Reviewed Sep 8, 2022Staff was great and very helpful. Camilo took good care of us and helped resolve issues when we had them. The coffee farm tour experience was wonderful. The views from the house are incredible. The food and service was also good. The staff was very attentive. We would love to come back again.
The jacuzzi never got warm unfortunately. There is a limited amount of hot water at any time, which is not enough to support all the rooms, so only some people were able to get hot showers.
