The Haven Krabi

We loved the house and the pool. It was spacious and nice. The staff was very friendly and helped us solve any issues we may have had.

The location was a bit further away from everything than we expected.

Clean and comfy!

The Haven Krabi villa villa is located in a peaceful location, a little away from the beach and the noise. The villa itself is very large and has a lot of space. There was a pool table, pool and more for entertainment. It is well suited for families and groups of friends. The host was very friendly and communicated with us about all our questions.

The place was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our group to relax and socialise. Reception was close by so there was always someone around whenever we needed help, and they also offered bike rentals and laundry services for an additional charge which was very convenient. One of our favourite things was the road just outside the accommodation that leads down into the camp area with beautiful views of the hills. Riding the peds down there felt like something out of Jurassic Park — the trees and plants are incredibly green and lush. It was such a beautiful experience and definitely a highlight of our stay.

The only small thing we noticed was that the lighting around the mirrors/dressing table area wasn’t the best for getting ready, especially for women doing makeup. However, the lighting throughout the rest of the accommodation was absolutely fine and it didn’t take away from our overall experience.

Excellent spacious villa layout with top notch modern ammenities and cozy house atmosphere, great for friend group hangouts and a peaceful base to recharge from outdoor krabi activities. Value doesn't get any better than here, absolutely amazing

Villas were closely packed to each other slightly reducing privacy, we heard other guests blasting karaoke music all day, our specific villa was also thinner and smaller than the unit in the photos, so we would have appreciated one with a bigger pool and a rooftop with views

The location was perfect for me as it was outside of the crowded area and the look is super nice although the properties a little bit close to each other so it is easy to be disturbed by your neighbours.

The pool can be and will be dirty without your fault.

I like it so pretty layout of the villa, The rest is pretty good . Perhaps can service air conditioner

i dont really like this toilet as the sink bloke the water.

New villa very modern and comfortable

Loved the place! It’s spacious and has all the amenities. There is also a free shuttle service to and from Ao mango beach and other places. Its peaceful, serene and we had a great time with our family. The hosts were very friendly and overall we had an amazing experience. I would definitely be visiting again and again!

Nice and clean. Very comfy

Very heavy smoke smell in the morning, likely from open burning nearby. The air quality was bad and uncomfortable.

Cannot fault the property in any way. Great pool & outside seating options. Immaculately clean, good kitchen facilities. Staff exceptional (special thanks to Oil).

Nothing to dislike.

Everything, the villa was absolutely stunning! Very modern and clean. Pool was great! Staff was very helpful they can literally help you with anything you need.

Nothing everything was perfect!

Villa was awesome. So spacious and modern

Cicha i spokojna okolica.

Willa wygodna i elegancka. Mieliśmy Bardzo udane Święta😉🌲

It was a perfect stay, host is very friendly and helpful, they are very responsive to all our requests. The space is beautiful and comfy, perfect for a vacation with friends and family!

Everything, we had the place on our own, it’s quite neighborhood, very clean, staff respond very quick to our questions and needs.

They should upgrade their Laundry.

The Haven is evidently appropriately named, the villa is well maintained and beautiful! The hosts were so accommodating, warm and responsive. I would love to revisit Krabi and stay in the same villa. We were there to celebrate my fiancè's 30th birthday and we had a great experience. All my guests appreciated the comfort of the beds, the fluffed pillows, as well as the spacious rooms and living room. The kitchen is well equipped.

My family stay was excellent. Villa has all the facilities and conveniences. Host was very responsive. Will definitely recommend the Exclusive Villa.

There is nothing I didnt like. Anything I needed the host was helpful and provided all the options.

Very helpful stuff

Very nice modern villa. Spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable. It had towels and hair dryer. The staff were very helpful with anything we needed. We used the free shuttle and were provided with 2 bicycles which helped us to get groceries. I would definitely stay here again and I would hire a car next time.

I was hoping there would be a washing machine at the villa but there wasn't. Not a big problem we used the bicycle to take to a self service laundrette. The hosts do provide laundry service aswell.

No good restaurants within walking distance

Everything was Excellent!! I recommend this to anyone who wants some peace and tranquility while staying in Krabi Ao Nang area. The staff was amazing and very helpful in every way possible, Thank you again 🙏🙏

Quiet , and very accommodating! You can rent bikes from them and they will deliver and pick up. Super convenient!

lovely place very clean host very helpful

nothing

Nice modern and comfy. Clean and comfy.

The swimming pool in most of the properties do not get the sun to much. My biggest problem was the staff are not the most accommodating

Rooms were comfortable Ao nang was fun, especially the night market Railway beach also very enjoyable but busy in high season Staff fixed problem with coffee machine swiftly

Pool was a bit small Villa is a bit far from main area, either a moped/bike or taxi needed to get anywhere (we knew this ahead due to other reviews) Unfortunately did get some noise from neighbouring villa

Beds were super big and very comfy, pool was nice to have despite being a little small. Staff were super helpful and very friendly, open till 5pm but the WhatsApp replies were extremely quick if you need anything.

Was slightly in the middle of nowhere, only about a 10 minute drive to Ao Nang but closest shop is about a 25 minute walk so would recommend getting motorbikes

Great Accommodation very clean and the location is ok not far from Ao Nang Beach

it is a good , well maintained property to stay

there are only two washroom, one attached and one common for three bedroom and hall

Overall Clean accommodation and welcoming staff

Far from the ao nang beach, they have a shuttle service but only till 4-5pm. Also found a lizard in our room :/

Spacious an spotless

Nothing everything was excellent

Very very clean and well looked after and managed by a good team of hosts.

Does not provide baby cot

The place was comfortable, spacious, well decorated and clean. Service was excellent. The team were very responsive.

Kitchen space was very small and would have been nice to have some live TV channels.

The staff were very accommodating and helped us with tour bookings.

The couch is a little small and old but that's it.

Well maintain unit. Very convenient. Recommend ed

Warm, welcoming staff and cozy ambiance. Felt like a second home during my trip

2 washrooms for 7 people is not enough. There were 3 rooms, there should be atleast 3 connected bathrooms....

Bathrooms..

The villa stay was fantastic! The host and staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The pool, while small and not temperature-controlled, was still enjoyable and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

We spent a wonderful week at Grand Villa. Communication with the staff was very smooth and convenient via WhatsApp. Late check-in was no issue, and any feedback or requests were addressed promptly. The property was exactly as described in the listing – clean, comfortable, and perfect for a stay with a larger family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking without any hassle. During our stay, my son celebrated his birthday, and the staff surprised him with a little gift. It was a touching and very thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend taking advantage of the center’s assistance in organizing excursions. Overall, this stay was incredibly successful, with warm and dedicated people. I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Villa!

The villa is located a bit away from the city center, so keep that in mind! However, the property offers a free shuttle at a designated time, which is very convenient. A taxi ride to the main beach never cost more than 160B, so the price was definitely reasonable.

It was so comfy and the staff are so responsive I liked everything about the villa

Clean and a very nice place to relax.

The pool was smaller than what we thought. It would have been nice to have room cleaning.

Super friendly staff, very clean and new facility, great bed, comfortable, pool is good too.

Nothing. One minor thing to notice - there is construction of new villas not too far, but it sounds not disturbing and after 6 pm all works are finished.
