The building is lovely, it‘s full of little pieces of art and comes with a very sweet dog. The garden is so beautiful and lush, it’s perfect for breakfast. The people working there are fantastic! I felt really well cared for.

The whole residence is just beautiful. We were lucky to get the best room - small 1 bed apt with private entrance. It looks like museum. It’s 3 mins walking from main station 5 mins from planty of restaurants and maybe 10 mins from beach. But when we stayed there we did not want to leave it is so cosy and pleasant. The furniture is all antique but you still get a tv and ac and all modern facilities. I definitely will be back there. And the stuff - it feels More like a visit family member than a hotel everyone is so friendly

Beautiful historic building in the perfect location. I stayed in the tower, it was fun. Quiet at night.

I had a great stay at Royal Rooms. My room, Salome, had its own private terrace which was great for having coffee or unwinding at the end of the day. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I'd highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

This is only a personal preference, but I prefer a softer mattress.

Sitges Royal Rooms is housed in an old mansion. The house's 8 or 9 rooms have been converted into a hotel. Everything in this hotel is thought out to the last detail. There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. Even some minor issues that existed (e.g., a broken toilet seat) were reported and resolved within hours! The rooms are quite spacious and beautifully decorated, just like the whole building in general. Breakfast in the beautiful garden is simple and neat, like everything else in this accommodation. The staff and the owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. Even Bey, the beautiful co-owner dog, adds to the already perfect environment. The hotel's location is excellent, as it is a 5-minute walk from the center and a 3-minute walk from the train station, yet far enough from the nightlife noise to be a quiet place. If there is one thing I wish the room had, it would be a coffee maker. Overall, excellent!

Very cute and charming. The hosts were great and the location is perfect.

A little bit noisy both during the day and the night. The breakfast was a little lackluster.

The staff was so accommodating & friendly. My room was VERY memorable due to the furnishings and vibe - it felt like I was in a different time period. Very clean & did not have any odors that other quaint, older places do. The breakfast was amazing in the fantastical garden setting! Location, location, location. Easily walkable to everything, yet situated on a quiet street. The train station is unbelievably close, and even the bus stop to/from the airport was easily walkable. I'd stay here again!

Not that I didn't like it, but do know there's no elevator, so stairs are the way to your room (but only a couple of short flights).

My flight and driver were both very late so I wasn't going to arrive until after midnight! 🙄 Daniel, the best concierge ever, was kind enough to leave me a key card in an envelope outside along with an instructional video he made atm showing me how to access the entrance and find my room after check-in hours (because of course reception was closed and I was dreading the idea that I'd be stuck outside ringing the doorbell or banging on the door waking up everyone and their dog or just be left outside!) 😱 That was so professionally insightful and personally thoughtful of him! I cannot remember a time when any hotel would be that clever and couteous. It was a bright spot in a very frustrating day! And set the mood for my stay there. 👍 Elias, proprietor, 😍, personally serves you at your table in their incredibly opulent garden overseen by the watchful eye of their loyal dog, Bay. 🥰 I only wish I could've stayed longer. I will next time. Truly an oasis in the city!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

From the first moment we arrived and after a warm and generous welcome, we felt home at Royal Rooms. The host and staff did everything to make us feel relaxed, until the last day. Enjoying the à la carte breakfast in the garden - which feels like paradise on Earth - is the best way to start the day. We also had dinner twice- a taste of the finest Lebanese kitchen. Moreover, we had a cosy, big room with giant private terrace at our disposal, where we also spent a lot of time. To conclude: we spent an unforgettable week at Royal Rooms! Thank you for everything! El trato recibido en general y en especial por la llegada tardía de parte de Gustavo y Daniel fue extraordinario, El edificio y las instalaciones tienen una personalidad propia y sale de lo habitual.

El personal es maravilloso. El hotel es precioso. Tienen muchos detalles y el desayuno en el jardín es perfecto.

La habitación individual es un pelin oscura aunque también es muy bonita.

