Kawaguchiko Park Hotel

The onsen was great. I didn’t realize they offered ryokan-style services here. The massage chairs were a wonderful discovery—I had no idea they could feel so good. We stayed just one night, so I can’t say much more.

The facilities were a bit dated. The walk from the train station to the hotel felt endless in the midday heat in July.

Gemütliche Unterkunft, super nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Einrichtung ist zwar schon etwas älter aber alles sehr gepflegt. Das Highlight war das schöne Onsen und das tolle individuelle Frühstück. Es wurde für jeden Gast frisch angerichtet und war sehr reichlich. Wir hatten auch ein Abendessen im Hotel und haben es sehr genossen.

Es liegt etwas abseits vom See. Der See wirkt nicht so touristisch. Es ist in der Umgebung alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Hotel com quartos estilo japonês (futons), muito grandes. Localização muito boa e silenciosa. Próximo a locais bons para ver o Fuji san.

Acho que a limpeza poderia ser um pouco melhor e o atendimento da recepção poderia ser um pouco mais simpático e cordial.

Hôtel très bien situé, à côté du lac. Chambre dans le style japonais. Le onsen est vraiment très agréable après une journée de visite. Location de vélo à proximité. Restaurant à quelques minutes à pieds. Shuttle gratuit vers la station de bus lors de notre départ.

Мебель немного уставшая. Завтрак был неплохой, но не впечатляющей.

スタッフ皆さんとても素晴らしかったです。朝食はバイキングでなく 暖かいほうとうがありたくさん種類あっておいしかったです😃 大浴場もゆっくり浸かり疲れ取れました✨

お部屋も広いし綺麗でした、ベッド上の照明が眩しかった、消しかたわからなかったです。

Room was big enough, with many nice features. All onsen eqipment was in the room. And they also had children shoes and bathrobe and washing supplies - very nice that they think about little guests too. Breakfast was super, very different one from toher Japanese hotels. Onsen was quiet, I had pleasure to enjoy it alone (other guests just left). Massage chairs was also nice extra to have. Hotel is close to the bus stop (Kawaguchiko Lake Red Line bus).

They are strict about 15.00 check.in time. We arrived one hour early, and we didn't get the room, but we left our luggage to the lobby and when we game back, luggage was already in our room.

Location/view great, onsen perfect.

Wir haben das Hotel spontan gebucht und waren aufgrund des Verkehrs auf den Straßen viel zu spät. Trotz allem hat das Personal auf unseren Checkin gewartet. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und der Onsen war ein Traum. Wir konnten den mt. Fuji aus unserem Zimmer sehen und der See war nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Nice onsen, massage chairs, free soft drinks and prima location for getting around. The site seeing buses were very unreliable so we were able to walk to most places from the hotel.

No views of lake or mt Fuji from the hotel, but we weren’t really there except to sleep so it didn’t matter.

Only a 15-minute walk from the train station and just a few minutes from the lake. From our family room, we had a spectacular view of Mount Fuji. The kaiseki dinner in the evening impressed us with its variety. The onsen has both indoor and outdoor areas. The staff was friendly and attentive, even with limited English skills :) Kawaguchiko itself offers plenty of things to do around the lake and Mount Fuji: cable car, boat tours, cycling, hiking… it can feel quite touristy at times, but you can still experience “real” Japanese life.

The facilities and furnishings are a bit dated in places, which is something to keep in mind. Important to know: limited flexibility for early departures. Breakfast is only served from around 7 a.m. Had we known this, we would have booked without breakfast as our train left earlier in the morning. The tatami beds and pillows were (as expected) a bit firm, but that’s something you have to accept if you want the full experience.

Quiet location within walking distance to train station and great places to get a view of Mt Fuji. The onsen was nice and had both indoor and outdoor options. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was really close to a fabulous Indian restaurant.

No towels in the onsen and added fees for each guest to use the onsen even if you didn't use it. Really tiny bathrooms that are a challenge for tall people.

nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre très grande et lumineuse ( chambre rénovée par rapport au rez de chaussée de l'hotel). Les bains sont aussi très bien.

