私がお会いしたフロントのスタッフは男性2名でした。お二人とも日本語が上手で丁寧に対応して下さいました。

シャワーとトイレが仕切られているのは良いです。でも…シャワーを使うと仕切りの下から床のタイルの目地伝いに水がトイレ側に流れてしまい、トイレの床がビショビショになってしまいました。これでは仕切られている意味がありません。あと…シャワーベッドとホースのつなぎの所が外れそうでした。

タオル、歯ブラシなどのアメニティは補充されているのになぜかバスマットだけは一回も変えてもらえなかったのはなぜなんでしょう？と思いました。

가격 비쌀 때 숙박해서 그런지, 가격 대비 시설과 청결상태가 기대 이하였어요.

駅にも近く便利でした

ドアが軽く、意識して締めないと閉まっていないことがありました。 椅子が壊れそうで、実際に椅子の足から釘が出ており、グラグラでした。

駅の改札から出口までは少し遠目ですが出口からすぐで近くにコンビニもあり、スタバもあり立地的に良し。 今回2泊し、部屋の中も綺麗に掃除して頂きタオルや歯ブラシも新しく取替えて頂いてたのは嬉しかったです。

クチコミ等では日本語対応スタッフと書いてあるのですが、私がチェックインした際は日本語対応が出来ないスタッフの方でした。 また夜に出かける際に、ロビーのエレベーター前に女の方が毎度ソファに座っているのが不気味でした。

Location is good.

It is loud outside (can't be helped) as the hotel is on a main road. Non-stop noise from 2-5am outside. Beds are hard as rocks. Bathroom smells slightly of mildew and walls are scuffed. Hotel is rundown and in desperate need of updates. Very disappointed with the property in comparison to others that we stayed at in Korea during the week.

1.수압이 약한편(사실 씻는데 큰 상관없긴한데, 수압 센 것을 선호해서... 2.벽이 두꺼우나 옆방서 무슨 파티하는지 너무 시끄러웠음.. 3.침대가 좀 불편함

Pokoj byl opravdu velmi prostorný. I když vybavení bylo trošku starší, vše bylo zachovalé. Možná bych ocenila větší čistotu závěsů - sahat na ně každý den nebylo nejpříjemnější. Povlečení i matrace byly pohodlné. Myslím, že hotel zcela odpovídá hodnocení.

Location, it was perfect for my travel purposes. Nice environment. Great helpful staff. Near the Subway and airport bus. It is a great value for the price. Found my perfect hotel in Seoul. One important thing is to read the prospect of the hotel located at each room. Gives a detail explanation of services provided.

Beds are hard, not a great deal to rest in my case, but I would prefer softer matreses. Breakfast is very basic BUT I could solve with the cafeterías near by

Friendly and helpful staff at the desk, hotel is conveniently near a stop for an airport shuttle bus, spacious bathroom. Slippers, bathrobe and toothbrush provided in the room. A bank, cash machine, convenience stores and few lower grade but nice restaurants in close proximity.

The wardrobe did not have shelves for the clothes, only possibility is for hanging them but then not nearly enough clothes hangers. I was comfortable alone in a double room but I do not really see where a second person would put their things in the room. Breakfast is an issue.

着いた時のお部屋は清潔に掃除がされていました。一週間の滞在でしたがシーツ交換は無し。床は一日おきのようでしたがフローリングで髪などが目立つ為毎日して欲しい。お風呂マットの置き忘れやティッシューの補充がない以外フロントは日本語を話せるスタッフもいてコンビニや地下鉄、バス停も近くにあり便利でした。

Good location, staff friendly enough to help (but won’t go out of their way to help order food), very quite - had zero issues with it (perhaps zero guests though), plenty of towels and they are clean

Curtains dirty as if somebody smeared mayo (I’m optimistic); shower drain was designed by a drunk - the water is all over the bathroom; long asian hair all over the room when checked in; mattress made of concrete

Found bugs in my room. One staff member was quite rude about me asking to move at an annoying time of evening, which I understand his frustration but I think the customer service was lacking a little bit. Other than that, the building was nice, room was good, if you ignored the bug- I think this must be a one-off though!

Great location and staff, but the bed was terrible. It was not a mattress, but a box spring with a cover.

チェックインの対応をしてくださった方が日本語がとても上手で丁寧な対応だったこと。部屋がエレベーターに近かったこと。日本人が宿泊するからなのか配慮してつけてくれたのか、宿泊した人の忘れ物なのか、わかりませんが、洗面所のコンセントに日本のプラグが刺せる変換プラグがついていました。配慮だとしたらとっても素敵だなと思いました。

今回はあまり感じませんでした。

A localização é maravilhosa, numa área de luxo pertinho da Livraria mais famosa de Seul, do aquário, de bons restaurantes e da melhor cafeteria. Os funcionários foram muito amáveis e maravilhosos, pediram táxi, atenderam rapidamente as questões apresentadas. Nota 💯 pra eles.

Só que o vaso sanitário estava entupido, mas eles resolveram o problema e percebi que ficaram com vergonha.

