Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen gemütlich, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein besonderes Highlight war das hoteleigene Restaurant: Die Pizzen waren hervorragend und unglaublich lecker! Auch das gesamte Personal verdient ein grosses Lob. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren ausserordentlich freundlich, sympathisch, kommunikativ und jederzeit höflich – man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls fantastisch: eine grosse, abwechslungsreiche Auswahl mit etwas Passendem für jeden Geschmack. Mir hat alles ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Besonders praktisch fand ich, dass ich mein Mountainbike sicher im hoteleigenen Skiraum unterbringen konnte. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Mir hat der gesamte Aufenthalt rundum ausgezeichnet gefallen. Daher gibt es meinerseits keinerlei negative Punkte zu erwähnen.

Byli jsme moc spokojení. Vše čisté, moc hezké, postele velice pohodlné a personál velice ochotný!

Amazing views. Lovely room and balcony. Staff were all very pleasant. Secure garage for parking motorcycles in was great. Good beer. Good food. Nice breakfast selection also. The burgers were fantastic. Special mention to Stavros, great guy, pleasure to be around and was a great host.

Nothing it was brilliant. We'd have stopped a second night but they were full so we ended up at the la Val behind. Turned out its part of the same hotel so we had the pleasure of the same beer and food/ breakfast again a second night afterall.

Les instal·lacions generals estan molt bé, tant restaurant com terrassa . Aparcament per motos, perfecte. I la atenció del personal.

Les habitacions son més familiars que per anar amb parella.

Very nice establishment, friendly staff and nice, very clean rooms. Parking for motorcycles. Lost of good walks around. The food at the restaurant is excellent.

Verbleven om de alpen route te breken. Motor kon in de garage. Kamer was ruim genoeg om meerdere nachten te kunnen verblijven. Regio is mooi en ik zal hem zeker nog een keer boeken.

Alles tipptopp und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich durchaus wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Parkplätze sind knapp, aber es gab immer eine Lösung.

Das Geländer ist leicht schräg. Wenn ich dort meinen Kaffee abstelle rutscht er nach unten.

Unsere Bewertung bezieht sich auf das eher schlechte Zimmer unter dem Dach. Etwas abgewohnt, schlechtes Bett. Nicht klimatisiert und somit Ultra heiss. Wir haben über zehn Monate im Voraus gebucht und wahrscheinlich das schlechteste Zimmer erhalten.

Sehr kleines Zimmer. Keine Gläser oder Getränke auf dem Zimmer. Spätes Frühstück. Frühstück war nicht wirklich ausserordentlich.

Hotelflure und Zimmerausstattung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Il Mountain Lodge è un piacevole e ben arredato hotel posizionato ai piedi dell'Oberalp Pass. L'accoglienza è stata molto positiva. La cena è stata molto apprezzata per l'alta qualità delle pietanze e la cura del servizio, il ristorante è molto accogliente e si sta bene. Ottima varietà dell'offerta per la colazione. Le camere in stile montanaro molto ampie e pulite, i bagni sono rinnovati da poco. Nel complesso, mi è piaciuto molto.

Purtroppo l'hotel non dispone di un ascensore ma le scale non sono ripide, la prima salita con le valigie è sostenibile. Inoltre, dispone di un buon parcheggio ma non è coperto. In tarda serata il wi-fi non ha più funzionato, ma nella mattina successiva i referenti del Lodge ci hanno prontamente fornito una linea alternativa. Nel complesso questi aspetti non hanno pesato sull'ottimo giudizio per l'Hotel.

Excel·lent tracte del personal. Esmorzar molt bo. Pàrquing cobert per la moto. Ubicació perfecta per continuar la ruta dels Alps. Tot magnífic.

Das Zimmer war ok, leider hat das Bett etwas geknarrt ;-) ansonsten war es ansprechen und zweckmässig. (Die Dusche neu renoviert denke ich. ) Solange die Küche aktiv war, war es laut, weil mein Zimmer direkt über der Küche war. Nach 22.00 Uhr wurde es aber sehr leise und angenehm. Der Service und das Personal war sehr freundlich und mein Motorrad durfte ich sogar ohne Zusatzkosten in die Garage stellen. :-) Herzlichen Dank dafür! Das Abendessen wie auch das Frühstück waren ausserordentlich lecker. Ich werde sehr gerne wieder bei Euch übernachten.

Everything is 5 stars, from the host and his entourage, to the food in the restaurant and the room facilities. Very modern, yet cosy and personal. Fantastic shower! Highly recomend.

sehr Kompetent, freundlich und zuvorkommend

Wir konnte unsere 5 Bikes im Keller gesichert lagern. Tipptopper Service, schöne Zimmer mit Balkon, schönem Bad und ein wunderbares Frühstück.

Die Kirchenglocken haben genervt. Tatsächlich jede Viertelstunde in höhen Tönen und dann die Stunden mit tiefen grossen Glocken. Ich würde es begrüssen, wenn man die Glocken zwischen 22:00 und 06:00 abschalten würde.

Magnifique hôtel au cœur de la montagne Suisse. Nous avons eu une chambre avec une vue splendide sur la montagne, un vrai havre de paix. Le gérant est adorable. Nous avons pu garer notre moto dans un garage sécurisé. La chambre était très propre, la literie si agréable ! Je reviendrai avec un immense plaisir. Merci.

We got a lovely room with a rooftop terrace which had a great view on the mountains. Furthermore, the italian food at the dinner restaurant is pretty nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. Check-in was so smooth I barely had time to practice my "tired traveler" look. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was so comfortable that I briefly considered extending my stay indefinitely and forwarding my mail there. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything was maintained to a high standard. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the coffee was strong enough to remind me that I am, in fact, a functioning adult. What really stood out was the level of service. Every member of staff seemed genuinely committed to making guests feel at home. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed by friends—except these friends clean up after you and bring fresh towels. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. If you're looking for comfort, great service, and a bed that may tempt you to miss your alarm, this hotel is an excellent

Located very nicely, restaurant room looks good, breakfast is plenty and good.

Rooms are old, and a bit of smelly, not exactly corresponding to the pictures.

Le petit déjeuner très bien. L'emplacement je connaissait pas grand chose a faire sinon se reposer. Le rapport qualité prix c'est moyen. De bon conseil pour notre étape du jour

Le repas du soir un peu chère mais nous sommes en Suisse... la chambre pas de WC séparé ce dernier collé a la douche... mobilier ancien et armoire en OSB dans la petite chambre avec lits superposé. Encore une fois ça ne vaut pas le prix payé
