Everything is so good I like it

My booking was not included breakfast.

Air conditioner was too loudly.

Good amenities (free coffee, water dispenser, cool air conditioning).

Bathroom exhaust was making loud clanking noises - probably needs some servicing.

L’hotel est très bien placé et le personnel gentil.

La literie n’est pas confortable et la salle de bain petite avec une douche trop près des toilettes (difficile de ne pas mettre de l’eau partout). Pas de souci pour nous, nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit avant de prendre notre vol)

I'm regularly staying at this hotel, I'm happy with the room now with smart TV, this was great after a day out after going back to the hotel, I can enjoy the room more. Well-done.

Hotel with a good location, unfortunately when entering the room the sheets and the towel were stained, in the evening while sleeping I felt itching all over my body, the next day I asked to change ,They have been changed Fortunately, for the rest I can't complain.

Great location, close distance to shops and restaurants. Drinking water provided and good value for a few nights to stay.

WiFi signal was very weak. Our room window was in front of a restaurant opened till 4:00 am and it was very loud.

The location is excellent, many good restaurants nearby and easy to get around to old town & other attractions. Hotel staff were friendly and do daily cleaning on request.

The room is definitely older than the pictures show, a bit run-down feeling but the hotel room is relatively clean.

TV limited channel, need more English channel n news channel. TV not clear for viewing. Always no signal.

The staff are friendly and really helpful, answered all our enquiries. We lost our keycard, and the replacement process was really fast and easy.

the toilet water drops a little slowly in the hole, , there is only a mirror in the toilet, if there is a mirror in the room, it is a little comfortable. God willing, it will come again.

It was my second stay during May and booked a the queen size room. It was more than enough space for myself. Water pressure was very good and a good nights sleep on the bed. There are a large variety of food stalls and restaurants to choose from in the area and my favourite was the across from the hotel, 77 Rangoon. For myself, everything was within walking distance. Reccomend!

If the hotel had some English channels it would of been nice.

The bath is not good.

The terrace and common area was a nice place to relax and the staff was helpful.

It's a fairly old hotel but I still enjoy my stay.

The location was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the bus terminal. The staff were super friendly and very obliging. You were always greeted in a warm friendly manner and always with a smile!!

The room was looking a little bit tired ie wall paper peeling and the shower was too tepid for me.

Excellent hotel for the price, friendly staff. Room was small but suited my needs. Location, a bit away from the main tourist attractions, however grab was cheap and easy to get.

Its location, and its simplicity. There was a hotel parking spot which I manage to secure and we ended up parking there for 2 days and 1 night. We went around George Town by walking/Grab. Common facility was available.

Wish there were more facility in the room ie fridge, cabinet and safe.

The staff very helpful.

The room is dirty and me and my friend feel the mattress is not clean. The room full of ant even the bed. The bath towel got blood mark and the TV doesn't have any TV channels. At first we want to ask the staff to change but too late d because we go back to the hotel late night after event.

Easy access to different shops around the area. Liked the fact that the water pressure in the bathroom was strong. Cozy enough for 2pax. very attentive and friendly staff. From when I made the reservation, had someone from the hotel messaging me to say they have my room set and ready.

the allotted parking space for this hotel is just 2 and is at first come, first serve basis. there are parking space available by the road side but if you come back to the hotel at night, you will be lucky if you got a space. as for the room, should have at least 1 extra pillow available upon request, as there are only 2 pillows and 2 cushions in the room, which is too low for me and my husband. requested for an extra pillow from the reception but none was available.

Convenient location

Toilet and room quite cramped but can't say much given that it is budget hotel. Towel smells so bad that I can't take it.

The location of the hotel is good with other facilities like restaurants, massage centres, food court etc but no parking facilities. My car was scratched by some irresponsible people.

- my 3rd staycation here, this trip the staff was not friendly & helpful due to change of staff - security, my room door can be accessed by other guest, lucky with the extra lock it was not opened entirely. complaint to front desk nothing was done... most huge disappoinment on this stay!

Good location with many eateries around the hotel. Room was clean with nice bed and aircond works well. Bathroom is clean with good power shower. The hotel provides drinking water dispenser just next to the lift. Overall a good stay with basic amenities.

limited parking, have to keep g round and round to look for parking. Room is super small, sound proof very poor; my room opposite of the mamak shop which operate till 3 am morning very noisy.

Location. Hotel with lift . This hotel provide towel and toiletries. Water dispenser with hot water on 1st floor. U can ask for the hair dryer from receptionist.

My room with bad odour from pillow and blanket. One of the exit(stairs) no lights. Another exit besides the lift a lot of basket and towels. Believe that belongs to house keeping. If not because of the smoke alarm we don't even notice that. Already informed them. Hopefully will improve and clear all the stuff there.
