Остановились в данном отеле почти на неделю – все было классно. Это уютный домик с бассейном и открытой кухней. Персонал очень вежливый и приятный, все подсказали и помогли когда мы обращались. Kasim – владелец отеля, очень доброжелательный и приятный человек. Помог во всем, даже отвез дальше в Чешме. Остальной персонал с Узбекистана и Туркменистана тоже вежливые и хорошие люди, которые обеспечивают отелю хороший сервис. Нам все очень понравилось!

Geweldig gezinsverblijf met een warme, huiselijke sfeer! We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Grand Alaçatı Butik Hotel met de kinderen en mijn zus. Je voelt je hier meteen thuis door de fijne, huiselijke sfeer. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en staat altijd met een glimlach voor je klaar. De eigenaar denkt geweldig met je mee; je merkt aan alles dat dit een warm familiebedrijf is. Een absolute aanrader in Alaçatı. Wij komen heel graag terug!

Het ontbijt was uitstekend; er stond letterlijk van alles op tafel. Er werden verschillende soorten omeletten aangeboden. De locatie was perfect, op maximaal 10 minuten loopafstand. Zowel het personeel als de eigenaar waren zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zeker een aanrader!

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado para moverse en coche. Se va a pie al centro de la bonita alacati. Las instalaciones muy bien. Habitacion comoda y limpia. Buen desayuno variado de características o gustos locales.

La falta de comunicación del personal en ingles. Solo pudimos hacerlo a través del traslator del teléfono.

Einfach alles, die lage ist top sehr zentral und aber auch sehr ruhig .Tolle Mitarbeiter , der besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett..Früchtsück jedentag frisch und lecker... einfach top deswegen sind wir auch jedes Jahr hier...

L'hôtel et l'accueil était exceptionnel, le petit déjeuner aussi. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, charm, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. The rooms were well-maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The standout feature, however, was the breakfast. We stayed at several places during our trip, and the breakfast at Alacati Hotel was simply the best we experienced. The variety, freshness, quality, and presentation were exceptional. From local specialties to freshly prepared items, everything was delicious and prepared with great care. It was the kind of breakfast that makes you want to linger a little longer and fully enjoy the experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We hope to return again in the future.

Amazing place

The staff were all amazing and provided great service for the included breakfast which was an authentic Turkish kahvalti. The location was also perfect in a quiet neighborhood but a very close walk to the downtown area with many restaurants. We were welcomed and the owner was highly attentive to all guests, felt very homey and I would recommend to everyone 😀

酒店没有电梯，但员工服务很棒，网络速度也快，酒店距市中心需要走路20分钟。我们有朋友过生日老板还同意了晚上使用酒店的餐厅。早餐很棒，走的时候老板特意安排提前准备好了早餐。

房间里每天放两瓶饮用水就更完美了

Alles war perfekt

The staff is super friendly especially the yound lady served the breakfast. Upon check-in, we were served the Turkish tea and provided extra bottled water. During our stays, Turkish breakfast was served for individual familes and it is one of the best we ever had during our 10 days trips in Turkey. Our room has a bed-balcony which has great view. There are also ample space in front of hotel for parking.

The staffs donot speak much English, but we don't have any issues in communication by using google translate.

Wir hatten einen richtig guten und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Wünsche. Unser 4-tägiger Aufenthalt inAlaçatı war rundum gelungen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass eine Mitarbeiterin uns sogar dabei geholfen hat, die Koffer bis zur Bushaltestelle zu tragen – das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und fanden wir einfach großartig. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder

Vi fikk ett koselig rom, rent og pent. God seng og en day bed med gode puter. WiFi fungerte bra, oppmerksom personal, nydelig frokost som ble servert ved bordet.

The location was close for a quick stroll through Alaçatı shops but far enough to be peaceful from the late night noise. The staff were incredibly attentive and the owner was the sweetest and genuine hotelier I have ever met

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und liegt in einer super Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Personal sowie der Hotelbesitzer waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel kommen.

Otel alaçatı merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Arac icin park imkanı otelin önünde mevcut. Arac park sıkıntısı yaşamadık. Otel sahipleri bizleri sıcak karşıladılar. Alaçatı merkezde gezmekse amacınız kalınabilecek temiz, guvenli bir butik otel. Tavsiye ediyorum.

