Perfect location, 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach. 5 minute walk to nightlife. Yes the hotel is mainly Spanish and French and I think we were the only English family there, this was a little disappointing as we like to be able to join in and understand the entertainment so we felt a little left out. Rooms were fine although we all had a few days of blocked noses which I think was due to the air con. The pools were fantastic for all ages, yes you have to get down early for the best spaces but that’s typical of most all inclusive that I’ve been to. Food was amazing and I have a very picky family when it comes to food! 15 minute transfer from Reus airport!!!! All in all the best holiday, I’m looking now to book again for next year!
Just got back from a fantastic week in palas Pineda great location 20 mins from airport, quick walk to the bars/restraunts, water park is walking distance and beach just on your doorstep. Hotel food was really nice and a good variety we especially loved the bbq nights, room was good size modern bathroom bedrooms a little dated and not much space for clothes as Family of 4 we had to leave our clothes mainly in the cases. Pool was amazing and entertained the kids all day with slides and kids water play park and an area for smaller toddlers although it was salt water which I’ve never experienced before. The only downfall which is such a shame is the whole staff speak in entirely French and Spanish so we couldn’t understand ANY of the entertainment though they played English music, they did pool games in the day where we were never asked to join in and we didn’t understand what was going on we even heard one mutter English and walk right past us. The bar staff were also quite rude particularly 2 of the older ladies and they didn’t understand English at all, one wouldn’t even look at you as she was handing the ice creams over. I asked for a small rose with ice and a red wine and got a pint of red wine with ice one night. The staff that were quite helpful and were able to speak some English was Alex and Santos and a lovely Yorkshire lady behind the snack bar was really helpful! Shame because I’d go back if we were included a bit more as we found ourselves going out at night more to the bars spending money. Recommend a day out to Tarragona, market at salou on a Monday and water park, graffiti bar did amazing cocktails, and had a lovely meal on the beach at La Mariteka.
Advertised as a 4 star hotel in the resort of La pineda.and all in all it's okay. It has good access to Salou and to terragona on the buses. The rooms are basic but clean and the cleaners do a great job at keeping the rooms clean daily. The hotel is split into two buildings palas 1 where they have some of the two story apartments which are really nice or the simple rooms with a bed and shower room. I'd recommend spending a bit more to get one of the two story rooms. The pool and facilities are good and the animation team are very enthusiastic, good with the kids and seem to work really hard. The entertainment on the evenings was very poor and repetitive and almost completely managed by the animation team who are not the best actors but great with the kids. Some of the staff were quite rude, I think that the management of the dining service is very strict, they don't like you moving a chair to a different table so that family can all sit together and there was a smell of sewage in the outside seating area The food has a good selection but is repetitive every day. Breakfast is carried over into lunch on the outside garden which doesn't look very appetising hours after it was first cooked. The guests at Palas pineda seemed to be largely French nationals and were quite rude and abrupt. Most of the staff seem to make announcements in French and in Spanish but not everybody speaks English which left me and my family feeling a little excluded. I most enjoyed the water zumba which is done at the same time every day and I wanted to take part in the pool party but this happened whilst we arrived on day one and unfortunately was only done once. The noise of the hotel can be a little loud in the morning with the maintainence team cutting grass and deliveries arriving at 0730 in the morning but during the day and night it's fine and lively with the entertainment team keeping guests active which is as to be expected. Nice hotel but I don't think I would stay again as we didn't get value out of all Inclusive opting to eat out and watch alternative entertainment due to the poor offering of what was on offer.
I booked this hotel last minute and I had a awesome time! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The guys in the front bar made me feel welcome and looked after me. Breakfast was great, so much to choose from! You will not starve!! The room was spacious and clean and I had a huge walk in shower which is a delight in this weather. Air conditioning was great and kept room chilled. I am definitely coming back again. Hopefully soon!
We booked in for a 4 night break on the 9th of October. Our booking could not be found luckily or unlucky as it turned out I had brought my paper work with me. When we entered the bathroom the bottom of the bowl was all stained. There was no toilet brush to clean it myself, which would not be a nice chore. There was mould in the fridge and the dining room was so packed we were walking aroung trying to find a place to sit. The entertainment was cancelled because of the weather but some guy got his hands on the mike and roared for over an hour. The tv did not cater for an english speaker. Eventhough we had paid for the 4 nights on a H/B basic, we left the following morning and booked into another hotel. We did not ask for any refund nor were we offered any. We just could not wait to get out of there.
