Breakfast restaurant was good as the only thing.

The Villa was run down, got the villa lowest in the area, the sun was almost unable to see because of shade from big trees. Restaurant closed everyday at 3 pm :-( There was another restaurant close, but was very expensive. Not much other possibilities in the local area to have dinner, therefore we went to Sanur for having dinner every evening. At the top terrace, there only were a bench, not a table and chairs. The kitchen didn't have any cups, plates or similar (not that we planned to cook), but when specifying 6 pax, then atleast 6 cups/glasses should be available.

The villa is quite spacious. Bedsheets are clean and bed is comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location is good 20 mins drive to geger and bali collection. Aircon is quite new.

A little run down in some areas. Need some renovations. Some mold on the wall in toilet and pool deck needs to be fix as there were broken parts.

Het prachtige zwembad en de slaapkamers die waren enorm, dochter heeft veel plezier gehad in het zwembad . Ook staat er een apparaat met schoon water in je accomodatie was echt super fijn. Heerlijke 2 nachten gehad om bij te komen van onze lange vlucht. Strand van nusa dua echt een aanrader om te surfen TIP : dineren bij het hotel er naast was zo ontzettend goed!

Er kan hier en daar wel wat opgeknapt worden de glazen wanden zitten allemaal beetje los waardoor er veel klappert. De gordijnen konden ook wel een wasbeurt gebruiken Het ontbijt is niet heel bijzonder en constante klapperende ramen. Personeel maakte alles goed zeer vriendelijk

The unit was dirty.. the sheets old stain pillow cases and pillows. The towels where hard and stained. Furniture was stained. We had to change rooms it was so bad. Air Conditioner broke toilets clogged up. However the staff was on it they did fix the air-conditioning and the toilet.

El personal es muy atento, la cama es lo mejor De la Villa junto a la piscina, es comodisima. La piscina enorme.

La limpieza era bastante escasa, manchas en la cama, todo un poco pegajoso, poco menaje de cocina, el sofá incómodo.

Selama menginap dalam waktu 5 malam di The Miracle Villa Nusa Dua, saya merasa diberikan pelayanan yang sangat baik, respon semua karyawan Villa mulai dari reception, housekeeping, restaurant sangat memuaskan dan saya tidak menemukan cela apapun dari sisi pelayanan. Dari sisi fisik villa semuanya tertata sangat rapi, bersih, kolam renang private yg disediakan di masing2 kamar sangat terawat. Hanya memang perlu perawatan di beberapa fasilitas yg kelihatannya sudah mulai dimakan usia: TV, sebagian lantai bagian luar, water heater, furniture dll. Tapi itu sama sekali tidak mengganggu kenyamanan kami selama tinggal di The Miracle Villa Nusa Dua. Good Job untuk semua team dan teman2 di The Miracle Villa Nusa Dua!

Great stay, huge villa, staff were 10/10 - very friendly and quick to respond at all hours within a few minutes.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön 🤩. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir waren 6Tage dort Gäste und können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

The photos on Booking.com do not reflect the reality of the accommodation at all! We were so upset with the state of the accommodation aswel as the location that we abandoned our booking and left the same evening we arrived. We were very unhappy with the kitchen setup with the gas cylinder in the room with the awful cooking appliances. Very disappointed

The location is a bit too far from any convenient stores or beaches if you do not have transportation. The breakfast was average, it would be great if there are a change in Menu. Our room, overall was ok but one of the bed was a little bit uncomfortable as it was unbalance.

The villa is spacious and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good, though not a buffet. However, the property is old and needs maintenance—there was mold in the bathroom and mud on the walls. It’s also quite far from the beaches. Overall, nice hospitality but the place needs improvements.

Cafe a bit basic

Staff were amazing, very helpful and happy. Food was good and well priced. Pool was nice. Clean water supplied in the Villa was great. Rooms were were huge which is great.

Facilities were lacking. No baby chair at breakfast area so we had to hire from the third party company. Room could of done with a deep clean. Villa had no decorations which made it abit boring and would of been great to have sun chairs next to the pool. No downstairs toilet was quite frustrating when next to the pool. The balcony rail upstairs was very rusty at the base so couldn't lean on it, definitely needs some attention.

This is not suitable for young children. Their room is on a different level and the entrance is from outside so to get to parents at night they would need to climb stairs from outside. There is nothing close by that you can walk to with kids so you need a car for everything. The cafe is ok and the food is ok but only once or twice. We lasted two nights and had to relocate. It was too stressful with the kids. The hotel would not refund anything. Even though it was due to lack of information until arriving as to why we had to leave. Nothing said that your kids would be locked on a separate level with no indoor passage. This would be a lovely villa for couples without children and happy to have a scooter to get around. Would not recommend otherwise and they should not accept bookings with young children! Very dissappointed and will be reviewing on all platforms so others don’t get caught out like we did and have to pay for two accommodations.

The staff was very friendly and always quick to respond to our needs. Villa B8 was pleasant and comfortable — I would have rated it a 10 if it had a more up-to-date renovation. With transportation, getting to Bukit's main beaches, parks, temples, and scenic spots is quick and convenient.

