Struttura davvero fantastica, molto oltre la media di qualsiasi ostello a cui si possa pensare. Bagno comune pulitissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario, ho molto apprezzato gli ampi ripiani su cui appoggiare i propri effetti personali. Stanze impeccabili e grandi per gli standard giapponesi. All'arrivo era disponibile una stanza più spaziosa rispetto a quella che avevo prenotato, e il gentilissimo staff mi ha proposto un upgrade gratuito. Ottima anche la colazione a pochi passi dalla struttura.

Bien que sa facade ne comporte aucun signe exterieur, l auberge est situee au coeur de la ville a 50 m du carrefour emblematique pour prendre le selfie de l annee ... si le temps le permet car ce Fuji est capricieux...la station de trains Fujikyu est a 15 minutes...

L auberge est rustique et ses equipements sont basiques. Sous couvert d une vraie fausse ecologie, ce sont des chambres tres spartiates (notamment celles a l etage du batiment principal) avec 2 lits simples et 1 chaise.. pas de bureau, d armoire, rien.. les equipements autres sont en partage : wc, salle d eau et douche partagees, cuisine, cafe et the en commun. Les cloisons sont fines et donc c est relativement bruyant. Cote services, pt dej frugal au cafe voisin (au carrefour deja cite) attention aux horaires d ouverture 8h le matin et fermant assez tot.. (donc si depart matinal, c est raté..) Incident supplementaire, nous avions un credit offert dans notre resa de 600 ¥ par jour et pax (soit 2400 ¥) qui ne nous a pas ete restitue au check in.. et qui est devenu inutilisable au jour ou nous l avons reclamé). Aucune compensation et un simple mail d excuses.. le personnel - insouciant - fait un job purement alimentaire sans interet pour les clients.

也沒有不滿意，純粹覺得沒有電視很不習慣 早上8點過後才能check out, 因爲大門會被鎖起來⋯要等店員早上上班來開門才能出去

Wat een stijlvolle locatie! Wij hadden één van de kamers op de andere locatie met eigen badkamer en deze kamer was immens groot en fantastisch! We hebben fietsen gehuurd via het hostel en het ontbijt in het bijbehorende cafe is ook helemaal prima. Er hangt een fijne sfeer op beide locaties. Het dakterras was een mooi extraatje. Hilarisch is het foto punt voor de deur. Toeristen komen van overal om de bekende foto van de straat met Mount Fuji te maken. Of deze nou zichtbaar is of niet

迷ってしまい、チェックインの時間を過ぎてしまったのですが待っていて下さり助かりました。たまたま他のお客様が使っていなかったので、1Fのキッチンスペースで夜や朝をゆったり過ごせました。提携先のカフェで頂いた朝食もとても美味しくてゆったりできました。

部屋の作りが独特で趣があり、大人としてはとても良かったのですが、子供がいたので話し声や音が他の宿泊客の方に迷惑にならないか気を使いました。商店街に面した場所のため夜の交通量が多く、部屋に用意されていた耳栓に気が付かず朝を迎え、使えば良かったです。

Het was een mooi verblijf, erg centraal gelegen en vriendelijk personeel. Ook was alles erg schoon.

De omgeving is vrij rustig en zondag is er erg veel dicht. Dat ligt niet aan de accommodatie zelf natuurlijk

Posto incantevole. L'ostello si trova sulla strada principale che ha come vista il Monte Fuji. Noi avevamo una camera con bagno in comune. La camera era quella tradizionale giapponese, molto grande e con vista sul giardino. Il bagno super pulito e molto carino. Davvero un posto molto bello e tranquillo. Staff gentile. Posizione ottima. Arrivate alla pagoda chureito a piedi in circa 20 minuti oppure potete noleggiare delle bici. Super consigliato!

The location is perfect; right on the main shopping street with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. The building itself is well-equipped with everything you need and kept very clean.

We stayed in the annex building (not the main building), where the walls are quite thin and sound travels easily. There's a sliding door with a keypad code entry, and every time our neighbors came in during the middle of the night, we'd be woken up by the loud noise of the door opening.

