La genuinità del proprietario. Veramente una bella persona. L'hotel non è un gran lusso, ma pulito e carino. E se guardiamo al prezzo è il top. E ha anche la piscina.

这家酒店位置非常方便，步行几分钟就可以到棉花堡景区，周边餐厅和商店也不少。 老板人很好，非常热情，帮我们介绍周围景点，如何游玩。在我们遇到麻烦时热心帮我们翻译，联系当地人，让人感觉温暖和放松 。

房间设施整体比较基础，缺乏维护。由于使用太阳能热水器，两个人的话，热水有些不足。如果卫生和维护更好一些，相信会吸引更多人。

Las explicaciones del dueño y el desayuno. Nos indicó cómo visitar todos los sitios de la mejor forma y los atendió en todo lo que necesitamos. El lugar muy bonito y con piscina, todo muy agradable, lo recomiendo.

Near to main attraction.

The staff doesn't speak any languages, one of them very little English, but it's better if they didn't. They were extremely rude and tried to scam us. We had some questions about what excursions we could take or where the bus stop was, but they gave us very rude answers and refused to help us. The hotel isn't bad, although the pool loungers are too dirty to lie on; they haven't been washed in years, and the small bottles of hand sanitizer were almost empty.

Hôtel correct pour le prix (très bon marché) avec en plus une grande piscine

We stayed in a two-bedroom house located in front of the hotel building (with standard rooms). It was a separate building but had the same access to the pool, with private kitchen, and terrace. It seems this house is shared with the hotel owners (the family who runs the business), but it has its own section, so there was no disturbance. If you don’t have a car, it’s only a 5-10 minute walk from the main entrance to Pamukkale, so the location is convenient. The pool was clean and comfortable for swimming. It is good place to stay for the price, especially considering that many hotels in Pamukkale are quite old and not well maintained, and if you are nor a luxury addicted tourist :)

The kitchen, its accessories, and the bathroom could be cleaner and better maintained.

Piscina super piacevole visto il caldo dopo le varie visite ai siti archeologici della zona. Host super disponibile e ospitale, ci ha dato consigli su orari di visita e altre informazioni da local.

Güzel otel tercih edilir, çalışanları gayet ilgili ve güler yüzlü, tek derdim gürültüydü. Nereden geldiğini anlamadığım ses nedeniyle uyuyamadım. Temizdi, yatakları da rahattı, hizmet te bence yeterliydi.

Ailecek bir geceligine Pamukkale‘yi ziyarete geldik ve konaklamak icin bu oteli sectik. Maalesef ne temizligi vardi, ne de herhangi baska bir positif tarafi. Odalar küf icinde, buzdolabi küflü ve kirliydi. Yataklar cok eski ve genel olarak 80€‘yu hak edecek bir durum yoktu. Sadece Pamukkale’ye yakin olmasi positif idi.

Absolutely perfect stay! The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, made us feel super welcome from the start. The pool was a total lifesaver during the crazy August heat. The location is peaceful but still close to everything, we walked everywhere with no problem. Honestly, we didn’t miss a thing. Thanks so much for everything!

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The owner was very helpful and attentive. The location is great, within walking distance to Pamukkale. The hotel also has its own outdoor pool. It's definitely a great value-for-money hotel. Thank you for everything!

big advantage to get to pamukkale for its location and host is warm, unfortunately the the shower is only partially working without full power and some small insects are found in the room itself, overall it's fine for its cost and location

La atención muy buena, el personal siempre muy atentos a ayudar, muy buena ubicación, la habitación muy limpia.

The host was very helpful! He gave us some good advices on what to do in pamukkale (where to est etc.) The rooms were nice and there is also a pool if you arrive when its warmer. The location was so nice we were 5min away from restaurants. We enjoyed our stay a lot!:)

Leuk familiaal hotelletje. De ontvangst was super vriendelijk. Het hotel op zich kan hier en daar wat opfrissing gebruiken maar is uiterst proper. De kamer is klein maar goed onderhouden en voorzien van zowel een koelkast als een goed werkende airconditioning en een grote badkamer. We hebben hier heel goed geslapen. Ook het ontbijt 's morgens is verzorgd. Bij aankomst kregen we van de eigenaar een mooie uitleg over de streek en wat er te bezichtigen valt. De kinderen hebben zich uitgeleefd in het zwembad. Het zwembad wordt door de eigenaar heel goed onderhouden (dagelijkse watercontrole). Het hotel is zeker een aanrader.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. Took me up to the Pamukkale traverstines entrance by scooter 7am in the morning for free. Even made me a to go breakfast.

