The Internet wifi is bad and outdated. It disconnects often, and while we were there the service didn't work at all for a good 7 hours altogether. I'm had a work presentiation via Zoom and wasn't able to do it. Staff, while very nice generally, hasn't been trained to fix even minor wifi issues, and while the outage apparently was general to their Internet provider, they didn't take enough ownership or have solutions for it. That echoes the whole 1990s vibe the hotel gives. Additionally, the "Aparthotel" name and photos on Booking and elsewhere are somewhat deceptive, since most rooms don't have even a mini kitchen, so no microwave, sink, plates, silverware, glasses or decent refrigerator as an "Aparthotel" usually has.

L'éclairage dans la chambre laisse à désirer entre les faux contacts, les prises et le peu de luminosité des lampes. Le manque d'une cafetière dans la chambre étant donné qu'il n'y pas de proposition de petit déjeuner. Le prix assez élevé du parking qui est surtout pour des véhicules de petits gabarits (25€/JOUR) et seulement un accès par la rampe de circulation hors de l'hôtel.

Dal parcheggio non si può accedere direttamente all'ascensore per scaricare i bagli Bisogna scaricare prima i bagagli e poi scendere al parcheggio

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026We had a really lovely stay here. The location is fantastic - just a 5-minute walk to the metro, with supermarkets and El Corte Ingles only a few minutes away. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet. We slept really well because there was no noise at all, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also really appreciated the free late check-out option. The hotel has on-site parking as well, which was very convenient, although €25 per day is a little on the pricey side. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Ottima posizione, in un bel quartiere tranquillo e ben servito, che permette di raggiungere il centro anche a piedi o tramite la metro, con la fermata a circa 300 metri. Appartamento spazioso e pulito, con letti grandi e comodi, due grandi TV una in salone e una in camera, grande bagno con due lavandini e bidet! Compreso nel prezzo servizio quotidiano di pulizia, ritiro rifiuti e sostituzione asciugamani.
Essendo concepito più come camera di hotel che come appartamento di residence, l'angolo cucina non era molto fornito, poche pentole e stoviglie a disposizione per 4 persone; per soggiorni lunghi sarebbe utile la lavastoviglie e/o la lavatrice (servizio lavanderia interno a pagamento). Non è possibile dormire la notte con le tende aperte perchè le finestre dell'hotel dalle h22 si illuminano dall'esterno.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Location was good, 200m from Metro, and a good assortment of bars in close proximity. We drove in and used the parking offered by the hotel. No issues with parking, very convenient and not that many spaces used so no difficulty with space. Staff really helpful and nice.
My wife uses a wheelchair, lifts a little tight but managable. Whilst the apartment was all accessible bar the bathroom door, it was narrower than.a normal door so some creative thinking was necessary.

Que no pudimos entrar hasta las 14:30 y eso rompió un poco los planes aunque pudimos dejarlo mientras el equipaje en recepción, pero queríamos llegar para darnos una ducha por el calor ya que llevábamos de viaje desde las 6 de la mañana y llegamos allí a las 12:30 , y hasta las 15h no pudo ser .

На троих - 2 пакетика чая, 2 пакетика кофе. Лифт от входа к ресепшену староват, иногда было страшно пользоваться.

Can’t think of anything. This isn’t a 5 Star resort but if you’re looking for a reasonably price spot to explore Madrid, this is great.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel in Madrid. After traveling for 12 hours, our family arrived at 11:00 AM, completely exhausted. A special thanks to José at the reception, who kindly arranged an early room for us so we could get some much-needed rest. His kindness and professionalism made a huge difference, and when we checked out, he even called a local taxi for us, saving us a lot compared to the app prices. Muchas gracias, José! The hotel was excellent—our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The location was perfect, with the metro just a short walk away and easy access to most attractions.
The only small downside was that not many people spoke English, but everyone was friendly and always tried to help. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was also excellent, close to the city center. Overall, a great choice, and we would definitely stay here again!
