We had multiple rooms in the hotel and it was great. We had an issue with an unwanted parasite in our room and the staff took care of it in seconds. Super lovely staff, the pool is absolutely gorgeous, nice activities almost everyday. It was great!

Der Pool ist für das große Hotel ein wenig klein ausgefallen, wird aber durch den Privatstrand ausgeglichen

Alles eigentlich. Happy Hour Drinks ab 18 Uhr. Und auch das Personal äußerst zuvor kommend.

Die Entfernung zum Nächsten Baht-Bus war nicht optimal. Man braucht ein Grab-Taxi um in die City zu kommen außer man geht gerne 20 Minuten jeden Tag zur Hauptstraße.

Podle prezentace hotelu na internetu jsme čekali trochu jiné služby. Měli jsme pokoj se vstupem do bazénu. Uz bych tuto variantu nevolila, do bazénu skutečně vstoupit z pokoje můžete, ale ani moc nemáte chuť, protože je v něm docela rušno, je zde křik a stále dokola se opakující hudba, která vám po pár dnech jde na nervy. Snídaně s velmi omezeným výběrem jídla. Zvláště západní turista si na snídani z nabídky ostřejšího jídla moc nevybere, zbývá potom opravdu chudší nabídka. Při příchodu na snídani vás “vítá “ zápach kanalizace. Co se týká čistoty pokoje, asi třetí den pobytu nám došlo mýdlo, do konce pobytu nebylo doplněné. V koupelně čpěla plíseň, která kvetla ve spárách a na sprchách. Překvapeni jsme byli v prvních dnech, že úklid probíhal až v pozdních skoro večerních hodinách. Takze ačkoli jsme plánovali aktivity, abychom uvolnili pokoj, po příchodu stejně uklizeno nebylo. Zaměstnanci hotelu byli vesměs usměvaví a milí.

but whoever cleaned the room on the second day barely cleaned it. they left our used glasses from the previous night. They just spread the bed, changed the towels and left.

Hôtel au calme dans le nord de Pattaya. Emplacement pratique, il y a de tout (resto, massage, 7-11, marché) à 10/15mn à pied, et 15mn de voiture pour aller à la gare routière du Nord Pattaya. Le personnel est très accueillant est souriant. Les espaces sont propres, la piscine est très sympa, il y a une petite belle plage en bas aussi, qui a une vue magnifique de la sanctuaire de la vérité.

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la sanctuaire de la vérité. Sur la photo de booking on voit très bien le temple depuis le balcon, mais en réalité nous avons eu une chambre à un étage inférieur et nous ne voyons que le toit du temple… le reste de la vue est cachée par les arbres, à vrai dire c’est très décevant. Quand j’ai demandé au personnel à l’accueil, le monsieur m’a dit qu’ils pourraient nous faire déménager à un étage plus élevé que le lendemain, mais vue qu’on est restés que deux nuits nous n’avons pas eu le temps. C’est le seul bémol.

Frühstück sehr gut; Personal sehr freundlich; Hotel selbst etwas abgewohnt Klimaanlage recht laut, sodass die Nachtruhe nicht so toll war!

Wir hatten das "Golden Tulip" mit 5 Sternen gebucht und somit für 5 Sterne bezahlt! das Mayaana Resort hat sicherlich keine 5 Sterne und war somit mit unsere Zahlung überzahlt!

Hotel is built over a sewer line so smells bad in dining area and shallow end of pool.

Very close to the beach, staff are so very friendly !!

Not very easy with requesting free ice bucket/glass each night, you have to buy it or take it from the restaurant (this is.m normally very easy to request each night at other hotels ?)

Staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive to our family. Staff helped with our 2 year old daughter nothing was too much for them.

e room was generally clean. The breakfast was really good!

I spotted cockroaches in the room a couple of times. The pool was awful. It was very small, constantly crowded, and didn't look clean enough to swim in, so I never ended up using it.

Everything was at a satisfactory level, the staff is friendly and they work hard for the guests.

The beach is excellent, but the entrance to the sea is full of sharp rocks

Stains on the floor, wall, furniture make it look not so clean. Security guard on duty was smoking. Pool area decoration looks old and not stylish. Onsite parking is very limited and more parking not within walking distance.

Everything about our stay was top-tier! Huge thanks to Nine at the front desk for being so exceptionally accommodating and approachable. Since our room wasn't ready when we checked in late, he kindly upgraded us to a beautiful suite complete with a bathtub and stunning views! The room itself was fantastic, offering clear views of the Sanctuary of Truth, the beach, and the pool area. We also loved the generous complimentary offers and activities provided by the resort.

It would be a great upgrade if the in-room televisions were updated to support smart apps like Netflix and YouTube.

Staff were fantastic and so friendly. There was free yoga and Muay Thai. The beach area was nice. Entertainment at night good. Location convenient.

