Terrible service. Booked this hotel to celebrate a birthday and we were greeted with the front desk saying our room wasn’t available anymore. Claimed they phoned me a few days prior to confirm. Surely if a guest does not answer a call, you follow up with an email? Funny thing is, at 1am of my booking, they said my two rooms wouldn’t be next to each other. So first they claim I didn’t confirm them a few days before, yet a few hours before check in, they’re telling me about my room. Their solution? 1. Take us to a nearby hotel for a room 2. Pay for a cheaper room (but couldn’t give us a refund as Expedia deals with it. So they want us to pay MORE money to them due to their fault) Finally after persistence, two rooms magically became available. This sort of management shouldn’t be happening. It caused a bad start to a birthday trip. What made it worse was the girl at check out was also rude too. Seems like it’s run by a bunch of teenagers. It’s a big shame because the area and the business room isnt too bad.

The location of the hotel is great. It’s right next to lots of cafes and restaurants in the OCT Loft area. The front desk was very efficient too. The room was nice. The furniture was not quite as good as it seems in the photos, but it was clean and comfortable. The added bonus of a bathtub was a good surprise.

位於文化園區裡面，吃東西方便，地鐵走路約10分鐘可抵達。大廳白天沒開空調有點悶熱，房間鏡子上有燒焦痕跡，詢問客房服務說是正常的本來就這樣...mhhh....ok~ 單純住宿方面的話還行。整潔方面還可以加強：）

晚上12時多...不斷有人打進我房間..騷擾我休息 已向前台投訴, 但他們沒有幫助我們.

地板有微微滲水出來...本以為是洗澡出來腳沒乾造成的，其它方面還算不錯

整體來說都很滿意，就是隔音不好，整晚都聽到走廊有人行走、關門聲音；另外，打電話到前台想取多兩個枕頭，等了很久都沒拿來，再打電話給回覆是已經派完，只是忘了跟我說⋯，有點被忽略的感覺。

早餐有待改善，酒店簡潔，員工服務態度良好。地點理想，步行到創意文化園十分方便。整體算是不錯的小型酒店

只住了一晚，尚不錯。

房間空間足夠，整體還算整潔。 房間內基本設備齊全，如果再能提供USB插頭和剃鬍刀就更好。 另外房間隔音比較差，經常會聽到鄰房或走廊內的人說話和腳步聲。 住宿有包早餐，但是確實令人很失望。食物味道很一般，感覺放得都涼了，選擇又少。寧願不用提供早餐，降低一點房費更好。

住宿地理位置很好，距離僑城東和僑城北地鐵站10-15分鐘步程，也有不少餐廳在酒店附近。 酒店員工質素參差。房間小，但尚算舒適。床有點硬。 可增設多一張椅子在雙人房。 淋浴間的天花有頗嚴重的發霉，令人很不舒服。淋浴的水夠熱，也很有力。 床頭的木板牆也有脫落的情況，酒店用膠紙封住。 房間隔音很差，走廊的人談天聲直逼入房間。 酒店提供早餐，選擇很少，但尚可接受。 整體性價比一般。

洗手間地下漏水嚴重，房間冷氣不夠凍，除此之外沒有其他問題，酒店附近餐廳選擇多，有一間大型超市貨品很便宜，步行到地鐵站都很方便，下次會再光顧此酒店，客服很有耐性回答問題。

整體滿意，乾淨，唯一枕頭太軟，睡得唔好，近橋城東站，不過都要行15分鐘

整體不錯，性價比高，但同行友人房間的浴室沒打掃乾淨

此酒店隔音极差，半夜被其他房的关门声吵醒，走廊有人經過及説話都能清楚聽到，早上9時被鑽牆聲嘈醒，簡直不知所謂，要入住的親請慎重考慮！

The bathroom in the hotel room will leak after having a shower. And the wifi condition is not good. It will be perfect if these two problems are solved.

酒店大堂很時尚，給人有愉悅感！ 接待人員態度有禮貌，我們因天雨早到了，她們都能方便，安排讓我們早點取房，真的讚！ 房間清潔整齊舒服，唯是洗手間設計和設備未能讓住客方便，設計真的奇怪！ 關了門洗澡，上廁所的門是打開？ 洗澡地方，衣物放在那裡呢？ 洗澡後怎麼樣穿衣呢？ 情侶、夫婦可能沒問題，但朋友一同入住就顯得有點尷尬。 房間隔音差，走廊的傳聲很大。 早餐提供的食物也不錯，簡單豐富有營養。

地點非常方便，步行前往僑城東地鐵站大約10分鐘左有，當日預訂一間商務大床房，進房後發現酒店為我們升級為商務套房，真是喜出望外

內外的隔音都不好，雖然簡單風格個人很喜歡，但因噪音問題住起來不是很舒服。

Room is very new and very clean, good design. Good fixtures like charging points and big tv. Location is near nice restraunts and in the vicinity of OCT, a creative industry park, aplenty with cafes and museums. Reception staff can be more proactive. The soundproofing of the rooms can be made better.