We had a two bedroom apartment, very spacious but needs a make over. Staff fine but did not speak or understand English. Beach area under a massive construction programme at the moment , you still access but not ideal. Good family hotel with plenty going on if you wanted it but mainly French holiday makers only about 1% English.
The hotel is located in a beautiful location near the sea. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, but the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. There's a lack of fresh fruit and vegetables. English breakfast is available, but of very poor quality. The bar is open until 11 p.m. Two beers at the bar cost 5 euros. A cocktail costs 8.90 euros. The rooms are quite large and spacious, with a clean bathroom. Room cleaning is available upon request. There's no room service. Parking is available for 12 euros per day or free on the street, although there are no parking spaces. The hotel is worth a visit, but it doesn't meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.
Fint rent rum, trevlig och hjälpsam personal och bra underhållning
We stayed in Palas Pineda in Sept 25, as a group of 5 adults and 1 child. Four of us stayed in the apartments, two in the main hotel. Pros: - the hotel is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and a very short walk to a supermarket and a strip of shops and bars/arcades. Lots to do in the local area. - all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. - the animation team are lovely people who are full of energy and cheer! They do a great job with the kids mini-disco and the evening shows. - the kids play park and kids club area is lovely, the child in our group loved it. - the indoor pool is great, as is the indoor hot tub which was lovely and warm. - plenty of space around the pool / available sun-beds - drinks quality was good at the bars - the bar operates a system whereby you give a €1 deposit for your cup when you order a drink, each time you get another drink they supply you a fresh glass, and then you get your euro back at the end of the day when you hand your cup back in. Thought this was a great idea as it kept the pool/bar area free from cups blowing around everywhere. - the pool is great, three waterslides for the kids and a large shallow area that they can paddle around in. Then a smaller totally separate kids pool that’s only ankle deep. Cons: - cleanliness isn’t great. Upon our arrival my bedsheets had ink stains on them, my towel had mascara stains on it, the bin in the bathroom was so rusty it had holes in it. On the first day of our holiday we noticed blood droplets going up the stairs to our apartment - they were still there on the last day of our holiday, so it’s clear the floors hadn’t been cleaned in a week. The outdoor areas were quite dirty, especially around the pool. Lots of dirt and grime building up in the communal areas and around the pool drains and outdoor showers. The pool toilets were gross, they smelt really bad and one of the doors had no lock on it. - the snack bar. The snack bar just appeared to be what hadn’t been eaten at breakfast/lunch brought outside. The hot food and the pastries weren’t covered so they were always crawling with flies and wasps. There wasn’t very much choice, so we were all totally put off eating there. — Restaurant food was well cooked and there was a good choice, but as with most all inclusive hotels, it was very repetitive. One evening they had a BBQ evening but the burgers were all raw in the middle so we had to abandon ship on those! In conclusion, a nice hotel and you will have a nice time if you visit, but i don’t feel it’s worthy of its star rating and the outdoor areas could really do with a deep clean!!
Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at. Let’s just say you get what you pay for. Negatives Bar staff are RUDE, especially the older gentleman behind the bar, I have never met people like it, grunting and speaking Spanish under their breath. Buffet food always freezing cold unless you catch the food as it just comes out. Not much variation, a few theme nights during our week, which if wasn’t cold would have been okay. All included ‘snacks’ in the morning are breakfast leftovers with a DIY toastie machine. All food is left out uncovered and is then covered in flies and wasps. Absolutely disgusting. Rooms don’t get cleaned every day if you’re not ready for the cleaners when they arrive. So many filthy ‘clean’ plates at dinner, and the glasses in the dinner hall are filthy with marks which puts you off dinner. If you arrive for dinner at 7pm expect to queue all round the dinner hall to get dinner. Absolutely chaos. Not much kids entertainment for children out of peak period. Kids club only seemed to be open during weekend. Positives I stayed in a duplex which was a nice room, clean on arrival. Watched the entertainment one night and was actually entertaining. Drinks with the all inclusive are value for money. Pool area is nice, during this part of the year you have to get out your own sun bed and people lay them randomly which is then hard to find a space. Overall I wouldn’t recommend and I certainly wouldn’t come back. If you’re British, it’s not inclusive for us. Mainly French and all entertainment seems to be for them.