Was not in the location that I was expecting The Villa lacked cutlery, plates and cups.

The place was not clean at all. It was dirty, dead bugs around the house, pool was not clean and the TV did not work. I also got a rash from sleeping in the bed.

breakfast was very nice . small menu the staff were lovely, polite and friendly. the private pool is quite large and clean. the bedrooms clean and cool .

kitchen was meant to be self contained . minimal cutlery. no microwave. two old pots sitting on a gas bottle attached two burner cook top. a kettle but no coffee tea or sugar supplied . no fresh water bottles, filtered big bottle in a filtered machine. minimal menu and quite a few things not available. the entire place is rundown and tired and certainly doesn't look like pictures. its also in the non gated area of Nusa Dua and a walk on a very busy road to get to any shops.

It lacked basic things, such as not enough plates and cups or cutlery. The lounge was too small and the tv didn’t allow for casting or Netflix etc. the air conditioner in the upstairs barely worked.

Rooms and facilities need a massive revamp. Room didn’t get cleaned nor towels changed our entire stay. Decking around the pool was super dangerous and kept caving in. Very dangerous for the kids. Restaurant was subpar. Minimal menu and most items not available anyway. What food they did have was good though. Staff were friendly

the villas were a wonderful size plenty of room of six people. pool area in my 3 bedroom villa C6 was a good area to sit outside with a group of people. bedrooms were large especially main bedroom. the kitchen downstairs with the second lounge was good plenty of space for a lot of people with access to the pool.

there was not enough or even no wardrobe space for clothing in some of the bedrooms. lack of the small things cutlery, coffee machine, if you are really serious about promoting these villas you must give them a total upgrade overall. my family had other Villas and they all need the same. they are all lacking a modern feel and look , old style furniture. some rooms no tv's only one key for each couple not good enough. the breakfast is only ok. needs a rethink of what you are going to offer to create a more pleasant stay, some of my family went to the hotel next door. it is time you became more professional and bring the villas back into 2024. a lot of renovation is needed.

It is a cozy villa in a quiet and peaceful location. The villas all have private swimming pools. My kids (6 and 7) are happy. The employees are all polite and nice.

The kitchen equipment is very basic, so it is inconvenient to cook there. It lacks bowls, chopsticks, small plates, etc. The second-floor room does not have a TV. No mouthwash cup in the washroom. The shower place and the toilet are not separated by a glass door, so you would get wet everywhere.

We love our Bali villa and the staff were very helpful.

Sehr schöne Villa, grosser Pool, leckeres Frühstück, welches in die Villa serviert wurde. Das Essen sonst im Restaurant war nicht nach unserem Geschmack und der Aussenbereich (Boden und Poolrand) müssten geflickt werden. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super schönen Aufenthalt als Famile dort.

We have big group of 32 people in the accommodation and they allow us 6 villas for all 32 people. It’s not enough space for all 32 people bit congested.

Lovely Villas with own private pool. The villa was equipped with most things apart from some kitchen items, tea towels, cleaning supplies to wipe kitchen bench, face washes and hair conditioner. The cafe prepared nice food but the set menu is very limited. Overall, a pleasant stay but can be improved.

We had a fantastic family vacation at The Miracle Villas Nusa Dua. The villas are incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. Our kids loved the private pool, and we appreciated having all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. But what truly impressed us was the staff. They were incredibly polite, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable experience.

Swimming pool is the biggest one that I have ever seen for a swimming pool included hotel or villa! We almost go swimming every day, have a lot of fun there! WiFi connection is also great and the breakfasts are big enough too! The staff are very nice.

The towels are not in good condition. Insects like ants, spiders and caterpillars are everywhere in the villa or villa area, but it’s very normal in Bali.

That the villa had buds crawling all through the rooms, having no power from 11pm so no aircon, no hot water ect and the staff speaking limited English and not being able to assit us. Bed were uncomfortable and food was disgusting.

The staff were polite but the facilities were inadequate so they could not provide meaningful assistance.

We specifically booked for a 4 bedroom terrace so the extended family could stay together, upon arrival, they told us that the 4 bedroom terrace was not available, and gave us two disconnected 2 bedroom terraces. If we were informed before our arrival, and given the option to cancel, we would have made alternative arrangements, but with kids and elderly in our party, we were forced to accept what was offered on the day. The villa was old and worn and did not look like the photos on the website at all, the lock to the back glass doors didn't latch and so had to be fixed right away as it led straight to the pool posing a danger to the kids, the steps leading to the pool were broken and was a tripping hazard, the aircon in one of the bedrooms didn't work, and the toilet didn't have running water in another. The villa listed many amenities, however they were not available, e.g. no hairdryer in our terrace. When we asked for the iron, it turned out there was only one iron in the whole villa complex to be shared amongst the guests, and no ironing board. Overall, a huge disappointment.

The place was good and big. Breakfast is also nice and big portion. The private pool is good also.
