Reviewed Aug 2, 2026環境舒服，依然keep到乾淨感覺，我們已經是一年內兩次入住，今次帶了小朋友，我知道一月份他們裝修！不過如果定時暑假的時候會安排一些節目活動會更加熱鬧！
之前第一次入住，工作人員會有一些指示清單很詳盡的給我們，但今次並沒有，最可惜的是沒有炭爐燒烤，變了電子燒烤爐！

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026I loved the natural surroundings and peaceful atmosphere of the property. Being able to see Mt. Fuji from the accommodation was truly a memorable experience.
However, I was very disappointed with the handling of my dietary request. When I made the reservation, I specifically requested a meatless vegetarian meal (eggs and dairy were acceptable). Your team confirmed multiple times that this would be arranged. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the vegetarian meal that was delivered contained salmon. When I returned the meal and explained again that I required a meatless vegetarian meal, a staff member with short bob hair and bangs responded with an unfriendly attitude and appeared visibly annoyed. This made me feel very uncomfortable as a paying guest. If accommodating such dietary requests is difficult, it would have been better to inform me in advance so that I could have prepared my own food arrangements. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, but the way it was handled afterward. Being treated with impatience and given unpleasant looks is not the level of hospitality I expected. I paid to enjoy a relaxing stay, not to feel unwelcome for requesting something that had already been agreed upon beforehand. The property itself is beautiful, but this experience significantly affected my overall impression of the service.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026晚餐不錯，份量很夠，自己BBQ很有趣。營區很漂亮，滿滿的紅葉提供了完全不一樣的住宿體驗。
早餐只有吐司2片，起司、番茄、培根各一片加上一罐小鮮奶，有點少。 對於不喜歡乳製品的小朋友來說不太適合，建議到附近超市選購。

料理がまずい。米がまずいのには驚いた。 せっかく飯盒をたのんだのに米がまずいので食べ切れなかった。 必要なガスコンロが用意されていなかった。フロントの人は謝罪もなく対応しますという返事しかなかった。 シモンズのソファベッドと記載があったが、シモンズとは到底思えないようなベットで寝心地も最悪だった。 ウレタンマットも同じく寝心地が悪く、体がバキバキになった。 ピザも石窯で焼くと書いてあったので、本格的なのを期待していたが、蓋を開けてみたら冷凍ピザだった。

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025食事付きだったので、食器類も準備されていて大変ラクでした。 食料も部屋まで持ってきて頂けたので楽でした。 足りないかなと思いましたが、大人は飲みながらだとちょうど良かった。 食べ盛りの子供達が居たので、子供達からしたらもう少し量があっても良かったのかも。 次回は色々持っていって楽しみたい！
サウナを利用させてもらって、大満足でした。 事前に予約だけでも（利用時間は当日でもいいですが、）出来たら嬉しかったです。 一番の楽しみでもあったので。 4人で入るには少し狭いと感じたけど、時間差で入って楽しめました。

Reviewed Nov 28, 2024A beautiful property with amazing view of Fuji. Located near woods to give a good back to nature glamping experience. Tent was well equipped, with comfortable chairs, hammock and even deck chairs. Also had 4 electric blankets and extra mattresses for additional guests. BBQ food and paraphernalia were tastefully presented and complete with everything we needed. Nice little cart trolley to pull to your tent. Charcoal was good & food cooked quite fast. Generous cuts of beef, pork and chicken with salads, veggies and mushrooms for grilling and even rice were given. Additional charcoal or wood logs available for purchase if required. Breakfast of croissant , clam chowder, juice & coffee was similarly well presented in a picnic basket. Hotel reception area was beautiful as well. Highly recommended glamping experience and will re visit.
A more detailed introduction to the property facilities on arrival would be wonderful eg location of additional restroom near our tent and usage of heater as temperatures dipped to 0-1 degree C at night
