Me and my partner stayed here at the beginning of September and we loved it. The room was spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. The only thing that would have made it better would have been if we had a toaster and oven, rather than just a toastie machine but we just made sure to only buy food we could cook with what we had so it wasn't a problem. The cleaners came in everyday and did a great job. The pool was lovely and big and kept clean. It was also in a perfect location. The beach front is less than 5 mins walk and the nearest supermarket is about 3 mins away. There is also a Lidl close by, about a 10 min drive. The beachfront has restaurants and bars and gets busier as you walk towards the Rethymno old town which takes around 30 mins to the old town. The old town has everything you need, full of restaurants, shops and bars.

The only slight problem we had in our room was there was a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom but we just made sure to keep the door closed and it wasn't a problem for us in the grand scheme of things. We didn't have hot water one of the days out of 10 we were there but again wasn't much of an issue for us and it was a one off.

Un plus plus d’équipement pour la cuisine aurait été appréciable. Pour le canapé lit, nous avions un seul drap 2 places et 2 draps 1 place pour faire le lit. Ce n’est pas la faute de notre loueur mais le dernier jour, la piscine a été occupée toute l’après-midi et la soirée par un groupe d’amis avec 10 enfants avec ballons gonflables, matelas, pistolets à eau, qui hurlaient et sautaient dans l’eau. Personne de la résidence n’est venu réprimer leur comportement. Impossible d’utiliser la piscine.

When we arrived the room smelt like a sewer! After opening the outer door it was ok, but that night the smell returned. I found the smell was coming from the floor waste in the bathroom, I covered it with a towel and that fixed the smell. I did try to find a staff member but for the 3 nights we were there I never saw one, I went to reception twice and could not find anyone. The refrigerator also sounded like a washing machine on spin all night. The other issue was even though the room was made up every day the only shower soap was left were he first 2 x 20ml bottles from our arrival.

Altaalla kaunis pergola mutta valot pitää pyytää sinne erikseen ja ne sammuvat n.23.00. Huoneissa oli kunnolliset kaapit, myös hyllylliset ja löytyy myös silityslauta-ja rauta.

Vessassa ei ollut tuuletusmahdollisuuksia joten kosteus pysyi pitkään. Hotellissa ei ole yleistä suihkutilaa joka kannattaa ottaa huomioon jos on myöhäinen lähtö eikä saa pitää huonetta myöhempään. Yleisen tilan vessan lukko ei toimi ja odotusaula on kuuma. Ei allasbaaria. Vanhemmat huoneet ehkä 3,5 tähteä, Uudet huoneet on paremmat.

Super, przytulny apartament z pełnym wyposażaniem. Obiekt znajduje się 5 minut od plaży i ruchliwego deptaku, jednak w pokoju - nawet przy otwartych drzwiach - nocą słychać tylko cykady. Bardzo przyjemny basen i jego okolice. Bardzo czysto. Obsługa pomocna i miła. Polecam apartament na dłuższy pobyt i zwiedzanie wyspy.

Być może warto byłoby naostrzyć noże :)

It’s very far from town so you need a car or to pay for taxi. The parking is 100m walk which is fine but something to keep in mind. Very disappointing that the wifi didn’t work and we got no help. I reached out via WhatsApp and booking message and no staff replied. We had no wifi the entire time unless we went out onto the balcony. Very disappointed that it we received no help.

The accommodation does not match the photos or the description presented on the platform. Part of the property appears to have been renovated, but the section where we stayed was not. Even the photos of the room we were given did not correspond to the actual room. The room was a long, oddly shaped space, with very little natural light and inadequate ventilation. It looked as though it had been forgotten in the 1980s and had nothing in common with what one would expect from a four-star hotel. What made our stay particularly unpleasant, however, was the strong and persistent sewage smell, which was extremely disturbing and significantly affected our comfort throughout our stay. The balcony was extremely small, to the point that there was not even enough space to hang a towel. In addition, the swimming pool was dirty, and the overall condition of the property did not reflect the standard one would expect from a **** hotel.

El cuarto de baño en general está para reformar y la cocina demasiado pequeña, con los enseres justos y necesarios para sobrevivir.

La facilité d'accès, les instructions précises pour une arrivée tardive, le jardin et la piscine, la proximité de la ville, des commerces.

