Reviewed May 19, 2026El personal fue muy amigable en todo momento, el lugar era limpio, las camas eran amplias y la habitación igual quedamos sorprendidas.
Las almohadas no eran para anda cómodas, no me gusto delgadas, la ubicación respecto a lugares turísticos era lejano. El tema la limpieza que era al cuarto dia no me convenció mucho.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026La habitación pues bien como las de Japón, pero la verdad nos tocó una espaciosa, lo mejor fue la atención del personal, enviamos las maletas al hotel y la empresa de trasporte perdió una mochila y gracias al personal del hotel que hablaron con ellos la pudimos recuperar.
Que por las mañanas entraba luz, no tenían cortinas que tapaban completamente la ventana.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025朝の窓からの景色がとても良かったです。隣の部屋の人は窓がどこにあるのかはわからないけど、自分の部屋はとても良かったです。 それと喫煙ルームで、着くまで心配でしたが、それを忘れるくらい快適に過ごせました。 最初は思ったより部屋が狭いと思ったけど、何も不自由することなく布団もフカフカでした。コンビニが近くにあったり、レンタサイクルがあるのがいいと思います。
いちばんに思ったことは洗面所の流れが悪かったことです。何か詰まっているのか？と思うぐらい流れていくのが遅かったです。あと、掃除に関しては、自分は細かい方ではないけれど埃が気になりました。 ルームキーの方が良かったけど、暗証番号でした。 紅葉シーズンと曜日的なこともあったのかもしれませんが、もう少しリーズナブルだといいなと思いました。

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Good location for the price. Good walking distance to main nightlife and restaurant district and close to a metro station. About an hour walk from Kyoto station, if you like to walk. Very close to Nijo Castle. Ideal for couples or as a travel duo. Friendly staff also.
Elevator temporarily broke down during our stay but was quickly fixed, can't see that being a regular occurance.

Location was a bit far away from the main stations. There were no instructions provided for how to lock the room door (you have to swipe your hand over the touch pad again to lock it). Most staff were kind and helpful but customer service training should be provided for the staff member with a loud voice, as it is not nice to yell at guests even if you are explaining something. There were food/restaurant odours coming into the room every night which was not pleasant. Unfortunately all of these things made our stay not enjoyable.

And the reception staff take additional money for 3 persons in one room at first and she responded the customer very rudely. If we explain we purchased for 3 persons in one room for all 18 people , and she check the booking and then refund money .
