The cleanliness of the room was truly impeccable, which is especially important to me. The bathroom had an excellent selection of toiletries, there was always plenty of hot water, and everything was spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blanket was wonderfully warm. The room itself was very cozy and warm, so we didn’t feel cold even once. I also want to mention the beautiful little courtyard. It’s such a peaceful place where you can sit with a book, have a cup of tea, and simply enjoy the atmosphere. The location is also fantastic. Everything in San Pedro de Atacama is very close, and it’s literally about a five-minute walk to the center, so getting around was incredibly convenient. The Wi-Fi worked really well here, too—especially outside in the courtyard, where you could even download and watch a movie. It was very quiet at night, so I slept well, and in the morning the birds were singing—everything was great.

La amabilidad de Marcela, siempre muy atenta dando las indicaciones para recorrer San Pedro. Las instalaciones muy cómodas y además cuenta con un espacio al aire libre donde tomamos desayuno a gusto.si vuelvo a ir, volvería a hospedarme en El Tambo Norte.

Localização excelente, perto da rua principal, de mercado, restaurantes. O apartamento era bastante limpo e a anfitriã foi muito solícita e simpática.

A luz era fraca e o sinal de Internet caia constantemente.

Een super vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw. Het appartement voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Er is een mooie en gezellige tuin waarin je rustig kan relaxen. Kortom een ideale plek voor een wat langer verblijf in San Pedro de Atacama.

The lady Marcella was very nice, she was in communication with us throughout to ensure our check-in, check-out, room requirements were in place. We had two apartments, a family apartment and a one-bedroom. They were both good size. Amenities in the house were working. There was a very cute garden with colorful furniture, and a very friendly poodle dog and a cat! The rooms were not very new, but for the price we paid everything was fair and good. The location was excellent, 5-6 min yo the Main Street of San Pedro. If you are not picky with cleanliness, and new amenities, we strongly recommend!

Everything was fair for the price. There is no heating in the rooms so if the weather is cold, you can think about it. There are layers in the bed though.

Desde el primer momento la Sra. Marcela nos atendió de maravilla, al ingreso nos permitió llegar antes, la habitación en excelentes condiciones, la cama en buenas condiciones, TV con cable y buenos canales, el Baño muy limpio y con los accesorios para baño, LA cocina con utensilios para cocinar lo que nos permitió cocinar y ahorrar en alimentos, en general el depto muy bueno y limpio, el jardín muy bueno, tranquilo con una mesa de pinpon para jugar, con gran espacio, en resumen 1000% recomendable, me sentí desde el primer segundo como en casa, y siempre nos orientaban en tours, restaurantes, lugares, también resalto que al salir nos dio la facilidad de llegar de nuestro ultimo tour y después nos permitió estar en las instalación hasta que paso nuestro transporte de regreso al aeropuerto, por cierto la ubicación esta perfecta a 5 min caminando a la calle principal (caracoles) y negocios a una calle para compra de consumibles, volvería a quedarme en Tambo Norte nuevamente sin pensarlo.

Marcela, quien nos recibió, es un 7. Muy simpatica, nos ayudó incluso a coser una parte de un abrigo. Un amor de persona! El lugar es tranquilo y spacioso, con buen WiFi y estacionamiento cerrado.

La presión del agua. Pero eso en un tema en todo San Pedro.

Struttura molto bella, spaziosa e con tutti i comforts necessari. Posizione ottima, a 5 min a piedi dal centro di San Pedro. Stupendo il giardino esterno con divanetti e tavolini per rilassarsi. Marcela, la proprietaria, fantastica! Gentile e premurosa, viene incontro ad ogni esigenza. A rendere tutto ancora più accogliente e familiare la gattina Serafina e il cane Pippo!

Ubicado a menos de 5 minutos de la calle caracoles. Apartamento sencillo y grande con todo lo necesario para tu estancia. Marcela es un encanto y nos sentimos muy acogidas. La terraza es muy bonita y se comparte con los demás huéspedes.

Perfecte locatie, 3 minuten lopen vanaf de busterminal van San Pedro de Atacama, en 3 minuten lopen naar de hoofdstraat. Net buiten de hoofdstraat, maar alle belangrijke plekken in San Pedro zijn prima te voet te bereiken. Aardig personeel, ruim verblijf en gezellige, comfortabele gemeenschappelijke tuin.