It was all fine for me. Access to beach down number of stairs which could be difficult for some people

Bonjour, Je souhaite déposer une réclamation officielle concernant mon séjour de quatre nuits dans cet établissement à Pattaya, réservé via Booking. Je considère que les conditions rencontrées pendant notre séjour étaient largement en dessous du niveau de qualité et de confort attendu lors d’une réservation effectuée sur votre plateforme. Plusieurs problèmes importants ont été constatés : L’hôtel était en plein travaux pendant notre séjour. Des travaux étaient réalisés en journée, alors que nous étions présents, notamment dans les zones de passage de l’établissement. Le bruit, les déplacements liés aux travaux et les conditions générales rendaient le séjour particulièrement désagréable. De fortes odeurs nauséabondes étaient présentes dans l’hôtel et dans notre chambre. Des odeurs remontaient notamment par les toilettes ainsi que par les caniveaux, ce qui rendait la chambre difficilement supportable. Le ménage des chambres n’était pas correctement effectué au quotidien. Les serviettes usagées n’étaient pas systématiquement récupérées. Il fallait notamment les déposer au sol devant la porte pour qu’elles soient prises par le personnel de ménage. Plusieurs autres problèmes d’entretien et de propreté ont été constatés durant les quatre nuits. Ces problèmes ne concernent donc pas un simple désagrément ponctuel, mais plusieurs manquements qui se sont répétés pendant l’ensemble du séjour et qui ont fortement affecté notre confort. Nous avons payé pour un séjour de quatre nuits dans un établissement censé offrir des conditions normales d’hébergement. Or, la présence de travaux, les mauvaises odeurs provenant des installations sanitaires, ainsi que les problèmes de nettoyage et d’entretien ont considérablement dégradé notre expérience. Je demande donc à Booking.com d’intervenir auprès de l’établissement et de procéder à un remboursement significatif du montant payé pour ce séjour, compte tenu de l’ensemble des problèmes rencontrés.

موقع الفندق من ناحية قربه من الشاطئ ووجود سوق صغير للفواكه وبعض محلات التوبس والسفن ايليفن، وبالنسبة للفندق بشكل عام فهو نظيف ومريح ومناسب للعوائل وتعامل راقي جدا من قبل موظفي الاستقبال.

يحتاج إلى تجديد وتحديث في بعض مرافق الغرفة (الأثاث والأدوات الصحية بدورة المياه). وكذلك عدم التأخير في وقت تنظيف الغرف.

Rigtig sødt personale i Lobbyen. Vi fik ved ankomst lov til at skifte hotel uden afbestillingsgebyr, da hotellet ikke levede op til vores forventninger af et 5-stjernet hotel. Vi var meget taknemmelige for den søde maneger.

Maling slidt af trappe/bund i poolen, huller i solvogne, visne blomster, kakerlakker på toilettet. Elendig morgenmad.

Thank you for the support and efforts your hotel has made for my proposal. This is a beautiful place with outstanding people and scenery. I have gained love and precious memories here. Pattaya is a wonderful place. All the staff at Mayaana Beach Resort Pattaya are very friendly and kind. The rooms are very comfortable, the beach is beautiful, the dinner is delicious, and the evening fire show is very spectacular. If I come to Pattaya again, I will definitely stay here.

Exceptional staff service, amazing events (the beach fire show was incredible), great rooms and good area away from the city hustle, but still not too far to enjoy the city. They gave little gifts, and the staff were very helpful whenever needed, diligent cleaning staff and just overall positive vibes from everyone! We will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was hard to find at first since they changed their name to Mayaana, but the new name is now showing on Booking .com so should be easier to find in future. Also, the beach was great but it does get a little rocky as you go into the sea, need to wear swimming shoes to stay safe.

מלון אינטימי ונחמד. מרוחק מדי מהכל. לא ניתן להיכנס למים בחוף הכל סלעים. בארוחת בוקר כל הזמן היה צריך לבקש שימלאו אל מה שנגמר . החדר חדרים ניקו ביום הראשון ואחר כך ניקו חצי כח. הצוותים היו ממש מקסימים!

I purposely chose this hotel and room due to its location to the Sanctuary of Truth. I had a room with a balcony which gave me an amazing view of the temple and the sea during both sunrise and sunset. I didn’t use the pool, but it was below the balcony - I was on the 8th floor. The hotel also had its own private little beach. Breakfast was really good too.

There is nothing bad to write. I had work to do which meant I was unable to make best use of the facilities, and stayed on my room for the couple of days I was there, apart from when I went to visit the temple.

First of all the hotel is not called golden tulip anymore, the room was filthy, bugs all over the place ,hair on the floor,stains everywhere, bed frame is damaged, I cancelled my reservations and demanded refund

Le staff au beach club, deux femmes très froides , beaucoup dans le jugement. J’avais oublié ma gourde sur la plage. Le soir, J’ai demandé au bar si on ne l’avait pas retrouvé . Elles m’ont très vite envoyé balader , elles ne l’ont même pas cherché. Je décide donc de dîner sur place et comme par miracle, elles sont devenues toutes douces souriantes.elles m’ont même ramené ma gourde . Heureusement que ce n’était pas le cas pour tout le personnel , certains étaient très souriants et serviables.
