Gute Lage, Checkin geht schnell

Zimmer war nicht sauber und roch verraucht

We had to get this accommodation very last minute as we were unable to get into our previously booked hotel. It was not my first choice. However, it was clean, beds very comfy. Shower was good. Had everything we needed and 7 min walk from the train station.

Pretty pricey for the room in my opinion. Thats all

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs in Aachen, fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Duschgel und Handseife waren vorhanden. Man konnte jederzeit einchecken, da es ein personalloses 24-Stunden Hotel ist.

Die Betten sind viel zu schmal. Zudem hat das Zimmer sehr stark gestunken, sodass ich erstmal 2 Stunden lang lüften musste. Eines der Handtücher war komplett dreckig (schwarze Schmiere). Die Dusche ist kaputt, eng und die Tür ließ sich nicht bewegen.

BP24 is the worst Hotel I have ever booked in my life, no reception desk, you pay to a pizza shop closed to the hotel, from Friday night to Monday morning there was no warm water, to shower was a problem, I called the manager on Saturday to inform him, that we don't have warm water,he said it will be done soon,it was done on Monday morning when I was checking out of the hotel. Very bad hotel,even hotels in a third world countries don't operate the way BP24 operate, I wasted my money..

They should upgrade, and treat their customers well.

Good value for money. The room was clean overall and the location was convenient - about a 20-minute walk from the university, which also gave us a nice opportunity to walk through the city. Communication was good as well: there is no traditional reception desk, but our questions via Booking.com were answered quickly.

The mattress was quite firm - my brother liked it, but it was a little too hard for me. The room was clean, although not perfectly, and the renovation looks rather old or poorly finished. There was also an unpleasant toilet-like smell in the corridor, but fortunately there was no smell inside our room. Some traffic noise can be heard, and check-in is completely self-service via a computer, which may feel unusual if you expect a traditional reception.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zum Zentrum war super.

Der Preis war selbst für die WM 26 in Aachen viel zu hoch angesetzt. Für 2 Nächte und 2 Personen 676 Euro! Dafür bekamen wir ein Zimmer, dass nicht sonderlich sauber und voller Gebrauchsspuren /ranzig war. Die Silberfische waren im Zimmer und Badezimmer gut unterwegs. Auch wenn ein besonderes Ereignis ansteht, sollte man als Betreiber realistisch einschätzen ob der Preis für dieses Ambiente passend ist. Wir erwarten keinen besonderen Komfort aber Hygiene und etwas Liebe sollte in jeder Unterkunft vorhanden sein.

Einfach, sauber,alles vorhanden. Zwei bequeme Einzelbetten. Die Servicekraft, die die Zimmer gereinigt hat, hat einen sehr guten Job gemacht. Als wir eine Frage wegen des Parkplatzes hatten, hat uns ein Mitarbeiter sofort angerufen.

Der Flur des Hauses hat einen muffigen Geruch.

Einfach einzuchecken am Hotelomat, günstiger und saubere Unterkunft!

Checkin läuft über checkin-Automat, gibt es keine Chance vor checkin Uhrzeit in Zimmer zu gehen. Dusche könnte etwas sauberer sein.

The location is great.

This was my second stay in 2 years. The hotel needs an overhaul. The hallway is smelly, a stench of sewage. The rooms are decent but look very lived in. As Ibis nearby is actually about the same price, I will be going there a next time. Housekeeping is early, around 10 am. A thing I do not like.

Self-check in and check out. The room was fairly clean, but could have been cleaner (dust on the light sconces and on the windowsill near the bed). Room was cleaned daily. Bathroom is not super-new and kinda tiny, but it does the job. No blinds, but there were thick curtains to block the light (still, not sure the last time they were cleaned). Location was great: close to the city center (10/15 min by foot) and to the train station.

I had no hot water in the shower, I survived anyway. Sometimes I could hear people talking from the other rooms. Was worried about the elevator (cause it was super slow), but ended up being ok. There was a weird smell as soon as you entered the front door, but not in the rooms. There are no services, only rooms, but it's to be expected from the hotel description.

Close to station, easy self check-in.

This hotel is a quite sad place to be... It presents itself as simply a functional place to sleep, but in this it fails as well. It was 30 degrees in the room, and the curtains are too small for the windows (and are not black-out neither), so from 6am you are in broad daylight. Take a sleeping mask. Or better, look for another hotel.

Greatly located close to the train station. The city is quite beautiful.

Their check-in system is dependent on internet connection, so when it failed I had to carry my luggage to their secondary location to pick up the keys and then back to my original hotel. Then, no wifi during the night.

Es waren angetrunkene und aggressive Männer im Hotel. Es gab kein Personal oder andere Aspekte die uns ein Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben haben. Bitte sagen Sie mir wie man bei diesem Fall vorgehen kann. -> Diesen Text haben wir an das Hotel geschrieben aber das Hotel hat nicht reagiert

Obwohl steht dass die 24 als Firmennamen, bin ich um 4:00 Morgens kein Schlüssel bekommen könnte: da nämlich check-in um 14 fängt. Aus meiner Sicht muss die Name 24 genauso sein wie die Leistung! Sonst wo ist das der Sinn und das 24 zu nennen?
