Amazing location with everything you would need. The host Ana is so kind, warm and welcoming and a fantastic host. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone coming to Lisbon in the future.

Location was fantastic for central Lisbon. Wonderful patio with private hot tub in our room. Room was extremely large. Communication from host was excellent.

Only negative was the bathroom was tiny and smelled a bit of sewer; surprisingly small given how large the room was.

ho soggiornato all'appartamento più alto al terzo piano per una settimana. E' fantastico. Chi dice che la zona non è sicura sbaglia: solo ad un primo impatto la strada dov'è sembra in un altro continente ma le persone sono tranquille e non creano problemi, nemmeno la notte. Certo per arrivarci dovete fare una piccola salita, ma se siete normodotati non è niente di che. Per muoversi poi gli uber arrivano davanti senza problemi sia per prendervi che per lasciarvi. Davanti alla porta c'è un'ottimo posto per fare colazione o prendere qualcosa di veloce da portarsi dietro per pranzo. Poi a piedi si raggiungono tutti i principali punti in pochissimo tempo. E' proprio strategico. La vista dal mio terrazzo era fenomenale e avere la jacuzzi dove piazzarsi a fine giornata prima di cena oppure prima di andare a letto non ha prezzo. Le finiture interne erano ottime. Lo staff, anche se non l'ho mai incontrato di persona, a parte le ragazze delle puilizie, è sempre stato disponibile via messaggio per tutte le richieste e delucidazioni di cui ho avuto bisogno. Dovessi tornare a Libona sicuramente alloggerei di nuovo qui.

una presa elettrica in bagno in più avrebbe fatto comodo per caricare il cellulare anche lì. Ma è l'unica cosa che mi venga in mente dopo averci pensato per un po'. Con un cavo un po' piu lungo non avrei avuto problemi. Ah, altra cosa è che non sono stato in grado di collegare il cellulare o il computer alla televisione perchè non li rilevava e il cavo hdmi che mi ero portato non arrivava fino a li, visto che è montata in alto. In realtà poi di musica ne ho messa solo un po' dal cellualre o direttamente dal computer e tanti saluti. Quindi, ancora, non un vero difetto. La tv non l'ho neanche mai voluta accendere in generale.

En el acceso desde la plaza Rossio hay que cruzar una zona con un ambiente que da cierta impresión de inseguridad.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Es war sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiterin Ana war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Stadt ist gut in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We liked the location of the apartment close to Rossio Square and city centre. Our family of 4 with two teens really enjoyed the pool And to our surprise added the hot tub when we arrived. It made it premium especially after walking all day. Anna the host/ manager was very helpful and responsive and the place was very clean.

The main issue was the steep incline from the center square to the appt.

La experiencia genial, el personal muy amable. Pudimos usar la piscina después del checkout. El apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario, hasta tenía aceite vinagre sal y café. Buena situación para ir andando al centro. Cafetería en frente si quieres desayunar.

Per tre giorni e quatto persone abbiamo sottovalutato la metratura indicata. Il quartiere purtroppo è alquanto degradato seppur non abbiamo avuto nessun spiacevole incidente.

Mini appartamento nuovo, confortevole e ben arredato. Letto comodo, bel bagno funzionale.

Il quartiere dov'è situato l'appartamento non è bello: la location è effettivamente buona per raggiungere centro città a piedi, ma di sera non ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio girando, complice anche un piccolo episodio spiacevole che abbiamo avuto.

Wunderbarer Ausblick von der Dachterrasse unseres schönen, geräumigen Appartements in der letzten Etage. Die Ausstattung ist modern mit tollen Kunstobjekten, der Pool im grünen Innenhof ist ein echtes Plus. Nette Atmosphäre, herzlicher Empfang. Zentral gelegen.

My family and I stayed here in the double room. Ana Lara is a wonderful host and very welcoming. The Moorish quarter is very lively, and there are many restaurants, shops, amenities near by. Rooms are very comfortable, with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and plenty of towels. Pool and laundry on sight, but if laundry is in use, there is a laundromat a block or two away. Great place! Would definitely be first choice stay next time in Lisboa.

Ana Lara was very hands-on with the guests, apartments were clean, well equipped & comfortable, the pool area was kept clean and had lots of space, lockers were provided to guests before check-in & after check-out and common areas were still available to use after check-out. The location of the apartment was very central and within walking distance to the river, castle & museums.

The location of the apartment was residential & sometimes there were groups of people loitering around the streets & blocking pathways which can be very intimidating. Not a complaint of the apartment, just something to be aware of especially if you are a solo traveller.

