super happy to comply and fix the issue ! Staff are absolute gems from start to finish from the booking process to housekeeping to waitstaff. Seriously felt like home after 6 days and the amenities are super , two pools and a bunch of common spaces to get lost in ! The spa is tiny but mighty for two excellent massages there from two different therapists. All in all 10/10 for us as a family of four !

We stayed in room 441, a 3 bedroom superior apartment, with our 2 older kids last week and it was amazing. The apartment is huge and has a fantastic view of the sunset over the water. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the center of Ericeira and only a few minute walk to a nearby beach - across the street, through the property’s pool area and down a path. The pool area has a very cool landscaped design with lounge chairs and a bar for snacks and drinks - a beautiful oasis away from the wind by the ocean that our family enjoyed towards the end of days spent on the beach. The staff were all amazing - friendly, helpful and very easy to reach (eg when they couldn’t accommodate us for dinner in the restaurant on our first night, they recommended we order room service and waived the delivery fee!). I highly recommend this property for a relaxing time in a chill environment!

This was our first visit to Ericeira and to You & The Sea, and it certainly won’t be our last. We had an amazing stay and are already planning our return. Our apartment exceeded all expectations. It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and felt brand new. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus, especially for a family stay, and the daily housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout our holiday. What really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help. Being able to contact them via WhatsApp made everything effortless—they recommended fantastic restaurants, arranged and booked our surf lessons, and were always on hand to answer any questions. You & The Sea strikes the perfect balance between luxury and a relaxed, laid-back atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore Ericeira and can’t wait to come back.

Our four day stay at the You and The Sea resort in Ericeira, Portugal was simply outstanding. The accommodations were new, clean and offered all the in suite amenities (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer, etc) we needed for a comfortable stay. Their breakfast buffet was among the best we have experienced, with excellent food choices for both lunch and dinner. With a gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and private access to the beach and surfing, it was a complete package. Just 40 minutes outside of Lisbon, and a short, pleasant walk to downtown Ericeira made it convenient as well. One of the best parts is the Staff, who were available 24 hours a day, and were efficient, pleasant and accommodating.

YATS was absolutely amazing . From The staff , the views and the food , one could not ask for a better experience . If we are ever in the area again, YATS is where we would stay

The property is great. Only suggestion and it’s just a suggestion is get better pillows for the beds.

We came to town for a family wedding. You and the Sea was clean, great views, great food, and offered many amenities. I was spoiled with great breakfasts and dinners. I hope my food and rooms are half as nice on the rest of my trip. The property also extends down to a world class beach. Try the several restaurants on and near the beach. (Mira and Balagan). Take a walk to picturesque and vibrant Old Town. The square and shopping is right out of a Portuguese coastal movie. I will be back to enjoy more surfing and the great town and I will be staying at You and the Sea.

10/10 flat- more space than we needed in the apartment style setup and still received the service you’d expect at a high-end hotel. Most responsive and helpful concierge (via WhatsApp- convenient!) that I’ve ever had. Perfect location with beach access. Fabulous breakfast and restaurant. Without a doubt would stay here again next visit to Ericeira.

Location was pretty good for walks and nearby activities. Parking was fairly easy. Room size (we got a 3 bedroom unit) was perfect for our needs. We love having a kitchen for meals in when we want. You can also order room service from the restaurant downstairs, which is excellent.

We stayed 5 days and 4 nights at You and the Sea. Our stay was excellent! The accommodation was very nice and spacious. The kitchen had all of the things to make a simple meal. We traveled with our children and sometimes it is easier to eat at home. The customer service was incredible! They were able to help us schedule some activities and help with every request. The grounds are beautiful with easy access to the beach. The restraint in the hotel was also very good. Would stay here again for sure!!!

One of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in! I would like to start by mentioning the young gentleman at the reception who welcomed us upon arrival. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, which is a real shame because he was so amazing that, if we had not been traveling with only backpacks, we would have taken him home with us! His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude set the tone for our entire vacation and made an outstanding first impression. When we entered our room, we were absolutely amazed. The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and the cookies waiting for us there are something I still dream about today! Everything was perfectly prepared and exceeded our expectations. The entire staff, the housekeeping service, and especially the breakfast were exceptionally outstanding. We actually set aside an hour and a half every morning just for breakfast because we never knew what to try first. Everything was so delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented! This accommodation played a huge part in making our trip one of the best vacations we have ever had. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We would be delighted to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Superou as expetativas. Foi um encontro de 6 amigas e o espaço tinha tudo e em bom. Quer o apartamento - espaçoso, limpo e bem fornecido - como as comodidades da piscina interior (não experimentámos as exteriores porque o tempo não permitiu) e a localização, suficientemente perto do centro da Ericeira via praia do Sul mas afastado da confusão e do trânsito. O restaurante do hotel também foi uma agradável surpresa, tanto na qualidade do pequeno almoço incluído, quanto para um jantar simpático, num ambiente sofisticado mas com preços justos. Só falta referir a equipa jovem, simpática e altamente disponível. Muitos parabéns!

We are a family of 5 adults and we all love you and the sea from beautiful layout of the hotel, surprise welcome drinks, clean room , thoughtful toiletries and comfortable beds. The hotel also provides many activities from yoga to windsurfing. Their indoor pool, turkey baths, sauna and gym are somethings enjoyable for my family too. We would be back if we travel to Portugal again. Last but not least, the staff are cool and amazing people. Keep it up.

A brilliant place to say, comfortable, lovely staff, excellent customer service, good food, great facilities. Access to a a large outdoor area with outdoor pools, skate ramp, playground and a short walk to the beach. About 20-25 minutes walk into town, so on a hot day you would need a car or some transport. A car or transport needed to access other beaches.