J'ai demandé une chambre 2 lits 1 place. J'ai eu une chambre avec un seul lit double. J'ai du séparer les 2 lits et les refaire. Il n'y avait pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, seulement 2 verres ..... Le petit déjeuner servi seulement à partir de 8h30, j'ai dû insister pour avoir le petit dejeuner (offert) à 8h pour cause d'avion à prendre. Cette nuit d'hôtel m'a coûté tout de meme la modique somme de 200€, j'ai été très déçue et mon amie aussi

El impecable trato de todos los miembros del hotel desde los propietarios, recepcionistas , comedor, personal de limpieza , así como la exquisita decoración de todas las estancias , me sentí una Reyna durante mi estancia , 1000% recomendado , seguro que volveré !!

I absolutely loved my stay at Sitges Royal Rooms. The hotel has so much character and charm, and the service was exceptional from beginning to end. My room was wonderfully quiet despite staying during the very busy Festa Major celebrations, which I really appreciated. The staff went above and beyond throughout my stay. When I mentioned that the mini-fridge in my room wasn’t cooling properly, it was replaced immediately. They also provided me with a key for the safe when I had difficulty with the combination, and were always incredibly helpful with little requests — bringing me ice, glasses and a corkscrew, and even a plate, knife and fork when I returned one evening with takeout after reception had closed. Those small touches made the hotel feel genuinely hospitable rather than simply transactional. I also loved having a usable mini-fridge in the room, the beautiful rooftop terrace, and the overall atmosphere of the property. The location is excellent: very central and convenient for the beaches, restaurants, shops and train station, while my room itself remained peaceful. Breakfast was another highlight. Most importantly, the staff were warm, responsive and genuinely seemed to care that I was comfortable. I stayed for five nights and by the end it really felt like a little home in Sitges.

Very little. The property is in a historic building, so there are some steep stairs, particularly going up toward the rooftop terrace, which may be worth knowing for anyone with mobility concerns. Otherwise, any small issue I encountered during my stay was dealt with promptly and graciously by the staff.

Nunca me había sentido tan en casa como cuando me alojé en vuestro establecimiento. Una villa maravillosa, un jardín precioso, una acogida fantástica y un cuidado casi obsesivo por los detalles. Pero debo decir que nada de todo ello es comparable, ni de lejos, con Daniel. Su eficiencia, su atención, su memoria y su manera de actuar, siempre atenta y profesional, me han impresionado de verdad. Gracias, Daniel, por haber hecho que esta estancia fuera fantástica y por haber cuidado de mí.

La villa storica, ex palazzo della musica, è una dimora intima e unica, ricca di elementi storici raffinati e con un giardino speciale. Ogni dettaglio è un viaggio nel tempo e nella lirica. Il soggiorno nella torre, mirador, è stata un esperienza particolare con una vista a 360 gradi sulla città, sospesi nell'aria tra sogno e realtà. Ad arricchire il tutto, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff che ti accoglie e ti fa sentire a casa. Per concludere la colazione in giardino e l'ottima cena libanese, dove la serata è stata impreziosita dalle raffinate arie liriche eseguite dal vivo da un soprano leggero. My partner and I spent one night here - we'd never been to Sitges before and wanted to get a sense of what the town is like. We called the hotel and asked where to park; they were friendly and helpful and we managed to park just one block away. The location is excellent; it's only a few minutes' walk to anywhere you'd want to be, from the beach to the Centre d'Interpretació de la Malvasia de Sitges to Bears Bar and the rest of the nightlife district. The hotel is charmingly decorated; it's been well maintained and everything worked fine, even the wi-fi. The bed was cozy for the both of us, the AC dealt heroically with 40 degree temps, and the staff made sure we were well looked after. The on-site restaurant is also very good and were willing to allow the both of us to split a single dinner (we were hungry, but not THAT hungry).

Breakfast is served outdoors, which means that you may wind up sitting next to smokers. (Europe, amirite?). The gardens, however, are beautiful, the coffee is good, and there were plenty of good breakfast options.