スタッフの方々は皆日本語ができてとても親切でした。お水も毎日補充していただき足りない場合はフロントでいただけたのですごく助かりました。 6日間滞在したなかでフェイスタオルが交換されてなかったり足拭きマットが無かったり、カップが洗えてなかったりとか清掃が行き届いてない時がありました。 ハンガーをかける場所がすごく高いのとトイレットペーパーの位置が後ろで取りにかったです。 湯船がなく、ベットが小さめなのでお部屋は大きいキャリーをふたつ並べても余裕があるくらい広々としてました。 全体的にみて駅近で低価格なのでまた利用したいと思います。

It’s an old hotel in Gangnam but VERY convenient to airport bus stop n the Metro. Only complaint was the beds were very hard. A softer mattress or a mattress topper would help. It was the only 3 single bedder we could find in Gangnam but room was very small.

Hospedagem perfeita para quem precisa ir ao Coex. Fui muito bem atendida na recepção , todos são muito gentis. A reposição de itens como shampoo e sabonete é realizada por demanda, não há desperdício de materiais. Diariamente são colocadas garrafas de água na geladeira, assim como um sachê de café e um chá.

The shoud put English translation on AC remote control, the rooms and bathroom is very small, They dont have water bidet.

レビューでは清掃がイマイチとのことでしたが、キレイで広い部屋でした。ただバスタブがないのが、個人的に残念。シャワーの水は横のトイレまで流れてきます。コンビニは近くにありますが、簡単に食事が出来るレストランは少ないです。フロントの方々はとても親切でした！寝泊まりだけなら、有りです。

施設は古いですが、特に支障は有りませんでした。日本語の話せるスタッフが居て安心でした。地下鉄の駅も近く、周りに食事ができるお店も有り良かったです。

The location was really convenient. Coex Mall/Starfield Library is just 3 bus stops away and even walking distance around 15-20 minutes. The airport bus 6006 stops right in front of the hotel. The front desk was really helpful guiding us to the airport bus station and schedule. It took only 1 hour to reach to the airport.

It should be clear that HVAC is controlled by the front desk. We suffered two hot nights fumbling with a remote control, before we called the front desk, to be told we could not control the temperature ourselves. The gap in the bathroom door could be closed with a trim. Some of the corners/surfaces could be scraped or de-scaled, but the cleanliness was not an issue.

チェックイン前にスーツケースを預け出掛けたのですが、帰ってきてチェックインをしようとした時にフロントに誰もおらず、荷物はカウンターの隣に誰でもそのまま持っていけるような置き方をされており不安になりました。 扉がある所の中に置いておいてくれるか、必ずフロントに人が居る状態であってほしいです。 騒音→口コミにあったような週末の夜はうるさくて眠れないということはなく、うるさいと感じることは全くなかったです。 立地→24時間のコンビニも近くにあり、地下鉄最寄駅の地上に上がったところからもバス停からもとても近くて便利でした。 シャワー→トイレとシャワーの境目に段差がないので、気を付けて使用しないとトイレまで水浸しになります。 シャワーの水圧は十分で使用中も温度が変わることはなかったです。 トイレ用のスリッパはありません。 無さそうな気がしたので、シャワーを浴びる時の事を考えてサンダルを持参しました。 アメニティ→シャンプー・リンス・ボディソープはボトルではなく、小さなハンドクリームサイズくらいのものが置かれていたので、ふたりで泊まるのであればボディソープは足らないのではないかと感じました。 タオル類→3泊したのですが、2日目はバスマットがトイレのドアの外に広げた状態で置かれており、交換してもらった新しいものなのか前日使用したものを乾かすために広げて置かれていたのか分からず気持ち悪かったです。(初日は折りたたんだ状態でクローゼットのところにたたんで置かれてました) 3日目はバスマット自体がなかったです。 バスタオルとタオルは洗濯はされているものの、古びた感じでした。 スリッパ→使い捨てのものではなく、状態もかなりボロボロな物でした。 口コミを見ていたので、使い捨てのものを持っていきました。 におい→建物に入った時からにおいが気になりました。 廊下や部屋の中もなんのにおいか分かりませんが気になったので、持って行っていた消臭剤を部屋に入る度にふりまくりました。 気候のいい季節だったので、部屋に居る間はずっと窓を全開にして外気を取り込んでました。 部屋はスーツケースを広げるのに十分な広さがありました。 立地と宿泊料を考えると、マイナス面も仕方ないかなという感じです。 私の行動範囲的には便利だったので、ひとりで泊まるのであればまた利用させていただくかもしれませんが、2人以上で泊まるなら他を探すと思います。

Very charming beautiful hotel, we had so good stay here, very friendly staff, close to Airport shuttle bus and metro station so convenient.

This hotel truly exceeded expectations. Its excellent location, coupled with impeccably clean rooms and daily fresh towels, made for a comfortable stay. Without a doubt, I will book this hotel again on my next visit to Seoul.

청결, 서비스, 숙소상태, 시설 등 전반적으로 매우 별로였음. 이 금액으로 여기오는것보다 모텔이 훨씬 나을 듯. 청담역하고 가깝다 외 나머지 모두 별로임.