Staff spoke great English and were very accommodating. Check in and out were smooth and they allowed luggage holding until check in time. There was a QR code online guide in multiple languages and it was helpful. The onsen was excellent and the hotel provided all amenities associated. There was free coffee and soda. The room was large and had a nice window and excellent included toiletries.

Highlight ist das im Hause befindliche Onsen (man muss eine kleine Tax bezahlen, aber keine weiteren Extragebühren an das Hotel). Relativ dicht am Lake Kawaguchiko. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal - angenehme Atmosphäre.

Japanilaistyylinen huone tatamimatolla oli viihtyisä ja siisti, sekä henkilökunta oli hyvin avuliasta. Hotellin onsen ylitti odotukset. Sekä miesten että naisten kylpyalueilla oli sisä- ja ulkoallas, joissa sai rentoutua päivän päätteeksi rauhassa.

お風呂が貸し切りで入れてマッサージ機が使い放題だったところ。

強いて言えば値段がもう少し安ければもっと良かった。

Great location, the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The room was exceptional with extra futons for those of us old enough to need them. The restaurant was well catered with great Japanese breakfasts.

員工都非常有禮貌 早餐很好吃

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bzw. im Foyer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeden Morgen gibt es zweimal einen Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Zum See kann man bequem zu Fuß gehen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Onsen im Hotel!

Es un ryokan algo antiguo, pero está muy bien cuidado. El onsen comunitario es una pasada. Las habitaciones son tradicionales con futones, y son muy amplias y tranquilas.

Llegamos a las 14h y estuvimos esperando media hora para que apareciera alguien de recepción. Entendimos que llegamos fuera de horario del chek-in, pero hubiesemos agradecido que alguien nos atendiera para, almenos, dejar las maletas. Recomiendo avisar con antelación de la hora aproximada de llegada.

Shuttle service to pick us up at Kawaguchiko Station and send us to Kawaguchiko Station on departure day and also during our stay. We enjoyed the good quality bathing and also skincare products. Friendly staff. The hop on off bus stop and lake are just within 3 mins walk.

Lokalizacja- nad samym jeziorem, wszędzie blisko, pod hotelem wypożyczalnia rowerów, knajpki, 20 min spacerem do głównej stacji a jednocześnie cicho Personel- bardzo wysoka jakość obsługi, przemiły personel, który dbal o o byśmy czuły się komfortowo. Hotel- czysty, zadbany z prywatnym onsenem (wspaniałe doświadczenie), codziennie wymieniano nam zestaw (kimono,ręczniki, woda do korzystania z onsenu dodatkowo uroczo spakowane- czułam się jak w hotelu spa), miałyśmy pokój z widokiem na góry, przy wymeldowaniu jest shuttle bus na stację więc nie trzeba się martwić jak dostać się z wielkimi walizkami na stację. Świetne miejsce, bardzo tu odpoczęłam i czułam się jak w domu. Polecam serdecznie :)))

Ein Shuttle gegen Mittag wäre praktisch, aber mit dem Taxi geht es auch.

Everything was amazing. It wasn’t my first choice to stay in Kawaguchiko tho but for those who have same doubts whether this place would be worth it… it is worth it! Onsen is available and the location is superb. I will definitely come back!

員工服務非常親切，待客人像家人一樣，房間內物品應有盡有。溫泉非常棒！位置離熱門溫泉區稍微有點距離，但是飯店附近有一個大池公園，清晨走路去看富士山，沿路風景優美，環境清靜！不需要花太多錢去住在鬧區，這裡的房價非常合理，超推薦。

El personal es muy amable y simpático. Las habitaciones son de tamaño justo pero muy cómodas. La zona de onsen, estupenda.

The rooms were very clean and large. The Onsen was so amazing and clean.

駐車場にある栗を、フリーで提供していました。 受けの方の対応も親切で、車で帰る祭、見えなくなるまで手を振ってくれていました。

部屋のシャワーを利用した際に着替えを入れておく籠があるといいなと思いました。

Nice place, good location a short walk to the lake, and very friendly and helpful staff. The onsen was very enjoyable