Gracias
We’ve just returned from our stay at Pineda Palas and unfortunately, it was a very mixed experience. The positives: The food was definitely the highlight of the trip – plenty of variety and something for everyone. Whether you’re a picky eater or more adventurous, you’ll find something you like. Our room, while on the smaller side, was clean and the beds were surprisingly comfortable, which made for decent sleep. The negatives: Sadly, the positives stopped there. The staff were, across the board, incredibly rude and unhelpful – from reception to restaurant to poolside. It felt like guests were treated as an inconvenience rather than customers. The pool was also a big letdown – not only was it dirty, but there were strange and inconsistent rules enforced. For example, everyone was made to get out of the pool just because it started to rain, yet the lifeguards showed no interest in actually watching the children in the water when it was open. Evening entertainment was poorly organized, and the animation team didn’t speak any English, which left us (and many other guests) feeling completely left out. Overall, while there were a couple of redeeming features, the rudeness of the staff and lack of basic cleanliness and safety meant this was not an enjoyable stay. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
Merci
Zero star hotel! The worst hotel experience ever, no idea how this has four stars. Air Conditioning was completely BROKEN in my room it was so hot and uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep at all due to heat Food was no good and SAME EXACT food everyday The toilet would barely flush, unsanitary The rooms smelt. Fridge didn’t work in room Tiny bed and so uncomfortable.. asked for twins nope ! No couch in room like photos Outdated rooms nothing like the pictures Hot tub ? Yeah it’s a cold tub good luck Walls so thin every night kids running up and down hallways couldn't sleep Cleaning staff would hear them first thing in the morning they were nice but all other staff rude and so unaccommodating! No free safe in room no free pool towels The list goes on

Found this hotel to be terrible. Food was not good, and I mean just literally nowhere near 4 star standard, more like 2 star! Breakfast was terrible. Pool area ok but crowded. Check in took forever and there was nobody in front of us! Who wants to spend 45 minutes waiting at the desk whilst the receptionist (who was nice) tried to sort rooms for us as it seemed they had overbooked. Room was nice but could be cleaner around the edges. Air conditioning very poor in rooms and communal areas. Area around hotel is very, very tacky.
We stayed in one of the apartments, it was nice and clean with a good size balcony overlooking the pool area and albeit small a sea view. The layout was ok but it had double bed in the smaller room and 2 singles pushed together in the main bedroom, it had a nice modern bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen could have been better and better equipped. There were 2 outdoor pool areas with a decent sized family pool with plenty of sun loungers and an adults only area with a smaller rectangular pool and its own bar that was nice and quiet when we were there. The restaurant got quite hectic at meal times and could be very busy although not any worse than your usual resort, there was a decent selection of food and even the pickiest of people could make a meal. It was only a short walk to the beach and they were nice and clean with toilets and showers.
Dejligt familievenligt hotel med god mad.
For context we are a family of five. We stayed in one of the apartments, all inclusive for one week. Overall we were happy with this hotel. We've done AI in Spain a number of times and this was what you'd expect. The hotel is very close to the beach. Yes there are works going on, on the promenade but that's progress and not the hotel's fault. The hotel itself is quite a handsome one, we've stayed in some that were just depressing. The apartment was perfectly fine for five of us, we didn't cook so I've no opinion there. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We were facing onto the road which wasn't visually great. The cleaning staff were always around, we sometimes didn't get the room made up but they gave us new towels and were very helpful. The food and drink was perfectly fine. When you book AI, you have to accept that it isn't Michelin star and I'd find it hard to see how anyone would go hungry. I'm vegetarian and while there wasn't any protein options bar cheese, I ate well, too well!! There seemed to be loads of meats and fish. The breads were really nice, as were the cheeses. The pizza was one of the nicest I've had each night. I didn't try desserts but the family said they were nicer than you'd usually get. I tried the white wine and it was nice enough. I drink mostly Cava which was very very nice. The orange juice is horrible. There's a bar upstairs called Bar Caoao, it's not included in AI but it's worth sitting up there for a quiet drink, the prices are nowhere as high as Ireland. There's a nice terrace outside of it. The snack bar is fine, most of the foods come from the restaurant but you won't go hungry. The bar there has all the drinks you'd want. The pool was lovely, no mad scrummage for sun loungers. We didn't really take part in the animation side of things but it looked like fun. There is an area off the pool where you can play bowls, table tennis etc but there wasn't much info around on this. I think more people would use these if they were promoted more. Overall, this was a very relaxed hotel, the staff were very pleasant. No really complaints.
