Location and beach first room was good

Staff is good but the manager was very mean and uncooperative at all , she gave a lesson about tourism in Koh Samui and touristic faculties just because I asked her to send somebody to fix the shower manhole . Also, I had to wait 4 hours to check in and when I told her that I got a positive reply from her for early check in she claimed that she approved it because she thought it is pm not am !!! Why should I ask for early check in if it is pm ! Honestly very bad behaviour

Food in the restaurant very poor, and basic breakfast. If you come in at 9am it can take 30mins to get breakfast. Also restaurant closes at 5pm and there is no bar .

They allowed us to check in very early which was welcoming and generous from the moment we arrived. The staff was very kind and helpful and the the place is family owned by very kind people. We loved the amount of sunbeds and always found a comfortable place to relax by the beach. The ocean was warm, crystal clear, and calm. We even extended our stay by 1 night.

Beliggenheden, og ikke mindst roen, både i løbet af dagen, men også om aftenen / natten. Fantastisk personale, lige fra check-in til out, og så er personalet til morgenmaden enestående.

Poolen var ikke alt for stor, men til gengæld er havet lige direkte fra hotellet, og efter min mening Koh Samui’s bedste badestrand

Die Pancakes waren super. Haben aber nur gelegentlich dort gefrühstückt. Man wählt aus 4 unterschiedlichen Sets sein essen aus. Dazu gibt es kostenloses frisches Obst. Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung. Man kann auch spontan kommen. Ich würde es daher nicht fest dazubuchen. Vielleicht will man ja auch mal zu Paroty um die Ecke.

Mir haben im Pool die Augen gebrannt, Ausschlag aber nicht.

L’emplacement, les parties communes

Le wifi ne fonctionne pas, la télé soi-disant ne fonctionne pas, normal vu qu’elle est branchée sur le wifi (j’ai été malade donc cela aurait été sympa). Les bungalows méritent un sérieux coup de rénovation. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il vaut mieux sortir de l’hôtel pour en avoir un correct et à des prix abordables. La vue jardin donne sur…le mur du bungalow de devant. Éviter les numéros D3 et D4, ou vous trouverez à côté de la pompe d’eau douce toute la nuit. La propriétaire ne pense qu’à l’argent. Après avoir séjourné deux nuits avec une réservation faite sur Booking, je lui ai demandé le matin si le bungalow était disponible une nuit de plus. Idem le surlendemain. Sous prétexte qu’elle trouvait que les prix que j’avais trouvé sur booking (qu’elle fixe elle-même), elle me dit d’attendre 5minutes, se rend dans son bureau et ferme les réservations sur Booking. Par la suite elle exige un prix plus élevé sous prétexte que l’hôtel était plein alors que le soir, plusieurs chambres et bungalows étaient vides. Je lui ai demandé alors d’appliquer le même tarif que j’avais trouvé, elle me répond que je ferais mieux de quitter l’hôtel. Par ailleurs, elle m’a forcé à aller chercher du cash alors que j’étais prêt à payer les 3% de surtaxe annoncé à la réception. Le temps d’aller au distributeur elle m’a demandé de laisser 1000Bth alors que j’y séjournais depuis trois jours. En lisant les commentaires je constate que je ne suis pas le seul où elle utilise booking pour attirer des clients puis refuse les réservations une fois sur place. J’ai rapporté le problème à Booking car ceci va à l’encontre de leur politique. En lisant mes autres commentaires faits sur bookings vous constaterez que je ne suis pas un client « difficile » mais j’ai mes limites.

We enjoyed our stay at Bliss. The owner upgraded our room to the garden bungalow for free. Bliss is south of Chaweng were it's away from the crowds and the noise. Although plenty of restaurants , shops and massages are close by. The back room was comfortable and clean for a family of 3 however the garden bungalow was more spacious and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and there were many options to choose from. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Chaweng Bliss Bungalows is a small Boutique property, the staff and surroundings made me feel like I was at home but in Paradise. I felt like I was part of the family. Everything you need and at your fingertips.

There was nothing not to like!! Everything was available, you only had to ask. The Manageress was very welcoming with beautiful smiles.