とにかく内装やインテリアがとてもおしゃれで綺麗です。 部屋に入るまでの通路や扉も非日常感を味わうことができました。 また、部屋内部や家具、ベッドなどもとても使い勝手や使い心地がよく、くつろぐことができました。 交通量の多い道路に面しているので、夜間などは車の音などが気になるかもしれませんが、部屋に耳栓の用意がされてあったので、その辺も大丈夫だと思います。 トイレや洗面所もとても綺麗で広く、日帰り温泉に入ってきたのでシャワーは利用しませんでしたが、シャワールームもとても綺麗でした。 富士登山後の宿泊だったので、共有キッチンで料理などはできませんでしたが、調理器具や食器がとても充実しており、空間としてもとても良い雰囲気だったので、ここで料理しても楽しそうだなぁという思いました。

De kamers was heel netjes en super mooi, de badkamers en toiletten waren super schoon en het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Die wahrscheinlich beste Übernachtung während unserer drei Wochen in Japan. Unglaublich freundliches Personal, riesiges, liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtetes Zimmer und hervorragendes Frühstück.

Enorme kamer en hostel zelf is met smaak en oog voor detail ingericht. We hadden de familiekamer voor onszelf (in ontbijtgebouw) en de kamer met gedeelde badkamer en toilet (in receptiegebouw) voor onze volwassen dochters. Wij konden in ons gebouw naar het dakterras waar je de mount Fuji prachtig kunt zien bij helder weer. Alles was schoon en netjes en het ontbijt is heerlijk. De receptie is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Onze dochters moesten al om 10 uur uitchecken (wij pas om 11 uur) dat was ons niet helemaal goed duidelijk (in mijn boeking stond alleen 11 uur als uitchecktijd). Maar het was gelukkig geen groot probleem uiteindelijk.

OMG, what a gem! The friendliest staff ever makes you instantly feel like home. It is a clean, warm and cozy place. We were sent to the annex building which is even more adorable than the main building. Breakfast at the co-operated FabCafé, booked through the hostel, is also highly recommended. A big plus is the proximity to the Akayarama Sengen Park. We visited it twice during our stay: for sunset (be there an hour early) and for sunrise (we left at 4:30). You gotta see this! Fujisan is covered in mist and clouds most of the day, but for sunset and sunrise you should have a great view from Chureito Pagoda. It is just a 10 min. walk from the hostel and then the famous 400 steps. We shall send all of our friends to Saruya Hostel! You are amazing! A big thank you!

De zalige ligging in het midden van het gezellige dorpje. Ook op wandelafstand van Chureito Pagoda. Je ligt best comfortabel op voldoende grote bedden. FabCafe was ook leuk.

De douche met de dunne gordijnen was niet alles omdat deze met 8 gedeeld wordt. Voor de rest niks te klagen.

もう何年も利用させていただいていますが、居心地の良さは最高です。近くに色々なお店も増えてきて、富士山や河口湖に行くにはおすすめのお宿です。

This place is absolutely beautiful! So elegant and chic! I love the wood design and the plants and the whole decor. The staff is also really nice :)

J'ai passé un très bon séjour au Saruya Hostel. Le personnel de l'hôtel était aux petits soins, la chambre était très confortable et tout était très propre. Coup de coeur également pour la déco de l'hôtel ! Il est aussi très bien localisé avec des gares à proximité ce qui permet de se déplacer dans la région facilement. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, les futons, la localisation de l'hôtel! Attention il n'est pas facile à trouver dans la rue, on ne le voit pas car il y a des noren devant la porte d'entrée et pas d'inscription du nom de l'hotel (noren= bandes de tissu verticales qu'on trouve souvent au Japon). On sort de l'hotel et on voit le Mont Fuji au bout de la rue! Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un autre bâtiment tout proche.

Das Hostel Saruya ist nicht nur perfekt gelegen, sauber und modern ausgestattet - sondern überrascht darüber hinaus mit einem fantastischen Café inkl. echtem westlichem Frühstück (mit frischem Brot) und einer unfassbar schönen Einrichtung. Alles wurde mit Liebe zum Detail und einem echten Gespür für Kunst und Ästhetik eingerichtet.

Le style et l'ambiance sont les atouts principaux de l'hôtel Saruya. Le lit etait aussi tres confortable et tout était très propre. J'ai beaucoup aimé la possibilité de se faire soit même du café ou du thé avec une sélection de délicieux thés japonais. Comme l'hôtel n'a que 3 chambres, il était facile de rencontrer les autres clients le soir en se détendant dans le salon. Il pleuvait beaucoup, et le bruit de la pluie sur le toit était fort, mais ça renforçait l'aspect châlet et cocon chaleureux. Le petit-déjeuner dans le fab lab à côté etait délicieux et dans un cadre magnifique avec la même décoration que l'hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas assez copieux, bien que délicieux.

This was one of my favourite hotels in Japan. It was very cosy, with a traditional style and it was close to all the attractions. I wish I could have stayed more.