Plus = room very clean / hotel good location / excellent price Negatives or positives depending on what you like = really really busy / live cabaret Lots of people everywhere / Long queues at reception desk / especially if you are rushing to be somewhere and need a taxi : leave at least 30 mins!! Corridor carpet ver sticky needs replacing Check in staff appear non-engaged / I had booked a particular room as I was travelling for work / of course the room was different / the staff member said no other room was available / asked another staff member later and was given the correct room / Pool towels are a drama / you have to leave a deposit so if you forget your towel by the pool that’s it / no refund also, I had my towel but had lost the receipt and I felt like a criminal the check out guy questioned that it was my towel!! 👀👀🙄🙄🙄🙄 really!! The joys of it all. Breakfast very busy / lots of choice - avoid the orange ( orange aid not juice !! - and so near Valencia!) The pool area needs serious attention / furniture is very old / rusty / dirty / - but full of families / not sure if they cared or not. Prices here are very cheap. I didn’t eat dinner here so can’t comment/ restaurants are only average / I found one excellent one / very friendly and great food / eat here 3 nights / called Casa Arturo / They are doing up the beach which is very disappointing! I’m sure it will be lovely someday !
Palas Pineda: A Five-Star Family Getaway! Our impromptu trip to Palas Pineda with our family of four Americans was an absolute blast, earning a perfect 5-star review! Everyone had an amazing time, and we can't recommend this hotel enough. The food was fantastic, catering to all tastes, and even our vegan daughter had a truly great dining experience. The entertainment was a highlight, with the cabaret and Grease show being particularly memorable. Palas Pineda perfectly balances being family-friendly while still being highly enjoyable for adults. The great beach and fantastic pool were also major perks. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation!
Rooms are quite nice but little bit dirty. Parking is really bad they have parking they say we arrive and its full so we have to go park public and go every 4 hours to refill the money. So 3 times a day we have to go to the machine. At the desk they say its like this with the parking Food is mostly cold First all inclusive experience bad
It is a decent hotel. The room was comfortable. Staff are friendly. The AC is essentially controlled and does not really cool the room very well. Breakfast is good and has a lot of options, but it is a busy resort hotel with lots of guests and so the breakfast area is an intensely busy and slightly chaotic environment. If you are looking for a budget hotel that gets your family two or three meals a day at low cost. This is probably a good choice. Not a great choice though if you want to have a quiet coffee and read the newspaper or do emails over breakfast. Value for price though is quite good.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this time I will because I really felt disappointed about this place! We have been at this hotel together with some friends for a week on June! We have paid for all inclusive , they said it is a 4 star hotel but definitely is not! The reception staff were nice and friendly! The room is a disappointment! We didn’t have in the room at least the basic water, we had to buy it from the shops outside! No kettle , no coffee or tea provided , the iron if you need it you have to rent it from them for €3 per day and if you needed the lockers they rented for €30 ! Out of 7 days the ladies that clean the room and change towels they come just 4 times , in rest we had to ask the reception staff to provide the new towels! The food is was almost the same every day , just in 2 different occasions had for dinner barbecue /mexican food . In regards to the entertainment another disappointment! If you’re not french you don’t understand anything! They have 2 big swimming pools and 1 small got babies! They were clean but just what I really didn’t understand why the water in the swimming pools was salty, but very salty! The beach is walking distance which it was a plus ! But after all this definitely we won’t return to this hotel!
This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. Lovely hotel spotlessly clean facilities amazing room big and bright. Staff are very friendly. Food was good can't wait to come back. Great value for money.
Local muito lindo
Terrible staff on the reception desk/ on Friday, 6 June at 2:22. I asked reception a question there were three receptionist on duty and the two to the left of the desk were very rude. I had to ask question three times and then when they did answer, they looked up briefly and then looked back down again. I left and said well thank you very much for your help. You’ve been really unhelpful. I will now advise my family not to stay here again management please manage the attitude of your reception staff immediately.