Super friendly owner and staff, always smiling, always accommodating for their guests. Beautiful gardens, which made the whole experience feel very relaxing as soon as we arrived. On-site restaurant provided a basic menu with very cheap drinks compared to lots of other places we went. So much potential for them to renovate the restaurant section to attract more guests because they have such a great view of the beach that is underutilised. Located on the best section of Chaweng Beach, perfect for sunbathing at the pool chairs or directly on the beach chairs, and great area for beach swimming. The bungalows are well located close to lots of restaurants and shops but away from all the bustle and noise of the beach clubs and bars that are further north up the beach. 711 conveniently across the road. Great massage ladies directly on the beach. Local market stalls for shopping just up the road. Five minute drive to Central Samui shopping centre and central markets. 15 min drive to Fisherman’s Village. We would definitely stay here again.

The property and rooms are extremely neat and clean but slightly dated and due for a renovation. Maintenance issues were promptly attended to when shower didn’t drain.

I had a nice time at this little place. The bungalow I was in was clean and quite modern. The location is great, the beach is clean and excellent for swimming down this end and it's near good restaurants and some ok beach bars. A walk away from the crazier part of town but that's what I was looking for. All staff are super lovely.

The included breakfast wasn't worth pre purchasing via booking. The breakfast menu was limited to pretty uninspiring western meals, any Thai or tastier options had to be paid for in addition too. The cost for any item on the menu was significantly cheaper than what I paid upfront in the included breakfast option, which was annoying. Tv was limited and wifi was hit and miss. I am a bit of an odd one out where I don't like air conditioning - but as there are mosquitos (nothing crazy just the normal amount for Thailand) and no bug screens on the windows or door so couldn't have airflow from the outside at night time.

Fin bongalow, bodde med lite utsikt över havet vilket var härligt. Underbart strand. 7/11 precis utanför och även flera restauranger nära. Lugnt läge. Liten frukost och lunch restaurang på hotellet. Trevlig personal.

Lite trist område vid poolen ( betong) och trångt med solstolar mot havet pga betong klumpar för parasoll. Svårt att förstå öppettider på restaurangen.

I was booked in the basic room but got offered to upgrade which im glad I did as it was a nice bungalow to myself, a much preferred way to stay. it was clean, traditional, private and comfortable. Right on the beach, quiet end wihich I loved - nice big morning walks n swims They sell beer at a fair price and the staff are friendly

pool was a bit average which only tow chairs arond it, and i think breakfast could be included. Not enough beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach

Excellent and quiet hotel. I would like to mention the exceptional service, the cleanliness, the spacious and cozy rooms in the bungalow 😊 The hotel is integrated into nature, and has a nice walking path between plants and flowers to the beach. 😎

Die Bungalows sind in einem kleinen Dschungel. Direkt am Strand. Freundliches Personal!

Die Zimmer sind okay aber zuwenig Steckdosen! Frühstück ist okay aber nicht mehr. Das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis ist schlecht!

Beautiful hotel in Koh Samui, the property feels like a resort, it is very well taken care of, and the view of the pool and the beach are very nice! the staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend!!

everything was perfect!!

L’emplacement est idéal. Proximité de la plage mais au calme. Commerces et restaurants de l’autre côté de la rue. En revanche, bungalows assez rudimentaires et mobilier sommaire. L’ensemble fait assez vieillot. La piscine mériterait un bon rafraîchissement. De plus, il y avait des travaux (construction de nouveaux bungalows juste à côté de la piscine) donc c’était assez bruyant en journée. Le personnel était inexistant. Nous n’avons croisé qu’une seule personne pendant notre séjour de 4 jours. Le prix est nettement trop élevé pour la prestation même si notre séjour s’est globalement bien passé.

Die liebe Menschen die dort arbeiten und die Sauberkeit von der Anlage. Der Strand war so schön .

Mir hat es nicht gefallen dass nur mit Karte die Klimaanlage und Strom funktionierte so dass wir immer warten mussten bis es in Zimmer abgekühlt ist. Und wegen den ganzem grünen leider gabs viele Moskitos (auch im Zimmer).