整體來說，是一個非常有文藝氣息的民宿。使用的東西、公共設施都很有質感，只是要共用衛浴，男女沒有分開。一樓還提供泡茶、泡咖啡區，只可惜沒有體驗到。提供的早餐就在隔壁，非常好吃。員工服務都很好、很親切。好天氣時，在民宿外的馬路上，就可以拍到富士山，但是就要憑運氣了。晚上氣溫會降低到十幾度，要注意保暖；不過，民宿有提供毯子，很暖。

離下吉田駅有點距離 附近的商店街到晚上5點幾乎都關了，差點找不到東西吃。走路10分鐘左右有一個超市，最後在那裏覓食。 入住的房型是榻榻米，入口的地方比較矮，要小心不要撞到頭。

Saruya Hostel is located on the main street in Fuhiyoshida, offering a stunning view of Mount Fuji (the famous landmark in the photos). This was our first stay at such a place. We were a bit apprehensive about the shared bathroom, but when we were looking for accommodations in Fujiyoshida, we found it charming. We weren't disappointed. The property itself is even nicer in person than in the photos. It's clean and well-maintained. We had no problems using the common areas. We had a great night's sleep, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We have very fond memories of our stay there.

Handig bereikbaar met bus!

Perfect location right on one of the most photogenic streets in Japan. The decor in the stay was authentically Japanese and very comfortable. The best thing about this place though was the friendly staff who were very accommodating. Highly recommend this Hostel the breakfast next door in the cafe is top notch also

Staying here for 1 night was the highlight of my entire 3 week Japan trip. I want to stay much longer my next trip!

We loved this property. We stayed in a twin room upstairs- spacious, comfortable old charm, friendly staff and very comfortable beds. The breakfast at the linked cafe next door was delightful. Location is perfect and it was easy to get up early for this photos as it’s right there. It’s a great location to explore from and we enjoyed a visit to Bright Blue Brewing where they are doing some really interesting beers. We found a brilliant restaurant (51) just around the corner. With Mt Fuji looming large over you, it’s a very spiritual and a very special place. Highly recommended.

I had a very good stay at Hostel Saruya. Although it was only a night, the experience was positive. The location is excellent, just step away can see the fomous Mt. Fuji Street. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and I would rate my stay 4 out of 5

傳統的建築，簡單的佈置，卻相當的有設計感，可以租借腳踏車，周邊ㄧ出去就是景點，步行十分鐘就可以到卜吉田車站，附近餐廳、咖啡廳都不錯，最喜歡的是入住後，可由其他通道進出，可以自由選擇是否需要經過大廳，ㄧ入住後，民宿即附贈周邊咖啡廳的「免費飲料卷，隔日早餐卷」，真的是太棒了。

因為是傳統建築、樓梯道跟二樓房間走路時，容易有聲響，較擔心影響樓下客人。

Het hostel is erg gezellig en heeft een leuke sfeer. Er zijn slechts enkele kamers waardoor je niet het hostel gevoel hebt maar eerder het gevoel van een vakantiehuis. De douches en toiletten zijn erg proper.

De restaurants in de buurt van het hotel zitten niet te wachten op toeristen en sturen je weg bij het raken van de deurklink onder het mom van "reservation only". De ligging is dus minder ideaal.

Posizione centrale e a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione. Struttura bellissima e arredata con ottimo gusto. Stanza in stile giapponese con futon molto comodi, grande e spaziosa. Bagni in comune molto puliti e forniti di tutto il necessario. Tutto molto rilassante. Colazione molto buona convenzionata con il bar di fianco!

Non aver visto il Fuji perchè coperto :/ (ovviamente non ha nulla a che vedere con l'alloggio!🥲)

We were not told that our room would be up a ladder- type steps. When we asked to be moved down the answer was I will check. Later asked again, answer I will check. Going down a ladder during the night to use the bathroom was unacceptable. No help OR ANSWER about changing to a bottom floor. This was a typical hostel with shared facilities which was fine but the lack of service/ answers was very poor souring the whole experience

Wij hadden een eigen twee persoonskamer met eigen badkamer. Een fijn, ruime kamer met leuke zithoek met uitzicht op de Honcho 2 street. Fijne grote badkamer. Leuk boven een café waar we ook ontbijt kregen.

Het ontbijt mag wel wat diverser. Iedere ochtend kreeg je hetzelfde ontbijt en er was geen keuze uit een andere optie.

Tout était absolument parfait! Le lieu était magnifique et les personnes travaillant sur place ont vraiment très agréables ! Je recommande vivement
