Nada. Todo estuvo perfecto.

Een heerlijke ontspanningsplek op 10 min lopen van de hoofdstraat. Wij verbleven in de bungalow met airco en plafondventilator, dat was top! Het bed had ook een klamboe. Het terrein is mooi ingericht met verschillende faciliteiten, zoals een ontbijtruimte, zwembad, gym en massage ruimte. Het ontbijt was erg lekker!

Het personeel had wel iets vriendelijker kunnen zijn. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, maar als het drukker is moet je net iets te lang wachten (45 min). Een extra personeelslid voor de ochtend zou daarom helpen. Het zwembad was ‘s ochtends nog rommelig van de dag ervoor (oude glazen bijvoorbeeld) en er moeten met deze hitte echt een aantal parasols bij, want je zit vol in de zon als je pech hebt.

Si por la mañana quieren dormir y descansar bien, no recomiendo este lugar. O los despertará el personal, que empieza con sus tareas diarias y conversaciones frente a las habitaciones antes de las siete de la mañana, el trabajo en la cocina, o las obras que hay justo al lado del alojamiento. El alojamiento es bonito, pero no es un lugar adecuado si buscan descansar de verdad.

The room was very basic where nowhere to hang out, so you need to be prepared to sit around the pool or restaurant.

La piscina y las zonas comunes una pasada, nos dimos un masaje que fué brutal.

Seguramente fué un hotel muy bonito, pero almenos nuestra habitación, la 5 estaba muy mal conservada, tenía grita en la ducha, el suelo estaba muy sucio, las paredes tenían mucha humedad. Entraban a limpiar y solo hacía la cama, no limpiaban la ducha ni barrian, ni la habitación ni la terraza. Los conductos del aire acondicionado están en el baño y caé agua y el grifo del baño no funcionaba, avisamos 2 veces a recepción y no arreglarón nada. En su momento debía ser una pasada pero lo han dejado de cuidar, una lástima.

Wat een ontzettend fijne plek om een paar dagen te relaxen. Tuin en gemeenschappelijke ruimte zijn prachtig, het vegetarische eten heel lekker en personeel super vriendelijk. Fijn ook om een goed zwembad te hebben hier omdat de zee bijna niet te zwemmen is. We hadden eerst een kamer direct aan het zwembad, dat paste voor onze behoefte wat minder goed, maar we konden verplaatsen naar een prachtig 2-persoons huisje in de tuin, waar ze 2 matrasje hebben bijgelegd. Dat heeft echt ons bezoek gemaakt tot een ontzettend fijne tijd.

Zoals gezegd de kamer die we eerst hadden (met 3 twijfelaars) lag direct aan het zwembad met daardoor geen eigen buitenruimte en weinig daglicht. Maar dit is fantastisch opgelost door ons te verhuizen naar een huisje in de tuin, die zijn super fijn

L’hotel è immerso nella natura, non lontano dalla spiaggia di Palomino. È un’oasi rilassante, con una bella piscina e un buon ristorante vegetariano. Le camere sono confortevoli e dotate di un balconcino con amaca.

In alcuni momenti sembrava esserci poca acqua, ma penso sia un problema di tutto il paese.

We vonden de familiebungalow met z'n vieren wel iets te krap, hadden beter 2x tweepersoonskamer kunnen boeken.

Que no hay opciones en el menú no vegetarianas

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé. L'espace piscine est magnifique, propre, avec une ambiance jungle grâce aux palmiers vraiment un cadre charmant et dépaysant. La chambre est très propre, équipée d'une moustiquaire et de la climatisation, un vrai confort.

Cependant, quelques bémols viennent ternir l'expérience : l'entretien général de l'extérieur pourrait être meilleur, on sent que certains détails sont un peu négligés. Côté ménage, la chambre n'est pas refaite tous les jours ou alors il faut le demander.

I loved staying here in a cabana. It was very quiet and private, but with easy access to the restaurant and pool. The staff were all very friendly. The pool was always clean. The A/C worked well. The whole place is beautiful. It’s next to the dog shelter cafe which is a fun place to get involved.

I wish they at least had some fish or chicken at the restaurant. It’s a farther walk than I realized to the Main Street of town. So if you’re not vegetarian it can be hard to get some food, especially if it’s raining (the restaurant across the street is also vegetarian). I wouldn’t have enjoyed staying in the rooms above the reception and kitchen because of noise.

In the bathroom there was a smell of humidity and there was no hot water. For the price we paid, I would have expected something better. The pool was not clean neither.

Petit hôtel très bien situé au calme à Palomino, la piscine est très chouette et le restaurant très bon.