Overall all good, The only downside is that they don't have a kettle or tea or coffee in the rooms, Other than that is all good
Tolles Hotel.
We have just got back from Palas Pineda today. Myself and my family stayed in the Apartments (Apartment 31) on the third floor. When we first arrived we were extremely thankful that they allowed us to check in really early after having been up since 1am due to it being an early flight. It should be noted we had to pay tourist tax which is fine but had to pay a €20 cash deposit for the room key. Luckily I did have cash with me. However, when we got to the Apartment, which is a walk out of the hotel, up the road and into another entrance (with no assitance offered) we noticed that the couch was damaged and the whole right arm was hanging off with screws visible, very dangerous for my children. I phoned down to reception who said they would send someone. However, after going down to explore the swimming pools until late afternoon it was apparent no one had been, I went down to Reception which is located in the main hotel and the receptionist arranged for Maintenance to come right away who fixed the couch. Also on arrival the Apartment was infested with Ants. It wasn't very clean as the ants where attracted to crumbs from food. Aslong as you kept sweeping up daily or every time the kids had a snack, it kept the ants away but the slightest crumb would attract 100's of ants which is how we was greeted. The pool facilities are clean (around pool) and very good. You have 3 outdoor pools, 1 larger pool with outdoor jacuzzi, 1 smaller pool and 1 child's pool. Each pool is salt water with the exception of the children's pool which our kids loved. The bigger pool and children's pool has slides too. The indoor pool was also very good but very salty and it was nice to see at least 3 lifeguards on duty at any time. However, the pool toilets are disgusting. Constantly dirty, sometimes with human faeces on the floor and toilets blocked due to the flushing mechanism not working. My wife witnessed a cleaner go into the female toilets which had a blocked toilet walk in, sign the inspection sheet then leave. The entertainment is very poor. It's clear that the Animation Team are very inexperienced. If you are not French then you haven't got a clue what was going on. The signs advertise a 21:00 start for the kids entertainment but it started usually around 21:15-21:20. The Just Dance is a video on a projector that you can't see with animation characters dancing, impossible dance moves for small children to follow. The Mini Disco was a total disaster with long pauses in between songs and again spoken in French. They did have a Mexican Night with games which was probably the most fun but was very disorganised as again with me not being French, we didn't really know what was going on. We did actually go to the Golden Donaire one night just for their kids disco as it is brilliant. The daytime entertainment isn't well advertised and again is mainly spoken in French. It's also clear the entertainment staff are very clicky with the French Guests at the hotel. The kids club is open on Friday's and Saturday's. When my wife tried to take my 2 children, they were refused entry because they where not French! This is totally discrimatory and rude! The kids club has "Welcome" on the door in various languages but unfortunately if you are not French you are not getting in. The food for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner was quite nice although not really much variety for children. One night they had Chicken Nuggets and one night fish fingers the other nights nothing really suitable and no consistency as some mornings they had Waffles other mornings they didn't. There was a great variety of Sausages at the breakfast. And each lunch and dinner time, there was a variety of Beef, Chicken, Pork and Fish with live cooking. The snack bar didn't appeal much as it was left over breakfast that had been standing out for a long time. Drinks are self service with a great variety of wines and sangria, soft drinks, water and lager. Some nights they also had a BBQ which was very nice, this was themed. One night was Chinese, one night Mexican and other nights standard BBQ food. There are quite alot of rude guests around the dining area, which I appreciate isn't the hotels fault but often had people pushing their way into the queue and pushing around getting food as if they was going to run out! The pool bar serves your drinks in Plastic Cups and you pay €1 per cup. When you return them you get a token and on your last night get €1 per cup or token back. There is a poster explaining this near the bar but isn't very clear. 2 days before our departure, our balcony door broke to our apartment. The handle had become loose and the door would not close. I reported this to reception and was told Maintenance would be up right away but they never appeared. Would I return? Probably not.... Just because of they way I was made to feel as we where not French. We where not the only English family to find this either. There needs to be more suitable entertainment for children (In English or even Spanish , not just French). Also the Apartment wasn't very appealing with the ants and it could of been alot cleaner and could do with modernising. Also was suprised that there was not a Kettle. The hotel claims to be 4 star. However, I feel a 2-3 star rating would be more suitable. The Apartments definitely need modernising and some general maintenance. Overall, I did enjoy the holiday and so did my family but it wasn't quite what the images portrayed.
