Ресепшен надо искать, он находиться спрятанный на 2 этаже. Отель расположен в здании, занимает 3 этажа с террасой. На завтрак были вкусны соки и все, что готовят на баре / кофе, капучино, и тд, кухня не какая, даже омлет не смогли приготовить, единственное, что понравилось шоколадные маффины.

It smelled nice when you walked in the hallway

There is so much! Starting with the mold in our shower and on the floor by our shower, the stripping coming off of the glass door, the big crack in the glass door in our shower, the ants that got into our suitcases, the fact that this is in a corporate office building and six floors up, and also on a steep incline. Also, that you don’t have an indoor eating area, you have to eat outside and bees are constantly landing on your food or flying around you so it makes it impossible to eat without being bothered. Complaints to the staff knitted absolutely zero. Borrowing the iron from housekeeping, they didn’t clean it and it stained my shirt when I tried to iron. The room was so tiny, you can’t fit two large suitcases in there, the air-conditioning blows, minimally.

Didn’t get to stay there. American Airlines flight didn’t happen on time so we didn’t get to Rome until the following day. Hotel was paid without us being there!

La distancia era un.poco lejos al casco antiguo Pero muy cerca a la plaza españa y a la fontana Solo tiene un par de.cuadras.en subida, pero nada que no.se pueda hacer caminando

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ebenfalls sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse war durch die Aussicht und Gestaltung atemberaubend, aber auch das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich !

Die Dusche im Zimmer war leider nicht so durchdacht, da der gesamte Boden unter Wasser stand sobald man duschte, da keine Tür und kein Duschvorhang da war. Zudem war der Hocker der unterm Schreibtisch stand nicht sonderlich hygienisch.

Milí personál a krásny, luxusne vybavený hotel. Kvalitné materiály a všetko voňavé. Super vychladená izba a raňajky v lete priamo na rooftope s krásnym vyhľadom. 10min od fontány di Trevi. Káva na izbe aj keď bola o ničom. Krásna kúpeľňa aj terasa, pohodlná posteľ. Pri príchode nám ešte upgradli izbu, jednoducho úžasný pobyt.

Çok sıcak bir terası vardı. Sıcakta kahvaltı etmek çok zor. Otel binası da aşırı sıcaktı. Ayrıca banyoda duştan dışarıya su akıyordu.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z wyboru tego hotelu. Bardzo czysto w pokojach i innych przestrzeniach, miła obsługa, nowocześnie i komfortowo. Fajnie, że pokoje są w trochę innym stylu niż przeciętnie oferują rzymskie hotele, tego właśnie szukaliśmy. Bardzo dobrze działająca klimatyzacja w obiekcie, co przy ogromnych upałach było zbawienne. Mieliśmy też śniadania, które co prawda nie były jakoś bardzo bogate, ale wszystko świeże i smaczne, szczególnie wypieki na słodko. Generalnie zupełnie wystarczające, żeby się najeść i wyruszyć w miasto. Są serwowane na dachu budynku z fajnym widokiem. Lokalizacja dobra, blisko Roma Termini, fontanny do Trevi - można wszędzie na spokojnie dojść spacerem. Jednym słowem bardzo polecam, super stosunek ceny do jakości.

Śniadania na dachu same w sobie są super pomysłem, ale przy upałach jakie panują latem czasem trochę ciężko w takiej temperaturze wysiedzieć. Przydałyby się jakieś wiatraki, zraszacze…cokolwiek żeby chociaż trochę ochłodzić gości. Poza tym wszystko było tak jak trzeba.

El desayuno fue rico, lo disfrutamos, aunque tal vez falten señalamientos para llegar ahi y mas personal para atender.

La habitaciones con conexión que pedimos, se nos hicieron chicas para 4 adultos y todas las maletas. El baño no nos agradó que se ve hacia la habitación, no hay privacidad al bañarte.

Wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The reception is open 24/7, which was very convenient. The rooms are quite spacious, very clean, and comfortable.

the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist area, there is no complimentary water dispenser or coffee machine available, and while the breakfast is nice and served on the rooftop, the area is not air-conditioned, which can be uncomfortable on hot mornings

Sehr stylisches Hotel. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse, wo auch das Frühstück bereitgestellt wird, ist sehr schön. Lediglich die Tische sind zum Frühstücken ein wenig niedrig. Ansonsten ein schönes kompaktes Hotel in guter Lage.