We had a really good time here! The staff, the property, everything was great. You have a pool in the middle of the hotel and all the tanning beds are facing the sea front (100m). You’re also a bit outside of the very busy part which is perfect if you’re looking for a more quiet hotel.

Sind das 3. x da, ist kein Luxus Bungalow, hat aber alles was man braucht und liegt direkt am Stand mit Top Aussicht aufs Meer

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful, perfect to unwind. The staff were always kind, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. The location is great, close to everything while still feeling calm and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the place has a really nice vibe. I would definitely recommend it and come back again

Kenne Chaweng schon lange und für mich ist das der angenehmste Strandabschnitt. Extrem freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr authentisch, auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Hotel pięknie położony, niektóre domki mają wyjście na plażę, inne na ogród. Personel uśmiechnięty i serdeczny.

Als erstes mal: der Service war super und alle Mitarbeiter waren so freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben auch um zwei Nächte verlängert. Unser Bungalow war richtig schön groß und sehr sauber. Die Anlage wird mehrmals täglich gepflegt und gekehrt. Ebenso die Bungalows, die werden regelmäßig renoviert! Sowas findet man in Asien tatsächlich eher selten und ich bin hier schon viel rum gekommen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und wird frisch zubereitet. Es gibt ausreichend liege Möglichkeiten, wir hatten nie Probleme. Außerdem sind die liegen sehr bequem und der Ausblick auf das Meer ist eine 10/10! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und sind echt traurig, dass wir weiter müssen. Vielen Dank für alles 🙏🏼

The place is absolutely gorgeous and the staff works very diligently to keep everything perfect. The location is also amazing - right at the beach. This might very well be the best place I ever stayed at so far and if i could give 11 stars I would.

Бронировала бунгало с видом на сад. При заселении бесплатно предложили поменять на бунгало с видом на море, чему я была очень рада, вид отличный. Расположение прекрасное: рядом рестораны, два магазина 7/11, лавки с фруктами. Завтраки отличные. Море было чистое, несмотря на волны.

Полотенца не мешало бы заменить на новые

The location on the quiet end of Chaweng Beach was excellent. We stayed in a Bungalow which was so different from a normal hotel room with the beautiful gardens around us. Staff were very helpful at all times, we had the breakfast option which wasn’t a buffet style but still plenty of food. Breakfast times were 8.30-11.00am. Lots of restaurants just a short walk along the street.

War 6 Tage in dieser Anlage. Ich war nicht in einem der Bungalows untergebracht, sondern im hinteren Teil in einem Haus und jeder Vorbeigehender konnte in mein Zimmer blicken. Einen Store gab es nicht, aber einen blickdichten Vorhang. Zog man den jedoch zu, war es im Zimmer sehr dunkel. Im Vergleich zu anderen thailändischen Hotels war der Preis von knapp über € 80 per Nacht überteuert.

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Thailand so far! The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Bä Toy, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She even surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay extra special. The rooms were beautiful and very clean, and the private beach was simply stunning — perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Die Lage des Bungalows war unbeschreiblich schön. Wir hatten uneingeschränkten Meerblick gebucht und es entsprach mehr als unseren Erwartungen .

Schöne Bungalows in einem mit viel Liebe gepflegten tropischen Garten direkt am Strand. Die Walking Street war zu Fuss in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Das Bett war super bequem, das Badezimmer war groß und sauber. In dieser Anlage kann man wirklich Ruhe genießen

Location near the beach and restaurants was superb. I loved all the plants and trees around the bungalows so even them being near each other we had privacy sitying on our terrace. Inside the bungalow was spacious and even it being dated it was clean and comfortable.

If you are travelling with young children you might want to take it into considering that even being shallow the beach has strong waves. And I wouldn't have mind if the breakfast started little bit earlier than 8:30. But all in all we had very enjoyable stay!

Leider nicht gut, hab Upgrade auf Bungalow gegen Aufschlag gemacht, trotzdem nichts, von außen ganz ok aber innen nicht einladend, Tür zum Bad hatte Löcher, Spiegelablage lose….usw. Frühstück sehr einfach, kein Buffet. Preis-Leistung leider gar nix