Cleanliness should be improved. Rooms are renovated but very dirty. The room was really dusty, even the sockets and nightstands were full of dust. The bathroom smelled really badly and the fixtures, while relatively new, looked like they never got a proper clean and polish. The floors were dusty and dirty too, and the chairs on the balcony were rusty. The sun beds by the pool were also rusty or very worn. The hotel is dated overall but with proper care and cleaning, it could be much better. The night entertainment was nice
Food was a bit repetitive but still nice
The hotel looks amazing so the rooms. Newly decorated, clean. Food options great. Entertainment very good. The staff couldn't care less about noise and disturbance in the corridors, all day long. In the mornings, during the day and evenings were totally awful. Kids running around, spilling drinks everywhere, screaming and hitting the walls. The swimming pools not very clean definitely need update, with 2 lazy guards. Indoor swimming pool full up with teenagers jumping to the water, singing loud songs, playing with "footballs". Spoke to the guards, no help. They didn't bother to sort it out. Very dangerous, also filthy. If you're looking for a family holidays, look somewhere else. Not safe for children. The Internet was off for 2 days of our stay. Only Spanish channels in the room. The beach nearby is a fishing seaport. Would i come back? I don't think so. If without children, yes. Great for grownups.
Hotel tres bruyant
Spent here last weekend for Halloween which was a pre-birthday gift to myself, but what a disappointment! On the first night I felt unsaved, this planned fun Halloween weekend turned out to be a true horror! I was being attacked by a family where the father actually started to harass me, just pushing my chair during a Halloween show of the hotel, and of course I'll defend myself proclaiming to not push me and get out of my space. This unfortunately escalated, having the whole family, even a grandma and a grandchild to want to fight me, threatening to use violence and this in front of a whole audience, performers and bar staff. The father on the other side kept pushing my chair aggressively, that I even screamed at the end in the auditorium since everyone saw it and still no one came to help out. No hotel guest, not even the hotel staff assisted, it's like it's ok for a small coloured women who was alone to be harassed and threatened with violence by a whole group. If I was Spanish, I'm sure somebody would already come to the rescue. And if it was the other way around, with my family harassing a Spanish woman, then police was already there and we would have been kicked out of the hotel without even hearing us out. Unfortunately, no one cared to help, and that even after calling a hotel animation employee of the show to request help and send security downstairs, I believe her name was Aroa or Ana. She said she was going to consult her superior. After 20 minutes waiting, no one came, as like nothing happened. So I called the hotel reception, twice since after the first phone call, they didn't send the security guard. After in total of 40 minutes waiting after me asking for help, the show ended and just at that precise moment the security guard finally arrived, his name was Juan Miguel. Even the security guard didn't take it seriously and was looking at me as if I was just overreacting and not really in distress. He tried to even already send the family back to their room, without actually solving anything. I was like no, listen to me as they really harass me during the whole show. Since Spanish is my fourth language and I was upset and jumpy, it was frustrating and difficult to express myself well in Spanish, so Juan Miguel could understand the situation. The family who acted the whole time that they are French, speaking only French to me, all of the sudden they spoke perfectly well Spanish as Spanish natives with Juan Miguel! While we were talking with this security, he heard and witness how they were acting against me, still harassing and calling me names, insulting me just in front of him. And still, he just sent them to their room and telling me that he will be watching the video security camera as now he can't do anything and will call my room later the night or next morning. Guess what, he never did! I went the next morning to the hotel reception to ask if there was any update of the incident and the receptionist didn't know what I was talking about. So not only did Juan Miguel do nothing to solve it, the incident wasn't shared internally. Those behind the reception also didn't offer a solution, just telling me that these guests were leaving today, so they can't do anything anymore and even if I go to the police it's late now and police should have been called the same moment since it was fresh and the entertainment room was filled with witnesses. They gave me a complaint form and the family was just off the hook, no consequences whatsoever. Though the staff was nice and apologized, this really felt unjust and I'm sooo disappointed since the hotel didn't feel responsible for my safety, starting with bar staff, the animation employee and security guard. So I'm taking legal assistance to sue the hotel for their lack of support, incompetence to protect me and allowing harassments and threats of violence against me during my stay, making me feel unsaved and discriminated for the rest of the stay. The room wasn't the best either, there were weird colored spots on the sink and lots of limescale in the bathroom. The only good thing about the stay, was the food. If you're a vegetarian or vegan you have enough choice during breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you value safety and justice, I don't recommend this hotel, this was my first and last stay here. The worst hotel experience ever!
