Reviewed Sep 18, 2026A equipe é muito atenciosa, a localização é excelente, o café da manhã é variado e os quartos possuem todos os itens básicos e ar condicionado. Na chegada, o hotel nos indicou um transfer para nos buscar no aeroporto que valeu muito a pena! O motorista era querido e falava diversas línguas.
Os quadros são pequenos. A depender da quantidade de dias, isto pode ser um incômodo, mas para nós, foi suficiente e, pelo custo-benefício, valeu muito a pena.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Location was perfect. Less than 5 min to bus stops, 10 min to metro. We managed to walk from fontanne di Trevi to hotel with children aged 7-8. In heat! You gould go for sightseeing in the morning, come back for siesta and go out again in the evening, once tempreture is lower. Aircondition does the job! Without it would be hard to survive in the summer. Breakfast were also good, not typical sweet Italian style only, but more likely mediterinian style, with scrabble eggs, ham, cheese, sousages etc. Entry to the hotel is nice, also few restaurants at it's doorstep. Perfect to go for a lunch and later to airconditioned room for siesta. Or for the evening meal.
Rooms are small. Really small. Window goes on the internal small courtyard with all pipes from venilation , no chance to stay in the room with the window opened. So you must rely on A/C = no fresh air. Also do not expect regular entry to rooms like in usual hotel, as the hotel is part of the biger building so you are going to your room through the general staircaise. Weird, but aparently it works. Bedding clean, but floor definitely was not moped before our stay.

Sehr sauber und alles tipptopp. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – nur ca. 400 Meter vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und die Bushaltestelle nur 50 Meter entfernt. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Die Rezeption war sehr höflich und freundlich, und die Küche war auch sehr gut und reichhaltig. Alles war einfach top – gerne wieder!

O quarto era sujo. Tinha muita sujeira embaixo da cama. Ficamos 10 dias com o quarto sujo. So trocaram o lençol porque pedimos. Esqueciam de colocar papel higiênico todos os dias. O quarto é muito apertado. Pode servir para ficar poucos dias. Mas 10 dias foi difícil.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Hôtel très bien situé, avec beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et le centre facilement accessible à pied. L’emplacement est vraiment pratique. Le petit déjeuner était bien et la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement malgré les fortes chaleurs.
le service de chambre est presque absent : sur 4 nuits / 5 jours, les serviettes ont été changées et la chambre rangée une seule fois. Les toilettes sans fermeture à clé ne sont pas très pratiques, surtout avec un enfant de 3 ans. Il faudrait également améliorer la propreté et rafraîchir la peinture des chambres, avec plusieurs taches visibles.

Went down for breakfast at 7am the first morning, only ate a croissant and even that was stale. Front desk staff told us two different things regarding leaving our room key at the front desk when we leave- felt a bit odd. A/C is sub-par, I know it’s Italian heat but it was quite warm in the room even with the ac set to 17. Overall was a bit disappointed as we normally stay around the corner at a different hotel and figured we’d try this one out. Likely would not return.

The least pleasant part was that the double bed in our family room was just pull-out sofa and it was not very comfortable. Also, the site lists laundry but they don't have any. We end up visiting some near by public place.

Meget lille værelse med bad og toilet bygget ude på altanen. Ingen rigtige vinduer, kun matteret glas. Havde bestilt enkelt senge men fik en dobbelt seng.

Quizás la habitación muy pequeña para tres personas y la decoración muy superable, tampoco es necesario un diseñador de interiores para mejorar la estética, ganaría bastante.

Łazienka nie ma drzwi oddzielających ją od pokoju co jest bardzo krępujące. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany ale jakość tego sprzątania pozostawia wiele do życzenia

Silenciosa. Escritorio y silla. Baño muy bien (ver fotos).Aire acondicionado central. Desayuno americano muy bueno. Relacion precio prestacion muy buena.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Ottima posizione, si arriva a piedi da Termini e a piedi si va tranquillamente in molti posti (villa Borghese, ambasciata USA, piazza Bernini, Fontana Trevi, Pantheon, ecc.). La colazione è normale, niente di eccezionale ma in realtà c'è di tutto: salato, dolce, frutta, verdura, persino varie attenzioni per celiaci. Camere silenziose, personale gentilissimo e cordiale in tutte le fasi: dal checkin al checkout.
Niente di particolare, un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026The location was relatively close to Termini with buses easily available just one street away. We liked that reception was 24 hrs. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient and quite varied. Good shower facilities and decent sized bathroom. It is not a very large hotel so there were absolutely no crowding issues. Although the rooms may be considered small, there was nothing missing.
The double bed had a thin topper mattress over 2 single mattresses so we sometimes ended up with a gap in the middle of the bed or at the head underneath the pillows. 😕 Having said that, the mattresses offered good support...

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Öncelikle odamızdaki bozuk olan saç kurutma makinası yerine geçici bir makine verildi . Sonrasında hemen tamir edildi zaten. Oda da bulunan kasayı kullanmamıza yardımcı oldular. Çalışanlar çok yardım severler. Tek eksik olarak kahvaltı zayıftı diyebilirim. Kruvasan ve çay iyidi gerisi hep tatlı üzerine yoğunlaşıyordu. Odalar her gün temizleniyordu. Konumu güvenlik açısından iyi bir yerde .Akşam çıkıp rahat gezebiliyorduk.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026The hotel was quite nice , the location is super convenient , most of places we were reaching by walk , the only area we had to take bus was trastavere street.Rooms are not big , but quite comfortable, good breakfast
The only thing they could improve is to provide iron for rooms, most of our clothes were crumpled after the suitcase and there is no shop nearby to purchase any iron for the clothes