The location is really good and everything just soo much better than I even thought. Room is big and clean, staffs are all super friendly and helpful for arranging the activities. You can find all the information you need from them. 7 min walk to Pamukkale

I like staff and the pool . Rooms are small without any cabinet or wardrobe but is a fridge. The most inconvenient is the water collector - sink in the bathroom's floor .It does not work well. The water stay all the time after a shower ! Also the air conditioner is not enough strong , specially in the afternoon until the sunset ! -( room no 114 on the ground level )

The stay was great and staff were friendly but it is a budget room, so keep that in mind. There was no hot water and the provided amenities were minimal. But seeing as the town is in a similar condition it is average for the area. I would likely stay here again if we needed a budget room.

The accommodation was OK the hotel is central which was a bonus however the property is fairly run down and really needs maintenance and the public areas need to be tidier and a bit more organised had only one breakfast which was very disappointing shower was very slow ice cold and the floor dangerously slippery the pool was a huge bonus as it was very hot an adequate stay but not one that l would repeat pillows were extremely uncomfortable and beds ironing board hard !

Amazing reception by our new very happy and friendly friend! After a long hot day on the train, the pool was perfect and refreshing! Suggestions were given for food and we had a lovely time eating in the town during our stay. We met our new best friend "cinnamon" the cutest little puppy ever to walk this earth, hopefully if you visit this summer you will get see them! Breakfast was prepared at a perfect time to wake up and go to visit the sights. The second day he even went to the market for us to get some extra fresh food! Amazing hospitality by an amazing family. Great location, great area to chill during the hot sunny afternoon! Overall, 10/10, great pricing and amazing value!

The owner and his family were very lovely (including their 3 month old puppy I cuddled lots!). Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean. Property was close proximity to thermal pools and main town area (less than 5 minute walk)

Uncomfortable bed

We spent a beautiful weekend in Pamukkale, the weather was excellent and there was no shortage of activities! The hotel is literally 5 minutes from the archaeological and thermal site of Pamukkale, so a strategic location, the staff from the first moment were welcoming and friendly. They gave us all the information we needed and also some ideas on things to see that were not far from the city that we hadn't thought of initially. The air you breathe is the same of a welcoming home, a quiet and serene environment, ideal for those who need to relax and escape from the chaos of big cities. In the evening the colors of the sunset from our room were truly exciting, I leave you the view in the photo. Thanks again for everything, we would love to visit you again :)

This place was very lovely. The owner and his family were very welcoming and their little 3 month old puppy was so cute! The room was spacious and breakfast was very delicious. I was a bit sick during my stay here and the owner was so kind to make me a herbal tea to make me feel better. It was also only a 5 minute walk to the main area of Pamukkale and the travertines. We would definitely stay here again

It was an amazing experience for me and my friends. The business owners were very friendly and they helped us in every cases. I recommend everyone who visits Denizli. Amazing place! My room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. You can come without worrying.

The owner of the hotel was very kind and helpful. He gave me all the information I need for Pamukkale and even brought me to the South gate very early in the morning. Room was big and bathroom/shower room was spacious with basin for Turkish bath.

The Owner Ismail is a real gem, very down to earth and friendly, I was treated like a friend. Ismail guided my about the tour attraction, HE took me on his bike to the ATM, booked my hot air Baloon ride, helped me with luggage. and even washed my car when I told him my car rental asked me to return the car clean. He went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Also the breakfast prepared by his MUM was very yummy. I felt like I am staying with my best friend. lovely and generous people and I highly reccomend this place anyone looking for a cheap and reasonable accommodation.

Clean room, cozy yard, very friendly hosts who always help and tasty food, not far from Pamukalle park. There is a swimming pool and free tea that is really helpful. I recommend everyone to come here.

Great location. Got he local bus up the hill to Hierapolis then walked down to cleopatras pool, travertine’s, then short walk back home to hotel. Nice pool. Responsive host. Easy to deal with and has excellent English.

The room was adequate and the staff was nice and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the pool was amazing! The Pamukkale hot springs are well within walking distance. They can even set up excursions for you as well.

The property was decent. The room was nice. The service was excellent. Their laudry service was outstanding. I parked outside the property and it was very safe to leave the car outside. It is also very close to the ruins.

Stuff know the area as much as a professional guide. He helped us a lot and made our trip to Pamukkale & Hierapolis much more easier. Also the swimming pool area is good to spend time and room was clear.