Nous n'avons croisé personne de l'établissement, nous n'avons jamais vu personne à la réception, nous n'avons donc pas pu déposer notre identité, les clés nous attendaient sur la porte de la chambre et 48 heures plus tard, nous avons fait de même, toujours personne... Troublant! Ah,si,nous avons vu une personne venir récupérer la poubelle ! Sinon, beaucoup d'escaliers aussi.

La struttura era difficilmente individuabile dalla strada, e in una stradina un po’ losca. Oltre a questo, sul sito vengono mostrati solo i bagni nuovi quando realmente si possono trovare anche dei bagni datati, piccolini, con la tenda per la doccia e un po’ angusti. Infine la pulizia era mediocre.

Die Betreiber des Hotels waren unglaublich lieb. Zur Ankunft bekamen wir selbst gepflückte Weintrauben von den hauseigenen Reben. Zwischendurch kam Maria um uns selbstgebackene Zuchinikrapfen probieren zu lassen. Als unser Sohn sich verletzte klopfte sie um sich zu erkundigen ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Sie waren freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein! Auch die Reinigungsdamen waren super kinderlieb, freundlich und immer gut gelaunt! Im liebevoll gepflegten Garten konnte wir unsere eigene griechische Jause genießen und dabei den Kindern im Pool beim Baden zuschauen. Alles war sauber. Das Zentrum Rethymno ist zu Fuß zwar schwer erreichbar aber mit dem Mietauto kein Problem. In 2 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein großer Supermarkt erreichbar. Danke für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt wir kommen gerne wieder!

O cazare moderna de nota 10. Ne-a incantat si vom reveni dar pentru o perioada mai mare de timp deoarece nu am avut timp sa ne bucuram de piscina .

Mooie sfeervol ingerichte kamer. Douche gedeelte was wel krap. Hadden geen Wifi op de kamer, maar dit werd snel opgelost. Ook de airco werkte niet goed en na een melding hiervan snel gemaakt. Voldoende ruimte bij het zwembad met genoeg bedjes.

Wij hadden een late vlucht terug, en er is dan niet echt een ruimte om je op te frissen. Douchen moet je bij het zwembad en omkleden kan dan in een toilet ruimte bij de receptie waarvan de deur niet op slot kan en geen airco heeft.

Tiene una mini cocina aunque no la usamos, pero puede ser útil. La habitación es moderna y acogedora y tiene parking gratuito aunque al sol. Podrían poner algun tipo de techo para que los coches no se calienten tanto.

No había desayuno y aunque ponía que la habitación tenia vistas a la piscina, pues no se veía. Dábamos a una calle interior del edificio. La ducha no tragaba, pero nos lo solucionaron.

Salle de bain qui a grand besoin d’une rénovation complète, douche minuscule avec un rideau de douche trop court, besoin de passer la raclette, aucune étagère dedans. Cuisine à rénover aussi , et le lit du canapé non fait à notre arrivée. Rideau intérieur inutilisable et cassé .

Mi estancia no ha sido mala, pero no estuve a gusto porque no era lo que esperaba. La ducha es ridículamente pequeña: tiene una cortina que se te pega constantemente a mi culo porque no hay espacio y, además, no hay un soporte para sujetar la alcachofa. Al final, ducharse se convierte en una escena bastante surrealista: una mano sujetando la alcachofa y la otra intentando despegar la cortina de mi culo. Por otro lado, pedí la contraseña del wifi en dos ocasiones y no obtuve ninguna respuesta. ⸻ 🇬🇧 English I booked this hotel hoping to avoid the usual summer apartments, but the reality is that the photos are quite different from what you actually get. My stay wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t what I was looking for, so I never really felt comfortable. The shower is ridiculously small, with a shower curtain that constantly sticks to my butt because there’s simply no room. To make matters worse, there’s no holder for the shower head, so taking a shower turns into a ridiculous balancing act: one hand holding the shower head and the other trying to peel the curtain off my butt. On top of that, I asked for the Wi-Fi password twice and never got a response.

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet établissement à deux pas de la plage. Nous avons bien profité de la jolie et grande piscine. Le personnel est adorable et nous avons eu un joli studio vue mer.

Petit malus pour la salle de bain vieillotte qui mérite un coup de neuf !