L’hotel és preciós, edifici modernista, a 5 min. de l'estació de tren, cèntric, especialment el seu jardí, ple de vegetació i encantadors racons d’ombra que el converteixen en un lloc ideal per relaxar-se, i és on se serveix l'esmorzar a l'estiu. L’esmorzar a la carta va ser un altre dels grans encerts: tot preparat al moment i amb molta cura. Però, sens dubte, el millor va ser el servei. El personal va ser fabulós, molt atent i amable, i en tot moment em vaig sentir molt ben atesa. Una estada realment agradable i molt recomanable.

Extremely welcoming staff….. Beautiful old building and lavish interior. Great location in the centre of town, 2 minutes from the train station. Lovely garden breakfast was served in. There’s also a nice peaceful rooftop with jacuzzi if you can’t be bothered to go to the beach. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for something above and beyond your normal plain hotel room.

Perfecte ligging, in de buurt van het station en het strand en de oude stad. Heerlijke tuin waar het ontbijt geserveerd wordt! Prachtige kamers, alsof je in een museum stapt maar met comfort. De host is heel aardig, flexibel en zorgzaam.

Heel fijn contact met de eigenaar. Erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het hotel zit in een prachtig pand. Voor het interieur kom je ogen tekort. En de tuin is prachtig! Lekker eten in de tuin. Ontbijt is vers en ‘s avonds kun je er heerlijk Libanees eten. Het hotel ligt uit de drukte, maar op korte loopafstand van de boulevard, het strand, alle winkeltjes.

De badkamer voelde als thuis ;) met hier en daar gebarsten tegeltjes. Het past bij het pand en de sfeer.

This is an amazing place to stay which is kept so clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the style of the hotel and my room and it was great to have such a well sized private terrace. Having breakfast in the stunning garden area is a fabulous way to start the day. The owner and everyone who works here goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, and are so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. And finally there is the hotel dog Bey to add the final touch to what is a very special experience. Thank you to everyone for a perfect trip and I would recommend this centrally located hotel to anyone. Can’t wait to revisit.

It’s a very pretty location, beautiful indoors decorations and an amazing garden outside where you can have breakfast. But the highlight of the place are definitely the wonderful staff. 💙

It’s a little bit too warm at night, but the AC sure helps. The garden tends to have a lot of mosquitoes, but you can ask for insect repellent - it’s a life saver!

Номер устаревший очень ( улучшенный номер с террасой) особенно мебель. Нет лифта, что это важно. Вода в бутылке только по приезду.

Está muy cerca del centro de Sitges y de la playa. El alojamiento muy original decorado. Una terraza donde desayunas llena de plantas y macetas y diferentes piezas antiguas decorando, que crea un ambiente muy agradable. Y una azotea muy acogedora también con muchas plantas, y lo mejor, con jacuzzi. Ver el atardecer mientras estás relajado en el jacuzzi, lo recomiendo.

El encanto que tiene y la amabilidad de todo su personal, un trato muy cercano, amable y profesional

A beautiful place to stay in the Sitges Old Town. I especially enjoyed my breakfast in the garden - a little oasis. The staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful. I cannot recommend the Royal Rooms highly enough.

It's just an oasis of tranquillity. Breakfast became my favourite meal of the day served in the garden, where I was greeted by name each morning. You wouldn't get that in a 5* hotel, you genuinely feel like it's home after your first night. 100% recommend a stay here, and great value too as well as a perfect location.

Nothing! I had a single room which is small but they told me that beforehand so wasn't a surprise and it's a quirky old building. There is nothing not to like here other than that!

Beautiful old fashioned hotel , charming decor

Elias nos ha tratado espectacularmente. Llegamos como reserva de ultima hora y al pobre le despertamos pero nos atendió estupendamente y a la mañana siguiente igual. Nos hemos sentido super bienvenidos. El hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta a 5 minutos de la playa y a dos minutos de la estación de tren. Las habitaciones tienen un estilo único recordando a la época del barroco. Recomendamos desayunar en su jardín ya que parece que cambies totalmente de escenario y que abandones sitges. Realmente un hotel com encanto y se nota que esta cuidado. Volveremos definitivamente!
