המלון מקסים. המרפסת למעלה לא מנוצלת מספיק. החדרים קטנים במיוחד לזוג ושאין מקום לכתוב או לעבוד. הצוות ידידותי. האיזור תוסס בעיקר בערב. סך הכל מאוד נהנתי בשהות. הקירבה לים ולשוק מאוד טובה. הלכתי לים דרך השוק.

פחות אהבתי את העיצוב בחדר. הוא מאוד קטן. לא היה מקום לכתוב או לעבוד.

המיקום מעולה! ארוחת בוקר נהדרת, מעבר לציפיות שלנו, האווירה במלון נעימה ושקטה.

המלון במיקום מעולה, אווירה טובה, נקי במיוחד וארוחת בוקר מצויינת!!

מיקום טוב, מבנה חניה צמוד, ארוחת בוקר טובה, חדר (סופריור) נח, וילונות שאוטמים אור די טוב, אם כי היה צורך לאלתר כדי הצמיד אותם בקצוות (נקודת תורפה בהרבה מלונות).

החניה מאוד מאוד יקרה. מתחת לחלון החדר שלנו בו יש ישיבה או משהו כזה, היו המון אנשים ששרו ודפקו על השולחנות לפחות עד אחת בלילה. דיברנו עם הקבלה והפקיד אמר שאין לו מה לעשות עם זה ושנפנה למשטרה (מה שלא היה לנו כח לעשות, לא לשם כך התכנסנו). אנחנו לא יודעים אם זה כך כל יום שישי, או שהיה שם אירוע חד פעמי במקרה.

לא לקחנו ארוחת בוקר בגלל העלות הגבוהה

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we walked in, Fabric felt less like a hotel and more like being welcomed by people who genuinely love what they do. Shira at the front desk set the tone for our entire stay — warm, attentive, and the kind of person who remembers the little things without being asked. She's an absolute gem and Fabric is lucky to have her. Our room was fantastic, but the balcony was the star — mornings with coffee and evenings winding down after long days exploring the city. It became our favourite spot in Tel Aviv, and that's saying something in a city with this much to offer. The restaurant deserves its own review. Every single person on the team was friendly, professional, and clearly proud of what they were serving — and rightfully so. We ate there every morning and itr was the best breakfast in our entire trip! As someone who travels often and pays attention to how teams treat guests, Fabric stands out. Great hospitality isn't about marble lobbies — it's about people, and this team has it figured out top to bottom. We'll be back. Thank you, Fabric — and thank you, Shira (even though I called you Sheila for a few days of the trip lol!)

Stellar location, service, and breakfast!

This is my third visit to Fabric and I love it!!! I love the perfect location-walking distance to Shuk Ha-Carmel, to the beach, to the boardwalk and to the places I love to visit. The Fabric took excellent care of me as I travelled solo and was there for just one day before I went to the airport to come home. I have stayed in many Tel Aviv hotels over the years prior to Fabric but none, especially the big well known hotels have treated me as well as Fabric. Fabric will always be my home away from home in Tel Aviv.

החל מהשירות המקצועי של ג'ונתן המרגיע הלאומי בעיניי :), צוות מסעדת בוקר - נעים, מחוייך. האווירה במלון כ"כ רגועה לעומת ההמולה והחום של בחוץ שהרגשנו מייד בווייב משפחתי שעושה חשק לחזור שוב -בוודאות!!! האוכל היה מושלם ומפנק, המיקום בלב העניינים והמרפסת שכמעט נוגעת בעננים ;) איזה כיף שמצאתי אתכם! תודה על היין והשוקולד ליום הנישואים והמילים החמות - תשורה שאינה מובנית מאליה בכלל.