We traveled in October so street parking was free and the hotel staff were kind enough to tell us! The staff was friendly and the location was close to beach and restaurants. Great value for the price.
We had amazing family holiday here! All the staff were so friendly and very helpful, nothing was a bother. Rooms were fine, clean, good wardrobe space and good sized shower. Food was really good, always someone cooking fresh on the hot plate. We stayed for a week and they had at least 4 themed nights where they cooked outside on the bbq. The Mexican night was definitely the best one! Tip- go a bit later in the evening as it’s quite busy the first hour and there was some queuing for food. Animation team were amazing (especially Arthur), so friendly and great with the kids! Always made an effort to chat to everyone and make sure everyone is having fun! A range of entertainment every night to suit all ages (the animation teams own shows were our favourite though, very talented people)! One evening it was a bit cooler and they had a movie on inside for the kids. Pool side was very clean, always plenty of seating areas/loungers. Pool was cold but once you were in it was lovely. Indoor pool was a good size and very enjoyable. Beach is very clean, promenade has a few nice shops and bars/restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel for a family, the kids are dying to go back next year!
Had great week at Palas Pineda with daughter. A perfect seaview, fab room, cleaned every day. Pool clean & inviting, entertainment great. A language barrier with bar staff but always friendly. Food could be warmer. Need a kettle in the room
Went for a drink as non resident asked at reception could we have a drink in bar could hardly hold his head up said not open only weekends shrugged his shoulders said downstairs bar and carried on with his head down. Thank goodness not staying at that hotel
Beautiful hotel we stayed in a superior duplex which was really lovely very spacious, clean and had plenty of wardrobe space and great balcony only one thing lacking no kettle but we brought our own We stayed all inclusive and it was great value Beds were hugh and very comfy Staff very friendly especially the reception staff who were so helpful and went out of their way to help ( a big shout out for Hanna who went above and beyond a lovely lady a hugh thank you to her for all she did for us ) Pool was lovely (salt water ) my family loved it esp the slide great fun was had Outside area was nice but a few slip hazards ( uneven tiles ) Games area was good plenty of tables to play on and small play area for small kiddies Food was delicious cooked fresh everyday Good selection for kids and adults the deserts were delicious One thing I didnt like was all drinks for all inclusive came in a hard plastic cup I would of preferred a glass but not at meal times you could have a glass Entertainment was very good but would of been better if more English was spoken as sometimes we didn't understand alot But will we return definitely YES YES YES
Allasalue on hyvä ja siisti ja hotellin yleisvaikutelma on ihan ok. Hotellin sijainti on myös hyvä. Huoneissa on heikko äänieristys. Huoneet siivottiin tosi huonosti. En tulisi uudelleen.
It looked better on picture than what it was in reality. The floor was dirty, room hot, AC was not working properly. Buffet/food was bad quality. No parking. Just an overall disappointment. thankfully we only stayed for 1 night.
Need new beds.
Biem
Nice and convenient, good entertainment for children.
Todo muy bien
Muy muy justo
Hotel maravilhoso.
Amazing place, clean rooms , Tasty food and friendly staff
Nice hotel, good facilities and good food
Lovely place to stay near the beach! Lots of family activities and entertainment. The facilities seemed great.
Safe in room unusable, no lock. Refrigerator in room not working and dirty. Lounge chairs around pool unavailable unless you come early and reserve your spot. Very crowed. Late eating times in restaurant. No english channels on TV. Long waiting at front desk for check in, only one person was available.
Hotel was clean and modern, a lot of choice at the buffets. Facilities were great, the pool was lovely. Some of the staff were not very friendly but the housekeeping team were very friendly
La habitacion
Super overcrowded!!!Not enough sunbeds, always occupied!Hotel is outdated and dirty!
Se on mukava paikka, kaikki on lähellä, uimaranta, ravintolat, ystävällinen hekilokunta, Suositelen kaikkille halua trentoutua.
Nous avions un appartement tres c9nfirtable avec balcon. Spacieux. Calme.
Bonne ambiance. Parking exterieur a proximité.