Rooms were decent size for Rome and bathrooms were modern and well equipped

O quarto em geral muito lindo e cheiroso. Localização muito boa.

Fizeram up grade do quarto e precisamos pagar uma taixa de turista maior. Café da manhã deixa a desejar para o valor da diária que é não baixa.

Locatie was goed.

Het dakterras hoort niet bij het hotek. Je kunt er dus niet ontbijten. Erg jammer want dat wordt andrrs voorgesteld.

Convenient location, nice rooms, but a bit small, especially the bathroom, not very comfortable to take a shower, but still good for a short stay. Very nice and friendly staff

スタッフが親切。広くはないがオシャレな部屋で居心地も良かった。

滞在途中でエアコンの不具合があり、一時的に暑い時間があった。スタッフに申し出てから修理に入ってもらい24時間後には完全に直った。

Otelin konumu gerçekten harika... Portakal ağaçlarının arasından yürüyerek birkaç dakikada aşk çeşmesine ulaşabiliyorsunuz... Şehrin sanırım en güvenli lokasyonu zira bol miktarda banka genel merkezi mevcut... Personelleri mükemmel insanlar... Epey sohbet ettik , İstanbul'dan geldiğimizi duyunca çok samimi davrandılar...

Price, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff and location were great. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant too.

Breakfast was OK at Best, Wasan’t a very good value for the money, IMO this hotel wasn’t a luxury hotel as described, It was a place too lay your head at the end of the day, Just a weird vibe from the First impression walking into the Place

From the first impression of entering the Hotel, No one around to welcome or help, Definitely not what I would expect as they describe a luxury Hotel, Maybe just expected a lot more for the Price that we paid for a (2) night stay, Room had a very strange layout, also had Ants crawling around on the floor in the bath area, Couldn’t hardly use the balcony with all the overgrown planting out there, Rating at a 2 Star at best, Expected quite a bit more

Very nice hotel! A small hotel, located only on 1 floor of a high-rise building but very modern and extremely comfortable. Roof top bar in the building was a huge plus. Not as centrally located, about a 10-15 minute walk to more central area but metro very close by and easy to use. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Das Upgrade auf die Suite war super, diese war wirklich sehr schön, groß und hatte eine tolle Aussicht ! Das Frühstück war aufgrund des nächtlichen Regens in der Roof Top Bar nicht so toll wie es bei Sonne sein hätte können.

ממוקם באיזור מרכזי. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת על גג המלון. חדר נקי ונוח. פקיד הקבלה שהיה כשהגענו היה שרותי מאוד ועזר בהתמצאות.

The location was perfect for all the sight-seeing activities we had planned. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast!

Wszystko było idealnie.

We have read the reviews about the good service of this hotel. In December, we booked a stay of five nights for May 2026. We have sent three emails through their web site with questions over the last few months and have never received a reply. I hope the service will be better once we arrive. We even went through the chat feature and the AI said that it would open a ticket and have someone respond. This didn't happen as well.

Location was perfect, close to all main central sites by 10-20 minutes' walk! Breakfast as well was really good.

All was fine. The entrance is a little bit confusing, but rooms are very nice.

Frokosten var helt grei, litt lite å velge mellom. Veldig fornøyd med rommet i 6 etg. som hadde en fin balkong. Damene i resepsjonen var kjempehjelpsomme og hyggelige. Fin takterrasse med bar.

Checkout kunne vært litt senere på dagen. Helt håpløse møbler i den lille spisesalen. Bord var alt for små og lave slik at man ikke fikk bena under bordet , og tilsvarende stoler.

Embora o quarto ser pequeno, o banheiro é muito bom, espaçoso. A localização é excelente e também não tem barulho e o terraço do hotel é um espetáculo à parte.

Do espaço do café da manhã, para mim foi desconfortável a mesa e cadeiras.