You and the Sea is an amazing place to stay if you’re visiting Ericeira. They have everything you could need and more. We came for our honeymoon and were surprised with a room upgrade, which made our stay feel even more special. The entire experience was incredible, we loved the property so much that we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful short stay with You & The Sea. The staff were wonderful, welcoming & very accommodating. We were welcomed with a gorgeous upgrade to our room which had everything we could need & a stunning view. The hotel is beautifully decorated, & there are lots of little touches that make it suitable for both couple’s & families. Breakfast was fresh every morning & the staff remembered our hot orders which was a lovely touch each morning. Its in the perfect location. One of us joined the yoga on the Saturday & it was one of the best classes I have taken. We will absolutely be back.

I traveled to you and the sea with my wife and two kids (4&1y). Everything is very well organized to give you the confort and conveniency of an hotel while have the advantages of an apartment. The people were so nice, from the restaurant to the reception (special thanks to Catarina for the bikes 😉) but as well the cleaners. The location is really good if you surf as they are at walking distance from a beach. For the kids they have a nice area with a football field and some birds going around. Just fantastic ! We will for sure come back. Big big love for this place !

We had such an amazing stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. The apartments were spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and very well designed. You could really feel that a lot of thought was put into every detail, even the small things. The hotel itself was spotless, relaxing, and had a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were calm, kind, attentive, and always happy to help, which made us feel very welcome. We also loved all the facilities: the heated pool, the gym, the surfboard rental and all the different areas and activities the hotel offers. Everything was organized perfectly and felt high quality. Our children enjoyed every moment and had so much fun as well. We truly had an incredible experience and there is no doubt we will come back again in the future!

This was my first visit and i will be staying many more times in the future. What was so amazing how the staff allowed me to bring my grandchildren to use the pool for three days - most hotels would refuse, the staff made us all welcome thank you so much. my daughter lost a empty shopping bag - within fifteen minutes of asking reception a staff member returned it to my room. My daughter and i experienced two facials - staff again excellent. Thank you to all of you for making me and my grandsons welcome.

This was our favorite hotel in our Spain and Portugal trip, by far, and my favorite location in Portugal (thus far!). My son had traveled all night to get to Portugal and he really needed a bed to rest in. Check in is generally around 4, and I sent a request when booking to see if we could check in early. Not only did they have a room available right when we got there, but they upgraded us too (we had never stayed with them). The rooms are huge and the town is amazing that we stayed an extra night and I am so glad we did. The staff is also absolutely wonderful. I chatted through what's app to see if we could stay another night, and it was easy and seamless. The property is beautiful and sprawled out with easy access to the beach and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you to all who assisted and to all you offer! I hope to be back in Portugal and stay with you again. Bravo!

You and the Sea was the most pleasant surprise for me and my family. The hotel is incredibly spacious and nice with large balconies. The a/c worked really well. Everyone was raving about their rooms. They look better than the online photos. The staff and facilities are also nice. There’s an indoor heated pool as well as beach access and an outdoor pool. It’s a great choice in Ericeira!

Due to the humidity, the bathrooms really need dehumidifiers. Or towel racks. Nothing dries in ericiera!

Had I have know, I would stay here as base camp in Portugal and do day trips from here. Very big apartments, comfortable, and close to everything.

Everything was great. The apartment was very comfortable and convenient, with great attention to every detail. Access to the private garden was also a wonderful bonus.

Location

A huge space with hardly any furniture. 4 bedrooms with 1 couch and 1 chair. No place to put a suitcase, no chair in bedroom, no towel racks in bathrooms. One towel in kitchen.

Our seaside appartement was a dream: all rooms had sea view, it was a very spacious accomodation with a large balcony. Breakfast was excellent, amenities great - we enjoyed the pools (one heated), and above all we appreciated the superb service and the nice and relaxed people of the hotel. When we visit Ericeira again, we will definitively stay here again.

Stayed at You and the Sea for five nights with my 16-year-old son. Spacious, comfortable apartment with a balcony that looks straight out over the ocean. Great spot for morning coffee or sunset. Location is excellent too: everything in Ericeira within walking distance. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and the team is really friendly and helpful. Felt very welcome. Highly recommended.

We arrived at you and the sea following a rainy couple of days in Lisbon, and were told that we had been upgraded to a large apartment on the roof for my wife's birthday, and our wedding anniversary celebrations. This was very kind of the lady on reception and we loved the huge space it allowed us to relax in, with a beautiful view of the waves crashing in on the beach, a huge area to sunbath on and massive glas windows to the lounge and dining area. The hotel was so relaxed and friendly. We'd start the day with a well stocked buffet which could be healthy or indulgent. There's lots to do, gym and sauna, swim in multiple pools. the indoor pool was perfect when the wind picked up. My son loved the skateboard ramp, and daughter enjoyed the amazing lunchtime burgers after a swim. The hotels in a great position near a beach which provides a relaxed walk in to town. You can walk to a supermarket in 15 minutes, or the amazing board riders in about 30 mins. We experienced a surf lesson through the hotel which was a highlight of our stay. The instructors were so positive and friendly, they couldn't have done more. Id like to thanks all the staff at you and the sea for an amazing stay. We definitely will be returning as soon as we can.

Leuke setting, faciliteiten modern en in orde. Zwembad, fitnessruimte, goede garage, mooie propere kamer, leuk uitzicht, balkon. Goed ontbijt. Ruime uren ook voor ontbijt. Leuke wijnbar/wijnkaart.

Beautiful 4 bed apartment for a group of 8 ladies. Huge balcony. Spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and attentive. Very responsive to any queries. Great location. Fantastic spa treatments.

Easy access to the beach. Great restaurant. Fabulous breakfast. The property had so many amenities and great for activities. Rooms were comfortable, new kitchens, washing machine!
