Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The daytime front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. As soon as we drove into the alley, even while we were still on the opposite side of the road, the staff member came out to guide us to the parking spot. We stayed in a mountain-view room with a balcony. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The rooftop offers beautiful views of both the mountains and the sea. When the weather is nice, it’s such a relaxing place to sit, have a drink, and chat. The hotel is also very conveniently located, just a short distance from Olle Market and Jeongbang Waterfall.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Rummeligt værelse. To balkoner (som dog ikke blev benyttet, da det var for varmt, at sidde udenfor. Personalet (når de var til stede i receptionen) var super venligt, og trods sprogbarrieren gik det glat med alt inkl. store smil.
Badeværelset manglede kroge til håndklæder og hylde til toiletsager. Og der var ikke noget badeforhæng, så gulvet sejlede i vand. Vi gik i Daiso og købte en svaber og 3 sugekopkroge til 9 kr. ialt, og det hjalp gevaldigt.

Cuando nos marchábamos, como nos vieron salir con maletas (para irlas cargando al coche), entraron de seguido a hacer la habitación (eran las 09:00). No habíamos hecho checkout en recepción, y nuestra hora de salida era 11:00. No me pareció bien, ya que aún podríamos haber entrado a usar el baño o descansar.

La salle de bain ne comporte pas de paroie de douche et la taille des serviettes est minuscule. Il ne vaut mieux pas de laver les cheveux car la serviette fait 30cm sur 80cn maximum.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Staff gentilissimo, possibilità di usufruire di caffè ed acqua gratuiti a piano terra. La camera è spaziosa, e il prezzo pagato è veramente basso. Vero che il parcheggio può essere difficoltoso, ma c'è la possibilità di lasciare le chiavi al personale e se ne occupano loro.
Struttura relativamente nuova, ma già piuttosto fatiscente all'interno. La camera non ha rispecchiato le recensioni che ho letto, in particolare per la pulizia: l'ho trovata piuttosto sporca e impolverata, umidità e accenni di muffa sulle pareti, in particolare in bagno. Rooftop in stato di totale abbandono, non ci sono più tavolini e sedie come mostrato nelle foto su Booking, bensì solo un paio di panche fatiscenti in legno. La sensazione è quella di una struttura trascurata, forse nel periodo del Covid è rimasta chiusa per un po' di tempo e si è degradata un bel po'. A dispetto di tutto ciò, bisogna comunque ammettere che il prezzo è veramente basso quindi quanto è offerto è assolutamente sufficiente, tuttavia tante recensioni parlavano di pulizia impeccabile e non è ciò che ho trovato, sia in termini di condizioni della stanza che servizio di pulizia.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Hotel muy bien situado en el centro de Seogwipo. La habitación bastante amplia y moderna con camas muy cómodas y buena climatización. A diferencia de otros hoteles en los que estuvimos en Corea, aquí sí te hacían las habitaciones a diario. Hay frigorífico en la habitación, el personal amable y te reponen las botellas de agua a diario. Hay una cafetera y un microondas junto a recepción que vienen muy bien.
El único pero es que aunque te dicen que tiene parking gratuito, en realidad en el hotel hay solo cuatro plazas que siempre están llenas. Enfrente hay un parking gratuito municipal que también está lleno, y un día nos dieron una alternativa en la parte trasera del hotel pero al siguiente también estaba ocupada. Es cierto que ellos se afanan por buscarte una plaza pero no deberían hablar de parking gratuito porque no tienen plazas suficientes para todas las habitaciones.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The room was clean, spacious and had a good view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. On a 200m radius it had many surrounding convenience stores, nightlife, restaurants, shopping areas and so forth.
The nearest laundromat is a few hundred meters away, and the parking space is limited (sometimes you might have to park a bit further away). However, this wasn't a huge issue.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Nous avons été agréablement surpris d'être surclassés sans même en faire la demande. Ce geste a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable et a été très apprécié. Le personnel a été très gentil et accueillant tout au long de notre séjour. Les serviettes et les bouteilles d'eau étaient remplacées chaque jour, ce qui est un vrai plus. Enfin, l'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les commodités.
Le seul petit point négatif concerne le parking : il n'y a pas beaucoup de places devant l'hôtel. Cependant, nous avons toujours réussi à trouver une place sur les parkings gratuits situés à proximité, donc cela n'a pas été un véritable problème.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026地點個人覺得蠻剛好的，離李仲燮藝術街、西歸浦市場蠻近的，不需要走太多坡。附近餐廳、便利商店也很多。 慢慢晃到新緣橋大概15分鐘左右吧。天天都會打掃整理、木地板乾乾淨淨的，陽台稍微可以看到一點海景，頂樓的露臺也蠻舒服的。雖然不是很時髦很新穎的飯店，但乾淨舒適。
淋浴間沒有隔門，會把整間浴室噴濕

飯店在斜坡上，飯店停車隔不多，也不是很好停的感覺，如果位置不夠飯店的工作人員會引導到附近的停車場停車，但空間偏窄，不算很好停。衛浴沒有乾濕分離，放盥洗用具的空間不多。

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026바로 앞이 올레시장이라 너무 좋았고 객실 내부도 너무 청결히 청소도 완벽하게 되어있었습니다. 제주도에서는 5성급에나 설치되어 있는 비데도 설치되어 있어서 20년전부터 아파트에 기본 옵션으로 설치되어 비데 사용이 습관화 되어 있는 수도권 관광객분들께서는 너무 편한하실거고 발코니가 있어 답답하지 않아 너무 좋았습니다. 프론트에서 응대해주시는 남자분, 여자분 모두 너무 친절하셨습니다. 또 예약합니다.

A/c air dries my throat such that it got sore when sleeping. Would be nice to control humidity better. Towels are a little small but glad staff is generous in amount provided. No washing machines on site; need to walk a few blocks downhill for it. Would've liked a set of instructions / local tips in the room that I thought was standard at hotels. "make up room" button for our room didn't work, but staff still cleaned our room or skipped if we were still present. Family room unit - room with queen size bed has no tv or desk; only room with twin beds does. would've made more sense to me if both rooms has these amenities or just the queen bed room.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026시내 내부라서 불편하고 시끄러울 줄 알았는데 생각보다 그런거 하나도 없었습니다. 도보로 올레시장 및 번화가에서 즐길 수 있었습니다. 제주도 사정상 조금 습하긴 했지만 에어컨이 작동 잘해서 불편하지는 않았습니다.
렌트로 가서 주차 공간이 작으나 바로 앞에 무료 주차장도 있어서 조금 일찍 주차 했다면 불편함은 없었을 듯 합니다. 추자후에 도보로 충분히 저녁시간을 즐길 수 있는 호텔이었습니다.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026사장님께서 늦은 체크인에도 매우 친절하셨고, 방컨디션이 너무 좋았어요. 화장대가 있어서 부모님이 너무 좋아하셨구요. 2일 연박 청소해주시는 줄 몰랐는데 다녀오니 깔끔히 청소,정돈 되어있어서 기분이 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 방문할거에요👍🏻

The entire facility seemed a little older/ less modern than what it looked like in the pictures, but not bad none the less.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Alles! Heerlijke locatie om Seogwipo en omgeving (Hallasan, Jungmun) te ontdekken. In een rustige straat dichtbij de markt, restaurants en culturele straatje. Personeel super aardig en vriendelijk. Parkeren gratis.