Rundum zufrieden.

Camera nuova e accogliente in stile bohemien, con bagno molto grande (anche la doccia) e con tutto il necessario. Dotata di aria condizionata. La posizione era fuori dal caos della città ma comunque ben servita. Dotato di parcheggio. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile da remoto, e ci ha permesso di effettuare un check in tardivo e di tenerci i bagagli dopo il checkout. La camera veniva pulita ogni giorno con cura. La cosa più carina è stata l'accoglienza del gatto ogni giorno. Consigliatissimo

Migliorerei le indicazioni per il parcheggio, abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel trovarlo la prima sera ma abbiamo risolto chiamando la struttura. è spazioso ma a 300mt dalla struttura e dopo una salita.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is modern, practical, and beautifully decorated, making it a very comfortable place to relax from the moment you arrive. The private terrace is lovely and includes a clothes drying rack, which is perfect for drying towels and beachwear after a day by the sea. The property is quiet, safe, and very well maintained. The swimming pool is large, spotless, and ideal for families, as children can easily stand in a good part of the pool. The outdoor area is beautifully kept, with green grass, sun loungers, and umbrellas available for guests to enjoy. The bed is large, soft, and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, with everything you need to prepare simple meals during your stay. We were also welcomed with a glass of traditional raki, a lovely gesture that perfectly reflects the warm Cretan hospitality. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing stay. We would happily return!

Struttura in parte nuovissima, l'appartamento dove siamo stati era visibilmente appena arredato. Letti molto confortevoli, angolo cottura piccolo ma ben equipaggiato anche per la preparazione di pasti semplici. Bagno di dimensioni ridotte, ma doccia molto grande. La presenza della piscina è stata molto apprezzata da mio figlio, in quanto il mare a distanza pedonale non è granché. Ho trovato comodo avere a disposizione un parcheggio riservato alla struttura chiuso con una sbarra, non lontano dagli appartamenti.

Comunicazione con gli host assente, la reception della struttura era sempre vuota e ti davano indicazioni via messaggio. La mattina del checkout ho dovuto lasciare le chiavi sul bancone della reception e scrivere un biglietto in quanto non sapevo come comunicare con qualcuno. In camera doveva esserci una lavatrice, ma non c'era (era presente l'attacco ma mancava l'elettrodomestico) e in sostituzione mi è stata proposta una lavatrice comune in un piano interrato. La lavatrice era molto vecchia e in condizioni pessime e ho dovuto pagare 2€ per utilizzarla, oltre che procurarmi io il detersivo. Questo è assolutamente non in linea con il costo del soggiorno e il servizio che la struttura dichiara di dare. Nei dintorni della struttura ci sono pochi servizi e non so riesce a raggiungere il centro di Rethymno a piedi soprattutto se si hanno dei bambini.

Minden nagyon tetszett, szuperl volt a medencében, a terasz ahol étkeztünk, minden elég tágas volt négy személy részére, közel van a parkoló, ami a szállodáé, szuperül éreztük magunkat! Kiváló volt minden! Bármikor visszamenénk!

Отличное место для отдыха! Номер был просторный и очень чистый, расположение удобное — всего минуты 3 до моря. Ночью тихо, поэтому можно хорошо выспаться. Рядом находятся кафе, супермаркет. Бронирование и заселение прошли быстро и удобно. Остались очень довольны проживанием!

Fabulous, spacious room. Kitchenette was perfect for making breakfast and lunches each day. Pool area was great as well. Good location with a big supermarket and the beach both a 5 min walk. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the old town a 30 min walk. Would definitely recommend!

L'emplacement était top. Il y avait un parking fermé à 100 m de la location qui était vraiment très bien. Car pas facile du tout de se garer dans cette ville. Compter 40 minutes à pied pour aller à la vieille ville. Petit cadeau de bienvenue. dès notre arrivée très agréable. .

Luminaire au-dessus de la table de la cuisine vraiment trop bas.. Baisse de tensions électriques constant Piscine très bruyante avec des enfants qui hurlent pendant des heures où les parents ne leur disent absolument rien. Du coup, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter Pleinement.

We liked a lot the aesthetics of the interiors, the bed was super comfy, and the parking is really valuable for Rethimno. It is located in a tranquil spot, without any noise from the street and the access is generally easy.