Otelin konumu ve imkanları güzeldi. Biz 3 kisilik oda tuttuk fakat odaya getirilen portatif tek kisilik yatak rezalet rahatsizdi. Tatil boyunca bel ağrısı çektim. Onun haricinde tercih edilebilir.

The plus points… Huge comfortable beds, qualitiybedding Great A/C and lots of space Nice bathrooms Spotlessly clean, and I am VERY fussy Nice clientele, very friendly, Turkish mainly, lovely 2 men and 2 ladies Breakfast and cleaning staff are a TOTAL credit to this ‘family run’ hotel They do everything and are incredibly accommodating Things we didn’t expect nor enjoy The pool photos make it look twice the size it is. Most of it is in the shade. I was lucky some nice Turkish ladies helped me when I needed help in and out ( broken shoulder, post op). There are 2 steps in, one huge and one large! No rail, nothing. It made using the pool a real problem, but we went to som super Beach Clubs to swim. My mistake, but had hoped ‘small boutique’ might have meant a quieter ambiance… We were unlucky, 7 boys, aged 7-12 bombing us, throwing in the safety rings, trying to climb over the perspect adult bean bag area… no owner/ management presence to advise, needs better leadership imo Bar,not a bar, it’s part of breakfast area, but when coming in after dinner all closed up. We got home 2230-23.00 each night. No one there. Couldn’t even get a bedtime cuppa, which, when they don’t provide a room kettle is hard. The night we arrived, after a long day travelling, 1030pm, “Kitchen closed” the owner said, when just wanted some milk before bed. However the breakfast and cleaning staff were fab. Alaçati is very up and coming with so much competition. I paid £700 for 4 nights B&B for 2.

It is close to the city center and Cesme bus stop - easy access to beach. Bed spread and the swimming pool area is clean and maintained. Fridge is cold. Cute decors. Quiet neighborhood.

1. The AC did not work on the first night of our stay. Hotel managers were unable to fix the issue or provide fan for air circulation, etc. Luckily the next day, it is functioning again. 2. No kettle or complimentary water bottles in the room. 3. The shower floor in the bathroom is very moldy and slippery. I think it is just simple water stain but seems it is not cleaned. 4. If you have suitcase as luggage, it will be a bit strenuous to drag it up the hills to find the location of the hotel. The reception desk is in the back. We got the room on first floor, but there are some stairs all over the property even just getting around to the room, will go through a few staircases up and down.

Our accommodation was very suitable and clean, considering that my son has mobility issues. It was an excellent choice, and I will definitely consider this location for my future trips.

The staff is really nice and so is the owner along with his wife. The hotel is neat and comfortable.

Odamızın dış kapısı bugulu camdı. Koridorda her ısık yandiginda bizim odanin icin aydinlik oluyorduz. Söylememize ragmen ilgilenmediler. Personel iyidi temizlik guzeldi ama otel cok gürültülüydu kaldigimiz boyunca hic dinlenemedik. Bir daha gitmem ve kimseyde tavsiye etmem

Her şey çok güzeldi. Kasım bey çok samimi , çok ilgiliydi. Merkeze yakın.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten unsere Strandtücher vergessen, da wurde uns recht einfach vom Hotel gesagt, wir können ohne wenn und aber die Handtücher des Hotels für den Pool nehmen. Da kenne ich andere Hotels, wo das nicht erlaubt und auch nicht gern gesehen wird. Wir hatten einen kurzen aber sehr zufrieden stellenden Aufenthalt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

This hotel was a quiet , amazing boutique hotel where everyone especially the Owner Mr. Kasim was smiley and kind. The property overall was clean, proper and hygenic.

I believe I loved everything.

The hotel room was clean comfy, and spacious. Breakfast is provided with a wide selection of foods. The workers are pleasant and helpful. The location is ideal for a stroll around the city centre. Definitely, I will book this hotel again.

The property has a very good location, in a quiet place outside of the center of Alacati, but very close in a 7-10 minutes walk. Enough parking place for the people that come by car. The rooms are absolutely cozy and beautiful, we had ottoman style with balcony. Beautiful and stylish pool. We had a very good breakfast on the restaurant terrace.

Absoultely nothing to dislike.
