Reviewed Jun 2, 2026What an incredible stay! The staff was so kind and helpful, the location was walking distance from EVERYTHING, and my room was clean, cozy, and had the most amazing upstairs deck with outdoor tub to lounge and look up at the stars! The room had one bedroom, one bath, a mini balcony, then large upstairs balcony space with the tub. From the top, I could see the other islands in the horizon. It was honestly such a sight! The hotel was conveniently located across from a 7/11 and currency exchange. This was the perfect stay for someone looking to experience a little humble luxury while saving big! I would highly recommend it.
The AC was a bit loud in the room so I could see that bothering someone, but it honestly sounded like rain pitter-pattering on the machine so it was okay by me!

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026The location was fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from Ao Nang Beach, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and street food right on the doorstep. Surprisingly, despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful inside. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and clean; I honestly had the best night’s sleep of my trip so far. While my room didn't have a sea view (it overlooked the neighboring hotel), the comfort and quality of the room more than made up for it. The staff were also wonderful—really friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I found the tourist information desk in the lobby very convenient for organizing activities around Krabi. I ended up extending my stay by two days as I felt so relaxed and wasn't ready to move on. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again!
The breakfast wasn't the best, but it still had the basics breakfast options: Cereal, Toast, Pastries, Sausage, Eggs etc

The lack of lift is an issue and this should be made very clear when booking. The staff were very uninterested in attending to customers at check in, breakfast and checkout.

An vielen Stellen wären Renovierungen notwendig.Die Dachterasse mit Badewanne war wenig einladend. Beim Poolbereich waren einige Liegen kaputt, Auflagen schmutzig, der Pool selbst etwas veralgt und Sonnenschirme fehlten. Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Good location, but misleading rating The hotel is well located—close to the beach but set slightly away from the main busy road, which makes it more शांत and convenient. It has all the basic amenities you’d expect, but overall it feels like a very standard, no-frills property. My main disappointment is with Booking.com rather than the hotel itself. The property is listed as a 4-star hotel on the platform, but in reality it’s a 3-star hotel and when checking in google maps it clearly appears that way. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with being a 3-star hotel, but I specifically filtered my search for 4-star properties, so this felt misleading. I reached out to Booking.com about this, but unfortunately, they were not helpful in addressing the issue.
The main issue was that the property is misrepresented online. It is listed as a 4-star hotel on Booking.com, but in reality it feels much closer to a 3-star property. While the hotel itself is acceptable for a 3-star stay, I specifically filtered for 4-star hotels, so this was misleading and impacted my overall experience. In addition, due to travel disruptions, I missed my first night. I contacted Booking.com in advance to request support with either adjusting the booking or refunding the unused night, but unfortunately received no meaningful help. As a result, I not only lost the cost of that night but also the complimentary airport transfer that was included with the booking. The lack of support and flexibility from Booking.com throughout this process was very disappointing and added unnecessary stress to the experience. Overall, the frustration comes more from the inaccurate listing and poor customer service than the hotel itself.
