The exterior of the building looks nice and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive.

The pool was not as clean as expected, and we noticed some cobwebs in the room, which gave the impression that it had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. We hope the management can look into this and maintain a higher standard of cleanliness for future guests.

The room was comfortable and clean overall.

Kindly check the bedsheet before preparing the room, as there was a visible stain on the bedsheet when we checked in. Please ensure the bedsheets are clean and properly checked before the next guest's arrival. Additionally, kindly provide coffee and tea in the room as well. Thank you.

We book the hotel to bring the kids to the pool. But, the pool is closed due to some other events. Its quite disappointed.

Pillows and mattress were far too soft. Bathroom was not properly clean and missing chair. Poor sound insulation. You have karaoke going in till late and people talking.

It was horrendous with non stop slamming of doors from 11 pm right until the morning and non of us could get any peace throughout the night. Also heavy smoking filled the corridor .

Katil tidak selesa, perlu ditukar. Pintu bilik air separa-lutsinar, kurang sesuai. Kebersihan dalam bilik adalah sederhana.

Tempat strategik. Kedai tomyam sebelah saja. Penyambut tetamu pn baik.

The male housekeeping staff not even knock the door while enter to the room, furthermore my husband is naked and yet reach check out time. This is unacceptable! Luckily is not me naked in the room. Imagine it happen!!!

The room was spacious, the air conditioning was cold, and there was a swimming pool. There was also a coffee corner next to the reception. However, the toilet was rather dirty, especially the walls, although the toilet bowl itself was clean.

Toilet tissue was not top up in my room , there were 2 bottle of fluid with no label on the sink so im not sure which one is shower gel, shampoo or hand wash . I need to guess it myself 🥲🥲

The hotel is near the jetty where nice seafood restaurants are located as well as the tours. The room is clean with comfy bed & pillows. A value for money stay.

Family Room - Luas,kemas dan bersih. Berdekatan dengan kedai makan. Pemandangan dari bilik sangat menenangkan. staff- staff yang sangat membantu dari sebelum hingga selepas kami check in. Anak tertinggal charger Iphone - tapi dapat semula dengan bantuan staff. Terima kasih pada staff dan management. You all did a very good job, sure will come again. :D

The room facing the main road...was very2 noisy even after the pass midnight.. Room no sound proofing.