從華僑東站A出口大概行10-15分鐘就到達, 位置方面比較幽靜, 早上及中午人流尚可, 但晚上的話難免會覺得有點怕怕 (始終在國內, 感覺也有點怯) 大概行10-15分鐘就到達。 酒店感覺光鮮有格調, 大堂都是以木做主, 感覺很舒服, 而且覺得這裡很有時尚感, 剛好入住的是聖誕節, 所以都頗有氣氛! 這次訂的是[商務大床房, 1 張標準雙人床 非吸煙客房], 房間不像一般酒店房, 因為這裡樓底頗高, 完全沒有壓迫感, 最愛的是木地板設計, 整體感覺就是干淨, 干淨 & 干淨! 廁所, 淋浴位置及洗手盆位置也是分開, 廁所及淋浴位置有門可關上, 但就只有一扇門, 所以如果有朋友/男女朋友在洗澡時, 廁所(馬桶位置) 就馬上變成大開中門。 每房設有兩支樽裝水, 簡單牙刷套裝, 浴帽, 梳子, 一次性&多次性睡拖也有, 淋浴間包洗髮水及沐浴露, 一般酒店提供的都有為客人準備(但好像就只是少了咖啡粉/茶包), 其他的都不用刻意帶過來 整體感覺房間各樣都不錯, 位於城創意文化園, 十分適合文青在附近走走拍拍, 附近還有數間餐廳, 當中有名氣的潤園四季椰子雞也在附近設有分店, 從酒店步行不用5分鐘就到, 所以不怕晚上沒有好東西吃。 唯一不足是位置比較靜, 如果入夜就感覺危險, 還有枕頭過軟, 睡覺明顯有點辛苦, 但整體也是個不錯的體驗!

Condition is not too good,far away from metro station, and it still under construction, service is soso and we cannot close the washroom door tightly, and bathing water is not good, room is small and noisy

地方很大，應該是翻新過，所以幾整潔。 位置在創意園隔離，有些小店，距離地鐵站有一段距離，約十多分鐘。 酒店wifi基本上是用不到的，唯一美中不足。 整體來說還不錯，有機會可再去。

房間雖沒有雪櫃，但客房服務員能因應我們需要，特意搬了一台到房間，讚! 酒店位置在創意園內，雖然要從地鐵行10-15鐘才到達，但很方面遊覽創意園，在酒店斜對面有公車到歡樂海岸，遊覽創意園可再到歡樂海岸。

酒店位置就在創意園內，晚上有點靜，跟早上有好大反差。最好是假日入住比較好，因為會有市集可以逛。 登記入住很方便，房內wifi訊號只是一般

지하철역과 거리가 먼거 하나빼고는 최고입니다. 지역. 소음. 환경. 너무 좋습니다.

Nice hotel

Location is next to OCT LOFT and there are many restaurants nearby. It takes around 15 mins to Qiao Cheng Dong Station (侨城东站). The hotel design is quite modern but some places are still under construction. Staffs were friendly & helpful and did react quickly when our room got problem. The room was cozy and spacious but I think toilet design was not user friendly as there was no place to place your belonging and there was a water leakage between shower area and toilet. Besides, wifi signal was super weak inside our room and the problem could not be settled even though they borrowed pocket wifi to us (pocket wifi also had issued at the end). Price is reasonable and can reconsider if you just stay for a night.

離地鐵站步行約十至十五分鐘，住宿附近就有很多食店，在文創園區內，環境一流，房間新淨整潔，唯隔音頗差，能清楚聽到走廊、隔壁用水及吹風筒的聲音。自助洗衣房在入住的時間還沒有裝修好。

Walking distance to subway station is a bit long. But easy to wave taxis from.hotel. Good restaurants and cafes in neighbourhood. OCT Creativity Zone is close and an interesting place to.visit

HOTEL整潔客房舒適 , STAFF 服務很好, MTR 出口右轉右轉直行到尾,大約15-20MINS,易找但幾遠,,如果玩完成日行回去很累!

Very good location ! Right in the center of everything , surrounding with cafe and restaurants and supermarket . Simple and clean and the bed is comfortable

性價比高。酒店2017年重新裝修過，裝修風格時尚，有品味，非常喜歡。房間清潔，服務好，員工友善有笑容。從地鐵站僑城東站或僑城北站走路大約10-15分鐘。送了早餐，但只是很簡單的粥，蛋，玉米，番薯，茶，面包。酒店旁就是僑城東創意文化園，有幾間餐廳cafe，藝術展。
