Breakfast included was great. Room was just like home, coffe tea, hairdryer, ironing equipment, comfy clean bed
My door didn't shut easily, I think the carpet was dragging on the bottom meaning I had to bang my door, not good for other guests. My room was directly over the front door area, with widow open, which I had to it was noisy from people below along with cigarette smoke blowing in now and then (I don't smoke)
Really friendly staff who were welcoming and helpful. I arrived earlier than the check in time and was hoping to get changed as had a wedding to go to. My room was ready when I arrived, which was great and unexpected, so I got to check in early. The breakfast was substantial with lots of options for cooked food. The staff at breakfast were lovely and helpful. The bar staff at night were also great and the porter on the front desk and woman at reception. The room was spacious and clean. I think the location in the middle of the town and the nice staff really elevates this place.
There was a very strong smell of bleach when I got into the room. While I appreciate that it's clean was just a little overpowering. But I don't see this as too much of an issue, just maybe a point worth noting.
From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we genuinely felt so well looked after throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to Paula, who was absolutely amazing. She couldn’t do enough for us and was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We arrived around 6 hours earlier than expected due to our flights, and the team couldn’t have been more accommodating. They managed to get us into our rooms as soon as possible, which meant we could get some much-needed sleep after travelling. We really appreciated this and it was such a lovely start to our stay. The food was absolutely unbelievable too — every meal we had was delicious and really exceeded our expectations.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked. We were so impressed with the whole experience and the level of service from the staff.
Location and friendly staff
My room was noisy on a Thursday night - could hear a loud sound which was possibly a washing machine or dryer in the early hours of the morning which kept me awake
Good location for a wedding in the Old Rectory. Staff friendly and we got an early check in.
Bathroom a little tired. Tile lifting on the floor and couldn’t get the shower to work.
Top class
Nice house,nice place
No viw from window
Clean room n excellent breakfast!
Road outside was extremely noisy- broken manhole cover. Needs to include a warning about parking under the nearby trees- our car was completely covered in bird poop in just a few hours!
The staff were excellent they couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. It was really warm during our stay and we asked for a fan which was left in the room for us which was great. We also rang to ask for late check out and they extended by an hour for us which was so helpful. The restaurant staff and food was great.
The room was very small and very limited for where you could plug in chargers, curlers etc.
Room was lovely. All staff were very helpful especially Paula and the lady on reception, Michelle? Food was excellent and good value for money with plenty of choice. Good range of drinks too. The whole team seemed well trained and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Shame there's no lift but we were offered plenty of help if needed. Came for a wedding but would love to return to see more of the area.
Don't think there's anything you can do better. Just keep doing what you're doing and maintain your standards.
lovely bright, clean rooms, lovely breakfast

Great location, friendly staff and quite possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Good variety on breakfast menu.
Extractor fan wasn’t working in en-suite
Rooms very stuffy and we couldn't leave windows open due to road noise. Breakfast a bit chaotic regarding seating and food had obviously been under the heat lamps too long. We had booked 6 rooms as going to a wedding nearby and even though we checked in after 3pm,one of the rooms had not been cleaned which was only discovered when the guests went into it. Ok place if just staying one night.
Breakfast Cleanliness Price
This location was very close to a wedding venue we were attending. We arrived at 11am which is much sooner that check in time, but the receptionist was very accommodating in letting us check in and store our bags safely.
Breakfast, all food amazing, friendly helpful staff, thankyou.
Number to dial for reception wasn't on phone in room & when I dialed the main number from my mobile the lady didn't know it, all we wanted was toilet paper in the room🤣
Strong smell of sewage in the room/ensuite
Great breakfast, nice local pubs, located in a lovely open square.
Weekends is like the widewest on the square, all the chaves come out reving, they all get bused inn, and do they party!!!
The staff were so friendly and helpful. I needed a ground floor room and they were so lovely and was sorted with no problems.
The staff are lovely
Every person who worked there were very friendly and answered any question we asked. from reception, waitresses,Barstaff and Eugene The Night Porter, who made us a sandwhich in a hour of need at 06.30am. He was a star.
The NOISY door hinges on the top of the stairs to our room 119 WD 40 Would solve it.
Staff very friendly. Booked me in quickly. The chap on the reception che led me in quickly, carried my bags to my room, looked up directions to where I was going in the next day and even said that the chef was in earlier than the allotted breakfast time and if I needed to leave earlier he would accommodate. Room was very clean. Shower great and spacious. Bed was very comfy and the sheets were pristine clean. I thought it very good value for money. A little bit dated but as I say clean and comfortable and nice people. As a women travelling on my own and arriving very late at night I could not have felt more safe and comfortable.
