Det var mugg på baderomsdøren, dag nr3 oppdaget jeg store gule/brune flekker på nye håndklær vi fikk samme dag, dette gjentok seg så har nok vært sånn hele tiden. Ved innsjekking var vi på rommet i 2min før vi gikk ut, da vi kom tilbake å skulle legge ting i kjøleskapet var det ikke kjøleskap på rommet. Sender melding til verten, får beskjed om at det blir fikset dagen etter. Det ble ikke fikset, purret på fikk da beskjed om at vi burde ha gitt beskjed mens hun var der ved innsjekking. Dag nr3 uten kjøleskap får vi beskjed om at det skal fikses i løpet av noen timer, kommer tilbake på rommet om ettermiddagen ingen kjøleskap da heller.. Rommet var dessuten åpent og vi hadde låst. Sier ifra igjen og da kommer kjøleskapet på plass. Renholdet var ok.

Pur essendo un b&b prevede la colazione solo a pagamento in convenzione con ottimo bar nei pressi. La stanza non era molto grande così come il bagno.

Accoglienza al check-in assente; nonostante avessi indicato la fascia oraria di arrivo, l’avessi comunicata nuovamente, come richiesto via messaggio privato su booking, e l’abbia confermata un paio d’ore prima via WhatsApp (senza alcun riscontro), ho dovuto fare una decina di chiamate prima di ottenere risposta e indicazioni, attendendo fuori.

Il balcone è condiviso con altre camere, senza divisori e senza imposte chiudibili quindi gli altri possono guardare dentro. La mattina dopo le 7 non si può dormire per il rumore martellante di lavori al piano di sopra. La doccia fa allagare a terra.

La camera aveva la sedia della scrivania in stoffa ed era molto molto sporca, il piumone per il letto era sporco di rosso in una parte(non so cosa fosse, )la mia prenotazione sembrava con vasca ed invece era una doccia con gancio rotto e con porte della cabina che non si chiudevano totalmente. Aveva il balcone ma non era separato e i vicini ti possono passare avanti al tuo letto, il bagno è senza finestre. C'era un bollitore con due tazze ma neanche una bustina di the o caffè solubile.. se arrivi come me di sera, dove vai a cercare una bustina di the?? Ho mandato i documenti via w.app e non ho visto nessuno in reception.. Per finire, bel palazzo stanno facendo i lavori,quindi un sali scendi di operai e rumori. La struttura è comunque bella ma rivaluterei molto la pulizia e isolerei gli spazi antistanti i propri balconi onde evitare di ritrovarti sconosciuti in camera.

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Abbiamo prenotato tre stanze, ma purtroppo nessuna ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. In due camere abbiamo trovato lenzuola e piumoni sporchi, mentre nella terza era stata sistemata una poltrona letto instabile e poco adatta all’uso. Inoltre, nonostante la prenotazione fosse per una camera tripla, ci è stato richiesto un supplemento di 15 euro per il letto aggiuntivo, cosa che ci è sembrata poco corretta.

Das Personal hat uns beim selbständig durchzuführenden Check-In nicht die vollständigen Schlüssel zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass wir am Abend das „Hotel“ (es ist eine Etage in einem Wohnhaus) nicht betreten konnten. Unzählige Versuche, das Personal unter der Notfall-Nummer zu erreichen, waren erfolglos. Keiner war erreichbar! Nachdem wir durch andere Gäste reinkamen, meldeten sie sich nach 2 Stunden mit einem Code aber ohne eine einzige Entschuldigung und legten einfach auf!! ABSOLUT KATASTROPHALER SERVICE

Personale sempre disponibile tramite WhatsApp. Il ragazzo che si occupava delle pulizie gentilissimo e bravissimo nel suo lavoro. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli anche dopo il checkout, fino all'orario della partenza del treno, in modo che potessimo goderci la città liberamente l'ultima giornata. Accesso sicuro. Arredamento moderno e piacevole. Spazzolini usa e getta forniti. Frigorifero e cassaforte.
Non c'era la doccia in bagno (la vasca idromassaggio, in camera, era dotata di doccino). Non disponibile la macchinetta del caffe, sempre comoda.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Wir waren als 3 Köpfige Familie 3 Nächte im Barbarella Spa. Das Zimmer war für Italienische Verhältnisse groß, es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, bekamen frische Handtücher und es wurde jeden Tag nass rausgewischt. Das Personal war sehr nett und stets bemüht.
Der Check in war außergewöhnlich da sich das „Hotel“ in einem großen Mietshaus befindet. Man musste bei Ankunft erst im Hotel anrufen das einer unten die Tür aufmacht bis man dann beim Check in die benötigten Schlüsseln und Zimmerkarte erhält. Die dritte Person muss auf einem ausgezogen Schlafsessel schlafen was für unser Kind kein Problem war aber als Erwachsener würde ich nicht darauf schlafen wollen weil das ganze dann sehr unstabil war.

Il servizio clienti è pessimo, sono settimane che richiedo la fattura senza ricevere risposta. Questo mi sta creando problemi a lavoro dal momento che c'era la necessità di chiudere tutti i conti dei viaggi dell'anno fiscale scorso. La fattura è stata richiesta 4 volte su booking, una volta via mail e una volta via telefono.

I chose the property specifically for the jacuzzi and communicated this clearly in advance. Once the jacuzzi was filled, it was not possible to drain it due to a technical issue that the management was already aware of. As the jacuzzi was also the only shower available, this made it impossible to take a shower after use. Although the issue was acknowledged, it was not effectively resolved during the stay.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, pas de réception - Personne à notre arrivée en soirée , pas de code reçu , numéro pas joignable, nous avons du contacter booking.com pour trouver une solution, +45mn a attendre dans le couloir ... situation très anxiogène. Assurez vous de recevoir le code et les explications pour rentrer dans le logement, la porte de l'immeuble est verrouillé le soir un spa oui mais pas de douche, pas très pratique pour se doucher , manque d'accessoirisations chambre 403 , muret arraché etre au centre ville , s'attendre aux nuisances de la rue , l'insonorisation du bâtiment n'est pas au top surtout au son régulier des klaxons
