I liked the location a lot and the staff were amazing.

The swimming pool rules and the breakfast in the club room was not as good as the general breakfast on level 1.

連續居住二晚豪華套房，該飯店的房間中算頂級套房，然第一晚半夜天花版漏水，回報修好了，隔天半夜繼續漏水，持續… ，第二天的欲反應但電話無人接聽，需親自到一樓前台反應，五星飯店對房間天花板漏水的處置，真是無法理解. 而如此嚴重的服務疏失，也無法提出合適的賠償方案， 對此，對貴飯店非常失望，不建議入住.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the Window of the World Park. I also loved the bathtub. I also loved that the hotel has direct access to the mall, and through the mall, direct access to the metro—so you don’t even need to go outside to catch your train.

L’hotel disposa d’habitacions molt premium, però a banda de que és un gran hotel, connectat directament amb el centre comercial de sota, el que més destaco és l’amabilitat i gran disposició de tot el personal per ajudar. En 2 ocasions vaig demanar menjar de fora per l’habitació i el personal em va ajudar a fer la comanda, fins i tot des dels seus telèfons personals (després els hi vaig pagar, evidentment!) per tal de q fos més fàcil el procés, em van cuidar de forma excepcional. Se’ns dubte el millor hotel de referència a Shenzhen! Tornaré!

The hotel was in a convenient location in that it was above a mall and a metro train stop. Taxis were plentiful. Staff attitude friendly. Bedding was comfortable. View of the Window of the World was beautiful. Sound proofing was good.

I had booked 3 rooms in total for 6 adult family members. The hotel staff initially had some trouble finding the reservations and took around 25 minutes to finally sort things out. The rooms - whilst generally clean, the rooms were dated. The carpets in all 3 rooms (Premier Deluxe rooms) were somewhat shabby and did not look clean. The hand basins in all 3 rooms looked old and worn, ours had darkened pits and family members in another room reported cracks in the basin. The TV in my room had some problems with its sound system. Family members in one of the rooms requested a change of rooms, but had to move back to the original assigned room because they found the new room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The staff acknowledged the problem and were apologetic and offered free complimentary breakfasts. We were told that the hotel will be undergoing an renovation in the coming year.

Just like any other chinese hotels, even though it is non smoking room, I can smell smoke. For high rise rooms, waiting for elevator is long.

I didn't eat breakfast because of early departure. Had they served at 6 am it would have allowed enough time. Nothing within any of the hotel information mentioned the availability of the train station adjoining the facility.

My original room was actually leaking water from the ceiling, but the front desk was very accommodating in helping me switch rooms. The rooms here are nice and spacious! The wooden appearance and green color scheme gives off soothing, nature vibes. The staff is decent; they open the front door for you and serve cart snacks on the lobby floor. The convenience of this hotel is easily the best aspect though, as it connects to a decent shopping mall with many food options.

Staff was very helpful! Thank you to the Restuarant front staff for helping me with my breakfast selections. Everyone was very kind!

廁所一入門口便是大浴缸🛀，阻塞入口，因為要經過大浴缸才可以進入厕所，為何放門口中間，價錢又貴，不值得 ，沒有下次。

位置交通比較方便，只是酒店房間已經比較老舊，大堂咖啡廳面積細人食物選擇不多。 今次旅程目的是補祝太太的生日，所以一家人（兩大人一小孩）第二次入住。 驚喜是酒店可以彈性安排提早入及住視乎入住情況延遲退房。 生日蛋糕安排上亦非常有誠意，不是普通的忌廉蛋糕，家人也非常開心。 會再次到這酒店及其待下一次住宿體驗。

I visited Shenzhen with my two teenage children and stayed at this hotel for 17 days. During our stay, the staff were extremely kind and professional. They thoughtfully arranged two rooms with views of “Windows of the World,” which was perfect for me and my kids. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of food that we really enjoyed. The only downside was the air conditioning—our room had a lingering smell of smoke. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back.

Very Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience at this salon. While the junior staff took their time washing my hair, the senior stylist rushed through the actual haircut in just 10 minutes. The result was one of the worst haircuts I've ever had—my bangs were uneven and awkwardly hanging on my forehead, leaving me looking awful for weeks. Despite paying a premium price, the quality of service was far below expectations. I do not recommend this salon.