L’emplacement

Hôtel globalement correct, mais avec quelques points à améliorer. L’insonorisation n’est pas idéale, ce qui peut être dérangeant. La climatisation n’était pas activée (hors saison), mais en avril il fait déjà assez chaud à Rome, ce qui rend les chambres peu confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, sans être exceptionnel, mais il est servi dans une pièce assez petite et sombre, avec peu de lumière naturelle à cause de rideaux épais. En revanche, le personnel est agréable et accueillant, ce qui reste un point positif.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Les prestations sont de grandes qualités, le perso est très disponible et agréable. La deco est très sympa. La literie est confortable et l’hôtel est calme. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet hôtel.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the Goethe Hotel was extremely disappointing. I had a confirmed reservation and, unfortunately, was hospitalized just two days prior to my stay. I provided official medical documentation to explain the situation and requested either a refund or, at the very least, a credit for a future visit. Despite this, the hotel refused to offer any flexibility or accommodation. I fully understand cancellation policies, but exceptional circumstances—especially medical emergencies—should be handled with a degree of empathy and professionalism. The complete lack of consideration in this case was surprising and discouraging. Travel plans can change unexpectedly, and how a hotel responds in those moments says a lot about their customer service. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend others to consider that risk before booking.

Our room was spotlessly clean, very well appointed, new and very quiet. However, it was very small with no place for even small luggage. Staff were helpful and friendly, booked us taxis and shared suggestions for restaurants. The roof terrace (maybe not part of the hotel ?) was great, with excellent sunset views over the city and was open even in early March. Check in and reception was a bit challenging, especially after early evening. We found a couple standing in the 'lobby' looking confused one evening as they couldn't figure out how to get to reception. (The hotel is on the 1st and 6th floor of an office building with a small elevator that was a bit sketchy. And, security gates come across the entrance in early evening so you need to know/ remember the code to get it. (Remember in Europe 1st floor is N. America's second floor, so no obvious reception once you find the entrance). Decent value for price paid.

Just returned having spent four nights here. This place is an absolute gem.The hotel is beautifully presented.The rooms have everything you need and are spotless,cleaned every day.The whole hotel is set up in a modern way with original art works,quiet spaces and even an honesty bar,a really cool and chilled vibe. Praise must also be given to the staff very friendly and so helpful .We would happily return to this wonderful hotel and the beautiful awe inspiring city.

Bulunduğumuz oda, satın aldığımız oda değildi. Daha üst sınıf bir odaya almışlar bizi, teşekkür ediyorum otel yönetimine. Ancak odamızın yanında personel tuvaleti vr karşısında da kahvaltı salonu vardı. Bu nedenle biraz ses oldu, özellikle de sabah erken saatlerde. Ayrıca kahvaltı hazırlanırken oluşan ağır koku odamizdaydi adeta. Kalan herseyi sevdik.

Top Zimmer hatten wir, Lage nahe Barberini Square ist fantastisch. Da gab’s Nix zu meckern.

Fräscht, mysigt, grym roof top bar, trevlig personal och nära centrala platser.

The hotel is very clean, quiet, and the beds are large and very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the receptionist negatively affects the atmosphere. Being spoken to in an accusatory tone more than once was quite off-putting first when I mentioned that my 10:00 check-in had been accepted on Booking, and second when I arrived for breakfast three minutes before opening because I had a flight to catch. Definitely she doesn’t like her job and is tried of people. • Breakfast is disappointing. It is the same every day and many products contain a lot of sugar. The pastries taste very sweet and artificial, the juices are sugary ( No fresh option) , there is no oat milk, and the coffee tastes burnt. The tables are also quite small, which makes eating uncomfortable. • There is also a very bright emergency/anti-smoke light in the room that stays on during the night, which makes it difficult to sleep.

Мебель антикварная больше для красоты и не удобно использовать. Дверь в туалет не закрывается, просвечивается, без звукоизоляции - прямо рядом с раковиной для чистки Зубов. Долго бывает ждать лифт. Завтрак довольно скудный и место для завтрака очень компактное.

çok sık seyahat eden biri olarak inanılmaz beğendim. yatak çok rahat. temizlik mükemmel, her gün temizleniyor. ses yalıtımı çok iyi. tam merkez bir yerde. ispanyol merdivenleri ve çeşmeye çok yakın. taksi, otobüs, metro, şehir içi gezici tur otobüsleri, uber, her yere 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde.

Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir. Çeşit az. Ayrıca kahvaltı yaptığınız yer ile çalışanların mutfak kısmı aynı yerde. Tabak, bardak, makine seslerinden karşınızdaki ile konuşamıyorsunuz. Çok gürültülü.
