Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Good location in central George town but away from the tourist streets. Our room was clean and the staff was nice. The hotel is located 20m from Siam road char kway teow, perhaps the best char kway teow in town. Don’t miss!!
Our room did not have a window, which was not apparent on booking.com as far as I could tell when the booking was made. Other rooms had windows though so make sure to double check before if important to you.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Budget stay with private toilets in a quiet area, the room is average clean, the mattress is poor condition plus the noisy compressor sound cause hard to sleep.
Mattress cave-in badly, no support to provide good sleep. One of the compressor is super noisy, Everytime is turn-on, the whole floors like shaking and super annoying even i wash wearing an ear plugs.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026I like the facilities so much as Im traveling with my old folks that cant walk long distance. I requested room that near the lift and the hotel made it happen! My convocation preparation was so smooth bcs all the facilities needed such as iron, board, hair dryer and housekeeping were provided during 3 night stays. I love the fridge in the room, the tv, the linens and unlimited soap in the bathroom! Also it was so easy to communicate with the hotel customer service via whatsapp and they always fast reply. I recommend for those who travel with old parents to stay in this hotel.
For family room, room is quite small and the aircond is only directed to the queen bed. Maybe change the water dispenser to cuckoo/coway/sk magic but the current one also ok. The hotel is located around non-halal restaurant and lil bit difficult to find muslim food but can order food panda.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026The room was quite nice and clean. A bit on the smaller side, but the bed was comfortable. The staff at reception was helpful and tried to resolve our issues.
All day and night there is a constant noise and vibrations of the AC units outside. We had to switch rooms because the first night it was almost impossible to sleep. The second room was better, but still not quiet. Another issue is with the shower, there is not enough water pressure to shower comfortably.

The iron on the second floor is broken, so i went to the third floor to use the iron on the third floor

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025- The room was more spacious than any budget hotel i visited - water heater available - cold aircon - ironing board and water refill machine available at all times outside the room - Elevator from basement parking lot - soft mattress and comfortable pillows
- The walls are paper thin. I could hear people using the toilet, taking the shower and talking loudly - i got 2 towels. Both were clean, but one was very worn out. Please invest newer towels. - Limited parking. Thankfully, the hotel was not fully booked while i was staying. - the flooring at the room i was staying at was broken slightly - toilet door was hard to close

Reviewed Nov 5, 2025This place was very good for the price £35 for 2 nights. Our room had a double bed and a single bed too. Staff very nice and friendly here. I would definitely recommend it here as it’s very comfortable and affordable!
I couldn’t really open the blinds as everyone on the outside would see us.
