J’ai trouvé ma paix dans ce magnifique Riad, aménagé avec beaucoup d’amour et de soin. La propreté, l’hospitalité et, tout particulièrement, la gentillesse de l’employé « Hamza » m’ont profondément touché et m’ont donné le sentiment d’être véritablement chez moi.

Chambre spacieuse , petit déjeuner correct , bassin sur la terrasse appréciable . Restaurant le nid'cigogne très bien a proximité .

My friend and I enjoyed staying at this riad. It is in a great location, very clean, and the staff were very friendly. It is located near the main landmarks, about a 20-minute walk away.

An authentic Riad in an area that is not yet completely overrun by shops. Locals meet at the mosque square at night. It is about an 18 minute walk to Jemaa el Fna. You can get to the Riad’s entrance by taxi from the airport. Easy to find. Engaged and flexible caretaker! Each spacious room is nicely furnished with Maroccan details. Great breakfast in peaceful open courtyard. Cold plunge on the roof. I would highly recommend it!

J’ai été réveillée vers 07h par les bruits de meubles que l’on tirait et cela venait du dessus. Et cela pendant plus de 30 minutes ce qui m’a complètement réveillé et refroidi. Aussi le petit déjeuner est trop sommaire. Un œuf, un peu de pain et un yaourt.

It was beautiful and quiet. The staff were very helpful. Our transportation to Essaouria fell thru and they helped us.

The AC doesn’t run thru the night and it was very hot.

I had a great stay at Riad Omara al Kasbah. The room was beautiful, very clean, and full of traditional riad charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Mustapha, who was always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this riad and would be happy to stay here again.

Ich war schon mal in diesem Riad, habe mich wieder dafür entschieden, weil ich das Gebäude und die Einrichtung sehr schön finde. Manche Ecken sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müssten vielleicht mal bisschen renoviert werden, ansonsten ist es sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Komme gerne wieder.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war problemlos, sehr nett und schnell, sehr entgegenkommend. So war zum Beispiel das Abstellen von Gepäck vor der CeckIn-Zeit möglich.

Am CheckIn-Tag (der ersten von zwei geplanten Nächten) fand ich abends um 23 Uhr eine sehr große Kakerlake im Schlafzimmer vor. Der Nacht-Manager bot mir zwar ein anderes Zimmer an. Aber da mir vor Befall im gesamten Hotel graute, zog ich es vor, mir (obwohl mitten in der Nacht) eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Am nächsten Morgen kehrte ich zurück mit Bitte um Kostenerstattung. Man ließ sich noch nicht einmal auf eine Teilerstattung ein. Auch nicht bei nachträglichem Kontakt via Booking.com-Support. Schade, dass hätte mein Fazit sicher nicht so negativ ausfallen lassen, wie es nun der Fall ist. Unabhängig davon: der Innenhof ist schön, der im Zimmer liegende Erdgeschoss war sehr düster

L'établissement était incroyable. Le personnel était agréable et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon. Les chambres étaient magnifiques et typiques d'un riad. Nous avons fortement apprécié notre séjour !

Cependant, nous entendions depuis la chambre beaucoup de bruit de la rue y compris pendant la nuit ce qui peut être un peu dérangeant pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger. Il n'empêche que ce riad était génial et nous le recomandons.

Well located in Kasbah district.. not far from the saadian tombs.. 700m from the main square. Very friendly and helpfull staff.. room was big , comfirtable and clean

We hadden de kamer op de bovenste verdieping, heerlijk rustig en ruim! Het personeel was vriendelijk. De locatie was perfect, in de Kasbah, op zo'n tien minuten lopen van het Djema El Fna plein.

One of the male staff was a bit odd ( over familiar). Breakfast was hugely disappointing and I’ve stayed in many riads in morocco.

The coffee was awful and the juice was from a bottle. Other hotels give you fresh squeezed orange juice. My television didn't work at all. I found a cockroach in my room.

La struttura è collocata in una buona posizione ed è molto accogliente. La stanza era davvero enorme con camera da letto, ingresso e bagno grande. Lo staff molto attento e disponibile.

Een prachtige riad met oog voor detail. De rustige binnentuin vormt een oase midden in het bruisende leven van Marrakech. Heerlijk om daar te ontspannen, te werken of rustig te genieten van een kop koffie of een maaltijd. Zodra je buiten staat, ervaar je direct de levendige sfeer van de stad. De ontvangst en bediening waren ontzettend gastvrij. Echt een bijzondere ervaring.

Mustapha at front desk was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He answered all our questions and suggested things we were not aware of. He made the check in and check out process very easy. He was a great asset and made our stay at this Riad more enjoyable. Thank you, Mustapha ;). Other stuff members were also very friendly. The location was very close to everything, yet did not have the typical 100% touristy vibe, that gave us a taste of the local culture. The nearby food prepared on our street was extremely tasty.