Ottimo soggiorno in questo appartamento con una camera da letto a Lisbona, dotato di una cucina molto ben attrezzata, un letto comodo e un bagno molto piccolo ma valorizzato da una bella doccia e da prodotti di qualità. Un grande valore aggiunto è stata la piscina, con anche gli asciugamani forniti per l'uso. L'alloggio offre inoltre una vista incantevole sul castello e si trova vicinissimo al centro storico. L'accesso al palazzo e all'appartamento avviene comodamente tramite codici e, sebbene i contatti con l'host avvengano esclusivamente via WhatsApp, la comunicazione si è dimostrata del tutto efficiente e puntuale. Consigliato!

L'unica nota negativa riguarda un brevissimo tratto di strada per arrivare all'alloggio, che la sera può dare l'impressione di non essere del tutto tranquillo, anche se fortunatamente c'è sempre un bel viavai di turisti

Det var en dejlig lejlighed centralt beliggende. Sødt personale, der var meget hjælpsomme. Bagage kunne opbevares på afrejsedagen og vi kunne bruge poolområdet og et tilhørende bad.

Madrasserne var lidt bløde for mig. Poolen var i udu de første dage, men der blev virkelig arbejdet for at fixe det og kommunikationen var god.

Als Familie hatte man genug Platz (Apartment im obersten Stockwerk). Das Apartment war gut geschnitten und es gab einen Aufzug, der nur in dieses oberste Apartment fuhr. Es gab zwei Terrassen zu zwei verschiedenen Seiten, die absolut traumhafte Ausblicke lieferten, die man so wahrscheinlich nicht häufig in dieser Lage findet. Eine war etwas kleiner, auf der anderen konnte man morgens als vierköpfige Familie frühstücken. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Badezimmer hatte eine schöne große Regendusche. Alles war gepflegt und sauber. Der Kontakt mit Ana war absolut großartig, sie kümmerte sich schon im Vorfeld darum, dass alles so hergerichtet wird, wie wir es als Familie benötigten. Sie empfing uns persönlich in der Unterkunft und gab uns eine kleine Führung durch das Apartment und die anderen gemeinschaftlichen Räumlichkeiten. Der Poolbereich war sehr nett, es gab viele Liegen und Schirme, denn erst am späteren Nachmittag lag der Bereich im Schatten. Für uns war dieser Bereich hervorragend, da wir nach dem Auschecken am Morgen noch Zeit bis zur Weiterreise hatten und diese dort verbringen konnten.

Todo. Estaba limpio organizado el hecho de tener aceite sal y pimienta para poder usarlo y no tener que comprar una garrafa me parece una excelente idea aunque nosotros no cocinamos esta genial. El hecho de que te guarden el equipaje en un armario con código después del check out y puedas seguir usando la piscina q tiene ducha para después es increíble además en el armario nos dejaron toallas para la piscina. This was probably the best place we stayed during our trip. Everything was very clean and it was clear that the host puts a lot of thought and care into making guests feel welcome. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had cooking essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper, paper towels, and a kitchen towel. The capsule coffee machine was already filled with water, and there was a complimentary bottle of drinking water with the apartment's branding. Small details like these really made a difference. The bathroom was equally well prepared. In addition to shampoo and shower gel, there was body lotion, which was a lovely surprise. There were plenty of hooks in both the bathroom and the bedroom for towels and clothes—such a simple thing, but incredibly practical. One thing that impressed me the most was the attention to fire safety. The apartment had both a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket in an easily accessible place. I have stayed in many apartments before and had never seen this level of preparation. Overall, this is an apartment that has clearly been created with genuine care and attention to detail. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Great stay! Although small, this thoughtfully appointed apartment included a well-equipped kitchen, a cute little living area, and a very comfortable King-sized bed. I liked the wooden shutters for blocking out light and street noise. The building included an elevator and a nice pool. Central location and a short but hilly walk to the city center. Check-in and communication were seamless. We will definitely be back.

I wished there had been a little more storage. Perhaps a nightstand with drawers. The neighborhood was "colorful" and slightly gritty. We always felt safe, but it was definitely city living.

Una vera oasi di pace e benessere all’interno della città di Lisbona. Siamo state in 3 stanze diverse : quella al piano -1 a livello della piscina, una al primo piano e una al secondo piano con Jacuzzi sul terrazzo che gode di una bella vista sul castello. Jacuzzi super calda e confortevole. Stanze tutte e tre pulite e dotate di ogni comfort con cucina, lavastoviglie, stoviglie e tutto il necessario. Abbiamo goduto della piscina nelle ore più calde e ci hanno lasciato molta libertà e autonomia. Una menzione speciale al materasso e ai cuscini di tutte e tre le stanze che erano così soffici che sembrava di dormire su una nuvola ! Super consigliato !!

