Dirty bad sheet ,no service ,bad food

A good hotel to stay for a couple of days.

They dnt serve food. They dnt have restaurants. During my stay i had to source meal from outside

The hotel was near the mellinium city centre ,

The hotel room was not clean,AC was not working properly

Cleanliness

Wifi wasn’t working

The location, and the space. Room was fine, but had too many maintenance issues.

Staff's behaviour was indifferent at best. Terrible room service. Took too much time and calls to provide even the basic amenities (Including breakfast and house keeping).We extended our stay for one additional day as we had another appointment, but we didn't get any housekeeping, no cleaning, no towels, and during our stay we didn't get any additional toiletries. The staff wasn't qualified to manage a hotel, plus the owner didn't interact with people. Complimentary Breakfast brochure is fake. They serve u whatever is prepared that day, whether u like it or not. They give u 500 ml/guest complementary bottles each day. If u want more, they charge u at a surplus price, or u can fetch it urself from the water cooler placed at the reception. The receptionist Hina, isn't qualified in hotel management, n she takes care of all the complaints. She even told me the second day to not report any complaints to the owner (Devang). Had I not been with my mom, I would've escalated the matter, since I'm from service industry too.

The IRD is amazing, you cannot order from outside until 11pm. The staff are too good and very professional.

The balcony door was not closing. This is a little concerning as we were on the 1st floor. There is no lock and can be opened easily from outside

Room was not quite. All night there was loude sound outside room. Bed was not clean. I had requested to replace bed sheer but it was ingnored. Room & Bathroom dustbin was not clean.

First they called if booking is confirmed and asked our arrival time. On reaching there they were providing the staff running rooms just beside the reception saying they dont have any other room left. They should have said on phone that they are sold out. Would have saved our time and fuel.

Nothing to like. Didn’t get checkin. Manager asked extra charged. I booked on booking.com at the price of 1500 something. They demand 2000- 2500 And not even giving the room i booked on site. They offered me ground floor room, its very uncomfortable and dirty No actual rooma as shown in pics. At the end i have to search another hotel.

Rooms are very good neat & clean property.

I'll checked-in at 8:30pm. The Receptionist of hotel don't know how to talk guest. He was sitting of the chair. I'm also a hotelier we respect our guest. Otherwise all oky. Hotel imperial park pls it's a suggestion take it seriously. Morning staff is good don't know the name it's a girl l. She is very polite and helpful person. Look like a professional staff l. When I talk to her.

The service i didnt like, no cleanliness and no ventilation in most of the rooms.

Staff behavior was good, room was clean, food was also good. All in all, a pleasant stay. 😊

Food was a bit over priced.

Dear Team, Made me wait for more than one and a half hours to check in room. Very Unprofessional behave - reception person (Ms Heena ). Never recommend this hotel to any other

I like the lobby area

Broken Wash basin and dirty toilet commode and kettle had black clay inside and no dark rooms means no curtain available to make the room dark my Room no. Was 105

The Wi-Fi connection was stable, the location was convenient, they provided warm water.

The room was not cleaned every day, I had to remind and plead the staff to do it every day. I was not allocated the room that I saw on booking and requested the staff to move me to another room which they did not.

Staff for room service and other things was good. Very humble, soft spoken and hard working people. Location was good for me as I need to be some other place in daytime and that was within few hundred meters from the hotel.

Everything else was just bad. Management staff always took atleast 2 calls for placing any order. On the first call they say, we are sending this in 5-10 minutes, then on the 2nd call (after 20-25 minutes of the first call) they actually take the order and take their sweet time in delivery. Bedsheet was torn, pillow cases were dirty, blanket was way too thin (when outside temperature was like 7-8 degrees), no room heater, electric kettle was so dirty, that once you see it you won't be able to drink anything in the hotel. They tried replacing the kettle but somehow all the kettles were in same condition and eventually they just kept blaming other staff for it. In breakfast, poori-sabji was good but the other items were quite bad. their poha was (claimed to be fresh) felt like days old and cold. On the top of all this, they even organized some terrace party at around 10 PM, which went on till 2 AM. My room was just below the terrace, so I kept hearing loud cheering, shouting and puking drunken kids, loud door knocks. There was hardly any sound-proofing. Probably good place for bachelors, but not for family guys.

staff, hospitality is missing. asked to change badsheet as it was dirty which couln't changed in 3 days . Before arrival, asked token money to hold booking even after confirming my arrival.
