Kuudelle ihmiselle 4 sänkyä ja yksi levitetty vuodesohva. Saatiin pyydettäessä yksi sänky lisää. Vessanpönttö oli irti lattiasta ja heilui kun siihen istui. Pikakahveja oli 5kpl vaikka majoittujia oli kuusi. 624€ yhdestä yöstä parhaat päivänsä nähneessä talossa tuntuu todella kusetukselta.

No, it was a very good stay

We were a late arrival - 1am. Thankfully it was so easy to locate the door/lock box/key. It’s next to a 24 hour supermarket too. It was so warm. Clean. Well presented. Great little kitchen. Lovely clean bathroom.

We were above a bar and the cigarette smell was unbearable - the only negative to the stay

Staff molto disponibile, ci ha addirittura accompagnato in giro per Rovaniemi alla ricerca di un locale per la colazione nonostante i -30 gradi. Locali molto ampi e cucina perfettamente funzionante. Ottima posizione in pieno centro

Hay algún restaurante my cerca, por lo que es usual tener fuerte olor a comida dentro del apartamento. Debe haber algún bar o club cerca porque a veces en la noche se sieve fuerte ruido de música. Nos pareció pequeño. La puerta del baño suena por lo que, si alguien se levanta al baño en la noche, despierta a quien tiene sueño ligero. En general puedo decir que, a nuestro juicio, por ese precio esperábamos algo bastante mejor (Más de €600/ noche)

Location sits right underneath a nightclub that starts at 10AM and finishes at 4AM. Constant cars revving there engines, people nose and anything you would expect to hear from a nightclub. Go to Google reviews for more of an honest review. Talked to owner of rooms and he was telling me its listed a city noise lol GTFO

The location was very good. It was very near to most of the tour pick up points and there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Just five minutes walk to the bus stop for the Santa Express and Airport Express. The design of the property was also nice. From bathroom to kitchen, and the living room, it provided almost everything I needed for the trip. And actually the key was not hard to find although I saw many comments saying the key was too hard to find since there was no reception.

I felt a bit unsecured when I was staying there because I found out that the key you gave me could open both the main door downstairs and my room door. Which means, every traveler who has a key to open the main door could open my own door to enter my room. Also, there was no extra lock or chain to lock my door inside. The other thing I want to say was the heater, sometimes it was too hot when I cover myself with the blanket. But then, it turns out the degree was just 1. If the heater could be more adjustable of the degree would be much better.

El apartamento está bien situado y tiene lo suficiente para estar, un 2 noches, para una pareja suficiente para más es muy pequeño.

La pega es el ruido nocturno, de maquinaria y carga y descarga, no se puede dormir, el hecho de que te dejen unos tapones para los oidos encima de la cama lo dice todo.

Apartment was perfectly set up. Kitchen with all amenities. Apartment was spotlessly clean Warm and cosy. Perfect location in the middle of town, lots of choice of restaurants bars and shops near at hand. Ice skating and shopping centre literally around the corner. Kids loved that 2 sleighs were left for their use during the stay which was a lovely touch.

Surprisingly the apartment was a lot better in real life than the photos advertised. I do advise the Managment to update photos as I think it would sell better. Apartment was also a lot bigger than expected. Good location with easy walk to everything and easy to access with lockbox and instructions. 12pm checkout was good. Nice little touch to have sweets left on beds and towels made fancy on beds.

The apartment was cold. Not enough heat. Especially as I had children with me. Heating definitely needs to be turned up more. Also apartment needs good curtains to stop light coming in. They were broken hanging off and very thin. The nightlight from outside glares into bedroom lighting up the whole room. Was hard for my little boy to fall asleep. Could hear traffic noise outside of tractors and trucks scooping snow into each other in car park below after midnight, although the noise didn’t keep us awake all night.

Detergent spills in bathroom. Some Of supplies were missing when We arrived (got them later). The fridge froze our veggies 😆 Sofa was wobbling.

Si votre séjour a lieu pendant le week-end, préparez-vous à supporter le bruit du fast-food situé juste en bas de l’immeuble, qui reste ouvert jusqu’à 4 h 30 du matin le vendredi et le samedi. De plus, les agents municipaux viennent nettoyer la rue à partir de 8 h du matin. Sinon, la location de l’appartement est très centrale.