The internet connection was very poor, so much so that websites took minutes to load, and there were ants in the room.

Me gustó que tenía dos dormitorios, y Lorena su anfitriona una señora muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Las instalaciones se ven desgastadas y les falta un poco de mantenimiento

Su ubicación aunque no está tan alejada de calle Caracol, no es tan bonita a su alrededor. Sin embargo siempre nos sentimos seguros y los tours pasaban a recogernos a nuestra estancia.

Nuestra experiencia fue perfecta. La anfitriona, Lorena, estuvo muy pendiente y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos. La habitación estaba muy limpia y nos hacían limpieza diaria, gratis. La anfitriona también tuvo mucha flexibilidad con la hora del check in y check out, lo cual fue perfecto para nosotros. La ubicación también es perfecta, solo a 4 minutos caminando de calle Caracoles. Estamos muy felices, además de que nos dieron un regalito por navidad 😊.

My bed was in the kitchen without curtain, the place was described as 2 bedrooms, only 1 pillow Few dishes in the kitchen and they were dirty No hot water in the kitchen No much light in my “room/kitchen” Stains like blood on the wall and on the sheets in the other room The woman didn’t speak any english It smelled cat pee behind our door and all the yard furniture were dirty

La ubicación era muy buena, la persona que nos atendió era muy amable.

La limpieza de la habitación podría mejorar bastante, el baño no estaba limpio y el horno no funcionaba en la cocina.

Gostei de tudo, os pontos fortes foram as instalações, atenção dos proprietários e funcionários e localização. Internet e chuveiro funcionam perfeitamente. Indico esta acomodação!

Lo unico 'raro' es que al baño se ingresaba solo a traves de la habitacion con cama de 2 plazas. Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero quizas a otros grupos no les quede tan cómodo.

Nothing, horrible place. I’m my partner and I could have died from a carbon monoxide leak - had to leave the establishment in the middle of the night. They are refusing to provide a refund and our now ignoring booking.com representatives and my emails

Very comfortable, clean and well located. The staff is lovely, we felt like home. Some of us got sick and they took care of us like a family, always very kind. The graden is nice and cozy to chill during the day.

The hotel was few minutes from the main street of san pedro. The host was amazing, and the room was clean and spacious

I like everything

The place was clean. We only had four people, so the 6 beds were more than enough. The beds had crisp and clean sheets. Each room had dressers, hangers and luggage racks for our clothes and belongings. The kitchen has a stove, cooking and eating utensils and a fridge and freezer. We bought granola, cereal, eggs, yogurt and ice cream from a grocery market within waking distance to have for breakfast, as some of the tours we signed up for left early in the morning before any restaurant opens. The bathroom was very spacious. It is located within the bedroom that has the queen sized bed. Some people might find that inconvenient, as the people in the other bedroom would have to walk into that bedroom to get to the bathroom. However, we were fine with that setup. The location is a short walk to the main street, Caracoles, so it's easy to find a restaurant, do souvenir shopping or do comparison shopping between the numerous tour agencies. The hostel staff was very helpful. Although they didn't speak English and my Spanish is very limited, we were able to communicate using Google Translate. Lorena stayed up past 11 p.m. on Christmas Eve to check us in, as we arrived on a late flight. Lorena did our laundry at a reasonable price. Lorena kindly made herself available at 6 a.m. to help call a taxi for us in the event our reserved airport transfer didn't come through and she was so considerate in lending us a battery operated light to use to make ourselves visible while waiting for our airport transfer in the early morning before the sunrise.

The place does not have air conditioner. However, with the windows open, the high ceilings of the bedrooms, and a breeze, it was cool enough that we had a sound sleep every night when we stayed in December. Sometimes, we didn't have warm/ hot water, especially after someone just took a hot shower. Then, we would have to wait a while for hot water.

Location , peaceful, staff helpful, request were attended to , communicated good and timely, kitchen had all you needed, it was rustic but what do you expect in the atacama desert, premises securer with nice out door seating relaxing areas in shade

Clean,simple place but really comfortable and quiet. With a relaxing outdoor areas which you can see stars during dark. It’s located near (10mins walk) to town centre where everything is located. The host Marcela is very hands-on and friendly.

An oasis after spending the days exploring. Property in great location from bus station, close to town but far enough away from central area with bars. Bed firm, units with enough equipment supplied for basic meal preparation. The host Marcela is very helpful.
