Smart Comfort Apartments

This is our second stay at Smart Comfort Apartments. The Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed, the huge bed is comfy. I love that the sliding doors from the lounge and bedroom open onto the pool, also the shower can be accessed from the bedroom or the pool. Breakfast each day by the pool was great. The staff are really fantastic and the apartments serviced each day. Great location 700 meters from the beach.

We’ve stayed here 3 times now. Will definitely return. Layout is great. AC is fantastic, doors close completely. Pool is great size. The staff are so so amazing. Extremely helpful. Location is really close walking distance to everything in Sanur.

Everything, pool was perfect The apartment had everything we needed Bed was firm and I slept like a baby Dewi and all staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay a real holiday Location was a bonus, walking distance to food, shops and beach.

The location is great, less than 10 minutes to the main shopping/restaurants area. Very comfortable and great to have your own pool and outdoor space. Much nicer than a hotel room. Staff are friendly and overall this is a great option for your stay in Sanur.

It is a little tired but really for the price and location this is not a negative.

It has everything you need and it’s in a great location. Easy access to main road and beach. Great pool with good temperature, Netflix is included so that’s a bonus . I’d definitely stay here again.

Loved the location - super close to the Main Street which is just back from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and made the stay so enjoyable. Private pool was lovely and secluded. Great apartment.

We liked absolutely everything. The accommodation was spotless and the furnishings were lovely. The pool was just right and it was very peaceful - no noise at all.

The only thing we didn’t like was that it was a bit of a walk to a lot of restaurants. There were 3 little warungs nearby where we ate à couple of nights otherwise it was a 10/15 minute walk to the main street. It was worth it though for the fabulous apartment.

So very comfortable with everything we needed supplied. The apartment was very modern, clean and brilliantly located. The pool was great. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Would love a hand rail to be attached to the edge of the pool for ease of getting out.

Quiet location, walking distance to good restaurants, beach and shops. Private pool area, good room facilities. Lovely staff.

Lots of mosquitoes!! We had mosquito coils going outside in the pool area, plug in ones in the bedroom and living room. We sprayed the room down each night before going to bed but still got them buzzy away at our heads during the night.

Very comfortable Villa with ample space. Clean and tidy in a good location, not far from the Sanur town. Pleased to recommend the Smart Comfort Villas.

Super clean.Comfy bed.Air-conditioning worked really well. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Loved the pool area. Kitchen facilities.Also having Netflix/youtube for an afternoon chill out.

Nothing we didn’t like but some feedback to make it even better. Another sun-bed of some form,even a moveable one in the outside area. Blinds near the tv area as it was to bright in the day to see the screen clearly.

I love the private, spacious villas, the big pool and the quiet nature of this place. Everything is spotless. You can really make yourself feel at home.

Obviously no fault of the property, but rainy season has been bad this year and brought many mosquitoes which hung out in all spaces of my room! The staff did spray and that helped a little. Also the street flooded and I couldn’t leave my villa. Again no fault of the hotel. The staff ended up wheeling my suitcases on a bike to a new hotel as the water was almost hip height. I can’t thank them enough for their help. I hope they fix the road so this doesn’t happen in future. They told me it hasn’t happened for 20 years!!!

The villa was very quiet and close to everything.The pool was good. Clean towels daily.This is the first time we have stayed in a villa usually a hotel is our choice of accommodation.

We had lots of issues with the shower pressure sometimes just a little trickle of water which was very inconvenient. No hot water in the toilet ensuite.Mozzies and ants. Fan on high makes a noise. The interior needs a bit of a makeover. Freezer needs defrosting.

Fantastic staff on arrival. They stored my bag and gave me a space to quickly change before my room was ready. Attentive service throughout my stay. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer team.

Lovely plunge pool and great privacy, quiet from any street noise as in a quiet block 10 minutes from the main beach and shop areas. There were 2 to 3 little warnings within a 3 minute walk if not wanting to go into the main area, and 1 little general store within a 5 minute walk. Staff very polite and helpful, allowing bags to stay free of charge on check in/ check out day. Great separate living and kitchen to bed room and separate shower toilet with shower opening to pool.

It didn't affect us, and to be honest very much first world critique.. yet there were restrictions on how many towels you could have, changed max daily even if wet, and how many bottles if water, restricted to filling once daily. Noise from other occupants could be loud at times compared to free standing villas.

The location was great, easy walking distance to main street.

The rooms were beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything you need. The private pool was so nice! We were short walking distance to everywhere and we also got some bikes which was really enjoyable to ride around and go down to the main beach area. The staff were beyond accommodating - so kind, warm and helpful. They told us where the best local Warungs were and it did not disappoint!

A bit of a smell whenever you run the water in the shower but everything else was perfect!

The bright, airy and open configuration with the pool was special. Everything worked well and we were looked after by lovely staff. A very restful place to be.

Great, private space. Location was good. Close to Warungs, laundry services and supermarket. Staff were welcoming and happy to see you each day. Pool was accessible from the lounge, bedroom and the two way shower. We read a review that drivers found it hard to find. But we used a lot of drivers and not one issue.

Bed was very hard (the staff tried everything they could to fix this but they don’t have mattress toppers, so so their solutions were limited). Internet was not great.

Staff were lovely.

Layout of the ensuite, shower, toilet is quite terrible. Nothing beats brushing your teeth in a toilet. Pool fails to get any afternoon sun.

We will be returning to this property as it ticked all the boxes for us. We had 3 weeks and tried 3 different properties in Sanur, Smart Comfort Villas was the last one. Friendly staff, walkable to main shopping and restaurant street.

Only 1 sun bed for 2 people. When asked for a second one they wanted over $100. Complex needs a really good clean and paint, is looking very tired. Staff were wonderful. A relaxing stay in a quiet location close to everything but, the photos online are not a true reflection of the complex.

Loved our stay here, super location, short walk to the main street and beach. Couple of little Warungs nearby and local bars were our favourite. Very private garden with own pool (warm and clean, best we had on all our travels) and terrace area. Great for eating outside in the evenings, fully equipped kitchen to use and many takeaway and delivery options locally. No noise from other rooms we hardly knew anyone else was there. Staff were AMAZING. So friendly and helpful and always stopped to say hello when we came in and out. They even brought us a sunbed for the garden when we asked if we could buy one nearby. Lovely huge comfy superking bed and nice lounge area with good wifi too. Lots of storage. Loved the beach area, Icon shopping centre and so much entertainment in the town. Sanur is really a fabulous place.

I loved staying here and will definitely stay again. Great value for money. Very private. Pool was clean. Immaculate cleaning when requested. Everything was clean and tidy. Like most villas in Bali, it could use a paint job and repair with a few bits and pieces but honestly it was perfect. I felt very safe with 24/7 staff on, short walk to main street and easy to find for your Gojeks. Roomy, comfy and lovely. Highly recommend staying here! Thanks for having me, I can't wait to come back. Wifi worked a dream, including with Zoom for those that are working.

The bed was uncomfortable! One of those ones where you sink into the middle. Definitely needed an upgrade. My aircon in the lounge room leaked, they did try to fix it but that didn't work. Also, the ceiling fans were so loud I didn't use them, although would have loved to!

The property location was great, it was about a 2 min walk from the Main Street. Staff were always very welcoming and friendly.

The swimming pool was quite shallow. The shower kept loosing pressure and going hot and cold. Also no hot water in the kitchen area.
