It was not clean. Kitchen is disgusting. Toilets with a lot black ants even around the commod. Not recommending to any. Poor management too. Not worth for the money.

We had a wonderful stay in kandy garden villa.rooms are nice and clean.but the special thing in this hotel is the staff. Specially nadeeke made our stay. He is a great person who has a massive knowledge about sri lankan history and heritage. He told us many more interesting stories and places to visit. Even he organized us a well planned tour for the rest of our stay in Sri Lanka. He will be one of the best tourist guide in Sri Lanka in future. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone who plans to visit kandy. Also cooked us indian dhal curry as same as like in India. We will visit again. Thank you for your service

We had a wonderful stay at Kandy Villa Garden. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the ambience around the property was so calm, silent, and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The location was also very convenient, as it is close to most of the tourist attractions in Kandy. What made our stay truly special was the hospitality of Nadeeke and his family. They took care of us so warmly and treated us like family throughout our stay. They even took time to explain the history of Sri Lanka, shared insights about the people and culture, guided us for shopping, and suggested many beautiful places to visit. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kandy and looking for a peaceful stay with amazing hosts!

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood away from noise of the main city. The staff at the hotel were pleasant, nice and answered any questions I had.

The room was not very clean. The toilet seat was broken. The towels and bed linen had a lot of stains on it. The hotel staff took care of the issue once I brought it to their attention.

Nice garden and quiet. The staff was really good and hospitable. Kinda far from city center, but perfect location if you want to be far from hustle and bustle.

Matress was really soft and i couldnt sleep. A/C wasnt clean.

Lovely owners who were helpful and a delight to deal with. Excellent value for money.

We only stayed for one night, so I can’t say much. The breakfast was okay, and the host was very kind and helpful. He organized airport pickup for us and a tuk-tuk tour around Kandy for the next day.

The room was a bit outdated and had a strange smell, but overall it was good value for money.

Schöne Zimmer mit ruhiger Lage am Berg. Die Besitzer sind super lieb und haben uns sehr leckeres Abendessen sowie Frühstück gemacht. Der Maracujasaft war top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. :)

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Lage war auch recht gut.

Unser Zimmer war leider nicht komfortabel, es war sehr klein, hatte kein Fenster. Das Bett war so weich, dass man in die Mitte gerollt ist und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wir sind morgens und abends aufgewacht, wenn andere Leute im Flur waren.

Staff is veryyyy friendly, they arrange everything for you, they pick you up from bus station and arrange day trips with private tuk tuk and guide. Breakfast is great, outside area is very peacefull and beautiful, rooms are very nice, comfortable, really nice bathroom, they are also equipment with AC, good location. We stayed longer than planned because it was that nice.

El personal del alojamiento estuvo súper atento de nosotros. Habitaciones limpias y agua caliente. Se puede ir andando (es un paseo) al centro de la ciudad.

Algunos colchones estaban duros y deberían renovarlos. El desayuno podría ser mejor. Por lo demás, todo ok relación calidad-precio.

Værelserne lugtede meget, sengetøj og håndklæder var utroligt beskidte og morgenmaden lignede slet ikke billederne og bestod af kun toastbrød og 1 æg. Vinduet på badeværelset kunne ikke lukkes og inde på soveværelset var der en åbning i loftet ud til der var forsøgt dækket, men uden held, som resulterede i mange myg og sollys .

The room was comfortable and well-maintained, featuring a cozy bed with decorative pillows and clean towels ready for use. A small desk and chair provided a convenient space for work or planning my day. The private bathroom was clean and functional, equipped with a sink, toilet, and a shower area. I particularly appreciated the full-length mirror and dresser in the main room, which was a nice touch. The real highlight, however, was the beautiful outdoor area. The hotel boasts a lovely, green garden with a variety of plants and flowers, including a wall covered in vibrant purple blossoms. It was a serene and peaceful place to relax. There's a simple concrete table and stools, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink outdoors. The entire property felt like a little green oasis, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The atmosphere was calm and provided a sense of tranquility throughout my stay. What truly set Kandy Garden Villa apart was the incredible hospitality. The couple who runs the guesthouse are absolutely wonderful. Вилла которой уже более 100 лет, уголок спокойствия в центре Канди! В пешей доступности озеро с большим количеством рыб ( карпы Кои), разнообразных птиц, Храм зуба Будды, и сам центр города с его инфраструктурой! Чистые номера, приветливый и отзывчивый хозяин! Есть место для парковки, если вы как мы путешествуете по острову на машине! В общем вилла огонь!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et chaleureux,. Le cadre est très agréable et l'hôtel est au calme et bien situé par rapport au lac et au centre ville. Nous avons été convié à l'inauguration du 2ème hôtel du même nom. Très belle expérience.

It has a very nice garden with grass.The trees and birds bring many different birds to watch.It is a close walk to town.If tired catch a tuk tuk.

I believe the owners need to spend some of the profit on painting parts of it .The outside furniture needs an upgrade. An option for breakfast could be some fruit or banana pancakes.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et le repas pris un soir était très bon, pour un bon rapport qualité-prix. Chambre simple mais confortable. L'espace extérieur est très agréable.

Un poco antiguo el decorado. Y el desayuno estuvo bien, aunque un poco escaso.

Le couple d’accueil est adorable. Piti dej copieux et très bon. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la chambre et elle était propre. Il y a aussi un bel espace détente et on a tout fait à pied. Merci !

Famille très gentille, accueil parfait, très bon petit déjeuner et emplacement idéal pour être au calme mais proche de la ville.

La localisation est bonne, l’hospitalité du personnel également.

The flush on the toilet wasn’t great and locks stiff - especially in the bathroom lock didn’t work - they asked many times if all ok with our room however the problem didn’t bother us that much

Amazing location, the host was extremely nice and welcoming. Really helpful and giving advice on what to do and helping ordering tuk tuks if required. The room itself was extremely clean and spacious with good AC. Food was amazing too. Cannot fault, definitely stay here if in the area.

The location, the architecture of the house, the hospitality, the ambience, the helpfulness and friendliness of the hosts. I will surely come back here for every Kandy trip.

I couldn't find one.

Lovely and accommodating staff who made it feel like home! As soon as we arrived, we had a lovely greeting with a tea and a warm chat. The whole stay was such a peaceful and relaxing oasis. The breakfast was full of flavour and character and really set us up right for the day. As three female travellers, we felt so safe and happy here. Our third friend arrived slightly later into Colombo but this wasn’t an issue as they offered an airport transfer for a very reasonable price. Thank you for such a lovely stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely experience in Kandy

I had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The peaceful environment and beautiful surroundings made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway.
