B1 Residence

Everything ok

The property is located on a street near everything. There is a 7eleven on the same property as the hotel. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel

Everything I expected and more

Outstanding hotel. The lady employees are so kind and made you felt right at home. 10 stars!!! No complaints

Quaint little hotel. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. 7-11 right next door is handy. Not many amenities (no gym, pool) but if youre looking for a decent place to sleep it's good.

All good.

The stay was amazing and everything was super clean and tidy. The staff was so friendly and welcoming

Excellent Price. Great for budget Travelers. Located next to hospital with bank and Starbucks. Plenty of transportation.

Great staff and the hotel was very clean. Right on the budget .

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamer met badkamer en ruime afgesloten douche.

Staff was super helpful and friendly… great location if you’re going to Bumrungrad hospital… beds are a bit hard/uncomfortable.

Good for short stay. No pool or gym but relatively good location. Good value. No breakfast but Have 7/11 and street food.

We needed budget accom in this neighbourhood for one night and B1 was perfect. Very clean, quiet and no frills. Can highly recommend.

Great staff. Clean place. Location is also quite good.

We love this little hotel next to the hospital. It has very friendly and helpful staff. It is a home away from home when in Bangkok. They have great family rooms too.

Comfortable and nice staff. Great location. Clean and safe.

First time for me at b1 everything was ok not bad ,hard to find ...

This hotel is right next to Bumrungrad hospital, which was perfect for my needs. It is also very secure. The manager was sincerely friendly and helpful with a happy and positive attitude who went beyond the call of duty in helping me settle in. The cleaning staff were all friendly and professional with a true "Thai smile". The only gripes were a poor Wifi connection, and having noisy neighbours in the early hours of the morning, although the front desk staff helped sort that out.

Value for money. No fuzz. Very clean. Accessible. Better than staying at a hostel if you are 2 people.

Usually I stayed only one night there and then moving to other better hotel for remain stay in Bangkok. It was my 3rd time stay for Bumrungrad hospital early blood testing near by. It's only next door to hospital building and 2 minutes walk to hospital 14 floor nursing counter. So I no need get up earlier and saving transportation time for early morning medical follow up. It's ordinary basic boutique hotel near hospital. Many Asian restaurants and street vendors near by. 7/11 located on the ground floor. Hotel was clean and safe with access key card. But their reception and lobby room was very smelling from under ground septic tank.

Quite clean , a small boutique hotel ,very close to Bumrungrad Hospital. For those who want to have treatments in bumrungrad Hospital might have consider this Hotel. But for average travelers its not worth it.Also the price is quite high.