לשמור בארון שמיכה נוספת (לאנשים שהמזגן מקפיא להם ת'צורה ונאלץ למשוך לבן זוג את השמיכה. מגבות נוספות במיוחד בימים חמים מאוד, מניחה שיכולתי לבקש בקבלה (אזכור לפעם הבאה) שלט ידידותי לטלוויזיה - פליזזזז, הוא היה ממש בלתי

Fantastic location in the middle of everything and great windows so we slept really well with zero noise. The staff was very nice and friendly to our dog 🐶

The property was perfect! It a great location, welcoming dogs, have a great bar in the lobby. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

הדבר היחיד שהיה מאוד מתסכל וגרע מהחוויה הכוללת היה המיטה בחדר. המיטה הייתה לא נוחה בלשון המעטה, התחלנו את הימים עם כאבי גב. הכריות לא פרופורציונליות- אחת מאוד גדולה והאחת מאוד קטנה וריקה .

Perfect stay! We loved everything about this place. The location is unbeatable, the breakfast is generous and delicious, everything was clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. 5 Stars all the way!

An Absolute Gem in Tel Aviv – Perfect for couples! My wife and I stayed at the Fabric Hotel to celebrate my 40th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! If you are looking for the ultimate boutique hotel experience in Tel Aviv, this is definitely the place. The Location: Absolutely unbeatable. It’s right in the heart of the city, incredibly close to all the best nightlife and restaurants in Tel Aviv. Everything—from the Carmel Market to Rothschild Boulevard and the beach—is within short walking distance. The Staff & Service: The team here is incredibly professional, warm, and helpful. They made us feel so welcome and truly enhanced our celebration. The Rooms & Vibe: The hotel has a super cool, trendy design. Everything was spotlessly clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The Perks: The breakfast was delicious and truly indulgent—a perfect way to start the morning. We also loved that the hotel provides free bicycles for guests to use during the day, which made exploring the city so much fun! Fabric Hotel has everything you could possibly want in a boutique hotel, combined with a wonderful, cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Abbiamo trascorso solo 2 notti perché e’scoppiata la guerra Sono stati molto organizzati ma abbiamo deciso ,su consiglio,di lasciare questo bell’hotel un giorno prima del tempo per rifugiarsi in casa di una amica con lo shelter in casa

זאת פעם שלישית שאני חוזרת למלון הזה, יש בו שילוב של כל מה שצריך לחופשה בתל אביב - אוירה נעימה, שירות מעולה, תחושה שהלקוח במרכז ורוצים לפנק ככל האפשר. המלון ממוקם בלב נחלת בנימין, בתוך אזור בילוי מרכזי, במרחק הליכה מנווה צדק, שוק הכרמל, הים, דיזינגוף ועוד... פשוט לצאת מהמלון וללכת לאן שהלב מושך....

החדר היה מעט קטן, כדאי לשים לב לגודל בעת ההזמנה.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk, de kamer was perfect en voorzien van alle benodigdheden, evenals het ontbijt en de service daarbij welke super waren. Al met al een supertof hotel!

Breakfast was rich and very tasty

The breakfast was amazing, the drinks , the fact it was clean , we took bikes and strolled around- which was so fun!

They charged us 200 shekels more that what it said when we booked it . Felt disingenuous, they asked for some random form from the airport that if we had known about it prior to our arrival we would have kept it. The bed was uncomfortable, it was 2 single beds connected !! And not a queen.. The room was stuffy and hot and when we turned on the fan an hot air was coming out.. we ended up opening the window and couldn’t fall asleep till 2am because of the street noise

We had a superior experience at The Fabric Hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were fantastic, and the cool, stylish design really stood out. The happy hour was a great bonus, and the breakfast was absolutely perfect—fresh, varied, and delicious. On top of all that, the location is excellent, making it easy to get around. Highly recommended!

לא בכל חדר יש מרפסת המתחם של ארוחת הבוקר ושל הבר קוקטיילים הוא גם לאורחי המלון וגם לאורחים מבחוץ. המקומות ישיבה בחלק מהאזורים הם על שולחנות קק"ל. הארוחת בוקר הייתה טעימה, אבל היה בלאגן בצוות. כוח האדם לא היה מספק והם דיברו את זה אל הלקוחות. לקח הרבה זמן לחכות לקפה ולחביתה. ובסוף גם הביתה שלי לא הגיעה.