Im struggling tin find something to say here … but the only thing I can think of was I would have liked freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast but the poached eggs I asked for came exactly as I requested, firmly cooked, no butter on bread, brown bread and tea and all was lovely.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was excellent - both evening meal and breakfast
Location for the ferry to Ireland
Clean and charming. Breakfast was excellent.
Rooms were too warm. Unfortunately noise from nearby prevented us from opening the window. Lots of stairs.
Staff were exellent. Safe parking for my motorbike. Food was good and resionably priced.
Perfect location for work. Great breakfast and evening meal.
Homely
Nothing
We stayed at this location to attend a wedding in a nearby village. The staff throughout, especially Michelle, were very polite, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in one of the apartments in a separate building only a few yards down the street from the Inn - it was modern, spacious and very clean. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, with plenty of choice.
Nothing to dislike
The rooms were a little too warm but couldn't fault otherwise.
Friendly welcoming staff
Breakfast was delicious and very good value
Unfortunately we got very little sleep, both nights were disrupted by drunk guests in the rooms either side. One of which kept trying the adjoining door! Walls are paper thin so you can hear conversations word for word. Rooms are very small.
Really lovely hotel, comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff
Friendly and efficient staff. Quality of food in the restaurant. Cosy feel.
Room was a little small. No desk space for working. No off street parking although plenty of parking immediately outside so not too much of a problem.
Perfect location, very cosy and comfortable room, staff were really friendly and accomodating
No complains, every was really lovely
Comfortable bed, amazing breakfast
No parking faciities just on the street which was fine but when we came out in the morning car badly covered in bird poo and branches from the trees obviously nest building
Good rooms
No lifts
Beautiful hotel definitely be back breakfast unreal
Excellent as always
It was central to everything. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful 😄😄. The food was really good and lots of it. We went to see Jimmy Buckley and the atmosphere was brilliant,we will definitely be back soon.
No lift, so if you're disabled you couldn't stay. we ended a new light bulb as it wasn't working in the bedside lamp( got one immediately) unfortunately had to go down 4 flights of stairs n back to report it. Extension lead wasn't working at RHS of the bed and the mirror light in the bathroom wasn't working either, I reported the rest of these issues to reception on leaving
Very good
At dinner on second night service was quite slow between mains and desert had to ask twice for dessert menu and quite a wait on dessert
The food was fantastic, evening meal and the breakfast. The music and dancing was fabulous. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our first time to stay there as several people had recommended it.
The heating was not working and apparently the plumbers were coming the next day. It was the coldest place we've ever stayed in, it was so cold my wife had to sleep with her coat on and ended up dosed the following few days. We asked for blow heaters or similar to warm the room but they couldn't provide anything and were told there's nothing they could do about it. On checking out we mentioned it again and were more or less told nothing they could do about it. Not even as much as a sorry. It wouldn't encourage you to go back with that kind of attitude. Surely nowadays they should have a back up plan or a plumber on call. Very disappointed.
Quaint, and had a warm lively atmosphere with attentive staff
Our room was attic room and many stairs however should have requested room closer to reception my fault, not Ryansdale
When working in the area I try to always stay at the Ryandale. I think this tells you all you need to know
Was in a room at the front and the traffic noise is a bit annoying in the morning. But not too much of a problem and certainly would not put me off staying again
Our over all stay was brilliant from start to finish the staff are very friendly and helpful
Couldn't fault it
Staff food in restaurant
Breakfast, noise in room over kitchen
Great night at the Dance
I don't like to queue in to the dances.
The dance 💃
The bedroom was freezing no heat in bathroom at all and no warm water to shower
Staff excellent and very helpful. food very good
Lovely hotel in an ideal location
Nothing it was perfect
Clean good staff, excellent bar & menu.
Bedrooms very warm & couldn’t turn the heating down
The location is excellent as I was visiting friends who live in Moy. I was a little concerned that there might be noise from the event space below but didn't hear anything. The photos of the room on booking.com don't do the rooms justice. In reality they're really nice and look newly decorated.
The heating in the room was high and despite following the instructions to lower this it didn't work. I informed the staff but nothing changed. Just a bit too hot!
This is a fantastic hotel we always stay here when visiting my mother in law . Staff are always friendly and welcoming . Rooms very clean and comfortable with great showers . Brilliant breakfast and recommend lunch and dinner in the restaurant excellent value and very tasty .
Liked everything .
Good location in town centre. Has its own restaurant and also near a couple of good pubs.

The breakfast is excellent, all the food is.
The breakfast menu was good and suited everyone. We were visiting Moy to attend a funeral so didn't do any sight seeing.
My husband found the bed a little uncomfortable. I was fine with it.
