Breakfast was good. Location was close to the city.

We didn't receive the room we booked in. No view, two single beds instead of a double bed, no wifi access, no water bottles, tea, coffee maker or kettle in the room, no mini bar, the hot water shower was very slow and not enough water to have a shower, there were several cockraches in the room from the first moment we stepped in, no sound proof ability in the room as mentioned. No working desk as mentioned. The TV wasn't working either. The roof was dropping water on the floor through the night. When complained about the room being mixed up and missing what we ordered the management was giving excuses that the previous booked in people haven't left yet. But if we have booked they should provide the booked room. At the end the card payment machine was running low on battery and had to make a bank transfer to pay them. Fortunately had the bank transfer ability. Very dissapounted how they treat the clients. The outside of the room everywhere smelled a lot with cigarrete smoke although was mentioned as no smoking.

There was a good treat there. And it's food very taste. A good and friendly staff worked there.

Great breakfast, very attending and kind staff. Good location, spacious. Good value for money.

Overall cleaning of room and bathroom, ants in room, wall with some stains. AC, TV are bit older. Steep access may be difficult.

Good cozy clean room with all facilities provided as mentioned.....special thanks to the staff who went above and beyond their way to make sure we had all we needed as were traveling with kids.....5 mins drive to Kandy lake n city.... overall good place

It's a nice, clean place. The owner and the staff were very friendly. They serve a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast that my family loved.

Nothing

Due to some problems while checking in, we got offered a more expensive room on a discount. This room was amazing, and we had a VERY comfortable night in Kandy because of this. We finally encountered a shower like the one at home. The room had an amazing view over Kandy, and at sundown we spotted a migration(?) Of megabats

The staff was awesome and the owner very welcoming and helpful. They helped us with everything we needed and always smiled!

The Beds height is too high. Not suitable for children.

it is a nice and easy location. Some rooms has terraces, which is effordable and really nice. Breakfast was included and all in one; the rate is very fair for what you get. What you cannot pay because it is priceless is this amazing staff working there. They were so helpful and handsome and did whatever they could to assist and make us the most comfortable stay. The manager himself made us having a better stay and enjoying better service than in any other more expensive/luxury stay we experienced for now. Also, due to low season we had an upgraded room with balcony, for another upgrade we could have the terrace with mountains view, but we denied. Still we had a great view from the balcony (see picture)

All good. The way is okay to walk if you are fit, tuktuks are a good choice and need around 7minutes from the city centre, but the value definitely worth it.

The hospitality of the owner and staffs made our day more happy. It was pleasant stay.

Hotel was new and clean. Mohan the chef cum manager was excellent and was very helpful . He helped me in getting my medicines and was very polite.

Better for the price we paid. Recommend for sure.

I booked using credit card and as soon as we arrived, the manager was more interested in knowing if I had cash to pay because their POS machine was not working. There was total disregard for customer service.

Location. Difficult to locate. Access road dark with no lights. Steep hill.

Picked this as it was close to Kandy Backpackers (we were backpackers but we stayed in private rooms close to a recommended/sociable hostel). Pros - Nice, clean modern, AC, felt the most hotel like place I had stayed in Sri Lanka so far. Hot shower.

Cons - up a steep hill and the breakfast wasn’t great, would’ve preferred a western breakfast to a Sri Lankan one.
