Prezzo della colazione non compreso nel costo del soggiorno, a mio avviso troppo caro per il cibo che offrono. Ho prenotato con l'opzione "pagamento anticipato", ma al momento del check out mi hanno fatto pagare l'intero importo dicendo che la carta serviva solo come garanzia di prenotazione, sarebbe utile essere più chiari al momento della prenotazione specificando che l'intero importo va pagato in loco

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Inneneinrichtung modern und geschmacksvoll. Frühstück hervorragend, lohnt sich. Eigenes Birchermüesli, richtiges Brot und lokale Wurst etc.
Ist an der Strasse, störte aber nicht besonders, in der Nacht ruhig.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Personál hotelu byl velmi vstřícný, milý a ochotný, cítili jsme se v ubytování jako doma. Součástí ubytování je restaurace, parkování je pohodlné na přilehlém parkovišti. Vybavení pokoje sice není nejnovější, ale pokoj byl čistý, prostorný a pohodlný. Naprosto fenomenální bylo jídlo - v přilehlé restauraci jsme měli naprosto úžasnou večeři a snídaně byla také vynikající, jídlo tu bylo absolutně perfektní, pokud v budoucnu pojedeme kolem, kvůli tomu jídlu se tu zase ubytujeme:) dodatečně děkujeme panu kuchaři, vaří úžasně!!!🧡

Our room was upgraded so had a balcony and views across the valley. 15 miles from Andermatt, the scenery was lovely. The restaurant was as full of locals as this is their game season and the menu reflected the locally sourced products. As a vegetarian I was a little worried but they had catered for this and the meal was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel and restaurant to future travellers.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Super: Vorherige Kontaktaufnahme des Gastgebers, dank der wir rechtzeitig ein Restaurant reservieren konnten, da das Restaurant des Hotels geschlossen hatte. Tolles zweistöckiges Zimmer mit Balkon, oben ein bequemes Bett, unten Eingangsbereich und Sessel mit Zeitschriften. Gutes Frühstück mit lokalem Käse und Honig.
Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Nasszelle, aber funktional, sauber und soweit alles ok.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Wir hatten Extrawünschne bezüglich den Malzeiten , haben diese im Voraus auch kommuniziert und waren sehr positiv von der Herzlichkeit bei der Ausführung der Wünsche gestimmt.
Dass das Zimmer etwas hellhörig war und wir uns fast nicht getrauten rumzulaufen und zu reden , um andere nicht zu stören (wir mussten um 03:30 Uhr aufstehen)

Het restaurant bleek dicht te zijn op dinsdag, waardoor we bij de buren in het restaurant moesten eten, wat overigens uitstekend was. Geweldig gegeten en heel vriendelijk personeel.

A small thing but I would expect a hotel of this quality/ price to have a better shower curtain (room 18) rather than a limp plastic one. Also, in common with many European hotels there are no tea / coffee making facilities in the room. This is a problem when the hotel facilities for this are closed on a Monday afternoon/ evening. Surely af the price having such facilities is not too much to ask?
