Schade, dass wir niemanden von dem Personal angetroffen haben & keine Hilfe bzgl. Gepäckaufbewahrung & Co bekommen haben.

The only thing that I did not like was that the neighbors were load and we could hear everything. I think a rule should be put in place to not permit load noise after 10pm. Also, I recommend that the A/C gets cleaned because it was dirty and was blowing dirty air out.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026It is well located, and very clean. There were extra facilities - toothbrushes, towels, hairdryer, earplugs, which were very considerate.
The bedroom was rather small. The dryer of the hotel (which you had to pay for it) didn’t work, so we had to hang our clothes in our room. There was this wooden panel in front of the window on which we hung all of our clothes. There was some varnish or fresh paint, whatever it was, it stained half of our clothes which were directly touching the wooden panel. 3 laundries after, they still all have a brown paint stain that is impossible to wash off. Most of our clothes are ruined. Please fix the dryer.

屋上につながるドアの開閉時の音が多少気になった 各部屋の開閉時のパスワード入力音や開閉音がやや気になった 隣の部屋の人のいびきが聞こえた

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Great location. Spacious room. Clean. Clear instructions given abt how to clear rubbish, how to store luggages, and helper cafe worker. Rooftop is fabulous. I will come back again!
Ladies toilet not heater. Super cold when wash hands. A bit noisy due to the room partition not that great.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025The room was clean and comfortable. There is a shared bathroom but it was very clean than I expected You can see fuji san from in front of the hostel and if you go up to the rooftop you will get an amazing view of fuji san that unforgettable.
The room is not soundproof at all. I can hear everything from the next room perfectly clearly.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2025Close to Fujisan station and clear view of Mt. Fuji. The viewing deck on top floor is a plus.
The female toilet is on the 2nd floor, while shower room is on the 1st floor. It will be more convenient if both are on the same floor.

C’est dommage que la salle du restaurant ne soit pas accessible aux clients lorsque celui-ci est fermé

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025Everything was very convenient. The bed was particularly nice. I’d recommend this hostel if you’re staying for 1 night.
The shower room is really small — it’s okay, but there are no chairs/any other things to put your stuff on. There are hooks for towels, but I had pajamas and a bag with toiletries that I couldn’t put anywhere.

Reviewed Dec 5, 2025何と言っても観光スポットである金鳥居の目の前にあり、屋上テラスからは富士山の雄大な姿を見ることができる。事前チェックインで部屋の鍵番号を教えてもらえるので、とてもスムーズに入室できる。
他のクチコミで、キッチンが使用できるとあったが、実際は使用できなかった。ラウンジなるものも利用できるとあったが、それもなかった。部屋で食事をとるよりも、外で済ませてきた方が良かったなと思った。

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025อาหารไม่ได้ใช้บริการ ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมากเดินไม่ไกลจากสถานี Mt.Fuji ที่นอนนุ่มมาก สำหรับคนที่ชอบนอนหมอนสูงไม่แน่ใจว่าที่พักซัพพอร์ตหมอนเพิ่มให้ไหม เราพกหมอนไปเอง ที่พักรับฝากกระเป๋าหากเราไปถึงก่อนเวลาเช็คอิน(ต้องติดต่อคุยกับที่พักก่อน) มีที่จอดรถจำนวนจำกัดอยู่ในตึกที่พัก(ต้องจองก่อนค่อยบอกทะเบียนกับที่พักเมื่อรับรถแล้ว) มีที่ฝากกระเป๋าตอนเช็คเอ้าท์เช็คราคาได้ที่ติดในห้องพัก กระเป๋าพวกเรานำไปฝากตู้ที่สถานี Mt.Fuji เพราะมีที่ล็อค เราจองห้องไม่มีห้องน้ำกับสุขาในตัวห้อง แต่ที่พักแยกสุขาชายชั้น1/หญิงชั้น2 ห้องอาบน้ำอยู่ชั้น 1 มี3ห้อง (2ห้องเข้าได้ช/ญ, 1ห้องเฉพาะญเท่านั้น)

バスタオルを毎日交換出来るとの事で対応をSMS（指定）にて依頼したが返信が無く2日目タオルを購入した。（別場所にて）2日目の夜に再度催促して3日目の朝にようやくタオル交換となった点は不満。