The breakfast - it was extremely tasty. It contained delicious items with day-to-day variations, but most of the days they were on the sweet side. Staying here for 7 nights, a slight change (sweet to neutral) would definitely make it more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at this riad in Marrakech. The team was incredibly kind and attentive throughout my visit. A special thank you to Mustafá and Imane, the managers, who made me feel truly welcome. The riad was spotless, and every detail was carefully taken care of. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about their guests — one day I left very early for an excursion and was out all day, and they even called to check that I was safe and doing well. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and made my stay unforgettable. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back.

Eman, Mustafa at reception were very friendly and accommodating, but other reception staff were not pleasing to deal with. One gave an inflated hospital drop off price to what I had previously agreed with a different receptionist. The cleaning staff did a good job each day and were kind. The breaksfast usually starts at 8am, but due to certtain circumstances, Mustafa really went out of his way to accommodate us earlier.

The non-standardised prices felt like a scam. DUring the stay, it rained and we stayed at the Topaz presidential sweet which kept leaking in about 4 or 5 spots. Heaviest rain was on our last night which caused it to leak above the bed, so our sleep was completely disastrous.

Super Tage im Riad Omara al Kasbah! Perfekt gelegen in der Kasbah und nicht mitten oder in der Nähe des Trubels Jemaa el-Fnaa. Das Kasbah Viertel ist dagegen angenehm belebt und es gibt nette kleine Geschäfte und gute Restaurants. Vieles Attraktionen sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu erwähnen sind das super nette Personal, dass bei allen Fragen und Wünschen geholfen hat. Toller Innenhof, Zimmer sehr geräumig, Frühstück meist nur süß - dafür mit täglich wechselnden und frisch gebackenen marokkanischen Brotspezialitäten und Kuchen. Wir hatten das Hamam mit 45-minütiger Massage gebucht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Dachterrasse ist beengt. Daher nur wenige Liegen oder Möglichkeiten zum Ausruhen/Sonnen.

Mustapha is a wonderful host! He made everything so great and easy for our stay. Excellent for breakfast. It is a 12 minute walk from the square but the property is great. Pool is pretty tiny.

とてもアットホームで心地の良いリヤドです♪ 私は一人部屋を予約していたのですが、チェックインした時、排水が悪いのと、扉の建て付けが悪くて少しがっかりしていたのですが、ムスタファに相談すると、すぐに来て全てを完璧に修理してくれました！！ 対応力が素晴らしいと思います✨ どこへでも徒歩で行けるし、周りにはスーパーやクリーニング店もあって便利です。 朝ごはんは２回食べましたが、違うメニューだったのが嬉しかったです🍽️ あと部屋の清掃も毎日あって、タオルも替えてくれます👍 オススメです！

Riad à la décoration sympa

Première fois dans un riad que nous ne somme pas accueilli avec le thé, c’est pourtant la cinquième fois que je viens au Maroc. Je trouve le prix très élevé Il manque de charme et une atmosphère agréable dans ce riad c’est dommage, on est plus sur un simple hotel. Restaurant inexistant, plat réchauffer au micro ondes mais le prix lui était bien digne d’un restaurant. Télé non fonctionnel, pas vu également la couleur du wifi. Chambre coté rue très bruyante Je pensais passé une réel expérience mais rien de tout ça. Le riad est très jolie c’est dommage il y aurait vraiment possibilité de faire vivre ce lieu comme il ce doit

Staying at Riad Omara Al Kasbah was such a peaceful and beautiful experience. Tucked inside the historic Kasbah area, the riad feels like a calm escape from the busy streets of Marrakesh. The design is warm, elegant, and authentically Moroccan.

The location of the Riyad is excellent—just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa—offering beautiful surroundings and a picturesque setting. However, several issues arose during the stay that impacted overall satisfaction. Every morning around 4 a.m. and again at about 11 p.m., a strong smell of smoke filled the room, likely from wood being burned for hot water or heating. This was an unpleasant way to start and end the day, especially when trying to rest. The breakfast was extremely repetitive—consisting only of bread, honey, and jam every morning. Cheese and fruit were noticeably missing, except for one day when a banana was provided. For the price paid, the breakfast was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected for Moroccan riads, which typically serve fresh fruit, cheese, pastries, eggs, and other options. Even after requesting a more varied breakfast, such as an omelette, no changes were made, which was particularly disappointing. Imagine if you were diabetic—there were no options. leanliness and maintenance were also concerns, as the spaces nrequireddeeper cleaning and some restoration. For the cost of the stay, better upkeep and amenities (such as slippers) should be expected. The soap in the room was walso altered. dditionally, the initial transfer from the airport was poorly oorganised despite arranging pfor ickup, it took over an hour and a half sto findthe driver, resulting in taking another taxi. This was both confusing and frustrating, especially at the start of the trip. IInsummary, while the Riyad offers a fantastic location and a beautiful setting, the service and amenities fell short in critical areas. Breakfast needs improvement, maintenance, and cleanliness should be prioritised, and better organisation for airport transfers is needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially given the costCleanliness

I loved the authentic riad experience and warm hospitality. The location is within walking distance of the Djemaa El Fna and souk. The street is bustling with energy during the day, but still quiet enough in the early morning and evening to enjoy a peaceful stay. Breakfast is basic, but plentiful and variable enough. Facilities are sufficiently available to make your stay pleasant and complete. The rooms are spacious and clean. The whole of the riad is kept very well. A true and unexpected gem. I would absolutely recommend Riad Omara El Kasbah to travelers who are looking for a more authentic experience in Marrakech.