Bien que dans un endroit calme, notre chambre était mal insonorisée, le lit n'était pas très confortable pour ce standard d'hôtel et l'eau était froide la majorité du temps (on aurait apprécié tiède). Également une surcharge de 5% si vous voulez payer par carte.

Could not rate this place highly enough! My favourite place in Colombia. Such beautiful rooms, the breakfast is so good! The staff are amazing. And the massage I had at the spa was incredible too. It’s nice and quiet too- and the aircon works well. I slept so well here. Comfortable beds, and a really friendly vibe it was so easy to make friends.

Sonneliegen am Pool waren nur 2 mit Matten ausgestattet. Vielleicht waren sie in der Reinigung diese Tage?

Der Strand ist git erreichbar in ca. 8 Minuten. Das Essen war ausgeprochen gut. Das Früstück ebenso. Das Bedienpersonal im Restaurant war nett, insbesondere der Barkeeper war besonders freundlich.

Eine weitere Abstellmöglichkeit (Tisch oder Kommode) wäre nicht schlecht. Für den Einsatz meiner AMEX Karte wurden 5000 Pesos Gebühr verlangt.

Leider war die Matratze zu hart.

Die Unterkunft war schön und sauber. Die Lage war gut und das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich.

Leider war es schwierig, sich am Pool zu entspannen, da das Personal oft laut gesprochen und gelacht hat und lange zusammen am Tisch saß. Es ist schön zu sehen, dass sie gute Stimmung haben, aber ein bisschen mehr Rücksicht auf die Gäste wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal oft unaufmerksam: Sie haben laut miteinander gesprochen oder waren am Handy, anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Bestellungen wurden teilweise verzögert, weil erst Nachrichten fertig geschrieben wurden. Man hatte manchmal das Gefühl, nicht richtig beachtet zu werden. Ein weiteres Problem war das Badezimmer: Als ich ein Problem gemeldet habe, kam die Antwort erst nach etwa zwei Stunden, als ich bereits schlafen gegangen war. Am Ende musste ich improvisieren. Am nächsten Tag wurde mir ein Drink angeboten und später auch ein Rabatt von 10 %, was ich zwar geschätzt habe, aber das Problem in dem Moment nicht gelöst hat.

I did not stay.

It was a long way from the main road. Dirty muddy side streets to get there. There also was no communal kitchen that I needed for personal reasons. If it had dorm rooms I expected a communal kitchen.

El concepto del hotel, visualmente es hermoso, la habitación muy linda y cómoda, la piscina privada muy buena. La comida deliciosa, un desayuno variado y muy contundente. Comida súper balanceada (se agradece las verduras y las frutas).

El colchón de la cama estaba deteriorado (sonaban los resortes) y solo como sugerencia tener restaurant habilitado de manera continua para no estar limitados con el horario de almuerzo y cena.

Weg van de drukte, schone en mooie plek. Hele fijne communicatie toen we onze aankomst 1 dag moesten uitstellen ivm ziekte. Zeer aan te raden!

Beautiful and luxurious place, nice pool, friendly staff, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. A great place to relax. Laundry service was good as well. Definitely recommend booking your stay in Palomino here! Oh, and the dog shelter's cafe is next door, in case you feel like making some furry friends in Palomino 🐶

The place is amazing. The only aspect to take into account is that it's a short walk to the main street. This means that it's nice and quiet at night, but I preferred taking a cab to the main street in the evening because it's very dark.

This was a beautiful Hostel beds super comfy I stayed in the 6 bed dorm, big lockers light and socket by bed. Dorm was spacious and cleaned everday. The staff are super happy and friendly here! Pool, bar and restaraunt great. The food is super tasty the best in Palomino. Felt more like a hotel than a hostel a good place to relax and unwind. Exceptional value for money. Pool towels provided as well as a towel for showering. 10 mins walk from the town and right next to the dog cafe. I hope to be back again soon.

This was one of my favourite places I stayed on my trip in Colombia! Everything was so good - lovely staff, nice air con rooms, great pool, close to the beach and main road but far enough from any parties / bars. Couldn’t fault it

Gym equipment could be improved

Geweldig hostel met super vriendelijk personeel. Mooie tuin, redelijk groot zwembad en uitstekende locatie. Het is er lekker stil en de perfecte plek om tot rust te komen. Het eten is echt fantastisch (en vegetarisch).

Alles was goed. Ik miste alleen een extra haakje in de kamer om wat kleding op te hangen. That's it.

El personal de la recepción y Carlos en el bar son espectaculares. El desayuno es delicioso y la comida del restaurante también. El hotel es bonito, acogedor y tranquilo. Está a una caminata corta del mar y a una caminata como de 10 mins a la calle principal de comercio, fiesta y restaurantes. Todo estuvo perfecto.

En las habitaciones no había dónde colgar las toallas ni la ropa húmeda.
