Es gibt am Hotel keine abgeschlossene Parkmöglichkeit. Ich musste mein Motorrad direkt am Fenster der Rezeption draußen auf dem Fußweg abstellen. Ich hatte große Angst wegen Diebstahl.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Camera semplice e pulita, il bagno è spazioso e con una bella doccia, la colazione è con un ricco buffet, ma con la possibilità di prendere una sola brioche: al bancone del bar ti viene chiesta la stanza, ordini da bere e scegli la brioche che vuoi, poi puoi prendere dal buffet (succhi, crostate, yogurt, salato ecc.).
La stanza non ha un bollitore quindi la sera niente tisana. L'asciugacapelli non è in stanza ma lo devi chiedere al check-in. E' fornito un asciugamano a testa per la doccia e per mani e viso forniscono delle specie di lenzuolini (non sono asciugamani morbidi).

Pas de parking mais stationnement facile et gratuit tout autour de l'hôtel. À 30mn à pied du centre historique, 10 mn en voiture

The safe in our room didn't work when we checked in and they never fixed it. Why did reception promise to fix everything if they weren't going to do it anyway? That wasn't nice. The hotel is good overall, but the location is bad and I guess it's overpriced.

Coffee was excellent The room may be a little functional - but very clean, beds changed daily, decent showers and water bottles changed daily. Good sized fridge is in the room too Location isn’t great - although there are taxis and buses outside. Walk to the station is 15 minutes and 30 minutes to the sea front Limited choice of restaurants and bars in local area - but De Mattels (pizzeria) is a 7 minute walk away and is excellent. Very popular with locals and good value for money

Lokalizacja dobra - dwudziestominutowym spacerem można się dostać do historycznego centrum miasta. Czysto, codzienne sprzątanie. Śniadanie dobre, kawa nie z automatu tylko z ekspresu kolbowego, robiona przez pracownika.
Obiekt ma już swoje lata, w upalne dni klimatyzacja nie daje rady.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Wiele dobrego można napisać o hotelu. Czysto. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Smaczne śniadanie z rozsądnym wyborem potraw. Przestrzeń w lobby z miejscem do pracy. Możliwość zrobienia sobie herbaty w lobby.
Nadal jest to Ibis z klaustrofobicznymi pokojami, bez choćby prostej szafy, czy szafki. Hotel położony jest nieco z dala od centrum miasta i około 30 minut pieszo od dworca. Można podjechać autobusem, choć te w Brindisi jeżdżą różnie. Przede wszystkim jednak stosunek ceny do jakości wypadł bardzo źle.

Il peggior ibis in cui abbia mai soggiornato. La camera era letteralmente un forno. Ho chiesto di poterla cambiare, ma mi è stato risposto che non era possibile e, a causa del caldo, non siamo praticamente riusciti a dormire. Il direttore è persino intervenuto personalmente per pulire i filtri dell’aria condizionata mentre eravamo fuori a cena, ma senza risolvere il problema. Anche il resto del servizio è stato decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative: nella stanza mancava l’asciugacapelli e, per averne uno, sono dovuto scendere personalmente alla reception. Al momento del check-out, questa mattina, il POS non funzionava e, non avendo contanti con me, mi è stato chiesto di compilare un foglio lasciando i dati della mia carta di credito per poter addebitare successivamente la tassa di soggiorno. Una procedura che ho trovato davvero poco rassicurante e certamente non adeguata a una struttura appartenente a una catena internazionale. Nel complesso, un soggiorno estremamente deludente. Decisamente il peggior hotel della catena Accor in cui abbia mai soggiornato.

De bonnes surprises dans un quartier anodin aux premier abord, notamment un ou deux restaurants très conviviales fréquentés par les locaux, avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix
Situation géographique pas idéale quand on est à pieds. Compensée par le rapport qualité/prix plutôt correct et les bons restaurants.

Delicious breakfast with tons of choices (not simply just a croissant and a cappuccino, which is typical italian breakfast, though there were croissants and cappucinos as well that tasted heavenlyyyy). Spacious room with very comfortable bed! Easy to find parking around the area, it is a bit far from the city centre though. I would definitely stay there again!!!

There was a small selection for breakfast. It was strange that you had to take a hair dryer at the reception and it wasn't in the room. Such a large hotel chain should buy normal hair dryers, not what they give at the reception. They're like a set for dolls, very small.

Localização boa, um pouco distante do centro histórico de Lecce, mas tem transporte público próximo que dá para usar. Nós estávamos de carro; foi possível deixar o carro estacionado na frente do hotel, na rua. Segundo a atendente, não tem problema deixar o carro na rua, e acho que não tinha mesmo, pois havia vários carros parados. Hospedagem boa, foi somente uma noite, atendeu o que precisavamos para uma noite.

Durante la colazione avremmo apprezzato maggiore accoglienza e qualche indicazione su come fosse organizzato il servizio. Inizialmente eravamo un po’ spaesati, anche perché i tavoli erano pochissimi e tutti occupati e non era chiaro dove fossero, e se ci fossero, altri tavoli disponibili. Quando abbiamo chiesto allo staff se un tavolo fosse libero, la signora ha iniziato a pulirlo per farci accomodare. Poco dopo, però, è stata richiamata dalle persone che lo stavano occupando e, ad alta voce, ha affermato che noi avevamo detto che il tavolo fosse libero e che non ci fosse nessuno. La situazione ci ha messo in imbarazzo Probabilmente si è trattato di un semplice malinteso, ma nel complesso avremmo gradito un approccio più accogliente e cordiale.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Location - 20 min walk from station. Good - didn’t keep my passport. Aside from external noise issues the bed was comfortable. And the room was clean. Friendly check out. Not so good - it’s quite loud. Both corridor and in room. Supposed to be 10pm quiet time. But that didn’t materialise alas. Weird - feels more like a posh hostel than a hotel. Must be an Italian thing but tablecloth thin hand towels, these were strangely effective though and I loved them. Practicals - everything is far away. Nothing nearby really. Hotel gives you a good leaflet about what is near ish though. Phone signal on TIM 3 bar 5g, vodafone 1 bar 5g. Would I stay again - maybe. If I were in Brindisi specifically for something, absolutely. If I was passing through, maybe not.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Hotel essenziale. Camere minimal ma pulite e decorose. Bagni riammodernati, magari si poteva intervenire anche sulla porta per completare la ristrutturazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima la colazione e personale di sala attento, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze del cliente. La sala non ha molti posti a disposizione, per noi non è stato un problema ma nell'ora di punta potrebbe esserlo
La posizione non è la più favorevole per lo spostamento da e per l'aeroporto pertanto bisogna spostarsi in taxi. Ma questo non inficia la qualità del servizio ricettivo
