Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant here! The staff is really patient, friendly and sweet! Miss. Priya was very kind and she made our checkout process smooth, which usually gets chaotic but it wasn’t the case here! The food’s also pretty tasty, be it indian or continental, just one suggestion that is if y’all could do something little different each day in the breakfast buffet…no complaints about the taste and quality, just a little variation of dishes will be great! We stay here for 4 days and the cleanliness of the room was maintained every day, no complaints. They have a pretty swimming pool which was very clean, they also have spa and my mother had a great relaxing experience. Overall, it’s a great place for a family stay! Would definitely recommend staying here

The reception staff was clueless. Had to wait 20-25 mins to check in and that too after a reminder 15 mins in.

Overall, the stay was average, but housekeeping needs significant improvement. When I checked in, there was leftover naan roti from a previous guest that had not been cleaned, which was unhygienic and disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom had poor drainage, causing water to accumulate on the floor during showers. I hope the hotel improves its cleaning standards and addresses the drainage issue to provide a better experience for future guests.

A very efficiently run hotel, which has an excellent team running it, from the managers, kitchen teams, housekeeping.. efficient,friendly & a joy to be hosted by.

A little dated.. gym needed a little equipment maintenance, but the running of the place more than makes up for it

Had a really comfortable stay at Ramada by Wyndham Gurgaon Central. The location is convenient, especially if you are visiting Gurgaon for business or shopping. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, giving a relaxing feel after a long day. What I liked most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was polite, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The breakfast buffet also had a good variety with decent taste and fresh options. The hotel offers a nice balance of comfort, service, and value. A few areas could still be improved slightly, but overall it was a pleasant experience and definitely worth

While the overall stay was very good, there were a few small things that could be improved. Some parts of the hotel interiors felt slightly dated compared to modern business hotels in Gurgaon. Room service response time was also a bit slow during busy hours. The breakfast area can get crowded in the morning, which makes the experience feel a little less organized. Apart from these minor issues, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable overall.

My recent visit to this wonderful place was nothing short of perfect. The fun started right away with an amazing pickup service that welcomed me immediately as soon as I landed. Super speedy check-in knocked my socks off—I barely had time to blink before being escorted into my cozy room! It feels great knowing every bit of guidance turned out fabulously during meal times too; seriously loved how personal their hospitality is here.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. Staff, in particular, Sonu, checked us in, in an efficient, prompt manner which was so helpful given our long journey prior to arrival. She is a wonderful representative of the hotel and has a warm and gentle aura immediately putting me at ease and making my stay with Ramada even better. Our room was of a very high standard in cleanliness and facilities. Close proximity to shopping centre and hair and nail salon. Beautiful balcony and pool views. On site restaurant serves delicious, top quality dishes. 10 /10 to Ramada Encore Also recommend Lakme Salon for hair and nails.

OMG, what can I say? This hotel gave such exceptional vibes throughout my whole trip—from airport pickup where the driver brightened up my mood straightaway—to checking in quicker than lightning with another charismatic staff member presenting less stress possible upon arrival. Not forgetting about their yummy customized dishes satisfying requests without hesitation only bottled joy provided here warms one's heart deeply—highly suggest going there next getaway plan filled with love and hospitality awaits you all over again.

Significant amounts of black mould all over the shower unit and shower door couldn't be shut, the two inch gap causing water to spray onto bathroom floor. Sink stained and fixtures decaying and becoming loose. Frankly the whole bathroom needs replacing and soon.

I had a fantastic experience at Ramada! The housekeeping team, especially Mr. Vipin, ensured my hotel room was consistently clean and organized. His attention to detail made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you're looking for a hotel with excellent service and immaculate rooms, Ramada is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area! But they need to work on guest attentive so uninformed staff at service sometimes

Had a wonderful stay! The spot has an excellent location that’s close to all attractions. Dining options were absolutely satisfactory with delicious meals. Breakfast could be better but still did its job more than fine. Everything else about my trip went smoothly. I highly suggest checking it out if you’re visiting near the area! Met a lovely receptionist named Priya and she did her job wonderfully and made our stays brighter with her cheerful energy.

Amazing experience staying at Ramada hotel during my last business trip. The customer service was really good. Has good restaurant with great choices in Buffet. Definitely recommend anybody who is in for business or holiday.

Not experienced much as we were in marriage group. Hotel is decent. Room size and decor is reasonable. Staff in general is good though I found housekeeping is lacking. Variety in breakfast is limited. However service and courtesy of some of staff members were excellent including Ms Vibhuti from front desk and gate staff

Wow, what a delightful stay! The property was simply stunning and the rooms were impeccably neat. One of the highlights for me was the amazing lady at the reception in the evening; she was an absolute gem! The checkin even though should have been allowed at 10 wasn't available until 12 and checkout was asked at 5 instead of 6. The point is in a day boarding room available for 6 hours you must give 6 hours. Lastly, why did amenities have to be paid before hand was something I was unable to wrap my head around.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at Ramada Central Gurgaon Sector 44 was an incredible experience. The warm hospitality made our stay unforgettable. Vibhuti was an exceptional host, guiding us through a fantastic gala dinner and an exciting DJ night. The ambiance was perfect for ringing in the New Year. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and vibrant atmosphere. Cheers to new beginnings at Ramada Central!

We had a lovely stay at this Ramada with the family. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was very attentive to our needs. The central location in Sector 44 made it easy to get around. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a great variety for everyone.