Great location. Beautiful apartment. Amazing view of Lisbon and SÃO JORGE CASTLE. The host was amazing. They kept towels for our pool. They also provided us very warm welcome.

Excelente estancia. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, cómodo y equipado con todo lo necesario, horno, micro, lavadora, hervidor agua…(café, jabón lavadora, botiquín). La ubicación es perfecta a 10 minutos a pie para disfrutar del paseo marítimo, playa da Rocha, ocio nocturno, restaurantes, supermercados etc. El anfitrión fue muy amable, atento y estuvo disponible en todo momento para resolver cualquier duda. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable. ¡Volveremos!

We had an urgent situation, we booked on the same day we entered the property. They were really nice with us, allowing to enter the property earlier. We were traveling with 2 children. We appreciate the help from the owner/contact person!

O apartamento em si e as comodidades atenderam bem as necessidades, tudo limpinho e organizado. E o ambiente do hotel também sempre agradável. Tem elevador, área da piscina muito bem organizada, dá pra ver o cuidado e capricho com o prédio. Cozinha equipada com o que precisamos e orientações em um livreto deixado para nos guiar. Não tive nenhuma dificuldade na comodidade.

Me decepcionei um pouco sobre a localização, os arredores do apartamento pra mim me deixaram um pouco chateada, não me senti segura em transitar principalmente à noite. As ruas de acesso também não são muito agradáveis, mal cheiro e lixo visível. Mas foi erro meu não ter verificado esse ponto. Por esse único motivo não me agradei 100%.

Good location, good facilities and very clean

Amazing views from the balcony and fully stocked rooms. The sofa bed was also super comfy and the hosts are helpful and easy to reach. Great value for your money. I highly recommend it.

Todo muy compacto, pero cómodo. El alojamiento tiene local para guardar maletas, el que nos ayudó mucho, pues teníamos vuelo en la tarde. A todas nuestras inquietudes recibimos respuestas operativas de la dueña.

We were a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids aged 9 & 11 and we rented Light Blue Apts for 4 nights in June. It was a very good experience… the place was well laid out, comfortable, had all the basic amenities, was very well maintained… Ana the manager was very accessible and very accommodating. When we wanted we asked for housekeeping and they did a great cleaning job. The pool is small and more like a plunge pool, but the kids had a blast.

There is a common washing machine and a dryer in the basement, but it would have been nicer to have individual ones in each apartment as twice when I went to wash the clothes, the machine was occupied.

Amazing apartments with a great, helpful host. Very flexible with my stay. Particularly recommend the penthouse, two terraces so always somewhere in the sun.

Super Zentrale Lage. Pool auf der Terrasse zum abkühlen. Nettes Personal und einfache Kommunikation mit dem Management. Ruhige Zimmer (Nachts nichts von draußen gehört) Gepflegte und saubere Einrichtung.

We felt very unsafe in the location of the accommodation. The apartment was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. Not sure about the high ratings given to this accommodation. The apartment was very difficult to find. Not sure if because of the area the accommodation was in or some other reason but our taxi driver would not drive us up the very steep hill to the accommodation. Once we found our accommodation, felt unsafe and saw the inside of the accommodation we immediately tried to cancel our stay (without success) and moved to another accommodation with an equally high rating that was outstanding.

Aproape de obiectivele turistice. Personalul a fost foarte serviabil, ne-a oferit posibilitatea de a lăsa bagajul in locker până târziu sau de a petrece timpul la piscină.

Pereții subțiri, ușile trepidau și de la mersul prin casă . In prima dimineață m-am trezit cu un zgomot repetitiv, aveai impresia că cineva bate tot timpul in perete. Zgomotul era produs de trepidații ale ușii de la baie. Am rezolvat problema daca am lăsat-o deschisă permanent. Spațiul curat, dar camera mica,fara spatii de depozitare haine. Pentru noi a fost suficient, întrucât am petrecut puțin timp și bagajele erau puține.

Ana met us and showed us around the building; great ipersonal touch! They also had a small space for us to store our luggage before check in which some of the other places did not have.

Easy to access with a code for the door. Ana met us on arrival to give us all info we needed. Apartments were clean and had everything we needed. The pool and jacuzzis were a brilliant addition and gave us the option to chill by the pool in the heat of the day. Friendly and helpful cleaning staff. A brilliant place to stay, short walk to some lovely places. Would recommend 100%

La comodidad y la ubicacion

Location was very central and close to the subway. Very clean, well equipped, quiet and a bakery over the road was a bonus! Pool area was nice to chill on after a busy morning in the city. Ana, our host, was very attentive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Difficult to initially find, could do with a sign outside the property to help it be located, as there are about three light blue buildings in the area.

Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar man kommt überall schnell hin, es war sauber

Ein sehr merkwürdiger Geruch prägte den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Schimmel? Habe ich auch oft in anderen Bewertungen gelesen, zwar konnten wir immer lüften aber nur zum Hinterhof raus weil die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt.

El apartamento tenía unas vistas increíbles del castillo de San Jorge, y además contaba con un jacuzzi en la terraza (aunque no pude usarlo por el mal tiempo). No tuve que cocinar pero se veía todo muy bien equipado con toda clase de electrodomésticos. Tanto el baño como la habitación son muy amplios y cuentan con sitios de almacenaje. Además no puedo más que tener elogios hacia el trato de Ana, aunque todos los accesos son mediante código estuvo presente el día de mi entrada para mostrarme todas las intalaciones y a mi salida me ayudó para poder dejar mi equipaje en el locker del apartamento aunque ya hubiera hecho el check out.

La parte mejorable de este alojamiento es la calle en la que tiene la entrada. Es una callejuela estrecha con muchas partes del pavimento rotas, personas con movilidad reducida tendrían dificultades para moverse por ella.

As condições do alojamento são muito boas. A anfitriã é muito atenciosa. Super recomendo.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio con una vista agradable desde las habitaciones. Las camas eran muy cómodas. Una ubicación cercana a varios puntos estratégicos de la ciudad.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein, da die Wohnung nur über eine steile Straße oder mehrere Treppen erreichbar ist. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr bemüht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die schnelle und zuverlässige Kommunikation – auch im Nachhinein wurde über WhatsApp stets zeitnah und aufmerksam auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet, für vier Personen jedoch etwas knapp bemessen. Vor allem fehlt es an ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist sie dennoch gut geeignet. Ein echtes Highlight ist die große Terrasse. Zudem befinden sich ein Supermarkt (ebenfalls über Treppen erreichbar) sowie mehrere Bäckereien in unmittelbarer Nähe, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich komfortabel macht.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt angenehm, allerdings gab es ein ernstes Problem mit dem Jacuzzi. Dieser war offenbar unzureichend gereinigt, wodurch wir uns leider eine bakterielle Infektion zugezogen haben. Wir haben das Personal sofort informiert, das sehr bemüht reagiert hat und versprach, alle Jacuzzis umgehend zu überprüfen und entsprechend zu warten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist also der Umgang des Personals mit der Situation. Dennoch würden wir zukünftigen Gästen empfehlen, sich vor der Nutzung zu erkundigen, wann der Jacuzzi zuletzt gründlich gereinigt, das Wasser gewechselt und die Chemikalien erneuert wurden. Wir würden die Unterkunft grundsätzlich wieder in Betracht ziehen, hoffen jedoch, dass hier künftig noch stärker auf Hygiene geachtet wird.

La ubicación es muy buena, ya que está en pleno centro. El apartamento estaba genial, muy completo y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia, lo cual nos pareció muy cómodo. El acceso a la piscina climatizada fue todo un acierto, ya que pudimos aprovecharla gracias al buen tiempo que nos hizo. Ana Lara estuvo pendiente de que todo nos fuera bien.

Por decir algo, había olor a cañería en el baño.

Un 10 de 10 ( situación, instalaciones, etc...) pero sobre todo el personal. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la habitación, y rápidamente nos cambiaron a otra superior y sin ningún coste adicional. Gracias Ana por hacernos la estancia tan cómoda. Volveremos.

We spent four nights at the accommodation with my mother and my little son, and it was perfectly suited for reaching beautiful sights, restaurants, and shops on foot. Check-in and check-out were done easily with a code, and we received all the necessary information from the host in a timely manner. The apartment was fully equipped, with everything we needed in the kitchen—it truly felt like being at home. My son especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, and afterwards he could relax on a sunbed in the shade and enjoy the fresh air. The staff was very kind and helpful in every way. For example, we were able to leave our luggage in a storage room after check-out and continue enjoying their hospitality until our evening flight. We had a wonderful time—thank you for everything!

The properly was newly done up to a high standard, modern with character and contained all amenities we needed including a brand new hot tub! The location was perfect as it was extremely central and the view from the terrace was amazing overlooking the castle. There was also a shared pool with Sun loungers. Staff were lovely and very helpful!

There was nothing we did not like.