The room seemed a bit bigger in the photos than it actually was, but overall we were ok with it.

Het appartement is rustig gelegen binnen een complex met nog veel andere verblijven,n. Alles netjes onderhouden, ook het zwembad! Het is een modern appartement met een ruime slaapkamer, 2 kleinere terrassen, ideaal voor 2 personen (wij waren met 3 volwassenen). Elke dag wordt er gepoetst (vuilnis ledigen, bedden opmaken…). Wij waren tevreden over de locatie. Het was zo’n 12min rijden van de oude stad van Rethymon en op wandelafstand van het strand/horeca gelegenheden voor een snack of drankje, ook verschillende winkels in de buurt voor boodschappen.

De handdoeken zijn bij ons niet vervangen (we verbleven er 4 nachten). De keuken was zeker proper en was op het eerste zicht van alles voorzien (degelijke ijskast, inductie kookplaat, oven…). Echter was het voor ons toch niet echt geschikt om te koken, omdat het materiaal wel wat ontbrak. Geen degelijke messen, pannen… 1 sponsje, 1 handdoekje, geen plastic folie of iets van plastic potjes om bv. wat fruit ik te bewaren. Wij hadden vooraf aangegeven dat we met 3 volwassenen waren en dus gevraagd of het mogelijk was om de slaapbank te gebruiken. Bij aankomst was deze niet opgemaakt en moesten we dit dus zelf doen. Hierbij merkten we dat deze wel niet heel proper was, wat minder aangenaam was voor diegene die hier moest slapen.

Die Lage ist super, man ist innerhalb von 5min am Meer. Es gibt einen tollen Pool und viele Liegemöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit Möglichkeiten unsere Wäsche zu trocknen. Es gibt einen vernünftigen Parkplatz und genügend Platz für viele Autos. Ansonsten ist alles sehr sauber.

Leider gab es keine richtige Möglichkeit seinen Koffer zu öffnen und abzulegen, außer auf dem Fußboden. Das Bad war auch ein bisschen eng, weil die Tür, welche in das Bad geöffnet wurde, das Bad direkt geteilt hat.

This is the best accommodation in Rethymno.. Location great we walk to old town in the evening. Room is modern well designed and staff was so friendly and help.

It’s a wonderful place. The apartment had a separate bedroom and a living room connected with a kitchen, which made the stay very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Both the living room and the bedroom were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made a big difference during our stay. The bathroom was also lovely, with a large shower equipped with a rainfall showerhead and hydromassage jets. The apartment also had a balcony with a table and chairs, so it was possible to enjoy meals outside as well. Another highlight was the beautiful swimming pool and sun loungers in the garden — a perfect place to relax. An additional advantage was the private parking located just a two-minute walk from the property. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Ļoti ērta lokācija, lai arī atrodas pie centrālās ielas, pateicoties iekšpagalmam, dzīvoklī bija kluss. Plaša stāvvieta netālu no viesnīcas. Ikdienas telpu uzkopšana.

Kamer is schoon en heeft alles. Zeker fijn dat er een plafondventilator én airco is. Douche was ook goed, wordt goed warm en ruim. Bij problemen was het personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

1 dag was er geen warm water. Bij het melden bij het contactpersoon ging hij gelijk hier achteraan (om 20:30 in de avond) en hadden binnnen een uur weer warm water. Bed is wat hard is er is maar 1 kussen. Keukenapparatuur is echt maar voor 2 personen, niet meer.

Gentillesse du personnel, établissement vraiment bien au niveau des equipments !

Το δωμάτιο δεν έμοιαζε σε τίποτα με το δωμάτιο που είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες. Το κρεβάτι ήταν απαράδεκτο, γεμάτο λακούβες. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο.

Täglicher Zimmerservice in unserer Abwesenheit war einwandfrei. Qualität vom Bett war hervorragend. Lage ist sehr ruhig. Appartment ist ansprechend und modern eingerichtet. Frühstück am Balkon ist angenehm. Abreise zum Flughafen um 6 Uhr morgens war problemlos möglich, wir konnten einfach den Appartmentschlüssel stecken lassen.

Appartment war deutlich kleiner als die im Angebot angegebenen 26 m²