Wir hatten leider Kakerlaken im Zimmer bzw. im Bad. Das Zimmer wurde auf unsere Bitte hin gereinigt. Nur die Kakerlaken waren am nächsten Tag wieder da.

Personal für marokkanische Verhältnisse eher etwas abweisend. Wenig herzlich.

Schöne Zimmer mit bequemem Bett. Sehr praktische Lage, vieles ist fussgängig zu erreichen. Schönes Frühstück.

Sehr dunkel im Zimmer (wenig Licht). Da direkt an der Strasse, in einer Gasse, abends relativ laut.

Piaciuto tutto. La posizione eccellente, il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, la colazione, il cibo del ristorante e la stupenda stanza

Ein wunderschönes Riad mit sehr nettem Personal. Man läuft ein bisschen zum Zentrum der Medina, aber dafür ist es auch ruhiger als mitten in der Medina. Außerdem gibt es in der Gegend auch jede Menge Restaurants und Co. Das Bett war zum Glück recht bequem, was in Marokko eher selten der Fall ist. Frühstück war auch ganz gut, wenn auch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.

Mein Zimmer war ziemlich dunkel, aber das ist in den Riads wohl normal aufgrund der Bauweise. Außerdem war mein Bad ein bisschen komisch: Im Waschbecken war irgendwas drin, sodass das Wasser kaum abgeflossen ist. Mit der Dusche habe ich auch gekämpft: Man muss den Duschkopf selbst halten (siehe 3. Foto) und er wird heiß! Wie kann man sich als Frau so ordentlich die Haare waschen? 😅 Auch hier hat es sehr lange gedauert, bis das Wasser abgeflossen ist. Ein Kühlschrank wäre toll gewesen, aber man sagte mir, dass das in Riads nicht üblich sei.

A arquitetura do Riad e muito linda, os quartos são espaçosos e os funcionários fizeram todo o possível para nos atender bem.

O café da manha e muito restritivo e não era possível pedir algo extra, como por exemplo ovos, a rouparia muito velha e manchada. A qualidade dos produtos para a ducha também deixou a desejar.

Communication with hosts in English is complicated. Glass top of desk was broken disposing sharp edges, there was a crack in the door of which you can see through, few holes in floor which are sharp on bare feet.

Lage, Ausstattung und Komfort des Riad Omara al Kasbah sind außergewöhnlich. Die fantastische Massage ist hervorzuheben und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren ein Traum. Wir können das Riad Omara al Kasbah uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war ein Zwischending zwischen kontinental und marrokanisch. Hier wäre es vielleicht besser auch eine typisches marrokanisches Frühstück anzubieten. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

The room ( presidential suite) was great- large and comfortable. The building itself is an oasis of calm and Moroccan charm. The staff were all friendly, helpful and approachable. The breakfast is simple but sufficient to start the day. The pool is tiny, but nice to cool off in after a day’s sightseeing. The hammam and massage were really good!

There is a large jacuzzi in the bathroom of the presidential suite, but it doesn’t seem to have worked for some time. The cushions around the pool need replacing or cleaning.

The staff was really nice. Tried to accommodate our needs.

All the amenities were not working, (pool,sauna, hammam), room had a odour at first but got better after a few hours of Air condition was turn on.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Eingangs zur Kasbah. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich diverse günstige Essensmöglichkeiten, Rooftop-Restaurants sowie kleinere Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Für fußläufige Exkursionen eignet sich dieses Riad gut (ca. 15–20 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Djemaa el-Fna). Es ist sauber, sehr stimmungsvoll eingerichtet und das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Positiv ist auch, dass die Unterkunft mit dem Taxi erreichbar ist und daher beispielsweise auch ein Flughafentransfer von "Tür zu Tür" möglich ist. Es ist ein tolles Riad, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nachts sehr ruhig und in toller Lage. Danke!

Aus unserer Sicht gibt es keine negativen Punkte. Allerdings sollte erwähnt werden, dass bei einer Kreditkartenzahlung vor Ort eine Gebühr von wenigen Prozent anfällt. Bezahlen Sie die Unterkunft daher am besten vor der Anreise über die Zahlungsfunktion von Booking.com.

After hiking in high atlas mountain with atlas Trek experience.we staying here two nights to visit Marrakech we really liked this City it's busy but there's many you should visit. We highly recommend this place it's very clean and the service wonderful 👍😊