連鎖集團酒店，世界之窗地鐵站出口，可經商場到達，地點很好。 復活節假期去，很多住客，不論checkin 或早餐都要等得比較長時間, Reception 職員表現不專業，已在expedia付了房間及自助早餐的錢，但被問是否沒有付房錢，又說沒有自助早餐，集團試酒店正常預訂項目及有沒有付款應該有該有紀錄。另外，遇到的大部分職員不太有禮貌，見到客人就黑面或側目，好像是住客打擾緊他們工作時休閒的時間。對比其他同集團酒店質素較低。

The air conditioning was not cooling the room well enough. And opening the window allowed some of the traffic noise inside.

Location. Breakfast is good but all items should be well translated in English with ingredients like vegetarian or not.

Only few staff spoke English and it was difficult to communicate at times.

Westin Shenzhen Nanshan is located opposite the Window of the World Shenzhen resort, next to YanTian Shopping mall. It is almost in the central of Shenzhen, and is served by subway Line 1 and Line 2/8, and can conveniently reach all other locations in Shenzhen quickly. In fact, you can walk from the subway station (through Exit A), through the shopping mall, and reach L2 to reach the hotel lobby. My room in Westin Shenzhen Nanshan is pretty standard, consists of a king bed, a small writing table and a swirling chair. There is a bath tub, a shower cell and a toilet cell. It is a bit weird that if you don’t operate the sliding door, the bath tub will be just next to your bed, and block the access to the shower/toilet. The Executive Lounge is located at the 2nd floor of the hotel, and operates from 6:30 to 22:00. It serves both breakfast (6:30-10:30) and hors d'oeuvres (5:30pm-8:30pm, highlights: egg tarts, mango pomelo sago, wasabi okra). You can also have breakfast at the 1st floor buffet restaurant (6:30-10:30, highlights: fresh made wonton, braised bamboo shoots, bean sprout).

I have booked this hotel for a company event. This turned out to become a nightmare during and in particular after the stay and event itself. I am writing this message as a Marriott Ambassador member and have been living in Asia for more than 12 years, hence I am aware of different experience levels and yes I am also aware that different countries have different ways to solve their problems, however I ask myself if a property under the Marriott brand can display the practices I have experienced without destroying the entire groups reputation. 1) Communication impossible: we were supported by the event coordinator who tried to troubleshoot among her possibilities, however communication in the hotel – at least for someone who does not speak Chinese – is impossible. Called room service, impossible. Asked several questions at the concierge, check in and Executive Club lounge, all impossible to get an answer or communicate any kind of question or concern. 2) Confusion and lack of organisation: I was approached several times by hotel staff and asked about meeting rooms, payments and other weird questions, which had no relation to our event. The opposite experience was that we had to start our meeting without having enough chairs and tables for the confirmed amount of people. 3) Hotel condition: the hotel is old and not well maintained, e.g. there is a coffee machine without any coffee tabs and ordering is impossible see #1. I was aware of that and the relative cheap price is in line with the condition of the hotel. Where above experience is something which does not surprise me, the last point is the dealbreaker: 4) Credit card mishandling: At the time of check-in the hotel blocked – as agreed on – a rather substantial amount as deposit. I paid all open bills at the time of check out. One week later the hotel still blocks the deposit and my bank temporarily suspends my credit card due to suspicion. The hotel sees no urgency in finding a solution nor apologizing for not releasing the deposit immediately after I settled the entire bill. As a consequence of the above I am stranded in another country without a functioning credit card and the hotel has nothing else to say that they start now (ONE WEEK AFTER) to release the deposit within 48 hours and that I should contact my bank. The above experience is for me the most terrible ever. I have not had such practices seen at any hotel in the world and this property should be ashamed to handle a customer like this as well as Marriott should question themselves to have such practices accepted under their name.

Hotel is conveniently located next to the Holiday Plaza and metro station. The room appears dated with wear and tear but overall the amenities are acceptable. We will definitely stay again

Hard to pick anything …. Oh the BLoody TV …..what a crap model (from 1990 model) sound was awful and vision was blurry and dark . I was not there to watch tv but the quality when i did have a few moments to chill out was terrible.

Wonderful experience there

I have for some years been coming to Westin Nanshan. I believe for over 500 nights. This time was not one to remember. Check in and out was terribly slow and they did not service me as an elite customer not were they able to find me a suitable room. They blocked my room key as I had two bookings and I did not get the welcome gift. Also the language skills at the reception had worsened. I am considering whether Westin is in the past for me only.