Es un apartamento, bien situado, limpio y espacioso

El baño pequeño y tremendamente incómodo. Sin aire acondicionado un calor sofocante. No hay personal e instalaciones viejas.

Appartamento in pieno centro, ottimamente ammobiliato e con spazi adeguati per una famiglia di 4 persone. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente imbattibile per gli standard finlandesi

Il check-in è un po' macchinoso: sono dovuto andare in un bar per farmi dare il codice per aprire la keybox quando questo codice poteva molto più semplicemente essermi comunicato via messaggio (come avviene per tutte le altre strutture)

It was a good 2 nights stay.

We have a very nice stay there. The location is very convenient. The bus stop is nearby. The apartment was clean and warm.

Great location close to amenities like shops, restaurants, bars and it was within walking distance to the bus stop where we alighted. We booked the two bed room apartment. Beds are comfortable and room is well insulated during winter. Kitchen comes with fridge, stove, microwave, pots and pans and utensils.

There was only 1 common bathroom in our apartment. They have a washing machine inside. Its a little cramp when you have to shower in that area with the washing machine beside it.

All was perfect.

we like everything but we had some minor concerns like the signage was too small and lack of other kitchen utensils. but rather than that we had nothing to say.

TV didn’t work, no bedside light, hallway stank of smoke. Not clear how to leave keys

location is the best selling point of this property, its just right size for a short stay.

Utensils in the kitchenette were not appropriately cleaned, we had to clean it again and left the same better vs what we received when we checked in.

Location was great. Excellent restaurants walking distance. Grocery store close by. Easy to walk to your pick up locations.

Did not look like the photos. Much smaller than expected. Very small beds. No living room/lounge area. Can hear everything from hallways and outside. 3 floor walk up with luggage. Had to go somewhere else for keys pickup. Arrived from airport at 11pm with 2 young children. Had to walk to a bar to pick up keys. Got told children shouldn’t be there, no kidding. Left suitcases outside at the building door to avoid dragging them to the bar. Not an ideal set up. There were lock boxes at the building. Should have been able to pick up keys from the lock box with a code.

Location close to shops & restaurants, also most pickup points for tours. Kitchen well equipped although we couldn’t find a tea towel to dry dishes. Beds comfortable, apartment spacious.

We couldn’t make the apartment dark and there was light and noise coming in all night. This is understandable given the central location but it was frustrating to have the light all night. The unusual bath/shower was very difficult to get in and out of and felt unsafe.

Excellent and central location. I loved the studio, the bed was comfortable, clean, and large window with views of the city. Restaurants, a shopping mall, tour agencies all within walking distance. I would come back for sure.

Perfect location, well equiped and spacious appartement.

The company has many apartments in the same building. I was at B5 apartment, which had a large room and living room. Good kitchen, well equiped for preparing breakfast and food. The apartment was very clean. The location is amazing, very close to everything interesting in Rovaniemi city center. One point of improvement is the bathroom, especially the box shower. It is not easy at all to get in and out of it, it has around 80-100cm height and it is very small. I wonder about elderly guests or guests with some movement restriction: they would suffer a lot to get in and out from it. I think you should improve that in the near future.

The price was the cheapest in the city center and it’s not bad - clean and has most things

It’s upstairs a night club where they give you earplugs the walls are very thin, could hear people just outside the hallway even

The location of the apartment was excellent, the other residents were welcoming too. It had a very comfortable living area and bed was perfect. There was not a balcony as I was expecting but more like a Juliet style balcony.

It was warm - that is the only good thing to say about the flat Location good for Centre

It’s really close to the center and convenient to everywhere.

The location is superb. 24hr supermarket just around corner which was lifesaver when we arrived late. Everything was on our doorstop with snow gear rental shop about 200 meters away. Santas city office around corner and bus stop to Santa clause village and also to lapland winter park about 400 meters away. was lovely and warm and so comfortable

Would be good to have a clothes horse for hanging/drying wet snow clothes over night. That said, it's warm so things dried over night over doors etc

Ótima experiencia. Apartamento bom. Fácil acesso e excelente localização. Bem no centro. Com certeza eu ficaria novamente.

The apartment is super nice, spacious, and well-equipped. There is a 24 hour marketplace, located just 1 minute walk from the apartment. I had been worried about the night club, located just under the apartment, after reading the comments. However, for us the night club was not a problem - the ear plugs were enough to have a good night's sleep.
